I never partake in the SW scene so this is not an expert report. Wednesday shortly after 10:00am on my way to the gym I saw a 20 something beauty crossing San Jose Blvd at Loretto. She was about 5'6" with dark hair, a nice rack, dressed in jeans & a tee shirt and a "9" on any scale. I pulled into McD's to get a closer look at her and noticed a guy about 30 standing on the other side of San Jose. As she continued walking south he crossed over to the same side and followed about 50' behind her. I drove through the parking lot and parked in the gym lot but up close to San Jose. I stood by my car until she was close by and she looked at me with the sweetest smile you can imagine but said nothing. I smiled back, said "hi" then turned and walked to the gym. She hopped in, expressing great relief, and babbling some story about a guy that had picked her up last night, brought her home to his remote location, gotten high on coke, started acting really flaky. Friday night about 8:30, wasn't really looking, just out running some errands on 103rd. I see a taller, WSW in the parking lot as I'm leaving. Split second decision I decide why not. I too became the victim of a WSW stealing my phone and wallet while on PH. ALthough I keep my money seperate from my wallet and only keep $60 up in the front (split 30 in the ash tray and 30 in the console) , nonetheless losing your cards and having to cancel them and your license and replacing them, is the pits. I used to record both video and sound of what was going on. This way if something went really bad wrong, the police would have an idea who the perp was, and how it went down. On the other hand, if it was a really good car date, then it provided me some ongoing entertainment. But since the phone was stolen, I use one of the Pen Cameras you can get at Brookstone. They look like a ball point pen (little bigger) and take decent movies and voice recordations.
But my main point responding to your encounter is to make sure you know the two options available too you with your iPhone. The first one, FInd My iPhone Utility and it is pretty good at pin pointing where you phone is physically located, (more latter). The second is the option to reset your phone to the original factory settings. The downside here is it wipes out all data, photo's and contacts.BUT, if you have them backed it up using either The Cloud or to your PC option, it is easy to resynch them and get all of your data, contacts and photos back on the new phone. Not discussing any details, but I took one of my favorite black friends with a Pearl handle and several buddies in a clip to call upon the person who had my phone. After some debate and the demonstrating of my friend, I was once again the proud owner of my phone. I had wiped it out, but 30 minutes later, all was restored. I couldn't let the temporary holder of my phone get by with stealing it and passing it off to someone to benefit from.
So, hopefully this helps, and you use the options available to you, and get your phone back. Mongering has its fun moments, and unfortunately a few like you pointed out, which arent so much fun. I minimize it by eliminating some SW from consideration, but your never without some risk at any time.

I think its time for me a new hobby because apparently there was a police shootingatmy least favorite inn (right across from the big parking lot on PH) not 10 minutes after I left. I was strolling PH (I saw Ashley but she was in too open a spot to scoop and was apparently leaving the area anyway) when I eventually scooped Stephanie. I drove by Emerson inn around 8:30 tonight and the whole area was taped up and there was over a dozen patrol cars there. I would stay away from PH for a couple of weeks due to what happened tonight.

After leaving PH I figured I'd stroll a couple of areas on the Westside to kill some time before going home. I assumed goin in that this of gas also seeing as how I never find anything anywhere over there. After the usual result on lenox I took a trip to Cali and after a couple of passes happened upon a WSW named Dee. She was pretty nonchalant about giving me the menu which made me a little suspiciousatfirst but she was already in the car and the LEO check was satisfactory. Is indeed a mouth full! So true! So true! Knowing that the shooting had everyone spooked I made the seatbelt was on and I stayed within all speed limits. There was two Sherrif cars parked side by side on the top end of PH and I probably drove by them 3 or 4 times over 30 min as I looped around. Anyway, I see one pull out as I went by, I was up by Hugo's. He pulled close to my bumper. I drove all the way down PH, stopping at all red lights, never breaking the speed limit. I drove to University, turned right, over the bridge and kept driving. He was never more than a foot off of my bumber. I drove for a few miles turned by up San Jose or one of those roads, past Matthews and kept going. For over 25 min I drove around and this Sherrif car was always a foot away. Finally as I am driving through downtown San Marco he turned off after flicking his blue lights at me. The message was clear. Stay away from this section of town. I listened, but ony after I started at the top of Phillips (but I put the top up to disguise myself ha ha) and drove all the way to Butler and headed for the beach.
First time I had one ride my ass for so long. Be careful, stay safe!

Managed to 'slip the leash' here in JAX for the first time in a whole last night, and spent a good part of it checking all the strolls on the north, south and near west side. Got lucky I guess, and unlike Luknaround, below, I saw very little LE, much lighter presence than usual. Cruising time was from about 1:30 AM to 6:00 AM. Burned a lot of gas (think we'll see $5 gas before we see $3 again!) , but was rewarded with a surprising number of up close and personal sightings:
Lenox / McDuff / Edison area. Several WSWs over the course of the evening. Surprised to see 3 different WSW's on Edison, alone. Pulled the trigger (way too early) , on a thick, dark-haired gal by the name of Kim (?). Nothing to warrant a repeat. And BTW, almost ALL the Providers I observed last night were THICK. I'm not exactly svelte myself, but damn, somebody's got to start saying NO TO THE MANATEE MADNESS here in Jacksonville!
PH. Very little action, but what little I did see was way north, almost to I-95. Emerson Inn area had tumbleweeds blowing through it. Dry as a popcorn fart. But no LE either. Did have some dude swoop in with a dark blue chevy, heavy tints on the windows, and scoop a big rack / MILF wearing a rather interesting SW 'costume' of a 'sports coat' of all things. Frankly, she looked a little TGTBT, standing stock still in front of the Mt. Vernon Motel right there on PH at 3:00 AM. Brother in the Chevy, all I can say is you've got bigger balls than me. She did get in, so must have been legit, but man was she flashin' ALL the danger signals. (Maybe he was one of those '9 inch Ninjas' we've been reading about around here!)

Our favorite Uncle has apparently practiced a 'scorched earth policy' up here, waging total war to the point there is just nothing left. I missed seeing Priscilla, mentioned below, but am curious, is she still as fine looking as ever? For my money, back in the day she put the infamous 'Alyssa' of Indian Country to shame. Did see the fake blonde with a 'wide load' hanging with her little D-boys down about 21st St. She had virtually NO business over the course of HOURS that I could see, but they seem totally oblivious to how bad having druggy, thuggy male 'escorts' is for their trade.

Been here eating for about 30 min, looking to my left at the big E inn. 4 WSW going up and down the staircase bringing presents to the home boys in the middle room. They drop off and they head out. PH is pretty much dead but I'd check out the other areas around there because the other areas are more than making up for the dry well there. On Sat, Sun, and Mon I got lucky off University and Atlantic and in Sin City. Spots for Sin City are off Arlington and Atlantic. There is a LSW named Lucy with a bomb body there and a beautiful face but poor teeth. She walks from arl and atlantic to the gate station on the south side of atlantic. Watch out for her dope boy who's never far behind though. I never scoop when there is a dope boy around. I never feel comfortable doing that.
You can find lots of SW's if you dare to enter the depths of Sin City. Literally 20+ SW's of all shapes, sizes, races when you drive the back roads between Arl xwy and atlantic spotted on sat and sun daytime. That place is seriously the most dangerous area I've ever mongered in and I've spent a lot of time in downtown philly. If you pass by more than once the dope boys will get an itch to start showing their piece. Scary shit. Don't even stop for stop signs if you're going through there. LEO doesn't even go there unless they absolutely have to. Certainly only for seasoned mongerers who listen to the mongering rules.

Managed to 'slip the leash' here in JAX for the first time in a whole last night, and spent a good part of it checking all the strolls on the north, south and near west side. Got lucky I guess, and unlike Luknaround, below, I saw very little LE, much lighter presence than usual. Cruising time was from about 1:30 AM to 6:00 AM. Burned a lot of gas (think we'll see $5 gas before we see $3 again!) , but was rewarded with a surprising number of up close and personal sightings:
Lenox / McDuff / Edison area. Several WSWs over the course of the evening. Surprised to see 3 different WSW's on Edison, alone. Pulled the trigger (way too early) , on a thick, dark-haired gal by the name of Kim (?). Nothing to warrant a repeat. And BTW, almost ALL the Providers I observed last night were THICK. I'm not exactly svelte myself, but damn, somebody's got to start saying NO TO THE MANATEE MADNESS here in Jacksonville!
PH. Very little action, but what little I did see was way north, almost to I-95. Emerson Inn area had tumbleweeds blowing through it. Dry as a popcorn fart. But no LE either. Did have some dude swoop in with a dark blue chevy, heavy tints on the windows, and scoop a big rack / MILF wearing a rather interesting SW 'costume' of a 'sports coat' of all things. Frankly, she looked a little TGTBT, standing stock still in front of the Mt. Vernon Motel right there on PH at 3:00 AM. Brother in the Chevy, all I can say is you've got bigger balls than me. She did get in, so must have been legit, but man was she flashin' ALL the danger signals. (Maybe he was one of those '9 inch Ninjas' we've been reading about around here!)
North Main / The 'Northlands'. May have to rename this the 'Wastelands'. Our favorite Uncle has apparently practiced a 'scorched earth policy' up here, waging total war to the point there is just nothing left. I drove off but I was a bit ticked because I spotted Stephanie hanging out of her room there. It was a no-go though. Man, it woulda been nice to tap that amazon tonight.

The city has pretty much shut down the north side, and PH is HOT right now, based on many recent reports in this forum. And I have no doubt Sin City is on their radar right now as well. But it looks like some action has definitely shifted to this old / new area of town.

LISTEN: If you look at the definition of indecent exposure it means you are essentially going around flashing people to get a shock out of them or you are playing with yourself trying to achieve some form of sexual gratification in their presence; but if that LEO woman ask you to show yourself to her then she is not shocked because she knew what you were going to do. So if you ever get caught doing that you better hire an attorney ASAP to get that shasta thrown out! You better have an attorney on speed dial anyway if you are going to participate in this thing you may well need one!
Anyway, guys have it a little easier because 99% of LEO women will not get in your car; I've never heard of them running a st-ng where they do this BUT anything's possible. Now the LEO guys will allow SW's to get in their cars because they know they can overpower them more easily. Always ask them if they'd like to just get something to eat and nothing more; no show me and I'll show you! And if you got warrants out for your arrest for anything, better leave SW's or Alleged SW's (really LEO) alone because if they don't get you for soliciting, they run your tag and get you for the outstanding warrant (s).
BTW, my friend just found out that once you get your record sealed, if you go 10 years without getting into trouble, you can have your record expunged. A kind of new law I guess.

Cruising PH on my wau home from the office and was going to stop for Hanna even though she is a pain in the ass toconverse with. Her dumb behind was hanging out in the Emerson parking lot, close to sultan sandwhich and so I pulled into the shop. When I got there, I noticed an unmarked inside eating his lunch, so instead of making a scoop, I grabbed a meal. Silly girls. Be cautious. She's likely to take you down with her if she gets hemmed up when your around.

Went up and down PH, some LEO out but as strong as it has been. I see a decent looking blonde just north of Emerson. Normally I pull into the old marine recruiting place and wait for them to walk buy or come into the parking lot. This time I actually scooped her up and almost immediately lights behind me in an unmark went off. Freaked me out for sure. I stop go through the normal license, insurance, run your tag route, all the while she is trying to get out and bolt. I don't know if it is a good idea or bad, finally she bolts leaving my freaking door open!
Anyway, LEO comes back asks me what I was doing, that was considered to be a "pick up zone for prostitutes" and that by stopping the way I did, partially on the road, I was creating a potential traffic situation. I played it monger cool, was just driving by, saw a chick, asked her if she wanted a ride, she said yes, nothing else. Hadn't even got to the "where would you like me to drop you off" part before you stopped me. He asked where did she go, I simply said she bolted, don't know, don't care where she went. He asked to search my car where she had been, my imediate thoughts were what I read here a few days ago about felony busts with the girl dropping dope off or something. I just new I had been set up and was in deep sh*t. I hesitantly said yes, he went around to the open door and looked in the front seat and all around and much to my pleasent surprise found nothing. He closed the door, came back around told me to be careful in this area for the next 2 weeks as some special emphasis was underway to clean up the streets.

Be very careful out there!It's no secret that LEO is flexing their presence in that area. I'm glad that one was pretty cool to you. They all aren't bad and we actually need them to keep the DB's at bay. Nevertheless, you got lucky and lucky is good. I've had that exact situation happen to me and the LEO wasn't nice at all. I got a citation for "suspicious driving" at the time and they called 4 units and a canine over to do the check. I know the PD got flack for giving those citations out because there is not a FL law that supports that type of citation. You also really lucked out that she didn't drop anything in your cab. The problem is that even though the LEO sounds like your best friend, if they find anything in your cab, it's on you. Not on the SW who bolted. So they may be all cool and such and say "do you mind if I check her side of the cab?" but they don't tell you that they're looking for something to bust you on. Not something to bust her on.
I've found plenty of bad stuff after I drop the SW's off when we are done. I always follow the rules and stop at a well lit GS afterwards to clean out her side of the cab. I've found everything from lipstick to see-pipes to bags with stuff in them. 2 weeks is a long time to wait to go mongering over there and with 103rd, Baymeadows, Mayport, and Sin City all under heavy LEO presence it looks like JAX is going to be all but shut down for a while now. Best to lay low or monger in another town for the next month or so.

Started making the rounds about 11:30 last nite on 103rd. Only ones out were the sisters and Michelle who's services are OK but not what I was looking for. I moved on to Lane ave and you would think someone was giving away donuts at Lane and Ramona. Three LEO's had two SW's hemmed up at the bbq joint across from the Shell station, and several units patroling from Normandy to I-10 so I moved on to PH. On my first pass I only saw two huge SW's. Between the two of them they weighed at least 500. I thought they must have eaten all the other girls too elimanate the compatition, so. Stopped at the Race Trac on Univ, got gas and a drink and headed back out on PH. A few of the girls must have escaped the carnavours. About a half dozen old timers were out, big tits Milissa, Hanna, Rachel, nasty Destany, a couple I didn't know and Kat. Hadn't seen Kat in ages. Her services were always were always excellent, so I made the scoop. We talked about the "good ole days" for a while and then got down to business. Yesterday at 2 PM I was on PH south of the european cars dealership, waiting for the street light to become green.

So I trolled PH on the way down, thinking after all the traffic last night, maybe something would be left over. But as of 12:30. Nothing, even the 2nd floor boys at the Emerson werent out, and all the doors were closed. Headed downtown and thought, I am early lets check out Main since we have heard a couple of SW were ok. Wow. Been a long time since I have been there. I went down as far as the Cemetary, and it was like a ghost town! No body was out, the streets were bare. After my appointment, I finished up by driving back down PH. It is now about 2; 45. A few doors have opened on the 2nd floor, but after two passes and finding nothing, I gave up. Sorry, nothing to help the effort, just a lot of burned gas.
Saw a real cute little gal on phillips this morn, couldn't stop. Thought I had seen her in the JC paper recently, got to lookin when I got home Pretty sure it was Danielle C, anyone had and exp. With that one?

Met Hannah by accident near Hess around 7:30am Sunday. I was pumping gas, and she walked to gas station and started falling asleep on the curb. JSO has an unwritten, little talked about system called bust bail. This means that if the jail is overcrowded (which happens often) and her charge is the third solicitation charge in 3 months (felony) the girl is released on bail and appointed with a court date. If she cooperates with leo and "sets up" a certain number of felony arrests, her case is dismissed. If she's carrying more than 15 pills and drops them in your monger mobile then you get pulled over by leo, you're counting towards her bust bail buddy.
This is why it is very important to keep up with the shame shame shame. If you see a girl who has been in it too much. STAY AWAY!
Danielle is the newest one on bust bail now. Watch out for her. She's a hottie but there's a reason why she's been in shame shame shame about 15 times in the last 3 months. On my way home from the airport, dropped off on Main to see whats going on about 11:30 last nite. Just south of 63rd. There were three WSWs sitting on the bus stop in front of the convenience store. On my way back from OP last night thought I would drop off & ride 103 to see if anyone was out.

Decided to take a long circuitous route to lunch. Either it is a SW holiday that I didn't know about or my SW detector is out of whack, but I went up PH from Butler to Beach, turned right and took Atlantic to Arlington up to the Express way, turned right to Regency Mall and back the same route down PH to University, turned left and went all around the Econolodge and then one final loop up and down PH to Butler again. Other than burning up a quarter of a tank of gas, not a single SW did I spot. Either LEO has wiped out the SW population or they observed a national holiday today.

Drove by the Inn on PH today around 11 a. M. And the lot was full of LEO.
With some info from Starvation, I called up Lisa and met her on the 3rd and we drove down to go pick up Kelly and we found a spot off Old Middleburg and I recieved back to back hoover action with Lisa not spilling a drop. Strolled PH last night around midnight but there wasn't much out there (a BSW and one WSW) and after a few passes headed over to Main. Saw a pack of Leos coming up Main as I was about to start the stroll so I came up Pearl instead. Spotted a BSW near 22nd and since I was ready to wrap it up I went against my instincts and scooped her. BIG (figuratively and quite literally) MISTAKE. Been reading this forum for awhile, figure I'd actually post. Had some time off around 10am this morning so decided to hunt around 103rd and picked up Lisa around ihop area, found a secluded spot nearby and got some great oral action. Funny thing is she asked if I used the Internet afterward, hinting toward this site. As others have said, she told me her sister got picked up last Thursday and she will be out on the 18th this month, she is going to try to get a new phone since her sister had it on her when she got lifted. She told me currently she is doing doubles with Michelle, so I may have to try that while I am out for the week.

Lots of action on Main / 63rd this afternoon. Skinny brunette, jeans, brown shirt and sunglasses hanging by the payphone at the store. She looked fairly young. I was driving down Baymeadows road wishing I had time to call Bridgette, but knew I didn't, headed for a job. Came to the Baymeadows Way light, and low and behold, I see Bridgette walking in my direction across from the light. I picked up Kat off University the last two nights. Each time was a blast, did evey position except greek. Greek is no were on the menu.
