OK, Penn Hills regulars, I need some insight. Went to my go-to spot tonight and had my first major letdown. Got there around 8:30 pm and received a very boring and repetitive massage from mamasan, complete with a behind-the-high-school-bleachers-quality HE. The hour ended up being a charitable 50 minutes. The whole thing blew right past mediocre and well into ripoff territory.

Scott said the parlor's staff took down signs advertising the business.

Scott said the spa was in violation of various laws.
"In particular, the business didn't meet requirements for the massage law," Scott said.
