Gents, Took another survey around the south Lansing spas. Eastern Zen appears to be closed, no lights on, no cars & no answer at front door. Wellness locations (only checked Cedar but assume Holmes is same) locked up with same no entry signage on the door. Phone is still connected for FWIW. Called last spa option on Penn. Near Cavanaugh (Asian Massage), polite lady says come in 30 minutes (hope I can last that long ha ha). So I grab a slice nearby and kill some time. Had seen CoCo prior (earlier report) but this time I see Ema. Cute little spinner with good English. Let her know I'm looking forward to her massage since CoCo was so good (not really). Massage was actually quite good. Nice use of hot rocks. Really no teasing till after hot towel. What followed exceeded the massage. I will return. PM if you need more. Mr Boybear.

Long story short, its a house in Owosso. Nothing wrong with the location really. The massage is very inexpensive at about $55. I would say 5/10 on the massage, zero teasing. On the flip there is a bit of talk but that's all it is. Talk. Nothing happy about it unless you want to DYI. She's also older and not much to look at. She had internet music playing on a laptop the whole time with loud ads interrupting the music which would kill what little mood there was. If you're looking for something cheap, I guess you can give it a shot but I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

One other thing. She also makes you send a picture via text before she will take the appointment.

I've stopped in a few times and never encountered the bell issue. I've always had a very pleasant massage and leave better than when I arrived. I just wish there were places that had younger ladies that are more appealing the eyes.


Same thing happened to me last time I was there. The session started and then about 15 minutes in the doorbell rang. She asked me if I could wait half an hour so she could take care of the other guy. This was near closing time. I didn't have anything else to do that night so I agree to wait. Nancy did thank me and took care of me upon her return. She also made sure I got my full-time. A few weeks ago, I went to L. Acu on Holmes and found the door locked—although "open" sign was on. And attractive black woman in tight pants approached me and said police had been at the place because the women there were in bikinis and offering more than massages. (A lie. They don't wear bikinis and I found out later it was locked because homeless people were trying to stay in the entrance.) I had begun to figure out this was the Co Co with poor reviews who never posts her pics. She has a real massage table but the upstairs room isn't like pics she often posts.

As others have mentioned, she is the Queen of up sales. Anything really naughty requires more cash. She has a great body and delightful boobs that make it hard not to want to see and engage with all of her. So to give her a nude massage (with no FIV) with DATY (that made her scream). And get a routine HE, I ended up paying 210 for a half hour—the amount I would have paid for a FS hr at the AMP—and had a hot shower, clean sheets, clean restroom, and warm cloths. And that was after she lowered prices when I balked at more. Also, Coco wasn't awful but not squeaky clean like I've always found at AMPs. Since this review will guarantee it, I won't go go back to Co Co.

Just a few quick reports of visits over the past 6 months. For all, paid standard house fee of 45/ hhr or 65/70/ hr with 40 - 60 tip which varied by level of service; and I ususally just walk in.

DF Massage.

Saw LaLa, nice looking, decent body 35 ish. Nice massage; HJ HE with only OTC roaming. Visit was for 1 hr. Would repeat for massage and standard ending.

Akoya.

Saw LuLu, okay looking, okay body 35 ish. Nice massage, HJ HE with breast exposed and touching allowed. Visit was for 1/2 hr. Would repeat but wish they had doors to rooms rather than curtains.

Parking is horrible, be careful not to get rear ended as you turn off Waverly. Ended up parking by MT and walked over. Attractive Asian named CoCo answered the door. Opted for the table shower. CoCo was very playful and attentive to the boys. The shower was thorough but almost to thorough and longer than I would have liked. Water was warm but because of the draft I was shivering a little bit due to the cold. One thing of note is that in the shower there is an electrical outlet right next to your head. It's on a GFI breaker but everyone knows water and electricity don't play nice. Toweled off and went back to the room. Massage was not bad at all. CoCo didn't use any oil, but I also didn't ask for any. She got in the nooks and crannies pretty good. The ending was ok, but not stellar. Did allot UTC roaming and let the girls out to play. No mention of tip, but did 80/40 and she seemed happy. All in all it was a good time and I will probably go back considering they are not many options in Lansing right now. 7/10.

Bikerboy.Chelsea IMHO gives the best massage in Lansing with the best finish that's not FS. Followed by Yu Yu 7. 5/10 massage and finish at Akoya.

First, thanks, Bikerboy, for the price info—and for your detailed review. I went to the Waverly place earlier in the week before I knew and was shocked by an $80 door fee.

I called ahead to reserve a spot and was met by Ruby who was expecting me. (I was glad for that because bookings by phone aren't always honored at spas.). I only got a quick look at Coco before and Ruby did seem more attractive—less of a belly and probably younger. With such a high entry fee, I offered a Benjamin tip. Ruby said for everything I needed more. Not knowing what was accepted before, I pulled out a Grant and she locked the outside door.

My MO is to give her an enjoyable massage (enjoyable for me, too!) and to work my way to a patient DATY. Stopped by R7 this morning so give it a go. As as been mentioned by others, the location is very exposed. The building is only about a dozen feet from the curb on Waverly and sits directly across from Spuds restaurant. No matter if you park there, or across the street, there's no real option to be circumspect. The building itself is a bit run down, but clean.

Visited based on Stratman's review. Door is inconspicuous and it is in a strip mall with other businesses, so you have some other plausible reasons to be there, but you do need to get out of your car and go through a parking lot near the intersection of Jolly and Waverly, so there will be some eyeballs driving by. Visited Sakura for the first time. I seen Monica. She is average lady you would expect to see in AMP, around 50 years of age. Asked for an hour and was told. 7 house fee. On the flip it took $. 3 for complete service. Total out the door was $$. She kept me covered. She did jump up on the table and provided a lot of contact. Next time I would ask for half hour.

Overall this was a positive experience and I found this to be acceptable for Lansing area. I have had better experiences traveling an hour or so away. I found this to be better then dealing with the agency operating around Jolly / Dunkel, even know if cost a bit more. I am usually fine with a level one AMP. I might have been better off driving to magic touch and saving a few bucks. Based on recent reviews I will likely visit Akoya before returning again.
