Apparently, while east of Rosemead is still called Pasadena until it's Arcadia, it's under county jurisdiction instead of City of Pasadena--Pasadena city limits to the east dogleg around so that south of the 210 fwy and east of Rosemead is not technically within the city. So that little row of rubshops that used to dot east Colorado and Rosemead between the 210 and somewhere down around Huntington were county of LA. Doubtless some kind of historical issue; probably from sometime before Arcadia incorporated. In any case, the laws used to be less enforced there; now it *appears* almost the opposite with more of the interesting places popping up in Pasadena proper, which (and I say this as a past multi-decade resident) has its proverbial, provincial head up its proverbial a $$.

I decided to take a quick visit to M Spa after reading some of the reviews here. I parked a few blocks down and walked to the location. The In and Out line is ridiculously long. It's like two blocks down and cars are so close to the entrance and it's very easy to make eye contact with kids waiting to get their burger. It was Monday and when I grabbed my phone to pretend to be looking at something else as I walked in so the people for in and out don't judge me, I saw the time was 5:54 p, so I wasn't sure how busy it would be. I walk in, ring the bell, wait like 4 mintues for someone to answer. After the lady greets me in, she takes me to a room and tells me to wait 10 minutes. And I give her 60 for a 30 min session. It was the room in the back with the cameras so I kept watching to see who walks out and such. But anyways, I had dinner plans at 7:30 back at where I parked, soi was getting a little impatient. After not seeing anyone in our out through the cameras I was wondering if I got scammed. I didn't want to be rude, so stayed in the room, but I don't think I would have enjoyed it anymore. After a while, I get dressed again, and wait for the lady to come back. I see some Chinese guy walk out a room and is having a great time chatting. I look at the time at its 6:21. The girl opens the door, I'm not sure who it was, but she was cute and petite. I tell her, I got to go, sorry. She understands and tells me to wait to get my 60 back, I was okay without it, I wasn't going to demand my money back. Went in here one night at the front door on Colorado and was greeted by Coco who I think is in late 30's or early 40's, but very petite and okay looking facially.
