Sorry I'm posting before you, but as most of you know I am not on board everday due to the ruling laws of the home onerlord.
I hit the MILF on Friday I met online. What a great time. after 4 hours of fun I needed a nap to drive home. It was great. As a side note, I will be sharing this jewel with another member.

Since I am in a writing mood, I have another question: On occassion, I pass through Pigtown on Washington and stop at a red light or in the middle of the block for traffic tie ups. Sometimes one of the girls I know walk up to the window and ask for a lift to Morrell Park or the MacDonald's further down. In the eyes of LE, am I considered picking up an sw or giving a friend a ride to the store?
I was flagged down by Laura so I pulled over. She walked up to the side window and chitchatted about neighborhood events, and nothing more than that. LE pulled up beside me a minute later and the officer looked at me. I turned towards him a waved in the manner "it's nothing-w'ere having a brief conversation." He nodded and drove off. Personally, I thought that was a good jesture by LE.
Speaking of Laura, she was strolling near the park alone at night when a band of young thugs on bikes began to fuck with her. I saw this and stopped right there so my presence scared the punks off in all directions. The same group of "poor, helpless, misguided, impovershed youths from the hood" have assaulted other girls with sticks when they happen to be in a vulnerable spot. LE is never able to catch them based on their ability to "blend in" with the other yo's on the strip. What a country!

This end of the loop is quite rough with all its charms. "The Island of Lost Souls!" What you hear on the corners is not about the mayor or Iraq, but "who was busted, what dope is out today and have you tried it yet?"
Yes I am very carefull who visit. Only two and most of the time we watch tv, eat or just banter about nothing. Yeah, some of those girls will steal the paint of the walls. (Personally, I can't wait until I can move da fuck outta da hood. It's a place you move away from, not to!)

While I am no lawyer by any stretch, the answer to your question Pigtown is YES! You would probably be considered picking up a known SW.
It depends upon the LE officer and whether he wants to hassle you and the girl and/or he believes you are a monger who is picking up a known SW.
An arrest and a conviction are two entirely different matters. Anyone can be arrested for almost anything, but being convicted based on hard evidence is a completely different matter.
I don't know what the legal terminology (official charge) would be for arresting you. It would probably be something like intent to solicit sex from a known prostitute.
While LE is detaining you, he probably would run a "priors" record check on you. If you have any priors for soliciting prostitutes, he might arrest you based on predisposition. It's a judgement call.

Now you can see why it pays to be extremely careful at all times.

That all depends who's making the judgement. An arrest is just as bad as a conviction to many. Some of those people can have a lot of power over your life even without a conviction. Ask OJ.

I was PMing some guys in the Bennettsville, SC board about some action there when one of them said to make sure my 200th post was of a good experience. Well, I had it today!
After 1 + 1/2 hours of fruitless cruising of Brooklyn/Curtis Bay, I was about to give up. Good God, there were some ugly SWers out! A couple I let get up to the door before I rolled the window down and gave them the lame, "Oh, sorry, I thought you were someone else" and drove off. I was just about to settle for something really nasty when Ashley came walking by, near the bank on Patapsco.
She's 22, blonde hair, maybe 5'5", built wonderfully, beautiful clear blue eyes, gorgeous face, and a heroin addict. She was "sick" and needed $ to get well. We found a secluded spot and she stripped down. She got an absolutely great body, a few tats, pierced nipples, a piercing under her lip and flawless fair skin. On a SW scale, she's off the charts. On a civilian scale, she's a solid 9. She's probably the prettiest woman I've ever had on the end of my knob, and I'm old, so there's been a few pretty ones over the years.
Performance wise, she was okay, nothing great, nothing bad. She didn't want to go deep, cause she thought she might hurl, but she caught it like a champ. I just kept looking at her beautiful face bobbing up and down.
She doesn't seem to want to get off the horse, or try anything like a regular job, so I guess she won't be looking this good before long. But this day, she was looking fine.

With this brief conversation, Kelly stated that I was cool and told me her real name as Julie; I will be damned! They got me again with the old fake name routine. Since she was so forthcoming and honest I decided we need to spend some quality time in a Rt. 40 notel, plus she was cute. Nice service and skills, very accommodating, very tight body and flat abs for a 30something mother of 3 kids. It was .4 for BBJTCIM and CFS, took our time only negative she would not ride top CG or RCG. She is a jockey but no pipe head. I think I prefer jockeys to pipe heads, less bullshit; however I have had a few experiences when pipe heads are coming down and chasing a nut they will f**k you to death.
On that subject I would like to have mongers input on drug of choice. Do you prefer SW’s who are:

Back to the report the PP/C loop is alive and well, fully stocked with variety of SW and several new faces.

Guess you can consider this town as the city that bleeds, breeds and reads. Rats and other forms of life proliferate in this group of square miles.
Many of the fire houses have a huge black and white banner hanging from the facade shouting "BELIEVE!" I would like to procure one, hang it up in a very visible spot and change the wording to "BLEED."
While I am on the laptop, I received an emergency call from my "Number 1 Girl" in Pigtown. Some yo asked her a very personal question which I will not get into here. She basically said, "none of your f***in" business!" In response, this dreadlocked MF slapped the hell out of her and proceeded to choke her, too. I told her to get LE; however, she was hesitant about involving the LE. BUT, "I will not let anyone put a finger on you ever again!" LE was summoned and the assailent was cuffed and stuffed and taken to the concrete reading room at Central Booking! Good deed by Johnny Law.
By the way, would an SW who wears braces considered an "organ grinder!?"

How nice it is to pull over and park. Give three knocks on the door. Yell up it's me "Place bogus name here", I need to talk to "SW Name here", walk in, drop house fee, plus jack, drop pants and get an amazing bbjw/cim. For what it's worth, a reliable source told me today that she was picked up on Washingto near the No Name Gas Station by a muscular African American male driving a large green SUV type vehicle. She was taken to the small woods between Italiano's and the 95 overpass (across from the railroad) and forced to do oral. She was later let go; however the tag number was noted. May have been Pennsylvania plates. Hopefully LE will follow up.
(I have heard of a similar incident about a year ago by a similar described driver. I believe she said he was wearing glasses in both incidents)
This occured in the last few days. Thought everyone should know.

I haven't played a game of mystery pill since I was an undergrad mongering nightly on foot in Hampden, back when all the girls wanted for Christmas was a stroller - as if babies are accessories - but the few times I did get to play mystery pill let me tell you guys, I think I met God, fucked his wife in the ass and then got rimmed all the way back down to the planet core with the White Album blasting though the static electricity keeping the atmosphere from drifting away entirely.....

I read your board pretty regularly and you guys are soooo lucky. You oughta come here to the Tidewater (pronounced "Tidewauta") area where the city of Norfolk ruined what was the closest thing to the W/W stroll there was around here in Ocean View by realizing that they were wasting their oceanfront - and it only cost them $250K for the consultant's report to figure it out. So now its all upscale mansions where the notels used to be.
Anyway- I love your board. Ours is mostly dead. Shoot, I'll never get to be a senior member living here.

Did a lunchtime pass today at W/W. Nothing on Wilkins. 3 or 4 SW on Washington, but nothing special. After 2 loops I was heading out when I saw a thin brunette, nice eyes. I thought it might to be Sheena. I got the nod twice and stopped. She jumps in and confirms that she is indeed Sheena. I’m psyched, nothing but positive reviews.
She brought me to a house with the normal fee. I can’t believe who I bump into in the house, it’s Ruby. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen her.
Sheena lived up the hype. Pretty eyes, nice personality, very good BBBJCIM. I look forward to repeating a few times.

Long time monger - short time lurker. Had to catch up on all of the posts for this year so no one bust my balls about RTFF. Thought I would spare everyone some grief. Have quite a few "friends in the w/w loop area. Have enjoyed reading what you all have had to say. Noticed some of my friends have been mentioned throughout - both good and bad. Actually was advised by one of them to access this site and see what was being siad. Go figure. Live in one of the counties so I only get to the city 2-3 times a month. Used to get there about 2-3 a week but the job has kept me tied down a bit. Have some interesting stories I will share in later post but I did want to ask about a siyuation that happened to me this past Friday night. Since I had read so much about the PP/C loop I decidded to check it out. Not much was going on - ditto for B/CB so I headed over to more familiar territory. Made several passes. Drifted out and then back. I was by the LE hang out in Morrell Park when a cute girl approached. Didn't pay much attention at first but then took a second look when the conversation got around to her shortage of college tuition. As it turned out she was a few years short of legal. I told her thanks but no thanks. I heard about several like her from a friend of mine that live by Pigtown but thought it was BS. Anybody have this happen to them? Don't see how they could get away with it.

I just wrote a long post about my experiences early tonight but decided it contained too much detail. All I really need to say is that Wilkens had a little better selection than normal, Pigtown was a bit slower than normal, but B/CB was absolutely loaded. Brooklyn was memorable but the best selection was in Curtis Bay, which had more providers than I have ever seen in one small place. The quality in CB was much better than normal.
My selection provided typical service for the standard tuition.

If you want to visit our neck of the land of peasant living aka the city that bleeds/breeds, we have still have a decent amount of street action, but watch out for knockos(Uncle LEO), STDs, ripoff 'hos, and thugs as we have a fair amount of those. I think I know the one you are talking about. I was at Ostend/Washington a number of months ago when I saw a monger backhand an SW while she sat in the front seat of a pickup truck. The SW exited the vehicle rather shaken up. She was short and had disarrayed brown hair. For weeks after that she sported a bandaid above her top lip. She said "who's gonna pick me up lookin' like this!?" (Boo Hoo!)
I have been in the county on an assignment for weeks on end. After reviewing many posts, I decided that I desperatly needed a good milking. The time was right so Iwas able to disappear back to W/W an and hooked up with a favorite brunette (Michelle) off of Washington/SCarey.
She took me around the corner to a friend's crib which was so convenient as I hate car seat encounters. It't the fear factor of getting caught necking with the "other neck!"
A large couch in the house was available and very handy. The pressure in the steam pipe was near critical so I opted for a brief CBJ followed by FS. She shoved a couch pillow under her sweet cheeks for a better view of her brown furry muff and the butterfly tat on her breast. The angle of entry was perfect. I grabbed both her legs and bent them back for maximum pressure. After only a few minutes, the safety valve exploded and released a steam of super heated water! Whew! I told her she could have the "Two Jack City" video that was on the coffee table!
I had to return to the county; however knowing that I had a good "pasteurizing" left me a very hamper camper!

She is mentioned several times as an informer of local intel, but no mention of actual sampling. From her appearance point of view, I assume the only reports on her activities have been filed with the CDC!

I did not have time for two trips or CB, I hate getting shut out. That is the beauty of mongering when it can all fall in place on a short side trip with time constraints. I use hit and run tactics and work best under pressure. Will try again today.

I hit the the hunting grounds last night and to my first surprise their was a thick fog. I mean really thick, so I thought to myself...HMMMM this might be a good night. Then after checking out the areas their were some nice girls out. They didn't look like they were weathered from the street either. A young woman by the name of Tina asked me for a "ride". Who am I to refuse, and she looked pretty good too. Nice [CLEAN] skin all over. Body was really soft and she still had meat on her bones. She told me that she does not come out much cause of work....right. But I was about to believe her cause she looked so nice. She took care of me nice with a standard FS with yes i said it, with sound FX. Plus only had to drive like 10 feet cause the fog was so thick that you could not see 5 feet in front of you. Had a great time giving her a ride.
So now I think that I will invest in checking out the weather, cause from my experiance you might not find many in the rain but if you do thats good cover. same with snow, to a point. Now fog is really good.

I've seen quite a few posts about Stephanie and the games that she plays in an effort to get the money with no service. Vintage Stephanie whether service was promised or not. I've known her for about 4 years now and have never believed that she actually following through on anything except getting her drugs and ripping people off. I'm luccky because I know what she is like. Unfortunately, some of you have found out the hard way. I first met her and some members of the family when she was locked up with a friend of mine in city jail. Ended up helping my friend get Steph out. Took her back to Westminster to the parents house. She didn't stay there long - B'more corners were calling. Mom used to call me up to take her to the city to look for Steph. Of course, mom had to cop while she was looking. Whole clan was messed up. About 3 years ago her mother passed away - heard she OD'd on meth. I think that I was the only one at the funeral that was clean. The following year her mom's sister who lived on Stricker off Ramsey passed away from the same thing. Most times when I see Stephanie she looks bad. Always try to get her to live the city to go back home but it doesn't happen. When she is not on the street, she is locked up. A couple of my friends keep me up to date on what is going on with her but even they are ready to give up on her. All I can say is stay away from her and save yourself the trouble.

I would get into it more in depth, but that would mean writing the report for my 48 hour mongering binge that ended at 4 this morning, only because I had to have something resembling sleep before dragging my ass into a meeting this morning after which I made some calls and spent too much time dealing with a civilian trying to plan a 3way followed by a gangbang. After dealing with a civilian like this, while amazing on many levels makes mongering on a double digit murder weekend during election season feel like fucking amateur hour. There really is something to be said for the sheer simplicity of giving them some cash to get the fuck out of your car at the end. And all this time I thought I was paying for sex. I've been paying for silence. So I think now I have to either drop her like the fucking nightmare that she is, or..... I can teach her to realize her inner harbour hoor potential and unleash her on the general mongering public.

Why on earth would the regular posters take their time to repeat all that information for your benefit, especially when you are a total newbie with one post! There have even been numerous posts on this subject of newbies asking lazy or stupid questions that have already been asked and answered numerous times and how fucking annoying that is and how it makes us think you're either a dick or a bacon boy, so do yourself a big fuckin' favor and shut your mouth for a while until we forget about you and read read read, then go out on your own and try the info out and THEN come back and report your results and actually contribute. I just wrote a long post about my experiences early tonight but decided it contained too much detail. All I really need to say is that Wilkens had a little better selection than normal, Pigtown was a bit slower than normal, but B/CB was absolutely loaded. Brooklyn was memorable but the best selection was in Curtis Bay, which had more providers than I have ever seen in one small place. The quality in CB was much better than normal.
My selection provided typical service for the standard tuition.

Been a while since I posted, I've been lucky enough to be hooking up with a few lovely girls that I've been introduced to via seniors and spending time at AMPs. But due to the misses and the job I haven't had time to make a drive through the loop in a while.
The combination of unseasonably warm weather and one of my friends having a very bad run in with LE over his car due to driving while black* has made an idea I had a while ago rear it's ugly head again: I want to walk the loop.
Here's my rationale: How many times have you seen a girl then had her get away because you didn't want to be a dipshit and make an illegal traffic move? How many times have you worried about LE following your car around? Being pulled over with a girl in the car? The girl leaving something in your car? Getting the car busted into if you park it and go into a house of theirs? Did I mention LE already?
My plan is to dress very nondescript (jacket+hoodie and jeans), take only as much cash as I'm willing to lose in a worst case scenario, and walk the loop. I can maneuver through side streets way easier this way, I shouldn't draw any attention to myself because I'll just be another asshole in a hoodie walking around a ghetto, and the excersise will be good for me :)
Cons: First, risk of getting mugged. I honestly am not that worried about it. First I'm not an easy looking target, second cops are always patrolling and third I'll be dressing to fit in, not like some rich dude withalot of cash. If I do get mugged, I will have no problem giving them my wallet and running like hell. I'm going to take all credit cards and shit out, and just have the cash I'd be okay with losing in there. Actually I might only keep 20 bucks in the wallet and the rest tucked safely behind my balls. Second, picking up girls on foot. Judging by how easily they come into my car, I don't think there will be much problem if I talk to them on foot. Might even be easier too. And I won't have to worry about throwing them out if they smell or look hideous up close, I'll *BE* up close before I will even open my mouth. Third, and perhaps most important is finding a location to do the deed. This was most troublesome at first but then I figured if they have a house there we can walk to it since she walked FROM it to get to wherever I picked her up at. Baring that, there are a ton of alleys and hidden spots (the park) to go to on foot that I can't get to in a car. Fourth, walking on foot might make me tired. Fuck that, I've worked hard for pussy in the past, a few miles is nothing.
I thought about carrying other stuff like a music player to keep myself entertained, but that might increase the chance of a mugging. Thought about bringing a weapon in case I get jumped, but I would have no shame in hauling ass running and if a cop pulls me over I don't want to be caught with anything bad on me.
So, if this is a really horrible idea for some reason I haven't thought of, let me know. At worst, I'm going to get a little light cardio in and see the locals up close, at best I'm going on a mongering rampage and getting at least 3 bbbjs to relax from the walk. And there is sure as hell going to be an entertaining report from all this!

I have visitation every other weekend with my child and naturally, next weekend is my visitation.

Yeah I know this report is a little late but had to catch up with a friend in the hospital earlier today. Thought that the warmer weather would possiblly increase the choices on yhe loop. Got down to the w/w area about 8 Friday night. Syop off to see a friend of mine on upper Ramsay. Hung out with her for about an hour and then decided to who was out. Went down to B/CB and saw absolutely nothing. After making the rounds 2-3 times I figured maybe the wind had blown them all inside. Header to the w/w loop and ran into Heidi at the corner of Monroe/Ramsay. Said she was headed to the corner store and asked me come back around the block. The Baltimore board is highly appreciated far and wide, as are the various charms of Charms City. I've made a couple of trips thru Baltimore lately from my Central VA home and this boards' data is indispensable.

OK this might not be a normal topic for this board but I caught a series on MSNBC last night called "How to catch a predator". I posted some info in a post Saturday night but it hasn't shown up yet. My guess is rookie error. I was in B'more Late Friday night - early Saturday morning visiting a couple of friends. On my way out I ran into Laura by PepBoys. I don't know if she is the same one that has been mentioned here before - about 5'-4", dark hair thin, a few pick marks. Heed Son of Tarzan's warning. There is a young black guy, skinny with dreads, near the corner of Wilkens & Payson. This guy thinks he's invincible and can do whatever he wants. He stabbed & robbed a dealer last week, and beats & robs SW's and others. He works for one of the more popular drug gangs around there; sometimes he could be selling, but when he runs out of dope, he robs the same customers.
There is a ULE in Southwestern district who really hates my SW regular. Lately, this ULE has been busting houses and putting this SW's name as being the informant in the arrest reports, apparently hoping the dealer will retaliate against the SW in a big way. Seems like SWD flex isn't trying to shake its image as the most disreputable group of LE in the city.

Short time later I saw Heather on Scarey at Wash Blvd. She was about half messed up. Picked her up anyway. She said that she had just recently spent 50 days in the city jail. Made several loops through and around W/W mid day yesterday. Not much in quantity but the few out appeared above average in quality. I must be getting a little slow in my old age because as I positioned my car for a pickup someone else swooped in.
Decided to check out CB for which I haven't had much success in the past. Didn't see anything in Brooklyn but as soon as I got on Fairhaven there were two sw walking together. Made a loop around and waited for them to get close, I motioned for the taller of the two.
Lisa was one of those that actually are better looking in the car, early 30's, 5'6", c's with 120 pounds with several piercing. As I am not familiar with appropriate parking locations, I went with her location which was fairly remote but reasonably safe. We were interrupted several times with other cars passing by but she resumed her duties promptly.
Money was never discussed even after a wonderful bbbjwcim. I gave her a jack plus nice tip which she was appreciative. I would definitely do again, preferably 50/50.

Benchseat – Thank your lucky stars it isn't your girls. Another monger and I had both known and posted on a couple of the dead girls. We both agreed they were among the sweetest and best providers we had ever been with. It really hits home when you know someone this has happened to. May they rest in peace.
I remember reading Gads post, you even commented on it, that the same thing was happening in Aberdeen earlier this year. Four girls strangled and dumped in a field. I have not seen whether they ever caught that guy. It may not be him, but if it is the same guy, then it means all he did was move up Route 40 into New Jersey. As I posted on the Atlantic City board, when the murders were discovered, the killer didn’t just say “well I’m done, I’ll quit killing now”. No, until caught he is still out there looking for new victims. So with the heat on in AC where does he go next? North to NYC, south to FLA, or does he stay on Route 40 (becoming known as the Route 40 Strangler) and we all know where that leads?
Sorry for being an alarmist guys, but I am both freaked and pissed over this. Like I said on the AC board, if the girls in your town start talking about weird creepy guys hurting them, get them to go to the police. If they won’t go to the cops, at least get a good description of the guy in case something worse starts happening. Post it on the board with some details. There were posts in AC about some of the girls being violently robbed before the murders, but no descriptions of the guy. If LE truly does read the boards maybe they will see a pattern.

I went to the loop and looked around a couple of times, something weird going on of off Carey close to Washington. So I go up and see the hot little package off of Wilkens. She is maybe 5' 6", with long black hair in n pony tail. What I posted yesterday was public record, and not privileged, if you know her real name; no it's not Diamond (or Mary as another member stated). Frank MBelair Road would not be bad at night; however going south on Edison can get tough at night. Some areas on Edison are desolate and some side streets are rough. My rule would be, if your not sure spend more. It beats a bus ride to Johns Hopkins. I know Allure on CL advertises in this area, so far no reviews or intel for her. Other option is pick up and go to a notel they can be had for .25.

Morning Run:
Hampden must be going through another daytime dryspell. Either that or someone told the skanks that the streets of lower Park Heights are paved with rock. Maybe the neighborhood is actually turning around? And if frogs had wings then they wouldn't bump their asses when they hop. We'll see what the long run holds for Falls Rd., but for now, I think it is fair to say it will be a long cold winter for Dundalk North.
Clix was surprisingly quiet though I think I spotted Ashley - last I dated her it was dark, but whoever she was in the ankle length skirt with cum in my mouth eyes looked pretty good even in the daylight, although I have to admit that I skipped breakfast and it was almost lunchtime so my judgment on that note can only be considered suspect. She was the only sw out there for a while, although I think they all slept in late today because every door I knocked on that normally opens before 12 didn't. Argh....
It would appear the someone broke into the ancient one's crypt - I think though I may be wrong, remember, no breaksfast, but I think that the Beware of Dog sign was replaced by some plywood - I always thought it ironic though. Last Saturday I got ripped off on the loop (see my rip-off report) and then found a good one. After being burned I decided to pour down a couple of cold ones on the block. As I was checking out the scenery in the various clubs I kept meeting an older (about 30) brunette, she was looking for work in the same bars that I was visiting. We started chatting on the street and soon found ourselves at a Rt 40 motel. As we drove by the Gentlemen's Gold Club she started bitching about the owner. Said she had worked there but got fired for no reason, that is why she was at the block.
Initially she said her name was Heaven but later told me her real name was Nicole. I'm guessing she is 5'7", 135 pounds, full semi-soft natural Cs, wavey light brunette hair a few inches below her shoulders. Not particularly pretty, but not unattractive either.
As soon as we walk into the motel room she wraps her arms around my neck, presses her body against mine, and gives me a nice, slow, deep kiss that seemed to go on and on. I am not familiar with the Baltimore loop, but I often walk Kensington Ave in Philadelphia. Your idea does have merit. Kensington Ave in Philly is basically a shopping area with lots of civilians walking, shopping and catching pubic transportation. However it is surrounded by a pretty rough neighborhood. A hunter dressed as you suggest fits right in on the K and because the girls are often seen talking to guys, their boyfriends in most cases, there is no threat posed by LE seeing me talking to a girl. However, I'd never walk the area after dark and the shop closings.
Here's a twist to think about. I am lucky enough to have an additional car that I use just for driving the scrolls. It's nothing fancy, and nothing a hijacker would be interested in, but it's nice enough for my purpose. I keep nothing of value in it and even keep it stocked with paper towels, drinking water, and gum and of cause Trojans. I park it near other cars or where others have thought it safe to park. Then I get out walk to a nearby store, purchase some gum or a bag of chips, plug my Mp3, pull the hoody up over my head and scroll the scroll. Mind you keep the volume low on the headphones because you do want to be aware of you surroundings at all times. In this way, if I find a prospect we can either walk together back to my car or we can meet around a corner that I have chosen. This beats trying to get a nut in an alley or walking to a hit house.
Here is another thing to remember. The locals usually know everybody from the neighborhood and will be concerned about any new face standing on the corner. They will think that you are either new competition in the drug business or an undercover cop. Keep your wits about you, don't be too obvious. Don't worry if the locals know you are a monger, you don't want them to think you a new dealer moving in or under cover LE. You are better off it they think you're just another bum or druggie. Myself, I act like I am waiting to pick someone up from the train or taking a lunch break or looking for pussy.
Forget the gun. That's always a bad move. Even if you are trained in firearms and have a license to carry it's a bad idea to take a gun into a situation where the tables could easily be turned against you. Remember, the bad guys out there are professional bad guys. They make their living being bad guys and are on the look out for weapons when they are doing their thing. Like you said, drop them the wallet and run like a little sissy. Who the fuck cares what the low lifes think, run you ass off. So you are out of $50 bucks, if $50 dollar can make or break you, you shouldn't be out there in the first place.
And here is my last and probably best suggestion. If you don't feel comfortable doing it, don't do it. I grew up in a rough neighborhood and don't have sense enough to know times have changed. I still believe I am bad enough to walk where I should not. Truth is, I should keep my bad ass home.

To be quite honest I have walked the loop, along with the K, and also the streets of Trenton,Camden,DE and Virginia, have been inside Crack houses, and back alleys to get the deed done, I have walked these girls back to their homes, yes sometime its very uncomfortable, shit at times Im very nervous, but its sometime better than getting your car towed, plus the cop can stop you ask for id and then send you on your way, I make it my business to never carry a large sum of money, and at times I carry my pocket knife, the key is to know your area, always check the area for ways to escape, and last but least be a little bit crazy, this is not something I do often, but at times when LE presence is high sometime its best to hop out on foot, once in in Baltimore while walking down Washingington, a wsw came up to me we did the deed in a little park behind a school over by the bus terminal, in DE behind a building on Terminal Ave, in Philly after I picked up the girl or she picked me up, we walked to the car and did the deed, in VA the same once we walked to the car once in a alley way behind a vacant building. No matter what or where just always try to know your surroundings, sometime it helps, and sometime well shit you never know, I wouldn't recommend this not being a racist, but a lot of times white guys in some of these neighborhoods people think you guys are LE, at times they even think Im LE, anytime before you even make a prop. on a girl just rub her titty, feel her ****, shit tell her you just out for a ride, and ask her to play you, if all this goes well then talk business. Dont make it a street issue, act like you were in a bar somewhere picking up a chick. Well fellows have fun, be safe, but most of all watch your back. PS I will be in Balt. this week I hope I can post a report, even with all those crazy flashing blue light specials, almost like being at K-Mart back in the day.

The first advantage to being in a car is the ability to depart quickly in the event of any of the myriad of trouble that one might encounter in the proletarian zones, first and foremost potential violence. Second, the car serves as a ULE filter as female undercover LEOs won't get in your car and go for a ride. Methinks that for a person who doesn't belong in the 'hood to go walking down Scarey or Payson or even Wilkens or Washington boulevard is to gamble one's well-being, property and perhaps life for a close view of the SWs. Pedestrians Hit, 13-Year-Old Killed In SW Balt.
(WJZ) Baltimore, MD Family and friends gather to remember the life of Tiffany Brown Thursday evening.
Charges are expected to be filed against the driver of a truck that hit two young teenagers, killing one, Wednesday evening.
Eyewitness News talked to the father of the 13-year-old girl who died from her injuries. Tiffany Brown's father now wants the driver prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Police told Eyewitness News that several young teens were on their way home from Diggs Johnson Middle School when a female driver in a truck sped though an intersection at James Street and Carey Street in Southwest Baltimore.
"The lady was trying to zoom past the light and she was walking across here and that's when he had hit her," said witness Montel Mills. Mills added, "He must have dragged her under the car."
Brown and a teenage boy were both hit by the woman driving the truck, but the boy survived the incident. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Brown on the other hand was pronounced dead at the scene.
WJZ'S Suzanne Collins spoke to Brown's mother. "I wasn't there but I would like someone to tell me what really happened. I'd like to know for peace of mind what happened to my daughter." she said.
"It's unclear what caused the accident, whether it was driver or pedestrian error," said police spokeswoman Nicole Monroe. However, Monroe added, "I spoke with the officer [on the scene] and he said alcohol was not a contributing factor in this accident."
Brown's grief-stricken father said his family is angry, upset and anxious to see what charges the driver will face. Like other parents in the neighborhood, Brown's father is outraged at what he believes was the driver attempting to beat a red light.
"I'm horrified," said Annette Mills--a parent living nearby. "To cut the corner and see all of this and have to run and look for you children because you have someone running to try and beat the light. It's ridiculous."
Pending the outcome of the investigation, the driver could face vehicular homicide charges. That decision will be made by the Baltimore City State's Attorney.

She refused unless I gave money and now she demanded $5. I am not one to give in to extortion no matter how small the price. I told her she didn't have to get out but I wasn't giving her anything because she was an ass and that it would be long walk for her to get back. She wanted to know where we were going and I told her I was going to take her to PG county and that if she went with me the only thing that I would giving her was an ass kicking. She said that she would fuck up my car and cause a scene. I told her the ass kicking woul be more severe. She said that she would get the cops after me. I told her that couldn't care less but that the cops in PG would not help her - their favorite pastime is excessive force.
She finally gave up after grabbing at my pockets for money and getting nothing but a choke hold for her troubles. I put her out up the road. Her name is Bobbi. She was about 5'-5"/5'-6" and 125#-130# with shoulder length brown hair. I don't know if this is the same Bobbi you saw or not but is was the same corner.
Anyone have this happen before? First in my years that anyone has acted like that. Was the situation handled correctly?

You are setting yourself up for a major tumble if you walk the back streets, enter these trick pads, or walk a girl back to her home. You have drug dealers on nearly every corner, guys (and gals) desperate for money to make a buy, and your ordinary hoodlums who want to part you with your money. These folks know who belongs there and who doesn't so you become an easy mark.
Staying in your car with the doors LOCKED is your best protection unless you have a death wish.

From what I am reading here about this one, I have decided on how to deal with the eventuality that I will end up with her in my car because I am sown there often enough and odds are that I will encounter her before the police get the report of some sw being tossed out of the back of a moving Uhaul way the fuck down Southwestern Blvd. If I encounter her I think my plan is going to involve pulling over to the side of the road, turning off the car, getting out of it and walking to the nearest corner store and calling the cops. I have valid reasons to be in the neighborhood anyway and almost pass for local except for the fact that I am not drug dealer or a junkie - but the cops won't be concerned with why you are there necessarily, not at that point at any rate... they are going to be far, far more concerned with this junkie hooker jumping into people's cars and trying to commit strong arm robbery. As unlikely as it is to believe, we're hardly the only people that drive through the neighborhood's more "active" corners. This time around, the cops will be working as hard for us as they will be for the civilians.

NO way- not me. However, I have walked K and L last summer in DC to get a sense of the energy there - and who is who. As a matter of fact, the great Trashman (Peace be upon him) recommended doing this in DC. I must say, I learned a lot, some good and some bad. But walking the streets of DC is bad enough. Walking in Baltimore around the Clixx is just plain risking your life and welfare.

As unlikely as it is to believe, we're hardly the only people that drive through the neighborhood's more "active" corners. This time around, the cops will be working as hard for us as they will be for the civilians.

NO way- not me. However, I have walked K and L last summer in DC to get a sense of the energy there - and who is who. As a matter of fact, the great Trashman (Peace be upon him) recommended doing this in DC. I must say, I learned a lot, some good and some bad. But walking the streets of DC is bad enough. Walking in Baltimore around the Clixx is just plain risking your life and welfare.

I think I saw Buffy out there earlier this evening, other than her Wilkens seemed pretty dead, though it was hella early. I've walked the ECB and NC in San Diego, SOBT in Orlando, K/L in DC and never had any problems or fears. But when it comes to places like the Clix Loop and the K I'm afraid to get out of my car long enough to go knock on the door of a SW friend. BALTIMORE - Baltimore police are reporting a 24 percent decrease in minor sex offenses but an 18 percent increase in shootings this year.
Through Dec. 2, total crime in Baltimore in 2006 was down 3 percent from the same time period in 2005, according to police data released at Wednesday’s Baltimore City Criminal Justice Coordinating Council meeting.
“Arrests are down and crime is down,” Baltimore police spokesman Matt Jablow said in a phone call to The Examiner. “Commissioner [Leonard] Hamm stresses quality arrests.”
Baltimore police tracked 50,464 total crimes, compared to 52,130 during the same time period last year, thanks to noticeable decreases in minor sex offenses (24 percent decrease); thefts from cars (14 percent decrease) and aggravated assaults (14 percent decrease).
But police recorded increases in shootings (18 percent) and robberies (9 percent).
Baltimore tracked 250 homicides — one more than the 249 for the same time last year, the report states.
The report also presents a 8.6 percent decrease in arrests in Baltimore, including a 5.8 percent decrease in homicide arrests and a 28.1 percent decrease in arrests without charges.
In 2005, city police arrested 99,981 people, 23,506 of whom were released from Central Booking without charges, and another 24,206 of whom had their charges dropped in Circuit or District Court.
A March report from a Baltimore grand jury recommended a 50 percent cut in the number of arrests that do not result in charges by the end of this year, calling the current approach a possible violation of “constitutional rights.”
The ACLU and the NAACP are suing the police department over the quality-of-life arrests, and some criminologists have criticized the policing strategy of using thousands of arrests for minor crimes.
“We agree that arrests alone do not solve the problem,” Jablow said.

We all know of the revenge fuck and have possibly commited the same activity. The other night I was in town and encountered just such an occurance.
I stopped at a convience store on the east side for fuel and a drink shortly after dark. While fueling the vehicle an attractive brunette approached me and asked if I had any cigarettes. I assume by 'walking' you mean crusing in your car. Walking is crazy in that area. I've found crusing in the day time is less dangerous.

We all know of the revenge fuck and have possibly commited the same activity. The other night I was in town and encountered just such an occurance.
I stopped at a convience store on the east side for fuel and a drink shortly after dark. While fueling the vehicle an attractive brunette approached me and asked if I had any cigarettes. I don't smoke so I couldn't help her out. However we did start talking and she told me that her lover had tossed her out that afternoon and she was basically up shit creek.
Wheels started turning so I asked her what her plans were for the rest of the evening. She basically wanted to get in some form of altered reality and relax. I suggested alcohol and a motel room, to which she agreed adding that she had some weed and also wanted to get high.
We grabbed some supplies and went to the local no-tell. While we drank she told me her tales of woe, how she had a good job, a nice house, and a wonderful lover, yada, yada, yada. I was listening to her and also the couple in the next room who were really having a good time. Lots of yelling and moaning.
While she was talking I was eying her body, nice face, perky boobs, thin waist. She got out the weed and offered me some, alas no more I replied.
After she was done off came the clothes and the action began.
I had brought my camera with me (Don't leave home without it!) She was willing to be photographed as long as her face didn't appear, and she had final say over the shots. I took numerous photos and she insisted on examining every one. Ones she didn't like were deleted and she would pose for a new one. She really liked the action shots.
She was enthusiastic, tight, and vocal. Needless to say I didn't last long.
Some more drinking, smoking and then round two began. More of the same except I lasted longer.
Afterwards I asked her where she wanted to go. she made several calls and got a place to stay for the evening. Considering the circumstances I didn't ask for digits.Hey Cloud:

I ran across one such experience, in 1980 I stopped in Gails Go Go Bar on Northpoint Boulevard. A young dancer was crying on the pay phone outside as I pulled up for lunch she had been fired and her bisexual dancer girl friend also evicted her. I asked what was wrong, after 10 minutes of sob story, I suggested we grab lunch elsewhere so she could settle down. Thank God for being self employed, with a flexible schedule. After lunch she wanted to chill so we went back to my place, that was in the day when I grew and smoked herb (benefits of being a farm boy). Lisa stayed the weekend, I will never forget her name, she is one of my FFF's (Five Favorite F**ks: this list can be constantly updated, mine has not changed in awhile). After the week end, it was a $50 bus ticket to Florida to her family. Never saw or heard from her again.

Thin, brunette, a cups, nice long super soft sensitive nipples and one hell of a jackhammering just business no bullshit bbbjtcim - she only stopped once to tell me she had sensitive nipples but you might not like how she just holds the head in her mouth when you try to serve her up a protein cocktail. I am posting this here instead of on the Strip Club forum because it is a general warning, and I think the whole membership should read it. Recently on the Block the BPD was out in force and conducting traffic stops, checking for warrants and had a K9 unit there, which I assume was to sniff for drugs. They had the right hand lane of Baltimore Street divided and all traffic in that lane got diverted onto Custom St. (the road between Pussycat and Flamingo) and pretty much all cars had to stop, although some were getting special treatment, if you know what I mean. I saw at least one tow truck pull down to tow away the car of someone who was arrested. Furthermore, there was a contingent of police searching the back of the Plaza. I do not know if it was related, and I did not see any other bars get searched. I don't know if anyone from the Liquor Board was there, but its a good guess they were. If you go down to the Block, don't take anything you shouldn't with you. On a positive note, I have never felt so safe in the immediate area. There were cops everywhere.

I hit the loop last night and first pickeed up Keelley in Pigtown. Once she got I remembered who she was and ask her to get out the car. There were 3 bothers on the corner and she says "Give me 5 bucks or I will scream and yell to my boys." I said OK, I have a better idea. I pull off, and drive to the next block, right in the middle of it and stop, this time, no one is around. I reach over, open the door, and say "Get the fuck out", whwich she did. I can eloborate on the horrible time I had with her about 2 years ago, but let's say this, I did the right thing.
I proceed up Wilkens and find Katie. Brunette, 40ish or a hard late 30s. We the pad on Cole, and for 30 get covered 1/2 and 1/2. I am glad it is all covered too, man that mouth is tough. When wew get ready to leave to house has the balls to ask me for another fee. Says I can come 2 times without paying. As a smart monger I answer every hustle request with the exact same answer "I knew what I was coming out for tonight and brought enough money for that. Your house fee, her fee, and her tip, which she earned." He knew I full of shit, but also knew he wasa getting no where.

I think we surveilled just about every location at least briefly. It's almost a blur, where where we now... The Jewel Circus? The Lust Box? The Mouse-Cat? The Pussy Trap? The Glass Circus?
More seriously, I would say the best talent was to be found at Lust and the Pussycat Club. I'm sure the other gents will chime in with their own opinions and perhaps further details. For my part, it was a good night of drink and conversation with some good eye candy here and there. I look forward to the next.

Okay guys I apologize for not being more current with this post but I wasn't obligated to have to do anything for anyone this weekend so I decided to take a cruise. Nice weather this weekend so I spent some time surfing the loops. Had mixed results but wasn't dissatisfied in the least.
Saturday morning I got a call from one of my regular girls (non-sw) and headed in to the city early in the afternoon. Spent a couple of hours with her catching the sun's warmth ath several locations on the southwest side. The weather was just too nice to stay inside at one of the convenient no-tels on RT1. Anyway see gets a kick out it. Said she wouldn't mind meeting some of you seniors whn you want to try to change your luck. Specifics if you want them but you have to be nice - this is not the type that we discuss most oftem here. Wasn't ready to go home so I hung out wuth a buddy thst lives off MLK. After a few hours and a few beers there, his girlfriend came over so I left to check out the loops. About 5:30pm I was heading west on Wilkins riding past Catherine when I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. I go up and make a u-turn and sre enough there was Bobbi again. The same Bobbi I posted about previuosly who jumped in my car last week and demanded money. She was wearing black jeans and waist-length black jacket. I belive that her shirt may have been black. Since it was still light out I did get a better look. Rough face but not as bad as some - you could tell that she was a user. Hair just to her shoulders. Funny thing is when I came back by she was leaning into some monger's car reaching for something.
Went over to PP and met up with Kristin. Tall girl - about 5'-9" and thin - 125#/130#. Small tits - large nips. Hair just past her shoulders - brownish-blonde. Went to local spot to park. Settled on the BBBJCIM for the standard tuition. She asked me to come back later. I said okay but didn't expect her to show. I was RTFF'ing and pondered Lolitaman's post date December 13, 2006 about non-drug-using SW's in BCB, decided to check it out, and Lolitaman IMO deserves at the very least immediate promotion to senior member status. It was quite nice for change (after many years cruising mostly Wilkens/Washington Blvd.) to see my tuition spent at Value Village and Shoppers' Food Warehouse. The candidates may not be as young and thin as the jockeys and crackheads, but on the up side there is alot to be said for a clean and freshly-showered body, less worry about "what will this evening bring me next morning", no geeking, and no hustling for extra money. If this type of thing is of interest to fellow mongers, look for SW's with a little more meat on the bones who appear sober, well-groomed, etc. On the down side, Uncle Leo was being a pain in the ass on Cambria just off Fairhaven near Fred and Margies. Be discrete, takes breaks to avoid constant "looping", stay off Patapsco avenue, and concentrate on Fairhaven, Curtis, Pennington and side streets, always watching out for nasty old Uncle Leo.
I took a ride on the W/W last night around 8 or so, but found it deserted. The only action I saw was 2 white women standing on the corner of Wilkens and Catherine. First one was a tall blonde, 30s, maybe a 4 on the looks scale. With her was a short brunette in high heeled boots and short skirt. She looked rough though, sunken face, couldn't stand still. I considered the blonde until I saw a very large gentleman standing a few feet down from them and staring me down. I passed and figured I'd take my chance in BCB.
Streets were dead there also. Nothing on or off Fairhaven. So I headed back to W/W for one more pass. Coming off DeSoto it looked as if things were picking up. 1st girl I saw gave me the wave but was a little larger than I like. If I wanted to fuck a fat chick, I'd go home and do the wife. Got down to Brunswick and saw another potential provider. She had on a hot pink sweatsuit and actually looked like a 6 or maybe a 7, but by the time I turned and came back around, she was gone. Continuing down Wilkens I saw a short dark haired girl around Mount. She waved and I turned and let her walk up. LE was very light all night, I think I only saw one cruiser on my first pass of the loop. Anyways, she got in, name is Amy. Late teens, early 20s, dark hair, glasses, pretty shy, didn't say much as we drove to my spot. Got a satisfying BBBJ for the standard donation. Like I said she didn't talk much, just did her job. Dropped her off and told her next time I'll be looking for her for FS at my notel. YMMV but I recommend if you see her. No frills but no drama.

I think I know who the young woman that redfish dated is, and I won't post her name, but it doesn't matter because she is young, beautiful and smiling and fellow mongers will know it when they see her. She does charge more and there are plenty of thers who charge the going rate, but if any fellow gentlemongers want to pay extra for a special experience, she charges less than Internet women and delivers more. I have become a big fan of BCB, but it is worth repeating that one must cruise there on the downlow, the good thing is that there are many fine businesses in the area to patronize to break up the "looping". I tie in a fair amount of my shopping to my trips to BCB, which helps me maintain a lower profile and puts money into legitimate area businesses.

DehmanGarrison Loop is almost exclusively BSW, PP/C Loop is 50% BSW and more on Orleans St. by Aldi and McDonalds. Monger with caution on PP and Orleans St. a lot of LE and some ULE.

There was an all black dancer club called Eldorado Lounge, It moved to east Lombard Street 4-5000 block, I don’t know if it is closed now.
Fortunately I just did a full Block tour last Saturday, walk the all of the clubs, then pick the best talent and you don’t have to buy a drink to walk in and walk out. Block providers will be expensive for a quickie, $-$$$. If you are willing to spend $-$$ go to CL and you can get pounded for a hour. Look for specials sometimes as low as .8. At 2:00AM, there are some non dancer BSW, strolling the Block, be observant for LE, it’s everywhere, it’s everywhere.
On Orleans St. Sherries Show Bar and Tony’s on Monument St. will have some black dancers, but the girls in general are skanks compared to the Block. I got take out years ago, but haven’t been in a while.

Took a ride around the loops yesterday afternoon. Didn't spend much time but hit each area a couple of times. Was going out Wilkins and spotted Amber at the corner of Wilkins - Fulton.
Didn't think much of her at first but let her get in to talk. The more we rode I liked her attidue. Was straight on what she was doing there. We headed to the closest no-tel and I was actually surprised that this girl could carry a decent conversation. No rush. No complaints. I don't remember seeing her around before. She was about 5'-7", 130", dark brown hair just past her shoulders. THe had clear skin which seems to be a rarity. Was wearing jeans and a dark jacket with a camouflage shirt under. Started with the normal BBBJ and moved to CFS. Excellent entusiasm. Spent well over an hour before she had to meet up with someone. Admitted that she had to cop. This being my 100th post, I wanted it to be a report of a really great Thursday evening. I was thinking of a double or even a tripple involving the three major female orifices. Maybe even from three different parts of town. That didn't happen. As Clixxx pointed out in the SW forum, the Thursday evening selection wasn't good. But while Clixxx had some bad luck, I did get lucky one time.
It took a great deal of cruising, but I eventually found WSW Heather on Baltimore across from the park. She has long stringy brown hair, about 5'5", thin but not CCL, B-cups, about 25. Says that years ago she was a regular on the stroll but was clean for about a year and then started screwing up a few months ago. Her general health seemed consistent with that story.
As soon as I made the scoop, I knew it would be a nice evening. She smelled and looked as though she had a shower sometime in the last day, that alone is a good sign. Very talkative and interesting. Never did the "you a cop?" thing but we soon figured out that everything was fine. While driving out of the neighborhood we touched each other and the little head demanded a notel. She asked for cigarettes and a soda, for some unknown reason I trusted her and gave her money while I checked into the notel. She soon returned.
In the room she became my instant girlfriend. DFK, cuddling, petting, and eventually sliding our clothes off each other. BALTIMORE - State investigators have accused a Reisterstown woman of impersonating an attorney to have sex with an inmate in a Baltimore City jail.
“It was an elaborate scheme,” said Maj. Priscilla Doggett, a spokeswoman for the prison system. “I’m not aware of something like this ever occurring before.”
Tiffany Gwen Weaver, 29, showed jail officers Nov. 13 a fake Maryland State Bar Association Security Identification Pass with her photo attached to the name of Amanda Sprehn of the Annapolis law firm Hyatt, Peters & Weber. She also presented jail officials with a business card with Sprehn’s name, according to charging documents filed Monday in Baltimore City District Court.
Weaver visited inmate Jason Moody at Maryland Reception, Diagnostic and Classification Center and, once alone with him in a room for attorney-client visits, began engaging in sexual intercourse with him and was observed by jail officials, investigators said.
Sprehn said she was surprised to learn of the identity theft from her law firm after prison officials sent her bosses a letter saying she was banned from the jail.
“I was out on maternity leave,” she said. “They informed me they received a letter saying I had been caught having sex with an inmate — which was a real laugh.”
The experience was especially humiliating for Sprehn because rumors about her having sex with inmates spread throughout the legal community, she said.
“I haven’t a clue how she got onto my identity,” Sprehn said, adding that she has never represented Weaver. “I certainly feel like a victim. My reputation is at stake. There were already rumors circulating about me in Annapolis. My colleagues had to squash the rumors.”
After prison investigators spoke with Sprehn’s law firm, they realized the business card and security pass Weaver presented were fakes, according to charging documents.
Weaver now faces seven charges stemming from the incident, including forgery of the security pass, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 10 years.
She also is charged with false use of government identification, fraud, displaying another’s government ID, issuing fake documents and forgery.
Weaver could not be reached for comment.

Had the chance and took it last night to swing through. Had the family van but with the sto and go welllll......
So I eneded up being the nice guy or sucker, you guys decide. I picked up a short strawberry blond named Brenda. Drove around and chatted for a bit before settling on a quiet street. Cimbed into the back of the van and just kept chatting. She was very upset, so I just held her, kissed her cheeks and rubbed her for a while. My first blockette takeout pulled that crying crap when we got to the notel. "Never did this, need money for food and rent, blah, blah, blah." I told her she didn't have to go through with it and I'd give her the cash anyway. I lied. We got dressed and left the room. I got in the car and drove off without her and without ever giving her a cent. She pissed me off.
Later I met her sister (also a blockette) who said she pulled that crap all the time. I went out with the sister for about 6 months, each time receiving good service for a reasonable fee.

I normally cruise W&W at different times...lots more flashing blue lights up on lightpoles than ever before. Where are sw's like those in the pics? Never ventured outside of W&W but I think I will need to start.

I met one very attractive SW on Fairhaven in CB, be forewarned that she asks for more than the usual street rate, but she asks for far less than internet rates and looks better than most internet escorts. Got this idea from a few other city Posts. Some cities seem to have Hooker Bars where the girls drop in between customers to have a drink, loosen up or whatever. Sounds cool if such places exist. At least, we have them in one location and can safely negotiate for the deed over a drink. So Baltimore Mongers, any such Hooker Bars in Charm City? With the closing of the Earle adult theater on Belair Road, the Apex is now the only adult movie theater in Baltimore (at least that I am aware).
The Apex shows two continuous straight films and is located at 110 S. Broadway, in Fells Point. $10 admission.
Last summer I reported on three really great back-to-back experiences I had there with other couples. I haven't been back since so I decided to give it a try today. Long story short: Save your money.
The place was without heat and very cold. Unfortunately, I left my coat in the car. So cold, that I left after about an hour. Apparently, they have been without heat over a month. There were no couples present, only a few guys circling the center-aisles looking to give blow jobs.
It was a major disappointment. Not much else has changed. Way too much gay action going on.

After taking a 6-month hiatus, I decided to check out the W/W loop this afternoon around 4 p.m.
Being a reasonably warm day (55 degrees) this time of year I expected to find a lot of girls on the stroll and heavy LE presence. Neither was true.
I only made one loop and saw 3 girls and absolutely no LE. What a surprise.
There were more blue surveillance cameras lighting up the place which made it look like Christmas. They had added more cameras along Ramsay along each of the blocks up to the Wilkens traffic circle.
I saw a reasonably nice looking red-haired girl walking down Millington toward Wilkens. She is a new face and does not have your typical CCL look. There was another monger riding my rear bumper so I didn't get a chance to check her out.
The other two girls were real skanks, one walking down Wilkens and another stoop sitting on S. Carey.
I did have time to hit a few of the side streets off Wilkens but there was no one in sight other than your street corner drug dealers.
I think this is one of the first times I have cruised the loop and not seen any LE.

TG, the APEX is one of those hit or miss propositions when it comes to finding couples in there who want to show and play.
As I mentioned and described in detail in my report last summer, I had three back-to-back experiences with couples who were there to play. The most memorable of the three was the last experience with Dawn and the white-haired gentleman who brought her there.
Just a quick refresher about the experience.
