I have a friend who used to monger that I talk with about the mongering scene. He used to be a regular of Angel's, lol. 2. What was my name: Again to a point I was O. K. With that

3. Then she wanted to know what kind of business I was into at work: This I began to somewhat wonder about.

Over the phone: Again a real "red flag" here.

7. Then she wanted to know if I would let her know on this phone call that I would be there at the "set time" I said I would be there: I asked her why about this, and her response was that she needed to get 'everything ready" for me. TO ME, A MAJOR RED FLAG here.

Just wondering if LEO now is trying to get you to admit over the phone that you want to have sex and the price is O. K.

Mhm. No problem. I knew that's what they were. I doubted it was a couple dozen traffic cameras installed all at once, especially where they were put in high crime areas. That's why I won't ever again attempt to pick up a girl in the eye of one of those cameras. It's just not worth it. I lost out on a girl that was hanging around the front of the Motel 8 and wouldn't stray from it because I'll not pick someone up or let them out in the eye of that camera nor will I go in the motel. Nobody's 'scared' of the cameras, at least I'm not. I'm just trying to keep possible shit that could happen from happening. Myself, I don't need a letter coming in the mail with a photo of my vehicle with a girl from 1st Avenue getting into or exiting it, and me having to explain who that was and why. I don't always pick up the mail at home. People talk about being bold and invoking their right to remain silent when stopped and copping an attitude. All that will do is get you arrested for being an ass, and regardless if they can make a charge stick in court, for me the damage would already have been done just being arrested. Sure they can't really do anything to you when you haven't really committed a crime, but it's better to act friendly and cooperate than to act badass toward them. More cops than not have big attitudes as well, and that's why doing that would get someone like me in jail, because if I get pissed and show my attitude I SHOW it, lol. I just try to take the 'better safe than sorry' route than to ride around daring them to stop me just because there's nothing they can do since I'm not doing anything. When it comes down to it, I don't have anything 'on' any cops or any higher ups I can call in my rolodex to wipe something off should something happen. I don't have any family or friends that are in any law enforcement, city government or judicial offices, and don't have the money to hire a decent lawyer that would really give a damn. Yes, I hate cops. I dispise them. I've done many GTA3 melees with them as the target, lol. I hate their know-it-all attitudes and their dumbass smirk when they think they've caught you in a lie. There are a few I'm friendly with, but the majority I don't like one bit. I just don't try to make problems for myself when I encounter them because they're the ones that can actually cause the problems to happen if they wanted. So I avoid possible problem causers on that end, regardless if they're real, or perceived in my mind. I'm sure there's more here that want to go the cautious route just like I do than not. Nicaraguan man pleads guilty to interstate transportation of woman to Alabama for prostitution

A Nicaraguan man pleaded guilty today in federal court to carrying a woman from Georgia to Alabama for prostitution, the U.S. Attorney and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials in Birmingham announced.

Donald Castilblanco-Hernandez, 27, also known as Otilio Orosco Treminio and as Manuel, pleaded guilty to one count of interstate transportation of an individual for prostitution before U.S. District Judge Abdul K. Kallon, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Castilblanco-Hernandez admitted that he had traveled to Atlanta in January to pick up a woman and return her to Northport so that she could work for him as a prostitute, according to the statement.

"Using people as products for sale is a despicable business, and taking someone across a state line for the purpose of prostitution is a federal crime," said U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance. "Local and federal law enforcement in Alabama are actively working together to prevent and prosecute illegal prostitution, sex trafficking and human trafficking, in any form," she said.

The maximum prison sentence for transporting an individual across state lines for prostitution is 10 years.

Yeah. The paper called 'Booked' says on the July 22 issue's front cover 'last issue' with an explanation on the inside. It says Jefferson County Sheriff Dept has discontinued the practice of releasing the mug shots to the general public and media outlets. It also said instead of running only mug shots from Shelby and Tuscaloosa, or reprinting old ones as new they decided to 'leave with integrity'. I figured the appearance of those mug shot papers would eventually mean the demise of the releases of the mug shots. It started with one, then like two to three others appeared all within a few months of each other. In all, there were around four altogether. Someone else is profiting from their mug shots and if they can't have even a piece of the pie then no one will.

The mug shots had been spotty for the last year or so anyway when at least a third of every new one that appeared didn't have a picture. That was annoying, but what now infuriates me more than anything else is losing the ability to see them for other reasons than the obvious being able to identify SW and the like. This takes away anybody's ability to see who's been arrested. Some people might want to know what that person looks like with an address down the street that got arrested. It's basically the same type reason I spoke out against not being allowed to post mug shots here, with the reason here being to identify who might rob or carry HIV.

I have said over and over when they became spotty on the sheriff site that the mug shots were public record and we have the right to see them, but I also know they posted them online when they didn't have to. Tuscaloosa used to also post arrestees addresses a while back, but they discontinued the practice. Now we can see photos in Tuscaloosa but no addresses, and addresses in Birmingham but no photos, lol. Public records are things we have the right to request, but most are made public by someone physically requesting those records in person. But nowadays when doing most anything online is nothing more than the stroke of a key, it makes no sense for public records not to be easily accessible online. The greed of the county is the exact reason they took them down. If someone bought every paper each week they were paying $4 for papers with mug shots printed in them, mug shots the county took to which they were making no money on. This was something they really couldn't charge the public for, yet they weren't going to let the weekly papers profit when they couldn't. If those papers never appeared we would still have the mug shots online as we speak. I don't like it at all, but I do see why it happened.

The problem I have with it is most every city in the country has both and they have no problem with it. Yet we're always the oddball place that has to have some stupid ass reason to keep us from having the same as others. Usually it's our overwhelming moral views or religious beliefs, but this time it's just pure greed. I wonder what sack cloth Larry's having for dinner tonight.

I've wrote many posts about the Adams Inn before. The signage outside right when it changed hands said Adam on one side, and Amad on the other. They then changed the sign to read Adams Inn on both sides. Used to, there was a side entrance at the far right on the front side where girls used to hang out. As have visited this site for some time, and seeing how the quality and quanitity of our favorite pasttime is diminishing, I would think that anyone here would only offer legitimate information by remaining on the proper path of communication. In my opinion, it isn't necessary to go into infinite detail of what one might encounter during a night on the town-just with the helpful facts. There are sexual discussion forums out there that anyone can elaborate on, and I only suggest moderation.

In reviewing some of the fishing-type dialogue that most LE use in other sites is planned to approximate profiles of said users until a positive ID is necessary. Discussing the hookers of 20 years ago does nothing for today! When Dateline or MSNBC air their predators shows, they haven't done their homework lightly in building a case based solely on strings of conversations online to form intent.

I knew what the purpose was. Greek Sneek, I'm sure your post is in relation to my comments lately. I don't believe anything I've said lately is unnecessary drama in the least. True, I may be the only one that posts anything publicly on the forum relating to the issues I see, but I am certainly not the only one who notices and is concerned about it. Others just choose to not voice themselves on the public forum. I get PMs all the time in relation to people's concerns about other people posting too much information on the public forum and others suspicions about who might be LE and so forth. This has been going on for several years now, it's not like it's just started. All you have to do is read back in the forum and you'll see we always discuss the fact LE is watching, and that others here might be LE and just how much info is too much. This past month in confidence I received good information in relation to the posters I had mentioned, and shared the jist of it with those here I trust. I deemed it credible enough to not ignore it. I find it funny through the years there have been those here who don't want to take being cautious about posting information on the public forum seriously, and want to take the posture that LE probably looks in anyway and probably knows the stuff we post to begin with so why be this way now. Someone else thought I was assuming the other poster was trying to talk about old times to form a profile on me to ID me or to form some case on people here in relation to intent or something crazy. That wasn't my point about that at all. For one thing, what we post here is nothing but the typed word, no one can prove it actually happened. It's the past, even if it's a few hours ago. It's no different than Ez Rydr posting the bullshit about the 'girl' from Hueytown he picked up, no one can prove anything anybody posts is real. For all we know everyone is embellishing stories of their exploits on here. You have to be caught in the act of doing, or attempting to do at that time, to be caught dealing with a prostitute - such as being caught trying to pick up a decoy or visiting a decoy escort's room. What we discuss here is useless in relation to getting in trouble for talking about our exploits, all we provide by discussing things here is information 'about' the topic in general which they might not know such as where particular girls might be. The part I was pissed off about was finding out the poster was LE, and they were trying to make themselves 'liked' here by posting bullshit 'old times' reminiscing to fit in. I also find it curious and odd, but mostly funny, how many new posters there has been since then. Most of these new posters have been talking about the past, one mentioning people only I have mentioned in my posts, but most saying they've been long time readers and just decided at this very time to start posting. All I mainly was meaning, and my main point in relation to the current topic of bogus and bullshit posters is to be careful what information you post in regards to specifics about where certain girls might be, especially if it's someone you like to date. GSYes, along with maintaining the topics, I also wish that everyone would post topics in the appropriate sections, as well. Several months ago topic specific threads were made for Backpage, as well as Streetwalkers, yet those topics continue to be posted in this General thread, and the Craigslist thread. Since they appeared, any SW info or advice I've posted I've tried to keep in the SW thread to help the visitors that come here to have everything in one concise thread. These threads are not only for us locals, but also for visitors to the area. I know when I visit other cities I would like to only have to look in the topic spcific thread to find the information I need. If people have to look in the General thread as well as the SW thread for the SW topic, it gets confusing. I agree. I've always thought it was stupid to say you're dreaming, as if saying it was a dream absolves you if they were to come after you based on what you post here. To being with, you won't be hunted down and held accountable for your past experiences with prostitutes, escorts, masseuses, or the like based on posting it on here. There would be no way to prove it ever happened. It could all be someone's fantasy they're living online through an identity they created, and they get SW's names and the like from other people's posts. That's why they try to catch people in stings and the like, because they have to actually catch the person in the act and have real proof it happened. Heck, they can't do anything to you even if they find you in the company of a SW, it's the circumstances surrounding the event that gets the person in trouble. I'm guessing you're meaning Motel 8 on 1st Avenue & 50th Street. The entrance to that motel is easy for the girls to stand out in front of it and then disappear just by them ducking inside behind the main wall. They could be right inside, but out of view of the passing cars, so it easily looks like they vanished. Many of their rooms are within a quick sprint of the main entrance so they also could vanish into their respective rooms as well. The motel management knows exactly what goes on, and they receive payment from the girls for visitors they have in their rooms to not make issue of them conducting their SW and drug business there. There's been many times I've seen several girls out in front, and circled back around and they're all gone. It's just the makeup of the motel and it's real easy for them to duck back inside. That's why they're so bold to stand right in front. If they do go to the side streets it's usually to go down 50th Street, and usually because they either live down that way or that's where the dope is. Most times, though, the dope is on the inside so they don't ever have to venture off the lot. The Budget in Bessemer has the same layout as Motel 8, though the rooms on the back side are closer together. It's rare to find girls hanging outside the Budget as well.

Man I am sorry to hear that and I know where you're coming from. I got canned from a job I had been at for 22 years in 2008 and got canned from a job in June of this year. Keep your chin up and be flexible as you can in looking for work and hopefully you will find a better job very soon.

They're posting elsewhere that the forum 'down'grade might be the result of the pic posting war between CookyJar and the self-absorbed Supereloquent, and the increasing load the amount of pics they post puts on the server. That could be why the photo gallery has disappeared. They're saying now you have to go to every respective forum and find a post with pics in in and from there look at the photos. Basically this will run away alot of members and visitors alike, who only visit to look at the pics. I can't see how so many people elsewhere are saying they like this new format. Birmingham police this afternoon announced the arrests of 13 men on soliciting for prostitution charges during an operation Wednesday by the department's vice unit.

I think it is either two things : the federal investigation of the Y is over. They have all the evidence that they are going to get. The feds complete their investigation way before the case is even presented to the federal grand jury. That is the way they roll. So faux news is just trying to stir the pot some more.
