The best place on this line to find them is option three on the main menu which is called the "cb" live recorded messages that you can flip through. You can send two messages to a person at a time before you can send another one. That's how you can tell if they got your message or not(line workers are there usually on around from like 9pm at night to like 4am, some times even after 11am till like 1 in the afternoon. I'm not sure how your location works.

I never would have known this existed if I hadn't read this forum.
