I don't think prices were relatively high at HT and TL. Randy (RIP) just didn't take a huge cut for the house. Saturdays are pretty busy but every time I go in the evenings I only see about half the girls on the onegc Roll Call the entire time. So I'm starting not to trust it too much.
Pretty much stayed till the end of the night because none of the girls I was interested in were free. Granted I got there after midnight. Also if a dancer shows up at 4 pm they will be shown on day shift, and if they are still there when night shift begins (7? They will be copied to the night shift. You mentioned being there pretty late, so it would be common for a number of dancers to have left by then. Also they show up on the RC when they arrive at the club, not when they finally show up on the floor. That delay can easily be 30-45 minutes while they are getting dressed and doing makeup.
Does anyone know if Synn has a minimum shift duration? DejaVu had a 5 hour minimum back in the day but that was before employee status kicked in. I can't imagine clubs wanting to have dancers hanging around doing nothing just to finish out a shift.

If they do, they're pretty lax about enforcing it. I've talked to dancers and if they feel like clocking out very early they'll make up excuses like "I'll tell them my stomach hurts. I have a headache. I have cramps, etc. " and management is pretty cool about letting them out early. I get the vibe that for the most part everyone who works at Synn is pretty content / happy and they want to keep those vibes / not make any waves. This is in very stark contrast to SR, where the infamous Melissa has cultivated a "walking on eggshells" vibe amongst the dancers and doormen. To her credit maybe she's getting pressure from corporate / drop in revenue. But I don't think the other male management at SR COI give off the same vibes to the girls so who knows.
Most girls are pretty good at staying most of the shift (6:30 pm-2 am) with some clocking out at 1 am-1:30 am.
You'll see 99% of all dancers who'll work that shift by about 10:15 pm.
The exceptions that come to mind that come in very late and only stay for only 1-3 hours are Catherine and Roxy. I'm sure all they need to make their shift worthwhile is 1-3 whales.
SR incentivizes girls to come in early (I'm unsure of the pay scheme but it's something like if you come in at 6:30 pm for nightshift you don't have to pay the house fee. Every hour or 2 you pay more and more up to $140? I forget.) I don't know if Synn has the same scheme.
I can't imagine clubs wanting to have dancers hanging around doing nothing just to finish out a shift.

And fair enough, some I never paid attention to, look pretty good. Or time flys by and its already 1:30 and I haven't seen anyone I want a dance with yet.
But when they post on IG / onegc about 40+ girls at night, it does make it more tempting to go there vs other clubs.
Now if synn would just upgrade the place and have 2 stages and size like imperials in Anaheim, I think it would be better. But I doubt they would do anything, its a quick buck why improve it? Go in, get what you want, and get out LOL.

Personality, dances, extras?First time to Paradise right? I wrote a review on it last year on TUSCL. It is a working class club, mileage is good, it is a Kim club so girls will consistently upcharge. So expect to pay more after you pay the VIP fee for a girl. There are many large girls at Paradise, if that's what you like. It is not for me but I did enjoy it for what it was. I won't repeat just because Synn is similar but more girls who are skinny / smaller, plus I also like SR more too. Spearmint Rhino is classy / upscale but fewer girls (except Thursday) and less extras focused but most girls offer. COI is great for having many choices.
You don't want to count on a specific girl being at a club, no matter the club. Be prepared to club hop if you don't see any girls you like. Cover charge for a club is a tiny investment compared to actually taking a girl to a room, so don't hesitate to try more than one club. They are all a short drive to each other. I would even walk from Spearmint Rhino to Synn except I'm a lazy American that drives from one end of the parking lot to the other instead of walking (parking for Synn itself is often filled up so I park at the mall near Starbucks).
When I stepped into Paradise, the very first stage show was a 350 pound woman. Yes I saw that with my own two eyes and it is hard to forget. Just saying.

Haven't posted in ages and not at all since moving to Los Angeles. Have definitely enjoyed reading everyone's experiences and advice.
I have been to Paradise on the last few Wednesdays. Definitely not the club with the best looking women, but somehow I enjoy the "trashier" look since it isn't what I get outside of the club. There have been about 20 women working each time with a variety from very thin to quite heavy and everything in between. Of course one can check out the roll call, but the pics vary from pretty accurate to some being about 40 lbs ago. My first ever visit and I was approached by Sophie about 30 seconds after sitting down. Was told "suck and fuck" for $160. I didn't even inquire, she just threw it out. Definitely not my type so I just politely declined. She came back a bit later and flashed me everything she was working with and reiterated, but still wasn't interested. I ended up getting a two for $20 with Khalifa on this visit (should have read the boards first! Other than a little over the pants action, she mostly gave air dances and blamed it on the fact she didn't like the music. It isn't like I chose the music!
Most recent visit was mostly the same. Mellize sat with me while I was watching dances and chatting a bit. Went to synn on July 4th which is Thursday VIP specials, despite them promoting July 4th, only 14 dancers at night. I still had my usual, but just ended up smaller selection. IMO I think it's a combination of:
1. They have a larger social media following than say a Roxy (who I also agree is a hottie compared to Remmy. I dunno what Kim looks like.).
2. They have more work than Roxy (work more shifts, longer hours, do more lapdances than VIPs = have more volume of customers VS. A hottie that works less shifts, shows up later on shifts, has more whales that take up a lot of her time in the VIP, foregoes cheap and quick lapdances, etc.).
3. This is the only way they want customers to contact them. I know girls like to give out their cell phone numbers and social media contacts to customers. Others say "hey just follow me on the app I'm not giving you my info. ".
For me the number of followers don't mean much anyway; makes me curious sure but ultimately who cares. My ATFs have low to mid number of followers. The best-selling vehicle in the US is the Ford F 150, but I hate trucks, heh.

I've reported this a year ago at Synn. They usually never brought back my change at all or shorted me, even if I gave them a $20 they wouldn't give me $12 back and I had to track them down later for it. It always happened to me so now I give exact change and don't tip. It sucks and I don't like it, but I'm done with that. I'm just there for the girls.

Our company just went thru our yearly sexual harassment training just few month ago. What qualifies these days as harassment is insane. If you don't use the right pronouns its sexual harassment.

Went a few times this past couple of weeks. Everytime I've went, they never had the buy 2 dances get 2 free available. Last night, when they did announce it, and I took a girl for a dance, she claimed that the special wasn't going on at the moment. I let it go, but definitely wouldn't do dances with her again.
