Saw Peggy on the basis of some posts here. Wasn't impressed. Session was very rushed (she have me at most 15-20 min out of the 30 min) and both the massage and finish were meh. She is also not much to look at. Lastly, the parlor is at a busy intersection, and anyone can see you go in. It's much too public for my comfort. Will not repeat.

1. Relax Spa (Michelle, Eva, Sophia).
2. Far East (Coco, Kelly, and a lot of rotating girls).
3. Lux Spa (Try Lisa the owner if you can, also Lily).
4. Pasadena Day Spa (need multiple visits to establish rapport) Mia.
Places to avoid:
1. Nikki on Colorado (smells bad, dirty, and loud music blasting from adjoining tenant).
2. Hill just north of Colorado on Jack and the Box side of street. Smells really bad in here like a Chinese restaurant. Very bad vibe.

That usually means that someone is applying for an operating license, so the place could be for sale and the new owners are working on getting license. For certain types of establishments, massage being one of them on most cities, you have to have a public hearing so it is open for comments or objections from residents in the area. It could also be that there was a complaint raised against their license and this is where it is going to be discussed, but that is less likely.

Visited Relax yesterday for my first time. Called ahead of time to make sure someone was available. Nice facilities. Didn't get the name of the masseuse, but she was attractive.
