Fellow mongers, although I do not partake in the SW, I drive up Acushnet Ave every night on my way home from work. Around 10 pm is the prime hour for hunting. There are many SWs around. Was in the area on Sunday afternoon & decided it was time to learn the NB track.

After a little searching on line found the streets, grabbed the GPS & headed out.

Some trial & error finally found the streets mentioned, Acushnet Ave, Sawyer, Nye, County, Purchase, Ashley & some of the side streets, (a lot of one ways).

Didn't see much out one maybe two are the only ones I noticed, but was also trying to learn the track at the same time, so I could've missed some of NB finest.

Made a couple of loops around Market Basket, but didn't notice anything.

The only one I was sure about was a HSW reddish/orange hair five five, ok looking, at the corner of Bullard & Acushnet at St Anthony's, but not knowing where to go I passed & called Natalie but after getting to many no's I don't do this & I don't do that took off for Brockton.

Had i been on top of things i should've at least called this girl before leaving, anyone have any intel on her?

It I do miss that search on the street.It's a tactic that police started using in other cities (Brockton and Boston have done it) a few years ago. Refuse to renew the permits for 24 hour stores in certain areas. This removes any excuse for people to be on the streets at night, and then Uncle LEO starts threatening to make arrests for common nightwalking. The cases would likely be dismissed anyway if it went to court, but the threat of having to spend the night (or weekend) in jail is enough for most of the girls to adjust their "work hours".

It sucks, because it's a lot easier to find safe places to park at 3am.

I was running my usual route, I saw an acquaintance who works on the street (no phone), I asked her about the lack of foot traffic. She agreed on the assessment and believes that many of the SWs are locked up. That the LEO presence was high (both undercover and marked). She had stated that she did not see any other SWs out. It was a pretty good day overall in the North and South end, sun was out and low to mid 40's.

What a day, as I searched for my god child on the street I saw a few regulars out but none of her friends. But the LEO Presence was significant. There were parked marked cars on Beleview (I am this is not spelled correctly), and Front, Ashley and Acushnet. With patrols working side streets. One unmarked car and a little assistance from other state agency. I do not think I have ever seen so many arrests. I witnessed 2 different arrests (highly likely not for Mongering), and at least 6 other pulled over in a very little time span, and I was on foot! I am sure a license plate reader was being used. No sooner did they complete on stop. You would round the corner and see another pulled over.

-Paul.She's a lot of fun when she's awake, never had her nodding on me. Not that I doubt it happens, been there way too often with others. She loves to perform and really gets into it. Spent a little over an hour with her last time I saw her for $40 and an ice coffee. Haven't seen her in a few weeks though since I'm not in the area very often. Did she get a new phone yet?

Thanks.Hi, She didn't have a phone, it was a hot Sunday afternoon when I met up with her on the Ave. She hinted about staying in FR so you might find her over there too. Don't get me wrong she seemed like a super sweet girl falling on hard times, so if you find her please treat her good. Just be prepared for a grumpy girl if you have to wake her up LOL.
