The thing i love about this hobby is that things happen when you least expect it. Last week I was going to my space in the parking garage near the harbor after work and I pass this really pretty girl in the garage. She was around 28, long auburn hair and a super hot body. Hit the W/W look last night at 2 am.

Wilkens was a goddamn ghost town. No one, and I do mean no one was on the street. Girls, pushers, homeless, civies, no one. I half expected a goddamn tumbleweed to go by. Guess what was out? LE. Every two blocks was a marked car or a pair in tandem, so there were probably a couple of unmarked cars that I've missed.

New umarked car I've seen: Pristinely white tacoma pickup truck, one or two years old. Saw a plainclothes cop inside and a uniformed one shooting the shit wit him. Dear baltimore PD: Good job on picking umarked cars that would never be in that neighboorhood, AND keeping them far too clean for any car in baltimore.

Still, I was rattled so I hit Washington. Reading the delightful post from Mr Myers gave this old dog a healthy yearning to slip the leash and dash straight to the block. While I attempt to remain on the straight and narrow path instead I will relate an experience I had years ago that may shed some perspective on the MMs coworker hot kiss/stripper tongue splashing.

I’m always amazed at the variety and quantity available when I monger through Baltimore. It also means you have to weed through a lot to find quality!

I usually do the Clix route because it’s relatively convenient to the hotel I stay at. I headed south on Patapsco and noticed some undercover pigs having a picnic at the corner of Patapsco and Hollins Ferry Road. Hey Dog... Great story! I do recall that we both have a penchant for educating our young students on the finer techniques of facial glazing.

I ran into Doc recently, and I see that Paland and Cloud are still making their rounds. As for my endeavors, I still hit the Block (TM) from time to time just to keep myself in shape, but as we all know this can be quite pricey. Sometimes on my lunch hour I will make a run through the established loops but the streets are just not for me these days. While there are bargains to be had, I simply have too little time to find the quality I seek. Plus the risks are just too great.

Of course I still read the board regularly and I think all of the newer guys are doing a "bang up" job of keeping things in order. Perhaps one of these days we will have some kind of WSG reunion.

It's interesting how things turnout when you least expect it.

On the way back from an evening in Fells Points last night, I stopped off at the Dunkin Donuts on Washington Blvd. It was a lousy raining night and very few people were out.

My excellent Charm City adventures:

1. Craigs List really sucks for Baltimore. I had two possibles, one who advertises as a "hot gfe" with "long, dark hair." She and I exchanged emails, I gave her digits, she called a few hours before the appt., and then......nothing. No show, no call, no write. Where is the love?

Saw the rain had stopped so decided to venture out last night for some mongering fun. First stop was WW loop. As soon as I turned on Washington it started pouring. I was like man..this can't be. At least give me like 10 minutes rain free to do a quick loop. Yes-I was talking to mother nature!!

I can just see the possibilities...wonder if the folks who make Trojans would pay to put their ads there. First Post but it take's a while to RTFF. Guy's avoid a girl named Melody, body looks great but when you see her face you'll run. On Wednesday I did the stroll in the early evening and then again before midnight. I've been mongering for about 15 years and have never seen such a great selection in Baltimore. The best spots were from Wilkins at Catherine through Ramsay at S. Carey. Most of the girls were new to me. Overall quality was a bit better than average, but there was so much talent on the street that everyone was sure to find somthing they liked. Pigtown was decent but not as hot as Wilkins through Ramsay. Very light LE and seemingly few mongers. B/CB didn't have much but what was there was decent.

I am not one to normally monger with the SWs, just not comfy with the whole setup. I usually stick to the AMPs, but have one occassion found myself persuaded now and then.

Muff ScoutBefore my scoops I did specific loops looking for LE cruisers including the nearby side streets. I found very little in the general area and nothing within view of the scoops. I could have easily missed ULE. I was out of the W/W area at about 11:30 or 11:45, perhaps LE appeared after I left but before Muff started scouting.

Wednesday evening mongering was exceptional, many girls were out early and late. On Thursday evening I returned to the loop starting at 6:00, didn't find anything acceptable until about 9:00. On Wednesday it would have taken about 1 minute to find something really nice. My future mongering will start after sunset.

During my drive I heard a girl call out "hey, Horse" (well, she actually called my street name, which different from my real name). I didn't recognize the voice. I looped around and never found who called it out. It would have been nice to see who it was because I was having a hard time finding anyone worth dating. I guess it is possible that there was someone else in the area with my first name.

Based on Muff's comments, I did some extremely careful looking for LE cruisers. From about 6:00 until about 7:00 there were cruisers everywhere on the W/W loop, especially near Wilkins between Catherine and SCarey. From about 7:00 until 9:00 it was much lighter. At about 9:30 I saw an unmarked car and a uniformed officer with 2 or 3 young men sitting cuffed on the curb. That was on Washington by the old Montgomery Wards building. The car looked to be a newish dark color (maybe black) small car, didn't get more details than that.

Sorry guys I havent been here in awhile I had to buy a new comp. And all the problems that came with it anyways I usually stick to the brooklyn/curtis bay area because it about 4 miles away from me, unfortunatly there is a price to pay for convienence most girls there are pretty nasty (scars, needlemarks, etc.)and sometimes so fucked up you cant understand a word they are saying. Fortunitaly my need is not related to the Guide. Some may have noticed my departure from posting. Arthritus has destroyed both hips and causes serious pain in both knees. Cuts down on this hobby, and most of everything else.

Most probable surgeon proposes St. Agnes Hospital, but after spending so many transits through the area causes hesitations. Surgery and SW just may be too far apart in purpose.

Have always said that if things go bad, please deliver me to Johns Hopkins, but am finding that Hopkins limits surgery to the very critical cases, and that hips are now considered routine.

What will piss me off is going through the pain and stress of the fiest operation, only to die in the second!

Any comments would be welcome from those that have been there.

A feyears ago I had cardiac bypass ( a quintuple) at Sinai Hostpital. I have no clue if they do the surgury you are seeking, But the people there are just outstanding! I was scared shitless about the upcoming operation. The nurses explained everything to me and helped alay my fears. Well some of them. I would recommend Sinai. Good luck.

Baltimonger, you are definitely right about your observations on drug usage. You can't force a person to quit taking drugs, they must want to quit on their own.

It usually takes some monumental event (to bottom out) to get their attention like overdosing, substantial jail time, or some other happening.

You are probably right about Christy when she completes the court-ordered 28-day drug treatment program that she will more than likely get back on drugs when released (if she returns to her same environment).

From what I understand, it's an up-hill, day-to-day battle to quit taking drugs once you have been involved with them for a long while.

From what I have been told to stand any real chance for complete recovery from drug addiction, a person needs to have the drugs flushed from their system, undergo psychological counseling to find out why they took drugs in the first place, change environment (location) with all new friends, and find a support group to help them stay clean. Many experience relapses.

Angela is really a very sweet girl, tries to please, pleasant, and I wish her nothing but the best. When I see Angela (like some of the other girls), I see a lot of potential going to waste. I have seen her when she is on top of her game and also at the bottom of it. Their behavior, personality, and performance fluctuates greatly pending where they are in their drug cycle.

BTW, I haven't seen Rhonda since that one time. I suspect we are probably talking about the same girl. Sorry to hear that you had some problems with her.

Many are what's known as dual diagnosis patients. They have a mental illness which they may or may not know about. They may have medications for the illness and don't take them. That's common for thise who are mentally ill. They think they are cured so that they don't need them anymore. But they have to stay on medication for life.

What makes it dual is besides the mental illness, they use the drugs or alcohol to mask the problem. JHU has a unit that specializes in these types of cases. Most of the SWs I've dealt with fit into this and that's why they can't get clean. They go to rehab but they are dealing with half the problem so they go back to the drugs.

The cycle continues until death or proper treatment.

Unexpectedly found myself near the W/W stroll this afternoon, so I made a detour to see who was about.

When she was on H she was busy all the time tricking and scoring H from dealers. You'll be surprised how much time they spend time chasing dealers and sometime they get junk H so they have to go out and get more money. These girls are so used to living the way they live that they don't know how to live "normally" and enjoy other things in life. They don't have "structure" in their lives like us. They sleep anytime and how long they want until they feel sick (just ask if they have/use an alarm clock) and then they go out to make some money and that's all they do and know how to do in life. And almost all of them don't know how to keep a normal job because they're used to easy quick money and flexible hours with their "jobs." Also, the rampant drug culture they live in and lack of moral support make it almost impossible to kick the habit.

Also, I found out while hanging with Heather that almost all H users smoke crack too (or at least her friends/associates). Sometime they smoke to "wake" themselves up from the nodding effect of H. Once they are hooked on crack, money go fast because it only last about 20 minutes or so and they'll do a lot of desperate things for the next high.

Oh, and about needle tracks from H. They don't just shoot in their arms. They shoot in their legs, thighs, feet, and even NECK! So you can't figure out H usages from track marks on their arm because if they have good veins they can hit the same spot many times, but if they have bad veins you'll see needle tracks all over even if they're not a serious user. Just assume that all of them are serious users. If they're not I don't think they'd "suck" for money :-)

Junkies have been known to nurse a heroin addiction for 30 years and still maintain comlete workplace functionality, altough these days this is increasingly rare, though still every once and a while you hear about this.

As far as shooting up goes, I have patients who shot up using the webbing between their toes, underneath their finger and toe nails etc. The truth of the matter is that if you want to find out id someone, anyone is using or not, the only way to be sure is to administer a drug test and wait for the results. I think it is far safe to assume that all of these girls are using something, and the specifics of what are less important.

Found myself returning home from Baltimore this evening via a most interesting route: Washington Blvd through Pigtown. How is it that that keeps happening?

While I'm waiting at the light at Washington/Carey, I look to the corner and see a cute brunette. She gave me the look so I did a loop to check out the area. When I return to her corner there is a LE cruiser parked right next to her with the flashers turned on. She waves to me and I try to signal her to meet me on the corner behind me, I thought she got the message. I loop around and she hasn't moved, I'm now at the Carey/Washington intersection again. This time there are 3 LE cruisers within 50 feet of her, one has it's flashers turned on, one is directly behind me, and one is on the opposite side of the light facing me. She is on the other side of Carey and she waves to me again, I motion her to stop (open palm held up toward her). She probably couldn't see my signal because she picks up her bag, crosses the street, walks behind my car but in front of the LE cruiser, comes to the passenger door and tries to open it. If the door wasn't locked, she would have come into my car with at least 2 officers watching her from close distance. I got out of the neighborhood for the next half hour to let my heart slow down. She is probably at central booking right now.

Later I returned to Pigtown, there wasn't an extensive selection but I did find one of my favorites. Her name is Melissa and she is about 5'5" with long wavey redish blonde hair. Cute face, nice body (thin to average build) with a very nice personality. Last summer and fall we got together a few times and each time was great. She remembered me but had forgotten my name. Tonight we went to a notel and had a nice time. Service was first rate so I ended up giving her 3 Jacks. A while back I ran into Marci, a very attractive girl who has a very serious H problem. Because of her addition, Marci lost her home, $50,000/yr. job with an insurance company, car, and driver's license. She has to commute into the W/W loop now by bus.

Today just wasn't my day. Bad Karma I guess.

I took a spin around the W/W loop to see who was out this afternoon. I wished I would have stayed at home.

I saw a slender blond who thought she could fly walking down S. Carey stoned to the hilt.

As I drove up Ramsey, there was a police car parked with his lights on watching. When I approached the Wilkens traffic circle there was that blonde stoop sitting and looking for a date. I have seen her there a few times before and she looks pretty nice.

I drove down Wilkens and saw a couple of girls, up Catherine, and down Millington to have some CCL blond knocking on my car window while I was waiting for the light to change. She has open sores all over her face. Thank goodness the light changed.

As I drove down Wilkens again, an unmarked police car with two uniformed officers went through a red light at S. Smallwood and damn nearly hit me. It was a close miss. They were too busy talking to notice me.

I drove down Ramsey, S. Carey and then up Washington Blvd. in time to see a police car with his lights on behind a new Hummer. Not sure what was happening.

I saw a few other police cars and some not so nice looking working girls and decided to call it quits for the day. No need to press my luck.

Thanks to the 'real' Muff Scout for alerting the Baltimore board to what recently took place in Connecticut (where I am from).

I support Muff's request to be careful in sharing information. Lately I've received an inordinate number of requests for information from zero or 1-time posters that appeared to be LE fishing for information, especially in response to a post I wrote about a secret apartment in Chinatown-Manhattan/NYC.

Also, my recent posts purposely have been much less detailed than in the past.

I had the occasion to see a ULE traffic stop this afternoon. Now this was not even close to any hunting ground so I dunno if it was vice or not - the guy that was pulled over looked like he got caught DWB.

Regardless, the cop was wearing khakis and a tshirt, a baseball cap that you would see on a golf course, beard, sneakers, fat... otherwise, he looked like one of us all the way... nothing porky about him at all. And the car... The light bar wasn't just internal, but extra thin and flush to the top of the windshield.

It didn't look the the usual ULE you can pick out in the rearview. And neither did Porky Mc Bacon Bits who was conducting the traffic stop.

Bottom line I guess is that exercising extra due diligence never hurt anyone so be careful out there.

Sunday night report. Started in Parkville,Harford Rd & hit the jackpot. Persistence does pay off.

I have received a few pm's asking what I have been up to lately, so here's the skinny. In my last post I related how I had two dates lined up with ACTUAL CIVILIAN women. So after scrubbing and scrubbing to no avail, then finally placing a large skin-colored band-aid over the "L" on my forehead, I set off into the civilian dating zone.

The first civilian date was with with an Irish lassie who was desperate to get married. After a few drinks (and boy could she put them away) she pretty much laid out her list of demands. A real house (no townhouses), a BMW, a coupla kids, and no job for her! She was pretty much wanted it all, and no slacking! She expected a dozen roses instead of just one, at least a 2-carat diamond engagement ring, and not a bunch of little stones, either! One big rock! Her list of demands was HUGE! Incredible. Just goes to show, let 'em talk - all you need to do is be a good listener; they'll tell you everything you need to know right up front. So what was she offering in return? The privilege of taking care of her drunken ass for the rest of her life! Pass. When you're right, you're right.

After that evening went down in flames, I had a date the very next evening. Since the previous evening had been so dismal I didn't have much hope for the next date. Happened to be in columbia again, so stop by b-more for some quick action. Went around once to see how is the LE in the ww section. Light, saw one in the gas station and one at wilken. Didn't see any sw so i go around again.

Like the lyrics to the song: "knock, knock, knocking on Heaven's Door" is what I expected when I ran into Alicia this afternoon. No such luck, it turned out to be a big, big mistake.

Mine died a few months ago and I've been using an almost new large SUV. It looks out of place in the neighborhoods where we find SWs and the girls tend to ask for more cash for services. I agree that it is better to let them mess up an old junk car than a nice new one.

I did the W/W and B/CB loops a few times in the last week or so. The girls I picked up were mostly average looking and provided average services for average fees. I've had mixed success just like the rest of the mongers. Probably found more near the Salvation Army than in recent months and less in the B/CB areas.

Found Manessa on Patapsco near Hollins Ferry a few days ago. You will want to remember her. Probably 5'6"/130, slightly long dark brown hair. Nice face, smelled good, and easy to talk to. Nope, it wasn't "Cash n' Carrie". I know who Cash n' Carrie is, as I picked her up once before, plus her picture has been posted on here before. "Heather" did have the same MO as Carrie, though, which was part of what put me on defensive high alert. Carrie must have trained Heather, but Heather is a lot younger, say early to mid-twenties, also with straight blond hair, but more of a natural blond. A real little skank though, and definitely trouble.

I won't go where they direct me, mainly to avoid being set up and robbed but also to just be in control of the situation. And If they won't even ride out of their own 'hood, I would rather ditch 'em instead of staying in their 'hood. I have to have a neutral third location, preferably within a taxicab ride of their 'hood, so I can send them back without having to drive them myself. Cab fare is cheap insurance to avoid an LE encounter.

I can totally see this being the Heather I reported on a few days ago.
She was tweaking HARD, and hasn't returned a phone call once. The one time she called it was 3:30 in the morning and Ms. Benchseats was a little bit pissed, but understands that in my line of work the middle of the night call from a junkie trying to get high is standard fare.

Just to throw in my two cents on Heather i would avoid her at all cost. She looks decent from the outside of the car, but once she is in you realize how much of a nut case she really is. She was geekin hard when she got in my car, once we were heading to my spot she passed out. I woke her up when we got there and she started a CBJ, two minutes later she complained that if she continued she would puke and to just take her back to where I found her so she could "get well" first.

I tried to drop her off but she refused to leave my car. She had her shoes off, could not figure out how to get them back on, and was freaking out b/c there were no dealers on the street. I reached over, opened the door and told her to get out. She started trying to put on her shoes and was kicking my dashboard ect....she stood up with one shoe on and i looked over and happened to notice she dropped a bag of "Rocks" in my car. I leaned over and threw it out of the window so fast you would have thought it was a grenade. I threw her shoe out the window and the door shut itself as i sped off.

c/b and brooklyn use to be my place for s/w but i took a drive through 3 times today,3 le cars sitting on patapsco and 2 just chillin on fairhaven,stopped on the corners just waiting for something to go down,now im sure im not a prime target on there radar cause these are terrible neighborhoods and i mean hoods and im sure the captain didnt say "we need 5 cars in that half mile radius,people are getting their dicks sucked and the money is tax -free!!!"but you always have to watch out,but for god shakes its a monday afternoon stop checking out the whole communiy your freakin them out,i didnt get a b.j. and i didnt get in trouble,BUT I am sure glad and thankful that i never grew up in or will ever have to live in a community like that-its just creepy.

The neighborhood is much more organized now. They demand LE presence. O'Malley wants to be governor, so he makes them happy. Neighbors take down plates of those driving up and down Fairhaven & Pontiac. The key is to adapt. The dealers & SW's have already learned that much. Sorry, my trade secrets will have to stay just that. I lived in Curtis Bay for a while in 1979. It was creepy back then too.

While I was driving down DeSoto, I picked up Amanda who was hitchhiking. Mandy is 29 y/o, about 5'7", 120 lbs., with shoulder-length dark brown hair, nice figure and very clean. She was wearing a white sweater and jeans.

Her life is on a downward spiral at present. She lost her waitress job at the Double T Dinner yesterday, her car was repossessed, and her cell phone service was cut off. In spite of all this bad luck, Mandy was very pleasant to be around and showed me a real good time.

I am hesitant to recommend Mandy after my last disaster with Alicia. She gave me her cell phone number and wants to get together again next time I am in the area. Mandy turrned out to be a real gem.

In any case, last night, 9 to 10 pm, the streets were full. At least 7 on Wilkins, and at least 5 on Washington. A couple of the brunettes on Wilkins looked very cute, but were gone by my second pass. There were two very good looking (body) blonds on Washington, one by 95 "hitchhiking", the other by the school, however on closer inspection, I decided not to stop. The whole time, I only saw two marked cruisers.

Earlier, there were even 3 or 4 cute workers on Patapsco between 6th and Fairhaven, but only one BSW that I saw on Fairhaven itself.

Genre, don't feel alone in not being able identify the specific women working the areas based on their descriptions here. None of us can do it all the time. It's all a crap shoot trying to figure out who's who.

The reasons are primarily that the girls use several street names, or the same names (e.g., Heather and Carey), change their appearances like dying their hair red or whatever is in vogue, change their stroll locations and where they live, and the like.

To make matters worse, their behavior and performance changes like the wind due to drugs. One day they are great to be with and are very responsive, clean and eager to please, the next day they are dirty, stoned, and geeking out. You might want to read my recent posts about Alicia. It's all part of the game.

Even our "superstars" like Angela and Jenn fit this mold. IMHO, they were (and are) the best of the best around the W/W loop. But you are never sure what they are going to be like on any given day.

You never know what to expect when with them. Some days you win, other days you lose.

It's all a roll of the dice.

That 80,000 population difference is about the number of IV drug users in Mobtown. It's about 1 in 9 of the total population is on the stuff. Where there's dope there's SW's.

Slums are disappearing in DC, and have been for years. No new section 8 housing allowed. You can walk from the U St./Cardozo area down 14th St. to Independence Ave. at midnight on a hot summer night without much fear of mugging. 10 or 15 years ago you couldn't say that. The area where the new stadium is going to be built should be the same way in a few years. A lot of big money is making it's way into the city from the 'burbs.

Baltimore is very odd in that it has white slums. It's like a city full of hillbillies!

Tidbit of useless (or maybe not) info: Of all the major cities in America, only New York has a lesser automobile to person ratio than Baltimore. New York has an excellent public tranportation system and is loaded with cabs. Baltimore on the other hand, has an extremely dismal public transportation system and very few operational taxis. The light rail is a joke, and the subway is an incredible joke. DC, by way of comparison, has an very safe, dependable, and accessible subway & bus system. I can leave my house in Anne Arundel county, get on the commuter bus to L'enfant Plaza, get on a Metrobus at the same stop, and ride to the terminal at Dulles airport. All this for a grand total of $6. I can go from home to National airport (via metrorail from L'enfant Plaza) for about $4.75.

I have used transportation systems in 3rd world countries which were much better than Baltimore. Of course, Baltimore is pretty much a 3rd world city beyond the downtown area.

Had the night off from the SO, so decided to have some fun. Had a fellow monger already on the scene and reported to me a couple of really good looking blondes (he claims 8s on the civ scale) sitting in cuffs near Pulaski and Conklin, I think around 8 or 9. Any info on them?

I am sure they had partaken in some drug. But if you were to put them on a tennis court, you would have thought they could win the French Open. Across the street from them, was walking a girl who was clearly lost. Maybe a 7 on the SW scale, thin blonde and clearly made eye contact saying she needed a ride.

As i swooped in for the pick up, Martina Hingis starts yelling and arguing with the SW across the street about her not having money to pay rent, yada, yada, the gist of which was uncomprehendable since she was clearly intoxicated.

As, I am watching this all pan out like it is a train wreck in my mirrors, all the while looking at my map (my safety plug), Pete Sampras starts walking toward my car. My window is already down and Pete starts muttering something incoherent about what am i doing there, blah blah blah. I mention I am lost when he actually reaches for my car.

Survival instincts take over from a couple of recent combat tours, I sit up and state just matter of factly, "Touch my car Mother Fucker and I will Kill you...." As I prepare to execute my E&E plan. When he looked like I hit him and then he staggered backwards across the street.....(Just to be clear, I had no intention of harming Said Pete Sampras)

At this point, I know not to tempt the Gods and decide to call it a night...

I spent the wee hours with Robin who just got out of jail a week ago. Smelled nice and fresh, looked nice and clean and easily could have passed as a civilian. Call it the tingling of my monger-sense... but I pulled over and she hopped right in, and tried steering me towards Pigtown at 8 in the morning. I wondered immediately how good of a choice the pickup was - even the Witless One would think twice before driving through Elementary School dropoff traffic with a provider in the front seat. She may have looked like a civilian to me, but not to the cops who put her away.

Anyways, off to the batcave I rent in a nearby neighborhood not remotely affiliated with street trade and the logic behind the pickup became abundantly clear.
