Any luck on Youngermans circle for those of you who are familiar with the Jacksonville area? Anything popping on the Westside? I know San Juan has been dead for a while. Westside as far as Timuquana down 103rd street as well is a ghost town. Nothing on Catoma or Cassett avenue. Baymeadows on Southside is pretty much all cops. I went to the Days Inn hotel off of Baymeadows 2 months back. There, you will find a couple streetwalkers every once in a while, but if you drive past the hotels, on the right side you will find a police prescient. I have found few cop cars just sitting back observing people going in and out of hotels. They use the streetwalkers as bait. Be very careful driving anywhere in Baymeadows. Especially the Days Inn as I just mentioned as well as the hotels that's next to it in that location. Philips Highway has been a ghost town as well. Like you said earlier, you might find a few homeless people walking around, but there nothing there. The homeless are mainly dudes. Some even have bicycles. They have cleaned it up on Emerson, which is where I was at last week just hoping to find something. Nothing there. It was around 5 pm. They have done a lot of raids at Wackos in the past, so your not going to see that much on Emerson. I'm sure Commonwealth might have a few walking around, but anything north of JAX you'll face the possibility of dealing with unwanted crime. The only other areas I can think of are beaver street and 8th street. Not good areas at all. South of Jacksonville you have Orange Park / Fleming Island, good luck with that! That's all cops and undercover. Stay away from clay! That is a no WG zone!

Best spot on Philipps is starting on University all the way north to Atlantic focusing around Wally World area and the notels north of Emerson.
In Sin City, it would be area east of Arlington Rd all the way to your location focusing on Acme, Bowlan and Century and all the side streets.
Lane would be areas around the notels, sandwich shop / gas station, the underpass and Romana.
Main St that'll be the area around MLK and further north like the gas station near 63rd. Scope our the side streets as well. Sometimes they'll be waddlin off the main track just so they aren't too exposed.
I'll let someone else explain Hooterville and Indian Country.
With all that being said, SWAN hunting here in Jax hasn't been definite. Also there are no definitive times or even locations to find them. They may be in season for like a day or two, an hour or two finding them in certain spots, then *WHOOSH! They've gone extinct for a spell.
But keep trying, be persistent and have some patience. Eventually you'll come across things to write home about- Or at least on the board.

I have noticed that each area has its own "hours of operations". What I am looking for is an area that is open, during the week, from 1030 p until 12 a. Like Sin City, I must not have gotten their new hours, because every time I go there, they are closed. Phillips closed (except for our Latin friend. Some how Uncle has given him a pass to operate). Lane is closed. I'm spending more money on gas, than having fun.
Took a little trip to my old stomping grounds this morning. I started in Hooterville it was dead except Reagan was out but she looked like death so I skipped her. Then headed to Lane area and was dead except for LEO everywhere so I bounced. Headed to Catoma and seen a nice little spinner 7/10 across from the subway. Went out for a drive around town last night from about 8:45 to midnight.
Cruised up and down Philips for a while, didn't see anything behind PPH liquor store except a few guys and a run down trailer park. I've never been back there before so hopefully I had the correct place.
Saw a chubby white lady at the Scottish Inn sitting on the back steps for at least an hour. I stopped to chat and asked if she was okay. Said she was waiting for her husband.
