Then, say, you confront the person accusing them of the theft and they reply "Girlfriend, I don't know what you talkin' 'about. Sounds like smack to me. " If you then punch that individual or even pull their hair, then you can (and probably will) be charged with battery. If you were to strangle that person to death, then you could be charged with murder. And that is how one that is already in custody could be charged with another crime (or pick up another charge) while already in custody.

#MS.Went out tonight (Sunday) from about 10:45-12:45 I was in the PH area, took a stroll all the way down to Baymeadows, saw nothing on several passes on the north end and drove way south to kill some time hoping something would pop up. Went back through by MT V and the other motels and saw 2 WSW up in the parking lot of the motel but there is no way I am pulling in to one of those places, do you all actually do that or catch them out on the path somewhere? So I made an early morning run on Main before work, picked up Robin off of 62nd Street. First thing I notice is she reeks of alcohol. So we find a nice quiet spot. The problem is there are plenty of DB's hanging around, many with doors open and watching who goes where. I never took the elevator as that always was a signal she the door opened up, always took the stairs. Most of the time no issues, you just got to know what your walking into and know how to keep your cool.
