That's the blonde that always wore that heavy jacket during the wintertime and usually covered her face up so you couldn't tell who she was. A girl who's on K4's only need one or 2 of them to last them basically all day, at least these two girls I have known did. The only difference is back in the early 90's, K4's were around $50 a piece, and now they run about $15 each. I wonder how much of Christina's story is real, and how much of it is just to get out of having to do things she doesn't want to. When I first met her 10 or so years ago she had this innocent looking girl persona and has always reminded me of Melissa Gilbert or Dana Plato in the face. Ok, I used to know a Gail and a Pam back in the early 90's. Pam was the one I've mentioned before that I became close with back then, and Gail was a woman that was in her late 30's back then so she'd be at least in her mid 50's now. I've got a mug shot of Gail, and personal pics of Pam I could post to see if those are who you're speaking of. Pam would be around 44 or 45 now, as she was about 27 or 28 back when I knew her. That's why it's never a good idea to go to an AMP on Friday or Saturday night. For the most mileage, always go on a weekday in the morning. Friday night is like a Golden Corral buffet at an AMP. They are high traffic, the girls are bitchy and the service is poor.

This is a reply to Highway Man's post in the Craigslist folder that had more to do with SW topics than CL, so I put my reply here.
The party lines I speak of are the numbers they advertise late at night on channels 21 and 68, as well as have advertisements for in the Birmingham Weekly paper that you can get by the door of some businesses, as well as most corner intersections in the city center downtown and on southside where all the newspaper racks are. See, if you're meeting someone for free, you're more accepting of things you wouldn't normally be if you were paying for it. An example is going out to eat. If you were paying, you might never stop at, say, Hardee's, but if someone was going to give you a free meal from there, you'd be happy to eat there. I do have my standards, though. I had a woman from Albertville who answered an internet ad I had, oh, probably 7 years ago, and I knew going up there that she was in her early 50's, but I thought to myself I knew some women who were in their early 50's and they didn't look half bad, and it was free so I thought what the heck. Well when I got up there, she looked like that woman they post on the Iowa boards who has some ad wanting to meet- the short haired, heavy set woman with glasses. That was awkward. But anyway, those are ways to meet people for free, and as I said, I'm more flexible on who I'd be willing to get with in that respect. And as for the girl I was commenting on in the other folder, I wasn't meaning she was ugly by any means, I just wouldn't pay to get with someone past a certain age. You can also call those party lines, and there'll be girls on there looking for people who want to pay for things as well. When I call I say I'm looking for someone to meet up with who wants to meet up for a sexual encounter, and I always get at least 2 women respond asking how much I'd be willing to pay. Attitude will follow no matter the age of the girl, as there's some badly cracked out 30 and 40 year olds out on the street, too.
I also do notice alot of the messages saying someone was out at this or that time and didn't see any girls, so obviously they moved and where are they. Unless an area gets bulldozed, as did the crack area in Ensley where they ended up building the new Jackson-Olin, the girls aren't going to really be 'going' anywhere. Seeking SW is a game of patience and luck. You have to be at the right place at the right time, and you can't give up after one pass down the road, or even an hours passes. Girls are only going to be out there if they need money/dope, because if they have a supply of either, you won't see them anywhere, except maybe passing you in the passenger seat of somebody's car, or sticking their nose out their room door when you ride through a motel. You gave a good analogy on the SW hunt, fishing is a good way to describe it. I would also recommend parking at the McDonald's or somewhere that you have a REASON to be at for 20 minutes or so, and just watch what's going on, and you're likely to see some SW milling around. I'd be careful what corner grocery store you picked to park at, though, as there's some 'inside' neighborhoods I wouldn't park at with a Sherman tank.

Here's the pic of the girl named Gail I knew back in the early 90's. I just knew her from hanging around the area and the lifestyle back then. I've seen her walking down the road lately, and honestly she doesn't look bad with the clothes she's wearing and her long, flowing hair she usually has down. I've seen her late at night as well, when she looked like she's been up for days and hadn't changed her clothes in that amount of time either. I'm not bashing anyone when I give descriptions as to who they are, that's just how I say who I'm talking about when I say something on here. I know a few months ago someone was saying stuff like they took a ride down 1st, saw Sally on 50th and down from her there was Mary, then down in Woodlawn they saw Chelsey and Tameka, met up with Jill and Kelly on 45th Street, and so on. Well I don't know all of the girls names, and most I know I've figured out either from on here or by talking to certain SW I know, and even if I did I'm sure people here wouldn't know who I was talking about unless I described them somewhat. That's why I always say if you're talking about a girl by name, unless it's a girl known by name like Lesley, describe who you're talking about so we'll all have a better idea. And in my time of mongering I've met my share of girls who have had the same name as someone else so I sometimes don't know who's being talked about. There has been more than one girl in the area named Ashley, and still is, though one is black. I believe there's two girls in Woodlawn now named Christina, and one named Christy, so those can easily get mistaken for each other unless described. Anyway it's basically a way that I say who I'm talking about, like the sweatpants girl. That's an example of someone I could say if we didn't have the sweatpants to go by she would probably be bad teeth girl- though she's now known as Amie since we've matched face with name. And it's not that I'm not interested in thin girls either, because it doesn't really matter to me what size someone is all that much. I guess I started describing her as no-Assley because the name fit like that so well, and I actually was behind her in a gas station around the time I first called her that, and she had a pair of jeans on and it was just like her legs stopped, and her back began, and it just looked odd. The Glinda I remember from that same area around that time didn't have bonde hair but it was brown, but that doesn't mean she didn't dye it blonde. I saw Patty out around the Sky today about lunchtime, but I didn't get to pick her up. There were police everywhere today. So I came back in the evening for a second look and found her. It's nice to know someone found Amber and where she is presently, not that I would be able to afford her prices at the present time, though. I had an interesting night last night. There's an area in West End that even though is not as active as the 1st stroll, is still an area I've found girls walking nearly every time I go through it. Against my better judgment I parked right in front of the office and gave her. 4 to get her key. I sat in the car and watched her go to the desk, then she casually walked out the side door with some young guy. I jumped out of the car to see what was happening and she just strolled into one of the rooms down the hill, right in front of me.
I figured that maybe she was just getting geared up for a visit, but it was strange that she would just wander off without giving me some kind of signal, but not try to hide it. After about 5 minutes, I had enough and walked up to the door and knocked. You could hear folks moving around and see the curtains part. Finally after knocking a few more times, the guy that she walked to the room with opened the door.
I asked him where the girl was and he tried to deny that she was in there. I told him that I saw her and not to piss me off and he asked me to give him a minute to get her out of the bathroom. I gave him a couple of minutes and knocked again. He finally answered and said she was in the bathroom. I walked into the room and there was a white guy freaking out, saying he didn't need any trouble. He was tweaking his brains out. The girl then walked out of the bathroom like nothing had happened and was ready to go.
She said that her boyfriend had screwed up things for her and they wouldn't give her the room, so she was asking this guy if she could rent his. Typical BS.
So we ended up driving to a deserted dead end and this is what we got.

The girl that I posted a picture of and called her Hippie Girl is actually Denise. She says that she lives in an abandoned building around 1st and 50th. When I saw her the other day, she was incredibly hyper.
I also got a picture of Michelle. She is very nice and said that she used to hang out on the streets, but has now cleaned up. She and her boyfriend moved out of Woodlawn to Avondale and are now trying to move even further away from the street life so that she can stay clean. She said that she used for 15 years and finally had enough. She has been clean for 30 days.
She is a nice girl and if you see her out there, give her some encouragement. I am only posting her picture so we have a means to identify her if anyone is familiar with her.
As I was leaving the circuit, I was running late to an appointment. I cut through downtown about 9 p. M. And somewhere around the Post Office. 2 or 3 blocks away (3rd North around the expressway? )- I see this tall, brown haired gal in a long black dress. She is probably late 30's or early 40's, looks very Italian and looks out of place on the street. Of course I had to make a detour and check her out. She says her name is Angel and she gives me a peak under the dress.
Angel says that she is from one of the suburbs West of Bham. She is attractive and acted pretty stable. I was running late and couldn't take the time to do an in-depth interview.
Does anyone have any info on this gal? She is probably a 8 or 9 on the SW scale, considering her age. Definitely worth keeping an eye out for.

For those that might not know, Aimee is the sweatpants girl, and those pics, especially the one with her holding her boobs, definitely spark my interest. Though I will say I don't know whether I'd be wanting to mess with the extra drama and all. That young guy she walked out of the motel office with was probably her boyfriend, and I always see him across from her walking down 1st, and he always has on an NBA jersey top so he's always easy to spot. Seems like she definitely was trying to ditch you, and it's funny how bold some of these girls are. I'll bet she thought if she came out with her thug boyfriend that you wouldn't pursue her. I've had girls go inside rooms before and have some guy answer the door like her going in the room was some mirage I imagined. One girl did that to me at the Motor Lodge on 3rd near the fairgrounds about 10 years ago. She had me come inside the room with her and there was a white guy passed out on one of the beds in there. So I told her I wasn't doing anything in there with him there, so she had the white guy leave and she said she'd be a minute. She went inside and closed the door and didn't come out. So I knocked on the door and some thug black guy answered the door and said she wasn't in there. I told him specifically she made a mistake doing that to me and she'd soon see what I meant. I then left and went to a pay phone and anonymously called the cops and told them I was at a stop light and a girl and a guy offered me drugs and told them what room they were in. I rode around the area to see what came up, and not 5 minutes later about 3 cops flew up and came up to their door with guns drawn, pulled both of them out and handcuffed them. I passed by one time slowly and made sure she saw me as I made a phone sign with my hand, so she knew it was me. I don't put up with crap like that.
The girl Angel you mentioned also sounds like a girl I came upon about 5 years ago near the intersection of 50th and 1st. This was before the Motel 8 became so active, and I found this girl walking toward town past 50th. A couple of years ago, I wasted a night in Trussvilles courtroom because I didnt have my insurance papers in the car and it seemed like half the courtroom was there for Driving while suspended, Driving while revolked and so forth but he didnt sentence a single one of them to jail time.
A number of them were failure to appears so when they got arrested, they had CASH bonds so when they came to court the judge just made their fines equal their cash bonds.
But, most cases, them getting caught just automatically means 6 more months tacked onto a suspended or revolked license.
Over half the people there were "on probation" which is what they call it if you cant pay it all at once. They add on a bunch to deal with accepting payments and for the lower income folks, its something that financially they may never overcome.
And, of course every single one caught for a suspended or revolked licence also fot a fine for no insurance.
I had mine suspended one time, many years ago. Never got caught during the 30 or 90 days and glad I didnt. I didnt realize how much it keeps snowballing on you if you dont have someone to drive you everywhere you need to go and get caught again.

Being the only one arrested and processed into the jail at 6:00 pm on a charge of robbery doesn't mean she was alone in the crime. She might be the only one apprehended at this point.

I saw that transient girl in the arrest records last night. When I hear 'transient' I've always assumed it meant they lived on the street, but really it just means they have no 'set' address but could actually be living with someone or somewhere. There's been quite a few attractive transient girls arrested in the last several months. The red headed girl I posted a pic of I saw wandering down 8th Avenue about 2 months ago I'd consider a transient, even though she had an address listed with her record. Anyone wandering the street at 4 AM like they're out of their mind is a transient to me, lol.
I was out this morning early, and was making long passes down 1st, and ended up on Parkway East by the Super Sauna. Around 5:30 AM I saw 2 very cute black girls walking toward East Lake right in front of the Sauna, and from what I saw I believe they were working. They were both very young, no older than 20 either of them. They had on Daisy Duke short shorts, and had their hair, eyeshadow, lipstick and jewelry colored in bright Mardi Gras looking colors. Just because of their bright colors they stood out, even though their clothes weren't loud. They were also walking 'in' the street, and when they came to the intersection right past the Sauna, they almost had a cop run into them as he was coming onto the Parkway, which made them realize they needed to get more onto the side. I saw one car stop and talk to them, but since there was 2 of them I didn't attempt to stop, as I don't like 2 people in the car at the same time. I was making loops to see if one of them might get picked up or something, but when I came back around they both were gone. They made it as far as the old Arby's. I still believe they were working.
I also saw something quite interesting during my travels. As I was riding down 1st, I came upon what I thought was a white girl in a red station wagon type Volvo driving down 1st, circling through Woodlawn and continuing down 1st. I never got a good look at her as of yet, but once I got to Oporto, she turned and went inside the Exxon. I saw from a distance what looked like a Chyna sized girl get out of the car and went inside. So I went in and bought something to drink as an excuse to get a better look, and as I was paying, I saw 'her' come out and go to 'her' car. Probably 6'2, had 'real' boobs, long hair, and a dress. I believe this is who I used to see over a year ago parked in front of the adult book stores diagonal from the Exxon. The only TS girls I've ever seen on 1st has been blacks.

My understanding is that LE avoids conducting stings on Fridays, weekends and long holidays, particularly in high crime areas. The jails get packed above capacity and that creates problems.
I was in court a couple of years ago on a minor violation and about 10 persons in front of me were there for driving on suspended licenses -- no one got jail time, but they all were fined and additional suspension tacked.
On a different occasion I went to a criminal court as a witness; I was very surprised by the lenient and suspended sentences which people got -- and most of them were already on probation for one reason or another.
One woman had 3 charges (indecent exposure, trespassing and possession or paraphernalia), she was already on probation for prostitution. The charges were reduced to trespass and all she got was 10 days, suspended.
So, I went back the next day to try to find her. I drove by the Anchor, since she had mentioned it, and saw her in the parking lot. I called the desk and asked for her by name and they rang her room. I asked coild I come by and she said yes. I'm not one to enter a hotel room but felt a bit emboldened that day. It was a mess. She's a real hottie, though and I told her she could do a lot better than that. After some drama caused by her stuff gettin stolen and needing a cover from the front desk and a visitor fee, all went well. She had a very good attitude. bbbj and then fs. dirty talk. nice perky tits. I didn 't notice any signs of drug use. she did says she was probably moving to the SKY, but you know how that is.
I gave a ride to a young WSW that I had scoped out by the 24/7 washateria. She was very cute with a petite body. BIG southern ak-sent. I took her to the Sky adn gave her a $20 so she could get a room. I hadn't been out looking so I didn't really pursue it like I could have. I left her there to check in and take a shower while I went ot take care of some business. She told me her name so that I could find out the room number, however when I got back, there was no sign of her and the clecrk said no one had checked in. Well I'll say this first, I hope my commenting on that isn't going to start a long drawn out discussion on the what and what nots to do in relation to driving around looking for SW, ala the seat belt issue. Each person feels comfortable doing different things in relation to picking up SW, and alot do things much more bolder than I would. Picking up a SW in the broad daylight right in the open on busy 1st Avenue with lots of cars passing on each side is something I wouldn't even consider doing, but I see guys do it all the time when I was and used to be out in the daytime. Having a SW in your car is always taking a chance, whether you 'know' they have something on them or not. Many times they're going to have a stem (crack pipe) on them, if not some type of controlled substance, without your knowledge. I guess if someone got stopped and a SW had something it would really depend on 'where' whatever they found was located at when they found it. If it was on their person then it would be attached to them, but if they dropped it and it was just 'in' the car then it would depend on where it was found. Someone is considered in control of whatever seat they're sitting in, and whatever is found around that seat is considered theirs. It just depends on the circumstances.
I also wanted to say there's a new tabloid newspaper in circulation around town presently. It's called Local Mug Shots, and we now have a greater Birmingham edition in print. It's on it's second issue, and I found out about it via a newspaper article Sunday before last. It costs $1 and is 12 pages. Basically it has mug shots of people who are wanted, interesting recently released individuals, sex offenders, celebrity mug shots (Richard Scrushy, Dog Bounty Hunter etc..), a DEA page, an ATF page, a crimes against children page, and a 'bad girls' page. I found my copy at the Conoco on Oporto and it has to be asked for as it's behind the counter, but it said in the article there was several places throughout the city that sells it, though I've yet to find any more. They have a website called localmugshots dot net. I thought this interesting as we might see some of our local SW or wannabe escorts in print, lol.
I think it comes down to how much of a dick the cop wants to be about it.
Roper apparently thinks that 200 bullshit arrests on small charges means more than a dozen or so arrests of real criminals or drug kingpins.
That trickles down to the cop on the beat who gets his butt chewed out if he doesnt have enough arrests.
So if he needs some arrests and he sees Mr Suburb with a crackwhore in a high crime area, theres 2 easy arrests if the cop wants arrests.
I think a number of years ago, an assistant coach at local university was arrested for pot up in Moulton. I think he had a girl in his car who had it and the trooper showed his power and arrested them both. Of course the girl could have pulled it out of her pocket and down in the seats or something.
But, they were both arrested, his car impounded and he was later forced to resign while saying he was innocent. And he probably was. I dont know how the legal case eventually turned out but the damage had been done.
And most times if you are arrested and theres no innocent 3rd party in the car who you can authorize to drive it, the cops ARE going to tow it.
Years ago, I drove through Moulton numerous times. I never saw a SW, which is who I think the coach had in his car. I was stopped one time for going through an intersection. I guess their main intersection too fast.
The speed limit was too low, like 35 , it was a 4 lane highway and there were no other cars around.
I was going a reasonable 45 or so and the cop let me off with a warning.
Something like that wouldnt happen with any small towns around here.
Tickets are a revenue source and growing their revenues is priority #1.
In dozens of times through there, that was the only time I ever got stopped. And oftentimes, I was going 75 in a 55. I never saw a state trooper which is who got the coach. His reason for being stopped, a traffic violation.
When SW are involved, theres always a risk. Just watch out for the little things, wear your seat belt, obey traffic laws,dont have a tail light out or any other infraction, be respectful to the officer. Might help. Might not. Cant hurt.
Even if you are arrested, its not the end of the world. They'll let you out in 1-5 hours even if you dont bother calling anyone. You pay $150 or so plus a cab to get your car out of impound and then have a court date. In court, they will see you arent a crackhead with muliple previous arrests and drop the charge. Or if you have two charges, agree to drop one if you plead guilty to "no seat belt" or whatever other reason you were pulled over.
The biggest problem....the impound yard wont take plastic.

I believe from the things I see on their website that it originates in Florida. The only place I know for sure carries it is the Conoco on Oporto. My bad Clark I just looked at it again and it said Birmingham Edition. It is produced by safecity publishing. One of the guys picked it up for me at some station in Shelby County, not sure which one. Did see a couple of potential "candidates" though.

This Misty ? I'd have passed, too. This is the girl I posted comments on in the past back when she was over on the west side of town. Originally I saw her by this apartment complex neat the Phoenix club about 4 years ago, and now she's back on the east side of town. Last I saw her she had actually started trying to make herself look glamorus by making up her hair and wearing skimpy clothes. She used to always be outside this gas station I'd go to on the west side, and try to beg for money for something to eat. I tried to date her once, was just going to get a quick BJ from her, and she says she doesn't 'do' complete BJ's, she does 'a little of this and a little of that'. So I got the impression she was going to try to get out of doing a lot of both, lol. Then when I was through with her she wouldn't get out of the car because she couldn't find a good place to get out to find dates, so I finally had to stop, get out, throw her bag thing she had all her clothes in out and pull her out of the car. Well I finally got a chance to get out and made a run up 1st this morning about 7:00. Yeah, I was out around that same time this morning, and saw Christy walking everywhere around the Woodlawn area. I've also seen her alot in the last several days in the middle of the night as well. She usually can be found on 1st in the area around McDonalds, or around the intersection of Georgia Road and 54th Street. I believe she gets dates and comes back to that area around that intersection and then walks to 1st and down it until she gets a date, at least that's what it seemed like to me from observing her. When I saw her, she didn't have a direction of how she wanted to do things or anyplace to really go, now I believe she has her a thug, as I see her with the same guy alot. She looked nice the last several times I saw her, made up and clean looking, hair in a pony tail and all.
Been years since I have gone to an AMP. Any good ones still around in the Bham and any tips so I don't get ripped off?

Yeah she had a ponytail and was looking really cute. She wanted me to drop her off at a house when we were through and I think that is where her thug is. While crusing the birmingham area last night I saw several SW's 2 in the woodlawn area (BSW) and 3 on 4th ave 2-BSW and 1 WSW. I circled the WSW and saw her get in a truck with a john. Then I was a dark blue late model car sitting close by her pull out and fallow them he never turned his head lights on. I can only hope it was leo and not her goon friend fallowing then to rob the john. The more I see this kind of thing the more I think I should just stay home with a porno and a bottle of baby oil.

Even if it was a goon following them it doesn't mean he was going to rob the guy. Alot of thugs girls are with are overly protective of them and that's why you see them always tailing them when they're out on the stroll regardless of the fact they surely know it will make alot of potential dates not stop. Myself, if I was circling the block to begin with I'd have seen the person sitting in the car nearby and not have stopped to pick her up to begin with. But if I did and saw someone following me, I'd prefer myself that it be the thug, I can ditch a thug.

Out and about late last night I saw several known SW at various areas along 1st Avenue. I saw Ashley, or no-Assley, walking along 1st heading toward her usual stomping grounds. Then I saw Lacey/Carla in the lot of the Sky. I didn't know who she was at first and made a loop into the neighborhood to see who it was then realized it was her. Also saw Christie walking up Georgia Road near Woodlawn High School heading toward 1st with what looked like the same stuff she had on the last time I saw her out, but it just might have been the same type outfit. Then further down 1st heading toward town I saw Melissa on her usual corner. I also saw Amie inside the Motel 8 buying a drink at the drink machine, as well as the spaced out red or brown headed older girl who always has the shorts on. Also saw several other older BSW and WSW along the route. Many choices and pickings along the way lately.
Sorry I haven't been on this site in forever. Been out of pocket. Anyway, about two weeks ago, I was west bound on Finley Ave and 2-3 blocks past 16th St, on the right hand side stood a tall, tan, tight bodied, brunette who was a 10. 5 on a scale of 1-10. I couldn't figure out what she was doing standing there in the pouring rain. She didn't have a phone and there was no stranded car or bus stop nearby. I saw the first girl on Hwy 78 N in Graysville that I've seen in a long time. I don't think she was with leo, but if I have stopped in the middle of Hwy 78, that could've looked bad.

Had a fairly good experience at time yesterday afternoon . The giel was nice and had fairly short haie but nice small petite body and breasts. It isn't illegal to give somebody a ride, no matter whether they're a SW or not. Now Ann probably had a stem on her as she usually does, and probably by that time had opened up a bottle of Wild Irish Rose. You'd think they'd have enough to arrest her on, though. But saying they had 'enough' to arrest someone on just by giving someone a ride is bull. It isn't illegal to give a ride, nor is it illegal to ride into a motel parking lot. But who knows what she said in relation to what you said to her just to get herself out of trouble. It is these situations I try to avoid, however, and why I look around very, very carefully before picking someone up, and especially why I don't go into a motel. These arrogant cops think they can bully anyone just because they have their almighty badge on. I got that same attitude one time just because I was going around the block in Woodlawn to go the opposite direction, even though a u-turn was illegal as signs are posted everywhere in the area stating that. I plainly asked them whether it was illegal to drive down the road, which is clearly all they had me for, and didn't even have a real reason for stopping me other than I was 'in' the area. Asswipes. That's why I applaud whenever something like that shooting in Ensley that happened a few years ago goes down. Most of them deserve it.

Call your lawyer, that's what.
When the police want to chat, you most likely won't be coming home from the precinct that day. You are going to be arrested.
No, you can't talk them out of it. The police have already made their decision.
No, they won't listen to your side of the story and change their minds. The other side already convinced them to arrest you.
No, they don't care that you would never do something like that. That you have a good job. That you're college educated. That you support your elderly parents, your five kids and your wife.
The police don't care that you're a really nice guy.
They don't even care that you weren't even there.
One of our clients had an airtight alibi: two witnesses, cell phone records, the works. He wasn't anywhere near the scene of the crime. Guess what? He still got arrested. The Detective said he had probable cause.
So what do you do when the police want to talk to you? Call your lawyer first.
But don't take my word for it. Call that Detective with the business card and ask him what's going on. He'll tell you something like this: "We need to straighten this out. " "I need to hear your side of the story. " "I need to see you in person. "
Here's what he won't say: "You're going to be arrested for a major felony. " "Pack your toothbrush. " "You won't be going home for a while. "
Why? Because then you wouldn't go see him, would you? Then he would have to come looking for you, which is a lot harder.
Call your lawyer.
No one is suggesting you should run from the police. That only causes more problems. But you cannot walk into that police precinct by yourself. If you go in with a friend or family member, the police will make them wait in the lobby for you. A few hours later, the officer at the front desk will tell your friend or family member that they can see you in court the next morning. Or at visiting hour at the jail after that.
So who should you call when the police are looking for you? Your lawyer.
And who should go with you to see the police? Your lawyer.
Why? Because your lawyer can call the Detective and find out what's going on. The police will usually talk to a lawyer. We can find out if they are planning to arrest you or if you really are just a witness. We can find out if they really want to "hear your side of the story" or if that was just a lame ruse to get you to turn yourself in.
Your lawyer can sit with you and the police when you're being interviewed. Your lawyer can tell you what questions to answer and what questions not to answer (in other words, when to shut up).
**********Realize this: If you're not the victim of a crime, the police are not here to help you. And the law says that they can lie to you. As much as they want. If it gets you to confess. So, if you're not the victim of a crime, if the police ask you to come in to chat, you can't trust a thing they say.
The police are very good at using what you say against you. By instinct, most people want to please the police when they talk to them, which often makes them say things they think the police want to hear. Sometimes, those things aren't exactly true. But they become part of your statement, and your statement can--and will--be used against you. That can't happen if you have a lawyer with you. The police can't get a confession from you if they can't get you to say what they want to hear.
NO, bringing a lawyer with you to see the police does not make you look more guilty. And who cares if it does? They were planning to arrest you anyway. Bringing a lawyer with you may be the only way you are going to go home tonight.
If you were wrong, if you really were just a witness, then consider it an insurance policy.
And if you do get arrested, the police and prosecutors have a lot less to work with down the line when it comes to proving you guilty in court.
So don't call that Detective first. Call your lawyer.

We talk about things here that are topics about breaking the law daily, yet my comment is 'over the line' ? Ask Blad his opinions about cops, and I'm sure they're not far from mine, though he might not voice the things I said. The difference between me and other people on here is I don't respond to other people's opinions or manners in which they monger unless they direct a comment toward something I've said, because each person is entitled to their own way of wanting to think and do things, and who am I to say any different toward them. All I have said is my opinion, and my opinion only. Regardless of whether I say it, or think it to myself, it's what I believe and will continue to do so. It's just my opinion, and it's not like I actually did anything, it's just what I think. And if you looked back in the archives, you'll also see it's not the first time I've said that very thing. A while back I posted about needing to get tested and was given a fair amount of grief for mongering uncovered, even if it was just bbbj activity. Well I found a way to get tested without, hopefully, my SO finding out and everything came back clean. Cost me about $250 that I could have used for a couple of trips to an AMP or something else. I'm through playing uncovered and may be out of the SW game altogether...just overall too risky in a whole bunch of ways. Time will tell if the "little head" will regain control. He needed something in reference to a recent police involved shooting where the suspect was killed. He made it very clear that they, and I quote, "took care if him." His tone didn't suggest that they were protecting us from this guy. It was a tone that suggested that they took pleasure in his death.

Was back in town a couple weekends back and got a chance to get out. I like the 78 area. I really messed up and started down off Finely. Bad idea, nasty and smelly were all that was out, kicked 2 to curb. Decide to try up 78 and again at the pedestrian bridge I see a keeper. I have forgotten the name but she has brown/red hair and was nice. Cleaned the pipes for standard tution and gargled, blew bubbles, and swallowed for Abe. She is a jockey for sure, almost a spinner but not on the track long enough. No digits.

RJM did you see the girl in yesterday's lineup that had no bond for some minor probation violation, but yet had $1000 bond on an attempt to commit murder on a LEO ? I guess that minor violation was more important, lol. And there was a girl today that was arrested for a probation violation, and it said that violation was murder, I'd imagine that was a violation, ya think ? LOL
Shelby County has alot more alcohol violations that show up in their arrest records, and because of that, alot of really cute young girls pictures appear there. I don't know why there isn't any more alcohol violations in Jefferson than there are, but maybe they just don't appear. I wish the city of Birmingham's jail had a mug shot gallery on their website as well. Has anyone looked around to see if any of the other surrounding counties has mug shots on their sheriff's websites ? The only ones I know about as having mug shots are Jefferson, Shelby and Tuscaloosa. Last I looked Blount and St.Clair didn't but that's been a while, and I haven't looked elsewhere.
Did anyone happen to find that mug shot tabloid anywhere besides the places I mentioned ? It said it was weekly, but I haven't been back over since to that place I know has it to actually see if it is weekly or not.

Another night, another story, lol. I was out again last night and made my usual rounds. First in Avondale I saw a white girl walking up the road by the Jet Pep heading towards town, and got a closer look at her and she was probably late 20's, but had a nice body, shorts, brown haor in a ponytail. She looked familiar but I couldn't place her, probably saw her somewhere walking the stroll. Then saw another white girl walking towards the Star Inn and she went inside. She just glanced at me, but going in the motel I'm sure she was working. So now that makes 3 different young white girls I've seen in the Avondale area in the past week.
Made it over to the west side of town, and saw the usual girls who walk the scene near West End High, and saw the girl who I was searching for the night I was followed by the cop, but this time I really wasn't interested in her. I saw a WSW and a BSW walking on Bessemer Super Hwy heading toward Birmingham from the Sun Inn. The WSW was blonde and tall, healthy body size. I believe I've seen her in the Sun parking lot in the past and on the side road between there and the Exxon.

Anyway, I pull into this side street and get her attention for her to come back my way, as I never am comfortable picking someone up right on 1st. She looks my way and walks on. She does this to everyone that passes basically. I'm about to just go on and assume this is some crazy girl just walking home when she comes up to the laundromat across from McDs and there's this black guy that pulls into the funeral home lot and says something to her, and he goes and parks at the convenience store as she goes in. When I circle I notice he's pulling out, and as I get closer I see she's inside. So this tells me either she needs a ride or she dates. I circle again and pass them as they're headed toward the cable company, and figure I'll ride around a bit and see if she resurfaces. No more do I make a long pass down 1st to 50th and back but when I get back by the McDs I notice she's over in the lot by the old Mrs Winners. Circling again to try to come up by her and show her I'm interested, as I make my way back she's already waaay down in front of the American and some guy pulls in the middle of the drive and seems to be chastising her. I notice this guy resembles me somewhat. She walks on and goes on down to the light past Woodlawn High before I can make another connection with her, and when I come to the light she looks right at me, gets this fearful look about her, and turns to the side like she's waiting on a light to change. So I then assume she either thinks I'm that guy that chastised her, or that guy was an undercover and she thinks me resembling him I might be as well, or she's so high on some shit she's hallucinating and not sure of what she's seeing or doing. All of which could be true. Anyway, she walks on down 1st heading toward town, and by that time, I'm thinking about using the girl I was talking to earlier thinking that maybe she knows who this girl is and can tell her I'm not a cop, and hopefully get her to be comfortable to talk to me. By that time I can't find the girl I know, and the girl I was focused on had made it all the way down to the railroad tracks on 1st, where some guy pulled into the lot by the tracks and I assume she left with him. She was gone by the time I circled back. I looked all through the mug shots I have to see if I had a pic of her, and found one that resembled her, but it wasn't her and didn't do her justice. Also after flipping through 4 years worth of mug shots the clear face image in my mind starts to fuzz a bit. I know I have never seen her before out there. I know I want to see her, lol. This girl was gorgeous, even better looking in the face to me than Amber and Ann. I just don't know what her problem was, whether she was high on something that made her super paranoid, or if she just had been let out in the area and wasn't familiar and was just trying to find her way out. She seemed a bit too familiar with things down the street for it to be new to her. Either way, were any of you out this morning around 6 to 7:30 or so and saw this girl ? Maybe even picked her up ?

Bamasam, Christy might occasionally be arrested, but she gets out before you would even know she was there. It's more than likely not the result of them finding her with someone she dates. It's more of the fact that she's always walking back and forth all the time and is always visible, so she's surely going to be stopped and questioned. If she wouldn't have anything on her when she's walking she more than likely wouldn't be arrested.
I was on 1st about 1:30 yesterday and first saw a pretty ruff looking WSW with big butt walking past Motel 8 on 50th ST. LEO was questioning her and she was yelling at them not a good combo.
Then I saw this hot looking young lady closer to McDonalds. She was thin, tall (nice legs) with blonde hair. She had on black ¾ pants and light colored top (small boobs). She looked hot and young.
I went on down to Krispy Cream and came back and when I go it to McDonalds both girls had hooked up with another WSW (not real attractive on any scale) and all were walking towards the Sky. The young tall one was a keeper but the other two were not. LEO was everywhere.

I looked around last night for the girl I saw yesterday morning to no luck. Also had the chance to make a pass through yesterday during the afternoon but didn't see anything, but that was also when the lightning was striking everywhere.
I forgot to mention yesterday because of the fact I was so focused on that one girl that there was another girl I saw in the Sky lot who has short blonde hair and a fairly nice body. That was early Tuesday morning. This morning I saw a tall slim young WSW in the Sky lot as well who had short brown hair and a tattoo on her upper arm. Neither girl was familiar to me.

Her pic is posted in the past archives so it's not like it's keeping her from being seen. I saw her up close this morning and she's looking like she's losing a bit of weight from when I last saw her closely. One good thing about her is she told me she had bad eyesight and can't see things far away, so she's not going to be one of those that waves and has a spell every time she sees me pass, but it also means that she won't get an attitude and not want to be picked up if I ever decide to see her again. I received a PM from a site member that seemed oddly concerned and somewhat aggravated that I was posting 'alot' of mug shots, and said he wished I would read the forum rules before Jackson noticed I was posting them. Well, I have read the forum rules many times in the past, and nowhere did it clearly state that mug shots weren't allowed, and still doesn't, though if you follow the rules to the letter then the only photos you could really post would be pictures of adult women you took yourself, or of the sunset. It does say you can't post photos 'copied from other websites', which if you were to follow that would mean most of the photos in the humor forum wouldn't be allowed either. Anyway, I was told by this concerned member that it was 'intellectual property' laws and you could be sued for it and it was even breaking federal laws. So then, if this is so, what gives the sheriff websites the right to post arrest photos when the persons in the photos are innocent until proven guilty. Intellectual=smart; cops=dumbasses - I get it now, lol. Anyway, I did a search on this concerned member to see where else they had posted in the forums, and that's where I found a forum from California where they were having an ongoing discussion about this very thing because that member posted a public comment calling out someone for posting mug shots, and Jackson himself came on and said they weren't allowed. Only because of me seeing that, I have removed the last mug shot I posted yesterday, as previous days posts won't allow you to edit them. I would not have removed this mug shot, nor have stopped posting them just because some overzealous member wanted to point their feelings out to me. I assume they have been arrested in the past and have a problem with mug shots, that's the only reason I can see for someone really giving a flip what another anonymous member does. I also posted a message under the poll that was conducted a month or two back and asked what the purpose of that poll was, because I was under the impression it was asking us members if we wanted mug shots to continue to be posted, and it passed. Anyway, mug shots are the only way sometimes to let others see who a SW is who is reported on as a thief, or maybe someone who's got some sort of STD. I guess those of us who have email addresses of each other will have to pass along mug shots in that manner from now on. Either way, seems mug shots aren't supposed to be posted here, as it came straight from Jackson. I will abide by the rules, I just sometimes don't understand. Guess when someone wants to know who Carla/Lacey is, I guess we'll have to use Kabo's pics again.

Yeah, I guess I just am not one to read between the lines at some assumed rule that's unwritten. I just fail to see what the prupose of this poll that was conducted a few months ago is. If you click on the home link and look at the right hand side of the page, there's a poll that asks 'should members be allowed to post names, addresses, and photos of arrestees?'. The 'yes' vote won overwhelmingly. So I assumed that meant it was okay to post them, as I always thought it had been. The rules do not actually state you can't post mug shots, it just says you can't post a picture from another website that you didn't actually take yourself, which, if you assumed, mug shots could be included. I said in another post under the poll discussion that since mug shots go hand in hand with SW's and drug crimes mostly discusses with SW and prostitution, that mug shots should be clearly stated as being not allowed if they truly aren't, not just assumed by some fall swoop rule that covers a whole bunch of things. There's alot of people that come here that aren't going to be able to read between the lines on that rule. I did read between the lines when I first read it, and assumed it also meant mug shots, but since it wasn't clearly stated and mug shots were an important part of the discussion here, I continued to post them until it was clarified. I thought that the concern over using mug shots was the fact that the poster would be actually helping the LE agencies by perpetuating the social stigma of the arrest.
This would seem more likely to effect the arrested johns than most of the prostitutes, who seem to give a shit. Since the pictures that you posted dealt with the individual girl's, and not the actual arrests, it seems to be fair game. If you had posted the pictures with a post that spoke about the arrest, then it would be a whole different matter.
As far as LE objecting to the use of photo's on this site, I don't see where they have a leg to stand on, or even give a damn themselves. The pictures are public information. They are the one's that posted them with that intent.
I realize that this is Jackson's personal web site and his word is final, but I would definitely shoot him a clarification e-mail to double check. Having these pictures sure helps put faces with names and it would be a shame to lose that opportunity.

Well that must not be the same Melissa WH meant, because the Melissa he's speaking of hasn't been in jail, at least not for 3 weeks. I might not have seen Melissa for a few days, but I see her at least once a week when I'm out and about. I remember her being arrested, but don't remember what her full name was.
I have no idea about bonds really, but I believe it has more to do with who the person is, their recidivism rate, and the situation surrounding what they are accused of as to what the bond might be. You know there's alot of times they'll set a high bond just because they don't want a certain person out on the street no matter what the offense might be.
And I've seen that 'homeless' girl out and about before, don't remember where but surely was around 1st. The zip where they're listed as when they're homeless I always assumed was where they were arrested at. Might not always be the case, though.
I must have confused Melissa with someone else. My bad. The one that was arrested in late april,her name is Siedlik. Whoever I was thinking about may have had a similar name, Seilox or something.
I did save one example of the crazy system...
Girl (not a sw that I know of) was arrested...FTA@DWLS*CASH 500 .
That was on 6-9. She stays in for 30 full days over a failure to appear, $500 cash bond. Thats just pitiful. Taxpayers paid probaboy $900-1200 to keep her there a month because she couldnt come up with $500.

Gentlemen,
A few points:
1. For those of you who who wish to pretend that you do not know the difference between a street photo and a mug shot, let me spell it out for you:
- Street photos are of persons who are voluntarily in a public place, and absent any commentary they are at best only marginally demonstrative of any criminal behavior.
- Booking photos aka "Mug Shots", by their distinctive style alone, are universally recognized as photos taken by police authorities in conjunction with an individuals arrest for criminal activity.
2. In my opinion, individuals who would repost any one's mugshots are actually satisfying their anger against women by seeking to belittle and embarrass the women for their own perverse gratification.
3. The reason that law enforcement authorities post mugshots of persons arrested for offering commercial sex activities on their websites is specifically to embarrass these individuals as part of a strategy to suppress said activity.
4. I will not permit this website to be used to embarrass commercial sex providers for the benefit of a few perverts or to support any law enforcement activity.
Now, maybe my attitude here is all wrong, because I live in a country (not the USA) where guys generally know and are friendly with their individual sex workers, and therefor we would be distressed to learn that one of them was actually arrested and charged with a criminal act, much less being publicly embarrassed by having their photo posted on a website.

On a serious note, the mugshot is public information, posted not to embarrass the person arrested, but because the system is publically funded.
Even if the purpose was to embarrass the girl, it certainly wouldn't have that effect here, where the members gladly seek them out for sexual services. We can hardly hold it against them when they are clipped for doing exactly what we pay them for.
However, it is your house, and your rules prevail. I will say, though, that on several occassions I have been warned off of a girl, and the only way to show me who they were speaking of was to show the mugshot. Without that being posted, I would likely have gotten robbed by the same girl as the last guy. They do serve a purpose, which is to provide information needed to help the hobbyists monger safely.

Jackson, first of all, I'm sure that most, if not all here know the difference between a mug shot and a street photo. And yes there are some LEO in the US that do have websites set up specifically to belittle the SW and the monger, the Shame Campaigns if you will, as well as private citizens who create their own websites as a vigilante effort to try to stop prostitution on their own, such as Oklahoma City's Video Vigilante. But most police organizations here in the United States have a place on their website that lists for public record all the currently incarcerated, recently arrested and recently released individuals, and in that they have a photo, a name, address, charged offense and bond amount. This is not to belittle anyone, but is for information in case a family needs to find out if their loved one is incarcerated, and how much their bond might be. These sites don't just list girls arrested for prostitution, but it lists people who are arrested for 'anything'- robbery, murder, shoplifting, drinking in public, giving false information to LEO, bad checks, aggravated speeding, domestic violence- male and female alike. This information is public record.
As for me, I have never posted a mug shot out of anger toward women in general or for the purpose of trying to belittle someone or embarrass them because they got arrested, that is farther from my mind. Now if a certain girl ripped me off then yes I would be angry, but I would be posting her picture to warn others to not associate with her as it could happen to them as well. It is just the fact that we are discussing prostitution here, which is a crime in most places in the US, and by virtue of that the girls who are SW are eventually going to be arrested, and, therefore, there will be a mug shot of them taken. Maybe prostitution isn't a crime where you come from, but it is here, and therefore the girls who walk the street 'will' eventually get arrested. Most girls who are SW are also addicted to some type of drug, which in itself causes them to commit crimes other than prostitution to get money to pay for their drugs, as well as be in a position to be arrested for other related crimes associated with everything they get involved in. When we discuss SW, sometimes someone will want to know what the girl looks like we are discussing, and the 'only' way to show who a girl is 90% of the time is a mug shot. Sometimes we are giving information out that a girl is a thief, or has some STD, or rips you off without performing what you paid for. What we are providing is information and help to our fellow mongers, information that possibly could keep someone from being put in a harmful or dangerous situation. And for the girls who someone is just asking about, girls who provide good ervice, sometimes the only photo one might have of said girl 'is' a mug shot, and posting that mug shot is in no way meant to belittle that girl, but rather to let someone know that this girl is a good provider, and to be able to put a face with a name. Not everyone is a Baldy Cruiser, Glenn61, or CookyJar, and have the time or the charisma to get girls to pose for photo shoots, or just to go out in the daytime to search to take pics of girls for reference. Gas is unbelievable to be able to do that to begin with.
You being from another country, I don't know that we'll ever be able to get you to understand our reasoning for posting the mug shots, because you see things differently than we are seeing them. Just look at it this way. Imagine that someone told you about a girl that was a SW on a certain street and that she looked amazing, but if you got with her, you could count on something coming up missing such as your wallet, or some other valuable you might have, and you ask them what she looks like. But if they had a mug shot they could have shown you that and you would have at least seen what she looked like and maybe steered clear of her if you saw her out. I made a comment in the forum below the poll that was taken a few months ago which asked whether people should be allowed to post names, addresses and so forth of arrestees. In that comment I stated how I always posted mug shots. I never posted anyone's address, full name, nor what they were arrested for. Most times I just posted their first name as the title of the pic file. I never thought it right to post someone's address, as that was invading someone's privacy and possibly their families as well. But as for information purposes, I did, on occasion, use mug shots to show fellow mongers who someone was, as many times that's our only source of information.
As I have said before, I really can't see what the purpose of that poll was in asking if we should be allowed to post arrestees photos, especially since it passed with a yes vote, if we're not going to be allowed to post them regardless. Either way, if it is your decision to not allow mug shots here, then I will abide by it. I've explained as best I can what I've been trying to convey, and I'll pass the baton on to someone else here or elsewhere who might be able to explain it better. I really hope you don't think I was trying to start anything, I was just trying to get you to see what our purpose for posting them was, as we have totally different views on it. As you said, being from another country, views are different, as are cultures and values and ways of thinking. This site, at least in the US, is mostly comprised of mongers passing along information, and that's all we're trying to do here is help each other out. That's what the ability to post mug shots was, a way to help others out with information, not to scorn someone.
And one final humorous note, you mentioned something about posting mug shots benefitted perverts, if you will look around the site, at least in the United States forums, I believe that's about all we've got here anyway, lol.
Just thought I would throw in my opinion. I don't believe any posted pics of SW girls hurts them - they probably actually benefit from the publicity. It is helpful for hobbiests to be able to ID these ladies, whether to chose certain traits and/or to help in avoiding LE decoys.

The more important thing is that I have been personally safer because of some of your reports. The mugshots were a part of that. This forum serves the users of the service, not the providers. Helping each other avoid unsafe situations is the noblest, and probably the only noble, activity here. Thanks again, Clark for all the help in the past. We will miss the mugshot posts and will be less safe without them.

RJM, you know that if someone doesn't have money for bond, or no one willing to pay it for them, then the 'system' is going to keep you in there just to prove a point. I see people arrested and in jail all the time for minor and petty things. The majority of people in jail are for minor misdemeanors, they just don't have the money for the fine. If you watch Cops or Jail for any length of time, you'll see the stupid things people get arrested for, and harassed about. And alot of cops are clueless about things to begin with. So are the judges. Alot of judges only have half the story, or don't know any of the story, and just go along with what the DA says, and then there's some who have a vendetta out on society and want to persecute everyone that comes before them. Some people need the persecution, but some people don't.
I got a ticket recently and the cop who stopped me couldn't even tell me the street names where he claimed I did what he claimed, nor did he even know that minor traffic violations don't require you to show up in court. The idiot started telling me when my court date was, then had to ask his partner if it was something I could just pay through the mail. I tried asking him where it was he claimed I did what he said, and he had no idea what the street names were and couldn't tell me whether it was right behind us or what. What an idiot, if everyone who did what he claimed I did had to appear in court we'd be backed up on traffic court cases until 2027. Feel real proud when you see those graduating classes of cops each year, they're getting more dumb in the ass each year. Anytime I've ever gotten a ticket, the cops have never known ANYTHING about the cost of the ticket or court dates, half the time the date is wrong or you can't read it, and they always hand you a copy that you can't read. The cost I can understand, but anything else is fair game. They should at least know the cost for paying them off, lol. If cops are going to hand out tickets, they should at least be informed as to the information regarding court and how to pay your ticket and the like if anyone asks, after all, it's their ignorant asses that are giving them out. So people there might think someone posting a prostitutes mug shot is because they're trying to bring notice or shame to some girl who under normal circumstances wouldn't be arrested. Here in the United States, SW's are commonly arrested because prostitution is illegal, and if it's embarrassing for a mug shot to be posted, then I can imagine what the girl's family must think if they were to pass by them when they're walking the stroll. Here not all prostitutes are the 'commercial sex providers' as he puts it, and they're no more than drug addicts who will do whatever is easiest to them in their mind to get money for their next fix. The legality and illegality of prostitution might be the misunderstanding to begin with, because as I said it might be legal where he comes from, and if it is, prostitutes wouldn't be known as mostly being on drugs and trying to get their next fix as they are here. 3. The reason that law enforcement authorities post mugshots of persons arrested for offering commercial sex activities on their websites is specifically to embarrass these individuals as part of a strategy to suppress said activity.
4. I will not permit this website to be used to embarrass commercial sex providers for the benefit of a few perverts or to support any law enforcement activity.
Now, maybe my attitude here is all wrong, because I live in a country (not the USA) where guys generally know and are friendly with their individual sex workers, and therefor we would be distressed to learn that one of them was actually arrested and charged with a criminal act, much less being publicly embarrassed by having their photo posted on a website.

Jackson, I see and understand your points, though I don't necessarily agree with all of them. I don't believe all LE websites and intentions are to embarrass arrestees by posting their mug shots on their websites. As I tried explaining before, it is for information purposes that they are posted, for the arrestees family members who might be looking for them or wanting to see how much their bond is, and it is also for the information of the average citizen to know what thugs might live down the road from them. Honestly, I'd like to know if some thug who lived down the street from me was arrested for aggravated assault or robbery or something of that nature. Now if a site is specifically set up to show 'Johns' and others arrested for prostitution crimes then, yes, that might be the intention of them to embarrass the individual.
I still haven't gotten an answer as to what the purpose was in the poll that was conducted in regards to whether we should be allowed to post mug shots. The poll ended with the yes votes being the majority. If that poll wasn't going to help decide what the outcome would be, then what was the point in it ? At the very least, if you weren't going to allow mug shots, you need to post it in your rules, on the rules page, not in just various forums. It is not clearly stated there, and as mug shots are very pertinent to discussions regarding SW here in the U.S., others need to clearly know they're not allowed.
Another point I was thinking of earlier today, this site is for the benefit of discussing where to find SW, escorts and the like among fellow mongers. The site is for the monger, and for the mongers benefit. Mostly mongers visit this site. I have seen sites that are solely 'for' escorts, and for their discussion of their clients, and they spend equal time there bashing their clients depending on how the date might have went, and don't think they wouldn't immediately post a mug shot of one of their clients if they had one to warn other fellow escorts. Most of these SW we have here locally aren't out there to 'please' the monger, they're out there solely for the purpose of making money to support their drug habit, and if they can get that money without having to follow through on what the money is paid to them for, then they will try to get away with it. I have had girls rob me several times, and there have been reports here of the same thing happening to others and of several girls pulling knives, threatening to kick out a windshield, and trying the bully tactics by making you think their thug boyfriend is going to attack you. These type girls aren't going to let you take a pic of them, and furthermore you wouldn't even get the chance to take one of them. And for girls we 'know' have robbed someone in the past, are we to, as people say, TOFFT and get with this girl with the hopes they might let us take a photo of them before they rob or attack us ? Sometimes mug shots are all you have. I wouldn't put it past some of these type girls to assault a monger, or even to kill someone if the situation presented itself- and all for money for drugs. You have to remember, these girls are addicted to drugs-crack, cocaine, crystal meth, heroin. Why do we have to protect these type girls who who could potentially at the very least damage our property or rob us of our money, and at the worst brutally assault or even kill one of us, just because we might embarrass them ? I'm sure you don't understand our points, because if you did you would clearly see what we are trying to say. Even for girls we might post who are just someone we had a good time with, girls that are out there on the street are way past the point of being embarrassed.
Another point I want to make is we never know who we're talking to here, no matter who it might be. And there will be some here who will suffer because of us not being allowed to post mug shots. Not everyone feels comfortable giving their email address out, or emailing to someone we don't know. For all we know someone here might be a LEO trying to act like a fellow monger. By not allowing mug shots to be publicly posted, the only option you give us is to send mug shots via email, and I, myself, will only do that for people I know, and have spoken with on here and through PM's. There are many, many people who visit here that never post a single message, yet they might monger just like we do, and the information we post here is invaluable to them, especially the mug shots. Could we, at the very least, be allowed to send pics through our PM's ? That way anyone that asks could get a mug shot of someone, and it would be out of the public eye.
Honestly, what someone does when they monger, I don't care. That's why I never voice my opinions on people who don't use condoms, or who like to let everyone know they made some girl swallow their 'load'. But when it comes down to a girl who robs someone or pulls a knife on someone, I want to know who it is, and I want to pass it along to others as well. I know I'd like to know what a girl looks like who might rip me off or attack me.
Finally, I'm not completely savvy on the ins and outs regarding photos, but when you mention a 'search engine presence' of the photos here's what I think. Firstly, when I post a photo, no matter what it might be, I edit it to change the name and reduce the size. This, in turn, erases all of the identifying information that comes with it when you put your cursor over it, as well as change the dynamics of the photo itself, making it in essence not the 'same' photo. Plus, by not listing the full name of someone, it's not like the photo would even come up in a search to begin with. But then again, as I said, I'm not completely savvy on those type things anyway.
Anyway, I'm not trying to argue, and I hope you don't think I am. I'm just trying to get you to see the different points we have on the issue. I will abide by what you wish, it just makes it difficult for us to help each other out.

The Legion Field area is the same as it always has been. I ride through there about every other day lately and see the same amount of girls there as I always do.

Friday afternoon I saw an absolutely gorgeous White girl on that little back street that loops around besides the Sky and comes out behind McDonalds. The area you mention around the McD's is Woodlawn, not Avondale. On 1st, Avondale doesn't generally begin until you get past the railroad tracks down from the motel on 50th. Not in Birmingham. But, no, you won't get in trouble as long as the subject was of legal age. Don't take it to Wal-Mart or CVS though. Your best bet is to go to a small private place; before I went digital, I used a small camera shop in Cullman. Just explain to the guy what the content is and make sure its alright before turning the camera in and it should go smoothly.

EZ Ryder, I guess weirder things have happened. Nothing surprises me in the things that SW do. I guess she felt like she had done her business and wanted to go.
