Nothing looks more suspicious than posting a bunch of pictuures of some hot girl no one else has seen or heard of, giving no useful information, and then having ANOTHER new member enthusiastically comment about it. I defy you to show me where there are any specifics posted here beyond those vague generalities other than references to police reports which cite specific addresses and intersections. Other cities actually post SW stroll maps and identify good corners. Hell, there is even a special thread in here with a collection of the stroll maps!

A reverse prostitution sting on Wethersfield Avenue netted 10 arrests Tuesday, Hartford police said.
Police said the department's vice squad had an undercover officer pose as a prostitute between 11 a. M. And 3 pm Tuesday on Wethersfield Avenue.
Police conducted the sting after receiving complaints about prostitution from area residents.

BTW, they were set up on Wethersfield and Stonington / Groton area, working that corner, from 1pm-5pm supposedly. I'd be curious to know what time BigGuyCT saw what he did. According to the arrest logs, all of the people arrested were between 2 and 3pm.
This is standard for the HPD, happens every year. More of these will be coming as the first couple of warm days approach in April and May, and then they'll back down as usual during the dog days of summer.
It wpas around 130 it was after 2 when Io came back buy I am fairly new at this but if any one read the rules posted by Jackson and other seniors this sting was easy to spot. Always drive around the block and check no piece is worth taking risks.

Most thieves will look under the seat, usually while leaning over from the passenger seat for the BJ, they'll stealthily slide a hand down and check under the seats. I've always used as a rule of thumb (especially after being ripped a few times) negotiate that she has to remove at least one piece of clothes before handing ANY money over. So I know that I should have posted sooner, but work has been crazy. Anyways the Friday before last I was cruising down w. Ave I say around 7. Lunch time seem to be safer bet with less LEO present on W ave. There are still fresh new faces to be found if you look hard enough. I was driving by last week (for other errand. Not looking) and noticed a tall black lady at the bus stop. When I was returning after 10 minutes she was still there and I knew at least one bus had stopped there since she was the only one left. Which is why I no longer partake. I have a trained eye from all these years and am very street savvy, but no longer knowing the usual faces or having the contacts leaves me to let others partake in the street scene. Been there, done that, and for the most part, survived unscathed minus a few missing items.
As far as your bet goes, I'd have to disagree and take you up on that 10 to one. Picture it this way, you see a white middle class family, obviously out of place from the burbs, walking down Wethersfield at 11pm between Wyllis and Brown, I'd put it at 70/30 that at some point during that stroll a hood rat or two approach and see what they can get. Short, cultish, LSW on the end of weth. Ave. Picked her up for 60 and 45 for the motel. She picked up some garbage and smoked in the bathroom before we started. Her body has been destroyed even since the last time I saw her a month or two ago. Careful with this one, I think she is a lost soul.

Very disappointing.Just my observation, what I noticed the last 5 months cruising the Weth Ave and Farmington Ave loops. Yes, I only been cruising these loops since last December. I cruise both day and night, but only do pick up at night. There's a lot more action at night.
Not sure how the warmer weather will trend, it will be my first time cruising these loops with warm weather.
I imagine LEo will also have the same ideas. Just be careful, and look for vehicles parked with people inside too close to the prospects. I agree with wsst3, the girls should be coming out more with the warmer weather. But nature has been a royal rag with the cold snaps.

I been out myself a few times and have had some luck. Seen a few decent girls in the Farm ave loop as well as the Garden St loop. Weth ave and Maple have been dead. Went out today during day which I never do. Saw a thin older red head on Weth ave, did not look that bad but their was a lot of people out, so I left instead. Good luck.

Came home from ball game and stopped to find a dead wether ave. No one was out around 9-10 on a Tuesday. Luckily I bumped into my ole reliable Jennifer. She is really cool once you know her but she is often "sick" and is very ghetto when she is fired up. If you get her talking about her nephew and brother though, you get a much different side of her. 3 for a really good BBBJ, but she stops once you start and pulls away. Not cool. Not the hold your head down kinda guy, so please don't suggest that.

It was a beautiful day and there were several ladies about. Brave lassies as there are all the consturction going on. There was a WSW. 30 ish, good body, a nice SSW, fine ass in her 20's, and the third one.
Fits your description but she had dark hair. All three had good bodies. The first and the third were walking around the day before when I set up my appointment. The other problem like you said, it's very crowded with cars parked everywhere. Not very easy to pull over and wait for the ho.
A lot of times, you spot a SW but circle back, you will lose sight of her.
