Anyone else taking this? I'm taking a tiny tablet on Tues and another on Fri for about a week and half.

Feeling like complete dogshit guys. No luck on eliminating refractory periods either. My only other PE is Swedish Flower Pollen (4 pills daily) and V before playtime.

I seemed to have very good results taking these supplements, but I have been off them for about 2 months, and lately I've noticed a lack of libido. So I'm going to restock and begin taking this stuff again, as listed. I'll report back the results in a month or so.

I bought some Lecithin granules and ate 2 tablespoons daily. After 2 weeks, wow what a difference. My orgasms are like 5-6 ropes and its like I was 16 again. I highly recommend it. You can get it at any organic food store. Cost was about ten bucks for a 30 day can. Zinc and L-Arginine are good too, but not like Lecithin.
5-6 ropes is normal for me. With Swedish Flower Pollen I get 10-12. I had to take it for two weeks before it started working.

For those who don't like the lecithin granules, get some 500mg choline pills.

Apparently if I take more than one 1000mg of Yohimbe in a day or for more than two days in a row, my heart rate increases to an uncomfortable level.
I cannot take this after 5pm because it effects my sleep.

Similar to DHEA, 50mg max. per day, also I can't take it in evening either due to sleep issues.

YMMV, but thought that some might want to keep this in mind.

Apparently cinnamon doesn't dissolve well in water. If you put a spoonful of cinnamon powder in your mouth and try to wash it down with water you might inhale the powder and choke. Better to mix it in yogurt first and then eat it.

I tried a lot of blueberry juice and red grape juice. There was no noticeable benefit.
Eventually I found out there is a time lag of 8 to 12 hours before antioxidants become effective. Dark colored fruit juices do help if taken early enough. Antioxidants also seem to build up in your system if taken regularly, so that timing is less of an issue.

I have used this product a few times and had great results. Now I'm not so dysfunctional (yet) that I need it to get an erection, but it sure as hell works for round two in an hour session, and the effects are still there 24-48 hours later. In my situation, it worked nearly as well as Levitra, which is the only Rx that I have used. I take it with a couple of aspirins and have never had a headachel, or any other side effect.

Stop taking them for an extended period of time, say a month, you may see the effects restored.

No. Although this is a long term study, the effect of arginine supplementation is very short term. It should be taken on an empty stomach one hour before needed. If taken with food it will be less effective since it competes with other amino acids and should be taken 2 to 3 hours before needed to allow time for digestion. The ratio of arginine to lysine is very important. That is why nuts and peanuts are a good source of arginine. They are low in lysine.

This is how I interpret the study:
L-arginine only: 5% success rate
L-arginine + 40 mg pycnogenol: 80% success rate
L-arginine + 120 mg pycnogenol: 92.5% success rate

Either the pycnogenol increased the success of the arginine or else the pycnogenol was effective by itself. I have not tried pycnogenol personally, but I have had some success with other antioxidants. They should be taken on an empty stomach 8 hours before needed or 10 to 12 hours before needed if taken with food. L-arginine never worked for me. Arginine ethyl ester worked great when I first started taking it, but eventually it quit working for me. Antioxidants work every time but are not very strong.

I am 31 years old and have started using Viagra on a recreational basis. I don't need it to have sex, but I love the way it enhances my performance. I have been ordering generic Viagra from an online pharmacy, because I knew there was no way my doctor would prescribe it to me (he is very conservative, and he certainly wouldn't give it to someone my age). So far everything has been fine with the pharmacy I've been using, but they are fairly high priced and other pharmacies are advertising significantly lower prices (I've been buying 100mg tabs 30 at a time for around $130). I ordered a few to try. They seem to be ok for an herbal solution but I don't think I will reorder. As with everything YMMV. I went back and re-ordered from Secure tabs as they seemed to work the best for me. I have tried many of the herbal products and in many cases the results are low and I end up throwing what is left in the bottle in the trash. To be safe I think I will check out the doc and get the real stuff. I have heard many stories of which I agree that you can never tell what they really put in the pills if they are not FDA approved.

I put that in for the other readers who may have missed it. The problem with these products spiked with undeclared ingedients is if you combine them with Viagra/Cialis then you might get too much.

I was taking 1000 mg. of Yohimbe (Body Gold brand, Power Max Ultra that is found in GNC) on days I know I'm going to be active, perhaps twice a week. Limiting it to that dosage and frequency due to concerns of reported side effects on internal organs. I get really sensitive at the head of my penis. I tried three 325mg aspirin by itself. After two hours it improved firmness but actually decreased staying power. If taken with V/C/L that might provide the needed stamina to give a good combination. For firmness I find magnesium supplements work much better. That should combine well with V/C/L.

John, Brahmabull was not kidding. you know your stuff. I found your articles on prolactin most educating. -As it reduces the refractory period between pops.

Over the weekend I had this thing set up already & didn't have time to do mail order. So I went to my local adult establishment & bought StiffNights. It did the trick(s) [pun intended]. According to their web site each pill contains 600mg of a blend of 19 herbs. That is an insignificant amount of each herb. However, it does contain 12.5mg Yohimbine alkaloids. A typical dose for an average size man is 8mg. Insomnia and elevated heart rate are typical side effects to Yohimbine. Smaller men might want to start with half a pill to see if that works for them.

It also contains 50mg DHEA and 10mg Pregnanolone, which may have a positive effect.

Has anybody tried this product and if so, what were your results. I've got some see and a few Vs left but I was looking for something otc that would work. Especially if I can find something w / o the side effects of see, L and V or do you think "ROCK HARD" can be used with see?

Has anyone tried mixing together L and C or V? I thought about adding a little C to make the L last longer. Arginnine and asprin helps at time to give the others a boost. What about mixing some of the enhancers like Macua or Tribulus with V or L?

I've tried to get my doctor to prescribe but my number is alwaus on the borderline. I've heard the same results from a couple of other folks.I tried a few products that seem to be successful at boosting testosterone. I didn't get any tests to confirm, but they seemed to make me more horny. One was an alcohol extract of muira puama. Another was a product called Eroxil, which also increased my morning wood. DHEA supplements might work too. If you don't want to take pills try wearing a ball zinger.

All it does is raise testosterone levels. I didn't notice any effect on volume or performance. What it does is increase libido (make you horny). I have also tried herbal remedies that raise testosterone, which also increased libido but not performance. I read somewhere that the only hormone that has been proven to improve performance is DHEA.

Based on my experience wearing a ball zinger, I think a homemade one made of nails will be very uncomfortable. You will probably quit before giving it a fair test.

The effect is similiar to other testosterone boosting methods I have tried like Muira Puama and the ball zinger. Of the three, I found Muira Puama most effective. I read somewhere that testosterone doesn't improve erections and based on my personal experience I believe it. It only increases the desire for sex. Supposedly the only hormone that improved performance in laboratory experiments is DHEA.

The downside to these testosterone boosters is they make my prostate swell up and make it difficult to empty my bladder. I'm an old guy, so this might not be a problem for younger men.

It says on the label each Eroxil tablet contains 5 mg Polyamines and 100 mcg selenium.

I've used clomipramine in pill form and it really works. I ordered them a couple of years ago and they were hard to find, but well worth it. The dosage I have is 50mg and I cut them in half. Another monger on here says he uses only a quarter of a tablet and it works fine. I would highly recommend if you can find it.

The problem is that you don't know how much is in them. If you buy a generic ED medicine then at least you know the dosage.

The herbal pills that contain Yohimbine can also work, but with bad side effects. The other herbs that work are the ones that are PDE-5 inhibitors, similar to V, C and L. These include Horny Goat Weed (active ingredient Icariin) , Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa (active ingredient Piperizine / Piperazine) and Cnidium Monnier (active ingredient Osthol / Osthole). Look for standardized extracts close to 40 percent active ingredient. Icariin quickly breaks down in the body, so the other two would be better choices. The most Viagra-like effect I've found from the grocery store is Nutmeg spice. One level teaspoon washed down with water on an empty stomach will give a light boost starting about 4 hours later. Side effects are dizziness and dry mouth.

I tried all of these ingredients separately and did not find any increase in semen volume. Muira Puama increased my libido, Damiana gave me erotic dreams. Maca and B12 did nothing noticeable. I did have sucess increasing semen volume using Swedish Flower Pollen Extract (rye pollen). I took two capsules a day for two weeks before the effect kicked in. I doubled my contractions from about 6 to 12. Some people say lecithin helps too.

I tried all of these ingredients separately and did not find any increase in semen volume. Muira Puama increased my libido, Damiana gave me erotic dreams. Maca and B12 did nothing noticeable. I did have sucess increasing semen volume using Swedish Flower Pollen Extract (rye pollen). I took two capsules a day for two weeks before the effect kicked in. I doubled my contractions from about 6 to 12. Some people say lecithin helps too.

Several months have gone by since I had the testosterone injections. Just wanted to report that my libido is still better than it was before I had this procedure, even though I'm a few months overdue for another dose of test tablets (it's supposed to be done every six months). I've not suffered any side effects. If you have low libido and have the dough, this is still something I'd recommend.

I've posted here before about using L Carnatine and other nutritional supplements, and I've gotten good results from using them. However, in the last year or so I've noticed that the decline of my libido has increased. I'm over 50 and my libido started slacking a few years ago. It got to the point that I'd go days with zero interest in sex. I mean zero. The supplements stopped working, nothing worked. The worst was about 2 months ago, when after several days of abstinence I got a massage to see if that could "get things going" and could barely get an erection and barely ejac. Awful experience. Even worse was what it implied about the future.

I'd heard about male hormone therapy. We've all seen that Cenergenics ad with the bald guy w / the Charles Atlas body. I visited Cenergenics in Vegas a few years ago, but they seemed too expensive. Still, the idea of getting testosterone was very appealing to me. However, I didn't want to play around with getting it illegally or trying to dose myself with it.

So I went to see another doctor who specialized in anti-aging therapies. I went ahead and did the tests to measure my testosterone, and found that it was indeed low. So what the doc does is inject testosterone pellets, each about the size of a grain of rice in my flesh (doesn't hurt) , and these time-release the hormone over several months. The whole thing cost me like $1k, which sounds like a lot but is far cheaper than Cenergenics, which I hear is going out of business and which charges many times that.

The results? After the procedure, I didn't feel any different for about a week. So I rule out the placebo effect. Afterwords, every benefit that testosterone replacement was supposed to provide has come true. I've gone many years without getting morning erections, now I get them regularly. Sex drive (libido) is back, like it was when I was in my 30s. I just got back from a certain Asian country, had a girl almost every night for a month and performed like a champ. That's not all. My energy is back, and I started working out, and my muscle tone strength and growth is way more than I expected in just a short time. My depression (a symptom of low testosterone) is gone. I feel younger, no doubt about it. Before I felt old, didn't want to work out at all, and even if I did my muscles didn't respond.

Bad effects? The only thing is that my nipples are a little sensitive. I don't have any zits or "roid rage." You see, what you get isn't a huge does of testosterone, just enough to make a positive difference without causing ill effects. We've all heard a lot of bad things about getting testosterone, and much of it just isn't true.

This might be something to consider. I won't post the name of the doctor I saw as that might be considered advertising on the forum, but just google "male hormone therapy" and read up on this to see if it might possibly help you. Honestly, I can't recommend it enough for guys like me who have low testosterone. It changed my life. And by the way, if you have low test, I seriously doubt you can raise it by working out more or eating certain foods. I tried that, didn't work.

I haven't tried Magic for Men but I did buy some Phuk and it didn't seem to do anything for me. I am on my second order of Stree Overlord and it works the best of anything I've ever tried, including Rx Viagra. For all I know it may have 100mg of V in it, but it works great for me. I'm pushing 60 and just finished with 2 pops in about 2 hours in a session with a lady, and let's just say she was pleased. Multiple times in fact. Like being in middle-school math class again and poping wood looking at the back of a girls neck in the desk ahead. Balance of hormones is critical, not a high T level per say. I knew Lecithin was a food additive, but did take a few minutes to research it when I saw it mentioned as a performence enhancer.

Before you start popping pills, you, more than anyone else, need to discuss this matter with your doctors. I would avoid OTC performance enhancers, because your doctor will not know the composition, side effects and drug interactions. And just because herbs (or other remedies) are OTC, it doesn't mean they are not strong chemicals.

If you get the green light, you can try vitamins V, L & C. Some guys have great success with injections.

Three years ago, I was asking fellow forum members to recommend a good provider of prostate massages. There was a possibility I needed prostate surgery, and I wanted a prostate massage while I still had a prostate. Fortunately, I am cancer free and intact. Looking at the ingredients for MagicForMen, it looks like the Stinging Nettle Extract (Root) and Cayenne are the things that would make it work. Just about every formula I've tried that had any real (positive) effects on my sexual performance had either Stinging Nettle (Root) , Cayenne, or Muira Puama.

Stinging nettle is excellent for your prostrate.
