It's always sad to hear about a SW that throws their life way to drugs. I met this one addict named Maureen when I was up in Seattle about 3 years ago. About 2 years later someone reported that she overdosed. In then end we must remember that it's the girls choice what she does with their life. All we can do is to be nice and offer some kind words of advice. I do not believe in taking a SW to see their supplier however. I have known 3 or 4 crack SW's over the years and thankfully they have gotten over their addictions.

Well having been playing this game since oh hell 91 I can say I have seen the rates go up but not by much.

With all due respect to JB, Davey and others here, sex behind closed doors between consenting adults may prevent you from getting caught doing the deed, but if there was an exchange of money for the sex act, it is illegal. Money for pictures is legal, money for sex is not.
The problem is that, if LE see you with a girl that they know to be an SW, they don't wait to get proof of what you are doing. I know from personal experience, they feel they have the right to hassle to shit out of you until they find something to hold you on or at least to ticket you with. Met Nicole Monday night. Another great time! She's a fun sweet and from all my experiences with her nothing but honest. This leads me to believe any reports about her dishonesty are suspect at best. Probably as she said they are drug addicts who were impossible dates she had to split from for safety reasons. Be very careful as on my way home I thought I saw a SW I knew. I foolishly did a you turn and before I hit the allegany intersection I had a cop on my tail. I went past where she was standing and made a right down a side street hoping to lose him. Not only did he turn with me but when I saw this and decided to head home he followed me all the to 95 making sure I git out of dodge. Lucky I didn't have him on my ass before my pickup! Overall at least at night looks like the report of over the top LE prescence this time of year is true.

Now that line has to go into the the hooker's quotes Hall of Fame. Not sure how long you've been in this game, but these girls all of some type of psychological problems, beyond their addiction. I had a little break andt wanted to check out the scene before the New Year. It looks like the murder numbers may come in a little lower than last year if there is no surge and LE has to be given some credit for cracking down on that. From what I remember about 70% of last years' murders occurred after dark which if anyone has dared venture out on the Ave after dark knows has been a true focus for LE.
It seems that LE has been a little light the last few days. I assume they like to take vacation this time of year also. I only ventured out during the day but things seemed pretty normal. Some regular face a few not so familiar on the south end. The north end was pretty quite both days until after about 2pm. I guess Abdul and Teddy don’t push them out in the morning. I did see two traffic stops but it seemed like the target was the drug trade. One car had what looked to be “typical suburban kids” pissed off because they were being stopped. The other was a few locals in hand cuffs. It seems that the drug trade was back and surprisingly obvious. I guess LE needs a break from busting the street level guys. I guess there might also be a lull as LE adjusts to a new administration and commissioner.

It's been awhile since I last posted. I have been staying off the Ave, there were slim pickins and the LE presence made it too risky. I have been frequenting strip clubs more and more. I found a girl who I had seen in working down by 56th and Walnut walking on the Ave. I had a hard time getting her attention and finally parked and walked up to her to talk. Her stage name was Ices and she knew me well since I had dropped some money on her for lap dances and extras at the bar. Now with that said, I found a peach on the Ave by the name of Liz. She is 21 and told me she has been doing this for 6 years, that would make her 15 when she started. You would figure a girl that has been working in the industry that long would be beat down by time, not to be the case. IMHO she is a dime on the ave, very affordable, clean, cute and tight. Yes for any reason I will be arrested on a treaspassing charge.
I have a very noticable car, One day last year the had an ULE sitting in the park near Tigoa looking for vehicles driving around. Well I drove by one to many times and got pulled over (No Girl in car). After checking for wants and warrants they came back to the vehicle had me get out for a photo and was issued an exclustion order. Since I live about 25 miles away the is no legit reason for begin on the Ave and they know I was there for a girl or drugs (LE words not mine). After checking with a laywer, He stated the only way I can get it lifted it to go before a Judge and explain why I was there (Not worth the hassle). The order will expire in two years on it's own. These orders have been used in other state's mostly on known girl's to get them off the street without actually witnessing any thing.
And with Nutter and the new Chief in charge now I bet there will be more issued by LE. I just don't want to get arrested on a treaspassing charge and have to go thru the hassle of going to court or explain it at work if they find out.
I need to get a cheaper mongering car that will blend's in once it expire's.

Many times I have witnessed some high profile cars cruising the Ave. Remember one a couple of years ago with a blown muffler that made such a distinctive sound I usually heard him coming before I spotted him. Ran into him off and on for over a year. Others have some wild rides that just stand out. Was in the auto industry for a number of years and actually recognized my customers not by face but by their car. I dosen't take much to stand out, a missing hubcap, dented fender, unusual paint scheme etc. LE live out of thier cars and that is what they are watching all day long. If you don't blend in, make a pass or two and then "get out of Dodge."

I'd stay away, either try Camden, AC or somewhere else for a while or get an old truck like I did. I got a beat up basic Ford Truck it blended in perfectly. I have since sold it and retired. I have a new car, but use my Philly's Friend old beat up 1987 Chevy, if I ever get the feeling to go back down there. You can get laid a lot of places outside for a just slighty more than it would cost you on the K, but you might be safer and it might cost you less in gas. I am retired and with gas so high I plan to stay that way. Fixed income stinks! Still I will come back now and then when I have the money. Why not I am not getting any younger!

To preface: I'm not a cop - In fact I revile them. But I do have a great deal to lose if pinched for mongering per my vocation (I've simply been "lucky" all these years).
1). The attorney who advised that nothing could be done per the photographing and issuance of an "exclusion order" is full of shit just like the Philly P.D.
The "Fuzz" is empowered to execute the above due to an existing city ordinance. Not state law, not federal law.
2). As fellow mongers are aware, when applying the law in the order of precedence the following is inarguable:
a). State law precedes any city ordinance(s) if such ordinance(s) defy/undermine applicable state legislation;
b). Federal law precedes any state legislation that defy/undermine applicable federal legislation.
All hereunder is common knowledge. The Philly cops know damn well that the methodology being executed to deter mongering blatantly quashes one's constitutional rights; state and federal.
In truth, one has the right to drive wherever and whenever one desires. You have the right to drive up and down the "K" for two days straight if you choose.
As long as the fuzz has not been witness to the commission of a crime they have no right to pull anyone over let alone photograph you and hand out some BS "exclusion order".
The sad truth: In the short term the fuzz is empowered by ordinance to throw anyone's ass in jail.
There is a resolution: Reiterating the obvious - the City Of Philadelphia has such an ordinance. The ordinance wields its sword - only made "mighty" by the sheer number of cops on the streets.
But "Mongers in numbers" may wield a mighty sword as well.
The state's attorney for the state of PA. Is in Philadelphia.
If all mongers of the "K" were to relentlessly barrage the state's attorney’s office with "polite" phone calls expressing their objection to being unjustly "profiled" the state would eventually collapse.
The city of Phili. would be strongly advised to cease and desist.
Again, to rid the fuzz of their ability to oppress and intimidate, Mongers by the dozens would have to telephone the office of the state's attorney RELENTLESSLY.

I really want to apologize for being vague per "This is BS". I meant it as an overall commentary per the actions of the cops, etc.
My address was soley that Looking #1. I am entirely at fault and again, should of been more clear per my rant.
You are absolutely correct. In your position, with an "exclusion order" having been wriiten, It is prudent to stay away.
Your friend gave you sound legal direction. Going to court would be costly and would not accomplish jack shit. As well, my crude communication would lead anyone to assume I was making a personal affront per your friend.

I just turned 40 myself, but I had a lady street walker say she was 28, and I would have sworn she was 21. I think it's very hard to distinguish ages between 20 and 32.
If you look closely at Liz's eyelids, you can see a little cellulite, blue veins. So that's another reason I think she may be 31, not 21, which would mean she started working at 25, not 15 [chuckle] :)

Much of what you say is probably true in general, but the Ave has some different dynamics. You are probably better off checking IDs for other reasons.
Yes for any reason I will be arrested on a treaspassing charge.
I have a very noticable car, One day last year the had an ULE sitting in the park near Tigoa looking for vehicles driving around. Well I drove by one to many times and got pulled over (No Girl in car). After checking for wants and warrants they came back to the vehicle had me get out for a photo and was issued an exclustion order. Since I live about 25 miles away the is no legit reason for begin on the Ave and they know I was there for a girl or drugs (LE words not mine). After checking with a laywer, He stated the only way I can get it lifted it to go before a Judge and explain why I was there (Not worth the hassle). The order will expire in two years on it's own. These orders have been used in other state's mostly on known girl's to get them off the street without actually witnessing any thing.
And with Nutter and the new Chief in charge now I bet there will be more issued by LE. I just don't want to get arrested on a treaspassing charge and have to go thru the hassle of going to court or explain it at work if they find out.
I need to get a cheaper mongering car that will blend's in once it expire's.

Again, this is a late post.
I was cruising the K on 05/08/08 around 10PM. I ran into a red-head named Darlene. I met her acquaintance at Lehigh and K. She claimed to be 22 years old and that could be about right.

My boss just told me I'm getting sent to Philly Monday for something. I've got a million things to do before going, so I don't have time to read this all of this thread or do more research. Can someone lay out the stroll for me, either here or in PM (and weither what time it is matters)?
Once in Philly I might have time, or I might take an extra day to see what's up, but I'm not sure about net connections.
It's easy. From I-95 get on Allegheny and then take a right on Kensington. Look on both sides of the street. Stop at the 7-11 a few blocks on the right, get a drink and hang out for a few minutes. Sometimes there are SWs in the parking lot or in the immediate area. Get back on Kensington and continue up to Torresdale, take a right and stop at the Dunkin Donuts. You might see some guys parked in their cars waiting. They're probably looking for the same thing you are. Go look in the parking lot behind Mcdonald's and Taco Bell. You can continue taking Kensington up another few blocks, maybe up to Frankford. I haven't spent any time North of there, so I don't know what you might find past there.
So turn around and double back on Kensington going southbound, looking carefully near Castor, looping around the park at Tioga, and cruise slowly by the 7-11 to check for any new faces. Continue past Allegheny. I've not had luck in the first few blocks southbound past Allegheny, which in the daytime are pretty busy with many people. But after that area, keep an eye out. Continue on Kensington, then make a left onto Front. I usually make a U turn after the Berks metro station, although I think people have reported success south of there.
If you make the loop I've just described, I think you'll find at least a few SWs no matter what time of day or weather. If you're lucky and hit it at a good time you'll never have to make the whole loop.
If you'll have a rental car, make sure it has a Pennsylvania license plate...this will help you to blend in.
Be careful about making left turns...many intersections along Kensington have signs posted that do not allow left turns. I was pulled over and ticketed for violating one of these. Luckily the fine police officer that issued that ticket one winter night at 2:30 AM did not smell my breath or inquire if I had been drinking. I didn't even have to shut my engine off, he did everything through the one inch space that I had lowered my window. Must have been filling a quota!
Sometimes you'll see SWs on Frankford or the streets connecting Frankford and Kensington. I've found it easier to locate the SWs on Kensington, give them a nod, then try to pickup on a side street.
Don't hesitate to park and observe an area for 15 or 20 minutes, it's much easier to notice people when you're not also driving! You can park pretty much anywhere on Kensington. When I'm parked, SWs will often give me "the look" as they're walking by, making a pickup very easy.

I made a recent trip to Philly and managed to hook up with Sabrina. She was hanging out at the corner of Pike St. and Kensington with an older-looking blond.

I was out again this week armed with my camera and looking for some stroll picture and found quite a few models. The brunette who I have pictured before seemed to be wearing a similiar outfit to the last time I saw her. That always disturbs me for some reason. Anyway the pictures do no show it but she looks a little older close up. (~30) She was strolling up near the north end. The short haired blond was posted over at the 7-11 and did not seem to get bothered by the police too much but there were cars parked around the area that may have been able to see someone pick her up. No surprise that no one did. There was a cut alburn hair girl the past her position (blored1a) who seemed to be working also. I almost missed getting a picture of the cute skinny blond until someone stopped to pick her up and she turned towards me. The third blond's picture was taken in the area of the bookstore. If you look carefully you can see she has her money out in her left hand ready to make a deal. A real cutie up but up close you can see she may have some kind of tooth (teeth) issue.
I was out again this week armed with my camera and looking for some stroll picture and found quite a few models. The brunette who I have pictured before seemed to be wearing a similiar outfit to the last time I saw her. That always disturbs me for some reason. Anyway the pictures do no show it but she looks a little older close up. (~30) She was strolling up near the north end. The short haired blond was posted over at the 7-11 and did not seem to get bothered by the police too much but there were cars parked around the area that may have been able to see someone pick her up. No surprise that no one did. There was a cut alburn hair girl the past her position (blored1a) who seemed to be working also. I almost missed getting a picture of the cute skinny blond until someone stopped to pick her up and she turned towards me. The third blond's picture was taken in the area of the bookstore. If you look carefully you can see she has her money out in her left hand ready to make a deal. A real cutie up but up close you can see she may have some kind of tooth (teeth) issue.

I got some of them while moving and some while stoped. I probably took 100 pictures those are just the good ones. It is not too tough to get one while moving as long as the angles are correct. The easiest are of course the dead on shots.

It is neat, if you are a video vigilante. Think about it, do you really want to go driving around the stroll with that in your windshield and a police scanner mounted on the dash in front of the passenger seat?

This first set of photos were taken near Lehigh. The photo labeled the screamer is of a heavy set young lady who was hanging out with another two women in baggy clothing. She was screaming into a mini van that all she was doing was hanging out and getting high. Eventually she got into the mini van and left. I can only image that the person driving the van was a family member or friend trying to straighten her out. The photo labeled blond1a was of one of her friends. She could have been packing more than anyone expected under those clothes.
The picture titled redhead was of someone who I think has been reported on but at the moment I saw her I was not sure if it had been a good report or a bad one.
The pictures titled “on a buy” was a pretty obvious attempt to find a dealer by this young lady.
This set of photo were taken on the north end . The only familiar face was the photo listed 2ndredhead. I just forget her name. At one point the woman in the photo listed older brunette was almost running down the street. That really made for an odd scene. I do not recall ever seeing either one of the brunettes out patrolling but the one seems to be wearing a jacket I have photographed on another person so she is probably working with one of the local “groups” I unfortunately did not get a face shot of the blond she was out for maybe 3 minutes before she was picked up. She was on the phone the entire time so I guess she had something pre arranged. She did give me my favorite picture of the day labeled favorite. That poor guy’s head almost fell off looking a nicely fitting pair of jeans.

The Sunday Before Thanksgiving With Nicky and Wendy
I didn’t plan on doing anything that day, I was just going to a friend’s house in Philly to check up on them since I haven’t heard from them in a while. One friend asked to drive my car to his sister’s house for something, which I never have a problem with him doing so. A little while later, he calls me and says that my car had stalled. I jumped on the El and met him and my car started right up.
On the way back to his house while driving down the K, we ran into two working girls that he knew. He knows most of the girls on the stroll since he has lived in that same area all of his life.

Monday With Candace
I stopped at my buddy’s house again on Monday just to drink a few beers and shoot the breeze when there was a ring at his door. It was Candace, my first Philly endeavor (http://www.usasexguide. During our time together, she seemed sincere about cleaning up and staightening out her life. However, she did admit to indulging into her old habits since she got out, not as heavy though.
She was an absolute darling, and despite the extra pounds on her, she had probably the best attitude of any SW I have run across in a very long time. In the likes of wishing her well, I would absolutely get with her again.

Believe me; I am not trying to be rude. I do want you to realize that what you did was a no, no. And worst, it wasn’t necessary. The street is not that big. At least the section near the “K,” isn’t. Certainly his neighbors and family can make the connection. Putting together two and two isn’t that hard.
You gave a name. Don’t be so naive. The first mistake we all make is to believe that we are so smart and everyone else is dummies. Never underestimate LE (or the neighborhood watch). If I can figure it out, so can they. All one has to do is go to the area on the “K,” using the directions we’ve already provided and have an undercover pickup a girl and suggest that they go to Dennis’s (the name you’ve provided). And; thanks to you the undercover has a name to make him seem more like a regular monger. So the girl figures the undercover must be okay because he knows about Dennis’s (the name you provided). So she takes the undercover to Dennis’s (the name you provided). And if he charges the undercover the amount you gave, it’s a good bust. They will likely wait a few days and raid the place after watching others enter (to protect the undercover guy they never do the raid on the same day). They will probably charge someone with promoting prostitution, harass everyone inside, and we’ll lose a notel and the person you name will likely lose his home.
