I was reading one of the local rags the other day and for the life of me, every time they mentioned Sheeeela, it was in the context of her (get this) bid for re-election. How stupid do they think we are? Maybe the real question is how stupid are they... for real - if they can't even get that most basic fact right, how can we expect them to count bodies? Or count the number of times our elected officials generate criminal investigations during the campaign for the office that would give them free reign to finally flush the handle on what they've allowed to city to become.
In light of Baltimonger's comments, I'm moving here (http://www.evergreenapartments.com/Evergreen%20Terrace/index.htm).

She was O'Phoney's lap dog for his administration. She is an idiot and that is why she'll be elected as Mayor. This city wants the O'Malley puppet in office. Just ask her ex-husband.

I know that some of you fish while at Ocean City and might find this information helpful when booking a charter. I just got back from OC and chartered two trips. Here's the scoop.
1. OCEAN PRINCESS - Captain Victor Bunting, 307 Dorchester Street, Ocean City, MD., 410.289.6226. Half-day charters: $40. Good crew and Captain. Caught black bass, croakers, sea trout, and blues. Fished in 75' of water, dropping 6 oz. sinkers, 6' rods, with 30 lb. test.
2. JUDITH M - Bahia Marina, 2107 Herring Way, Ocean City, MD., 1.888.575.7438. Half-day charters: $42. Good crew. Caught flounder, black bass, and croakers. Fished in 50' of water, dropping 6 oz. sinkers, 5' rods, with 30 lb. test. Fished over sunken 90' tug boat and other places. Nicest boat of the three.
3. THE MORNING STAR - Captain Monty Hawkins. Full-day charter: $100. I did not have time to try this one, but it's suppose to be the best. They fish off the coast, shipwrecks, and artificial reefs. Must bring your own lunch and drinks. You can choose your rail assignments in advance.
All offer rod rentals for $5 and will clean fish at a modest price. Suggested tipping is between 10-15% pending on how much they help you.
TOCHTERMAN'S Fishing Tackle shop, 1925 Eastern Avenue, Fells Point, (410.327.6942) is highly recommended. Tony Tochterman is the owner and has a wealth of knowledge and a large selection of fishing tackle. He spent an hour with me today in helping me select a good rod for my Ocean City charters. The man really knows his business and will do right by you. If he doesn't have what you are looking for, he will order it for you.

Next time you need an EMT, call the D.C. fire department and ask for their special - blow jobs on wheels:o). lmao Sometimes life is stranger than fiction. Here's another example close to home. BTW, this condensed article appeared on today's front page of the Washington Times:
D.C. fire officials are investigating whether department employees have been running a prostitution ring out of several of the city's firehouses.
Sources close to the investigation told The Washington Times that as many as a dozen employees stationed with at least four fire companies citywide are being investigated for involvement in the prostitution ring.
The sources say the ring has been referred to as "D.C. Fems" — a play on the acronym for the city's Fire and Emergency Medical Services department. The sources say investigators are looking into whether female emergency medical technicians performed sex acts for money on men, including male fire department employees, in the bunkhouses of fire stations since late last year.

So true, Larry. I can't believe that the Baltimore City LE and/or Fire Department is going to let the D. C. Fire Department out do them with this sex scandal. lol
Baltimore has a reputation to live up to when it comes to sex scandals and certainly should not be out done by D.C.:o) I do want to give Baltimore LE credit for their last sex scandal when one of their officers tried to get two girls to perform sex acts on each other while in the station house or to face jail. Now that is noteworthy. lol

Only in your choice of caliber.
Beretta, 92 FS, 9 mm pistol ($600): Bench, you are correct in that a 9 mm is a light caliber. It doesn't have much stopping power when used for self-defense and compared to the .45 caliber.
I purchased the Beretta for my son who will use it primarily for target shooting. He has shot my .357 and .45 caliber handguns and doesn't like the recoil nor does he have the control with it. It was a good choice for him.
It's a shame that the military switched to the 9 mm, but it was a political decision NOT the military. I understand the logic of switching to the "9". It was to be in accord with NATO, but we seem to have forgotten our history lesson when fighting in the Philippines. The .38 caliber revolvers were the standard military sidearm at that time which is roughly equivalent to the 9 mm of today. The 38's didn't pack enough punch to put the enemy down like the 45 did.
The M-16, .223 caliber, the "spray and pray" gun, was another political decision this time spearheaded by Robert McNamara and his wiz kids. The military fought hard against the decision but lost. They rushed production of the M-16 and issued it to our combat troops before working out the bugs. The numerous malfunctions were the cause of many U. S. soldiers deaths.
I am so damn mad at our politicians and wish they would let the military plan and fight our battles and select our weaponry, rather than the politicians who only want to fight a PC war instead of winning.
Sorry about the rant, but these politicians drive me crazy.

The M-16 A2 is the 5.56mm NATO round, which is a .223 diameter, but not exactly a .223. I was in the AF at Lackland AFB for basic in 1989. The month prior, the AF changed the round they were using on the range back from a .223 to a 5.56. It turns out, that while the .223 fits perfectly, the 5.56mm packs such a better punch that you are on target a lot more than with the .223, The reason they used the .223 for a little while was to save some $. The 5.56mm round has a thicker case and is packed with more powder than a .223. The M-16 is designed to handle the extra power, other .223 chambered rifles are not, and it is recommended that you not use a 5.56mm in them.
My military issue M-16 A2 was a .308 caliber.
Hello Gorilla
Its been to long man
The .308(Winchester) caliber or NATO 7.62X51mm round was used in the USMC M40A1 and M40A3 bolt action magazine fed sniper rifles. The same round is also used in M60 and M240 machine gun.
The M16 A2 uses a NATO 5.56X45mm or .223(Remington) caliber round. They reduced the M14 7.62X51mm round to the NATO 5.56X45mm round during the Vietnam War for the AR15/M16 in 1965 so soldiers could carry 1500 rounds of ammo. The later versions were theM16A1, M16A2, M16A3 and the current M4A1.
I personally like the Winchester .308 caliber SuperX 180 grain power point round for deer hunting I use a Winchester model 100 semi automatic rifle and it has served me well.

Dispatch from War-Torn Baltimore
By Karen Houppert
I live in Baltimore, Maryland.
At the moment, that is slightly more dangerous than being an American soldier in Afghanistan.
In Afganhistan, just over eighty US soldiers have been killed so far this year. In Baltimore, we're up to 215 murders in 2007.[...]
Full: http://www.thenation.com/blogs/notion?pid=232480
Bullshit. There are 632,000 people in Baltimore. Thats many times higher the number of US soldiers in Afghanistan.
However, the soldiers are in a REAL war. At least that's what I hope for as our men in uniform are escorted around by the drug lords and their personal armies who propagate the heroin trade. Afghan heroin is expected to be about 92-95% of the world's market by the end of 2007. That's the real terrorism, the drugs; not bombs or planes being flown into buildings, but what truly destroys the infrastructure of this country.Drugs are mainly destroying the inner cities and poor, rural areas of this country. Areas that were poor to begin with.
I don't think the infrastructure of this country is being destroyed. In fact, the data shows that upper-income people in this country are making *more* money now than they did before.
What's happening is that the lives of poor, low-income people are getting more screwed up.
But poor people are always considered disposable -- everywhere. I am not saying that it is right to think that way. Nor am I making a moral judgment. I'm just saying that this is the reality: Low-income people are not part of the infrastructure.
If you leave out the low-income people, this country is actually doing great -- drugs or no drugs.
Not wishing to start an argument but just stating the facts here.

No use me trying to buy a house now. The wealthy screwed up the market for the rest of us. They pay over $100K even for a crappy rowhome that collapses in a year or 2. The houses out in the county which went for $150K a few years ago now go for more than double. What do they think these places are made of, wine? I make $53K and get laughed at by the real estate agent when I try to buy one. A lot of people who have been able to buy have done so by false means such as piggybacking somebody else's credit. They can't pay the bill, lose the house, and the banks aren't too happy about the whole thing. Countrywide has had to borrow billions to cover it's ass.
Oh well, back to the trailer park for me:D

As far as drugs only hurting the low income, get real. I've known plenty of rich kids who've gotten hooked (some of whom post on this board). My suburban neighborhood is overrun with drugs. Howard, Baltimore, and Anne Arundel counties are FUBAR. Carroll and Harford are headed that way. Rich, republican, predominately white places such as the Hereford zone and Annapolis have HUGE drug problems, and supply the city with many of its junkies. Just ask the girls where they're from, it's quite a revelation. I see a guy on Wilkens from time to time who used to be an engineer working on top secret projects. Now he's fucked on the pipe so bad, it's not funny. Online gamers in this country are hitting crystal meth so they can stay up all day & night playing World of Warcrap. One of the local sportscasters did 9 months on house arrest for his drug problem. And you would not believe how many truckers there are on the road doing meth or coke so they can pull those all day and all nighters to get the extra $. My cousin's hubby was one of them; dropped dead at 38.

On lesbian rumors: Clinton tells gay magazine 'it's not true,' and she pays no attention.
In the next issue of The Advocate, Democratic presidential contender Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is asked "how do you respond to the occasional rumor that you're a lesbian?" Her response:
"People say a lot of things about me, so I really don't pay any attention to it. ... It's not true, but it is something that I have no control over. People will say what they want to say."
The Advocate's story is due to be published next week, according to the Daily News, and isn't yet posted on the magazine's website.
Mud slinging is starting to get serious in the '08 Presidential election. More fun and games are on the way. Stay tuned. lol

This article appeared in the Baltimore Sun newspaper on October 4:
It is a crime with an ominous ring - human trafficking - and it occurs when boys and girls and men and women are forced to have sex with strangers or work in unimaginable conditions under the threat of physical harm or some other form of intimidation.
Outreach workers and law enforcement officials say they suspect that human trafficking is a growing problem in Baltimore, but, until recently, Maryland's law against it lacked teeth. Pimping a child for sex with adults was a misdemeanor, and forced labor wasn't adequately addressed. That changed Monday when a new, stronger law went into effect.
"We want to keep children safe and women and men safe from being further victimized," said city State's Attorney Patricia C. Jessamy, an advocate for the change in law.
The General Assembly voted this year to expand the existing pandering law to make sex trafficking of a minor a felony crime.
The bill also added language to the state's extortion law that makes it possible to prosecute labor traffickers and those who conspire with them.
News accounts have increased public awareness of human trafficking. This year, a Prince George's County man pleaded guilty to federal sex trafficking charges after he forced two Baltimore girls to work as prostitutes in Washington.
In August last year, federal agents broke up an extensive prostitution ring that supplied Korean women smuggled into this country to brothels along the East Coast, including a Baltimore County massage parlor.
Today, Jessamy and state Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler are to announce creation of a statewide human trafficking task force. Jessamy's office is also hosting a human trafficking training conference for law enforcement officials and other interested parties today at a hotel near Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
"These cases do occur, and when they do they are very sad," said Gansler. "I hope the task force will help us to identify human trafficking cases and more effectively prosecute them."
However, even as local officials prepare to launch new efforts in combating sex and human trafficking, they acknowledge they have little evidence to prove that it is a widespread problem. They say they believe the handful of federal cases prosecuted recently is only the tip of the iceberg, and that instinct tells them the need for stepped-up enforcement is great.
A Sept. 23 front-page article in The Washington Post also raised questions about the expenditure of federal and local dollars to catch sex and human traffickers. The newspaper reported that the federal government had identified 1,362 victims of human trafficking since 2000. But Jessamy, who has written a response to the article, said that many victims are never identified.
"Local police have encountered scores of runaway or 'throwaway' children who are being prostituted - sometimes by members of their own family," Jessamy wrote in her letter to the newspaper. "By simply driving through certain urban streets one can find children taught to perform sexual services for the gratification of one adult and the financial gain of another."
In a recent interview, Jessamy said that local and federal law enforcement officials have investigated possible trafficking cases in underground Latino, Korean, Chinese, Russian and Ukrainian brothels in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Montgomery and Prince George's counties. She said she is hopeful that Maryland's new law will make enforcement, and prosecution, easier.
"There are all kinds of benefits to what we are talking about," she said. "There's prevention and protection."
Sid Ford, executive director of You Are Never Alone, a Baltimore outreach program that works with girls and women who have been trafficked, said that many people she talks to still don't know that U.S. citizens also are being exploited. She said there are thousands of teenagers who run away from home in Maryland and end up being exploited sexually by adults who promise to help or shelter them.
"People don't know that this is happening to U.S. citizens," she said. "It's happening right under our noses."
Assistant State's Attorney Joyce Lombardi, who worked to draft legislation to change the law, said she is confident that more human trafficking victims will be identified in Maryland now that the crime is "on the map."
"People are going to come across these cases," Lombardi said. "Local police will come across them when they investigate domestic violence calls or look into an assault on a woman by her pimp. Guess what, that's a sex trafficking case.
"It's going to take years for this to get off the ground. Today is just a start, but it is a great start."

This article appeared in today's Baltimore Sun. You can't be too careful out there and what you could possibly get yourself into these days:
A Carroll County woman has been charged with multiple counts in a juvenile prostitution case that extends to Massachusetts and other states, according to court documents and the Maryland State Police.
Deborah Gail Frock, 38, who had a bail review hearing in Carroll County District Court yesterday, was returned to the county detention center, where she was being held on drug charges. She has been charged with six counts of pandering and six counts of contributing to the delinquent condition of a child, according to court records.
Frock is suspected of arranging for a teenager, then 17, to have sex for money and drugs with men in Carroll County on several occasions in 2006, according to court documents. Now 18, the teen told police that last summer, Frock took her to a house where she had sex with eight men on one occasion, and six on another, the documents say.
Frock also is suspected of committing a similar offense twice over the Internet. Other such activity took place at Frock's house, a Westminster elementary school and in a truck driver's vehicle on the road to Massachusetts in September last year, according to court records.
In the latter incident, the teen was on home detention when she was approached with an opportunity to make money and obtain crack cocaine, according to court records and Trooper Todd Liddick of the Westminster State Police barracks. Frock provided scissors to remove the home-detention bracelet, the court documents say.
The minor "was willing to support her own [drug] habit by doing what this lady wanted her to do," Liddick said.
Frock is suspected of arranging for the teenager to travel to and from Pennsylvania after her return from Massachusetts and of helping her participate "in the filming of pornographic material," the court records say.
Frock was given the $500 the girl was paid, according to the documents.
George William Curran III of Germantown is suspected of filming pornographic material involving the teenager, according to court documents. Curran was charged in Carroll County Circuit Court with three counts of contributing to the condition of a child.
Curran is suspected of paying to have sex with the teen in addition to filming her "in an obscene act" and "engaging in child pornography," records stated.
The case emerged from a continuing state police investigation that started in September last year, Liddick said.
As part of a missing-persons investigation, police tracked down the teenager in October 2006, the trooper said. Once the teenager said Frock was involved, police verified some of their suspicions during the initial investigation, Liddick said.
"What was a missing-persons case turned into drugs and pornography and prostitution," Liddick said.
Detective Sgt. Chuck Moore of the Westminster barracks said the case was "humongous," branching off in "so many different ways."
Liddick said police used the victim's information, hotel receipts, phone records and evidence from a computer.

Here's a brief summary of an article that appeared in today's Washington Times newspaper:
"An Indiana appeals court upheld a workers' compensation award for an exotic dancer who was injured while performing on a pole at a strip club. Miss Hobson claimed she suffered neck pain and numbness after injuring herself while dancing at the Shangri-La West club in Fort Wayne on December 20, 2001. She underwent surgery for a herniated disc in her cervical spine, according to court records. She was awarded compensation totaling more than $10,000."
I mention this for your benefit should you be entertaining some young sweet thing who is dancing on your "POLE" and she injures herself. You might want to check your health coverage just in case to see if you are covered. lmao

Some of you folks may have visited the APEX adult theater in Fells Point at one time or another. You may remember that John was the manager (not owner) who oversaw the day-to-day operations of the theater for several years.
I found out that he died this morning around 9:45 a.m. of an apparent heart attack. The theater is still open for business. When a new manager is named and what changes if any will come about will only be answered in the near future.
We'll miss John since he kept the theater operations a float and made it into a play palace when couples would frequent the place. It was an anything goes type atmosphere. I hope it continues.
When Ed sold the theater several years ago, the new owners bought it with the intention of turning it into another strip club. However, the civic associations and other public outcry killed the proposal. It didn't help any that a school was just around the block. Appeal after appeal by the new owners were denied.
My guess it that things won't change much, but we will have to wait and see.

Trav, it's hard to rationalize some people's thinking. John told me a few years back that the major objections for not allowing a strip club were (a) strippers would double as prostitutes inside and outside the club which would attract mongers and other "unsavory" characters, (b) increased drug trafficking, (c) increased traffic congestion, (d) parking problems, (e) increase public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, (f) increased crime (muggings, shootings, robbings, etc.), and (g) would lower property values. Whether this is true or not is another matter. The neighbors strongly objected to the proposal and they won. BBB

My curiosity got the better of me so I had to check to see what changes, if any, are being made to the management and operations of the APEX adult theater in Fells Point, after John's death last week.
This is what I have found out so far:
1. Tommy is the new day manager and Ray the night manager.
2. At present, there will be no changes to the admission price, double feature format, gay day on Thursdays, and ladies free admission with paid escort.
3. They put in a new heating system a couple of months ago. Cost: $18,000.
4. The APEX is now under sole ownership. One of the owners bought out the others and is looking for a way to turn the operations into a money- maker.
5. For the time being, the new sole owner will take over John's responsibility.
6. The previous owners also own and operate Christina's strip club (located in Baltimore) and some other real estate ventures too.
I'll try to keep you posted if the situation changes.

It used to be a much higher percentage of Internet commerce -- the porn industry was really the first industry to make money online. The reason it's down to 40% is that other areas of commerce have caught up...

This article appeared today in the Baltimore Sun newspaper. Politicians are going to try another approach to lessen the AIDS epidemic and prostitution in Baltimore. Those white vans you will soon see on the various loops may not be LE, but Health Department staff trying to reach out to SW's, the "core transmitters" of AIDS.
Here's the article:
Baltimore ranks second - behind Miami - on a list of U.S. cities where AIDS cases are spreading fastest. One cause is the large number of women who live on the margins and trade sex for money and drugs. Their harrowing and compelling stories, as detailed this week by The Sun's Jonathan Bor and Kim Hairston, highlight a shadowy world where many urban ills collide.
What's needed is a comprehensive effort, by public officials and private groups, to secure resources and provide services to these women whose private acts of survival have major public health consequences.
The AIDS epidemic here is intertwined with addiction to crack cocaine and other substances, making women who trade sex for drugs "core transmitters," according to experts. Many of these women were victims of sexual abuse as children, and many have turned to drugs as a form of self-medication to deal with their pain and shame.
They often lack an education, a job, a steady income or a home, and they become trapped by their habit into prostitution. Some women can be helped through the criminal justice system. A prostitute might get initial treatment or care for HIV while in jail. And the nonprofit group You Are Never Alone has organized support groups at the Women's Detention Center for a decade, offering women the opportunity to refocus their lives. A proposed prostitution court that would divert women into counseling and treatment also would have a positive impact.
But for hundreds of these women, sex trading goes on in the darker, hidden corners of the drug culture, and they remain unknown to the courts and others who might help. They must be found, and public officials are belatedly making a push to do so.
In January, Baltimore's Health Department will begin a $70,000 one-year pilot program, sending a van out twice a week to the areas where these women often ply their trade. Staffers will offer clean needles and HIV testing as well as counseling and referrals to medical and housing services. That's a good starting point. But it will take even more public and private efforts - and a focused commitment - to provide greater outreach and to ensure that the women's most acute needs, including housing, drug treatment and health care, are available once they decide to accept a helping hand.
As the progress of AIDS shows, leaving these women in the shadows endangers not only them but also an increasing number of city residents.
BBB
Abuse, yeah maybe?? They are viewed more sympathethically. Not the real issue, dual diagnosis is, with the city and state not willing to deal with it because of the cost.

I ended up buying another book, SHOOTER, by Jack Coughlin and Casey Kuhlman, both USMC snipers. It sold for $24.95 and I bought it new for $8.
The organizers of the event should consider leasing out that 4th building and have our SW's set up their booths. Now that would be a one-stop-shop and a big money-maker! lol

This article appeared in the USA Today newspaper today:
Chlamydia cases reported in the USA have topped a million for the first time, with the highest rates among adolescent girls, federal officials reported Tuesday.
The growing prevalence of chlamydia, which can cause pelvic inflammatory disease and infertility, is mirrored by slight increases in the prevalence of gonorrhea and syphilis after years of declines.
In its latest update on sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) other than AIDS, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that about 19 million new infections occur each year, about half of them in young people aged 15 to 24. Medical care for these patients costs nearly $15 billion in the USA last year alone, the report says.
Last year, doctors reported 1,030,911 cases of chlamydia, an increase of nearly 55,000 cases in 2005. Yet, although chlamydia is the most commonly reported infectious disease in the USA, with 348 reported cases for every 100,000 people, the evidence suggests that the true tally is closer to 2.8 million new cases each year, the government reports.
"We have reason to believe that chlamydia is dramatically underreported," says John Douglas, director of STD prevention at the CDC in Atlanta.
Gonorrhea is also on the rise, an increase due partly to growing resistance to antibiotics, the report says. The number of reported cases reached 358,366 cases last year. Cases began to climb in 2005, after a 74% drop between 1975 and 1997 and several years in which reported cases remained stable. Last year, the rate of new cases reached 121 for every 100,000 people, an increase of nearly 6% over 2005.
Syphilis is also on the rise, after an elimination campaign begun in 1999 foundered. Although the number of cases is small, with just 9,756 last year, the rate of new cases has increased by nearly 14%, from 2.9 to 3.3 cases per 100,000.
Evidence that STDs are again on the rise worries infectious disease experts who say efforts to fight them have been curtailed somewhat by the growing pressure to respond to a range of public health problems, from AIDS to emerging infectious diseases to foodborne epidemics.
"The gap between what we were previously able to do and what we need to do is growing larger," Douglas says. The diminishing number of people with health insurance makes matters worse, he says. "If you don't have insurance, you're unlikely to get care," he says, adding that untreated STD patients are more likely to infect others.
The government tracks chlamydia, syphilis and gonorrhea to examine overall trends. Some widespread infections, among them those by the viruses that cause genital warts and genital herpes, aren't reported at all.

Do it yourself with add-on hardware & software from Pinnacle & several other companies. Go to www.cnet.com and search convert vhs to dvd. A word of warning is that you really need a VCR with an S-video output for the best picture transfer quality, although the red, white, and yellow RCA plugs work fine in most cases. You can edit, add music, and do a lot of cool pro looking stuff before burning to disc, so you can create some really great porn compilations. All this for right around $100. You will use up lots of memory in a very short time, so get a big external hard drive for these type of files. My landlord shoots film for a Washington news station, as well as freelance video, and I can ask him more about this if needed.

There's no way to know the entire situation aside from the video, and it's very possible that the kid may have deserved it, but that doesn't mean the cop should've thrown him to the ground twice. There are plenty of people who deserve a punch to the face or even deserve to be killed, but it'd be a pretty messed up world if the cops were the ones distributing said punches or executions. Makes you wonder, considering Baltimore has one of the higher frequencies of violent crime, why there is a cop in Inner Harbor riding a bike busting skateboard punks instead of arresting dangerous criminals in other parts of Baltimore.
I had to post this in case you boys didn't see it. As a former teenage skateboarder this really makes me hate cops even more.

JAKARTA, Indonesia - Massage parlors in an Indonesian town are asking their female workers to padlock their skirts and pants to make it clear they're offering only massages, not sex.
The move has been protested by the women's affairs minister of Indonesia, where massage parlors are often a front for prostitution. She said the padlocks insult women "as if they are the ones in the wrong."
At least one parlor in a tourist town on Java island has required its masseuses to padlock their skirts or trousers to make it clear the establishment does not tolerate prostitution.
Others in the town started following suit after local officials met with massage parlor owners and suggested it's a good idea.
TV footage and photos have shown several masseuses with small padlocks in their zippers.
Just a thought and hopefully it doesn't happen here.

Ok, a friend of mine recently bought Leisure Suit Larry on his cell phone. And I'm playing with the game, and one of the pickup lines in the game is:
Larry: Hey, the word of the day is "legs. " Let's go to my place and spread it. Hot ****: Oh, Larry, I didn't know you're so romantic.
Hahahahahaha!
OK, anybody else eager to try this pickup line on either a civi or a SW?

Cruised through B/CB loop late in the evening. Didn't see much action aside from a blond with CCL up by the church staring hard into traffic, and a short haired brunette that reminded me too much of a sexy little rip off artist who used to frequent the area. No marked cars out, but I did see some poor monger get knocked at the mouth of Fairhaven. The chick was curbside out of the vehicle while Johnny called for backup. Didn't know it was a cop till I saw the vest and gun. The guy jumped out of a white hybrid. No lights on the car riding solo. Don't know how the hell he managed to pull the guy over with no lights on the bloody car. Kinda hard to look the part when you give chase in a fucking sonata. I've been seeing UCs riding solo for a while now. I guess the city is cutting back on over time. If the gas prices hit $8 in two years, will they switch to golf carts? That could make for interesting television, BC knockos in golf carts chasing hustlers on mopeds. A sign of the times, I suppose.

You guys need to stop over extending yourselves in these parlors. It is not doing any good. It is not doing any good for you, trust me. They are playing you like clowns. I know this for a fact. They played me like a clown when I started out. Stop going in there throwing money around. They will not respect you. I know some of these K-chicks are hot as hell. You want to hook up with them off hours? You need an angle. The angle is not over donating for a few lousy mints. You need a personal angle. Over the last three months, I've seen some places expect the the outrageous. We need to get together and stop this now. Some of you will read this, and never contribute to this board, and that's fine, but remember the information you read. Take it with you. For those of you who are dropping $$-$$.5 for an hour in an amp you can get two pops on CL. For an extra $ you can get a miami companion on eros for Christ's sake as well as a blockette for most of the night. You can get a bombshell blockette for 4 hours - all night for those prices, and I assure you it's better than a ts/knee massage/honey-nohoney. A hot stripper in B-more out performs an amp chick on almost all fronts except for that rare occasion, but you may need those Korean umbrellas to last longer.
Good luck

Of course, the way the civis are dressed, I'm like wishing and wondering if any of them are working.

I know I might get flamed or bashed for this, being that it's my first post and all but whatever. I have a great mongering car for sale. I got a new car and thus no longer need it. It is a 2004 Hynudai Elantra. Four doors. Leather interior. Great on gas. It is worth like 5500 blue book but I am only asking 3500 hundred for it because it has 115000 miles on it. All highway driving though and no major mechanical issues ever. PM me if you're interested.

A guy doing research for his sociology work at Harvard gets caught up in Baltimore's bureaucracy during his research there at the Baltimore police academy and is given a choice: drop your research or join us full-time. He chooses the latter option and spends 14 month policing Baltimore's East side as a foot patrolman. It's not out yet at the brick and mortar stores, but it will be soon. Thought y'all might be interested. Probably some SW stories in there.

The city state's attorney's office has been awarded a $71,000 state grant to hire a licensed social worker to help women charged in prostitution cases, the prosecutor's office announced. State's Attorney Patricia C. Jessamy said a common complaint at community meetings is how to deal with nuisance crimes, such as prostitutes who linger in front of homes and leave drug syringes and condoms littering residential streets.
"There is no question that this type of crime has a direct and daily impact on our city's quality of life," Jessamy said in a statement. "But I believe with proper treatment and early intervention, these offenders can and will turn their lives around, and when that happens everybody wins."
The social worker will be based out of Hargrove District Court and will work on cases from the Central, Southern and Southwestern police districts.
The idea for the social worker came out of a task force of residents from Brooklyn and Curtis Bay who were concerned by an increase in prostitutes working in their neighborhoods and of men driving around residential streets looking for women.
Grant money is being provided by the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention.

TS is getting a bunch talk on the boards. I can not recall a time on this board when a TS got so much screen time. Maybe TS is, well, a TS. That would explain the mental issues at least.
To go even further if you combine the names of TS and SB you can easly end up with a T Bag, which would match very well with a TS of TS's type.
In any event this is no normal monger, even if there is such a thing.

Maybe a senior member can create a TS only thread where TS or ST or whatever he calls himself can post all he wants without filling up other threads. That way if anyone is really interested in his pearls of wisdom or stalking methods they can just open his very own thread and read. This would of course require that he not post on other threads as this would defeat the purpose of having all his wisdom in one place.

Tonight my daughter dragged me off to a church dinner, which was followed by a short bible lesson. The topic was the book of Samuel, and there was a part in it where someone was sent out on a raid and was to bring back 1,000 foreskins as proof of his raid. All I could think of was the old joke about sewing them into a shoulder bag, and when you rubbed it it turned into a steamer trunk! Yeah, definitly lightning, or maybe burning for all eternity. Yeah.

Ok, now this is not a political commentary in any way, I don't want to even consider such a subject. But I heard a theory this weekend, and immediatly said "He is one of us. "
Ok here it is.
Mcain's first wife was a real beauty, apparently. A fine lookin woman. A hotty. She was in an accident, got all messed up, Mcain dumped her. His second wife is a fine lookin woman too. She is also smart and rich. A valued commodity here, well we may not care about the smart. But she is a hotty.
Now Mcain has picked a VP. A fine lookin woman, another hotty.
Do you all see a pattern here. You think the boy has a fine eye for womanhood. LOL

For those of you still interested in purchasing property on the 1200 block of S. Carey or the 1300 block of Ward St, search online for free tax assessment. You can find out dates and times the property has been sold for xx amount as well as purchaser and seller. In retrospect, it's interesting to sell how inflated the market was prior to October '07. There are still some great deals in the area through estate sales and foreclosures. Remember short the asking price 33 percent currently. Hell, buy a shell or lot and sit on it for a decade. You'll be glad you did guys. Good luck!!

This is a true story and tribute to our military who we owe so much:
You're an 18 or 19 year old kid. You're critically wounded, and dying in the jungle in the Ia Drang Valley, 11-14-1965. LZ Xray , Vietnam . Your infantry unit is outnumbered 8 - 1, and the enemy fire is so intense, from 100 or 200 yards away, that your own Infantry Commander has ordered the MediVac helicopters to stop coming in.
You're lying there, listening to the enemy machine guns, and you know you're not getting out. Your family is 1/2 way around the world, 12,000 miles away, and you'll never see them again. As the world starts to fade in and out, you know this is the day.
Then, over the machine gun noise, you faintly hear that sound of a helicopter, and you look up to see an un-armed Huey, but it doesn't seem real, because no Medi-Vac markings are on it.
Ed Freeman is coming for you. He's not Medi-Vac, so it's not his job, but he's flying his Huey down into the machine gun fire, after the Medi-Vacs were ordered not to come.
He's coming anyway.
And he drops it in, and sits there in the machine gun fire, as they load 2 or 3 of you on board.
Then he flies you up and out through the gunfire, to the Doctors and Nurses.
And, he kept coming back...... 13 more times..... and took about 30 of you and your buddies out, who would never have gotten out.
Medal of Honor Recipient Ed Freeman died last Wednesday at the age of 80, in Boise , ID ......
May God rest his soul.....
(Oh yeah, Paul Newman died that day too.) I guess you knew that.
He got a lot more press than Ed Freeman.

Ed Freeman was a genuine hero, for which he received the Congressional Medal of Honor from President Bush. His actions during the Ia Drang battle were depicted in the 2002 film "We Were Soldiers". He died August 20, 2008.
Paul Newman was a talented actor and also an American hero and a humanitarian who also "walked the talk". But he died a month later, September 26 to be exact.
Paul Newman's status as an American icon and the respect he received when he died certainly did not detract from Ed Freeman. It's a straw man argument.

I've seen some small sweeps lately. The recent one was yesterday at rush hour Pulaski/E Monument. They had one spinner with long dirty blond hair (20s) cuffed on the curb at the gas station. They waited there for thirty minutes or so before the meat wagon showed up to take her away. From what I saw, they only made one arrest. An unbelievable waste of tax-payer money. The car used was a brown sedan ford/saturn.

Full legalization is the only hope for this city. It needs to get off it's ass and think forward. Prostitution court is 20 years behind the times. It does not work. Drug rehab does not work if there are no jobs/housing/family support . 'John' school does not work. The same guys arrested now are the same ones arrested after the 'school' takes off, and there is an endless supply. Where are they going to put all the seized cars from these guys? People are not buying cars. Billboards with faces open the city up to million dollar lawsuits. Some guys might not have the money for a good tort lawyer, but one or two will have that money, and take the city for a few million. Legalize everything and watch the city grow instead of crumble.

Choose wisely fellas. The last thing you want in your pad are these critters. They can transfer to your clothing or skin and you won't know it until you have an infestation. The little kids in Highlandtown are keeping them as pets in jars as they did with the cicadas which is strange, but kids will be kids.

More sweeps yesterday. Still operating in small units. They are spread out in highly visible areas usually at rush hour and an hour or two after rush. Things are quieting down around 8:30-9:00. I was being ridden hard yesterday on W/W. Two small units on North two blocks apart from one another had guys yanked from the cars. One blond WSW(20s) was cuffed on the curb by a marked unit on Hanover in front of the gas station last night. Never saw her before. She looked good.

This was posted on Craigslist Baltimore R&R thread. I thought it was an interesting read and I wanted to re-post here. I cut and pasted this, so the spelling and grammatical errors are not mine. This 'Laura' has been in discussion on R&R for a few days now.
I wonder who she is talking about when she refers to 'fat, ugly, disease ridden bastards'. LE maybe?
Re: A girl named Laura (Washington Blvd)
Personally i think that the men that pick these girls up are the biggest part of the problem. I was once on the streets and i also was a working girl on the corners of Baltimore and Conkling streets. Today i have 8 years clean and everything i could possibly want except my children i lost when using narcotics everyday. The girls do not want to be out there sucking cock and laying with you fat, ugly, YES disease ridden bastards. Where do you think the girl gets those STD'S from they sure as hell did not contract it by themselves. Men then go home to thier wife after being with a prostitute, that is disgusting and alot of times i wished i knew thier wives or where they lived just so i could tell thier wives what they have been doing after and before work or on the weekends. You men make me sick like the other poster said atleast the girls are not robbing and stealing to support thier habit. What i totally never understood is the police why in hell do they constantly ride the girls asses but the drug dealer is on the other corner and they do not even bother with them. Well i can tell you from experience that alot of the Baltimore City police are crooked they would pull right up and show you thier cocks and ask you where you will meet them at and when you try to ignore them i have had them go as far as come to the crack house walk right in and hollar for you to come down stairs. Yes this is true they have pulled up on me while i was in a tricks car told the trick i had aids made them leave then put me in thier car and want me to suck or fuck them off. This shit is crazy and it happens everyday so as far as the girls they live in hell and can not get out so leave them alone they are already going through enough pain each day without you riding thier ass as well. Hey if you do not like what they do then simple stay the hell away from them they do not come looking for you oh no you come looking for them. I thank God that i am out of there i was at the point that i wished i was dead everyday i was out there hey it sucks out there and until you have walked in my shoes you can say what ever you want you can also go FUCK YOURSELF.
