The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and The Division of Hotels and Restaurants will be initiating a more comprehensive search for violations including bed bugs found in hotels. Right now the only way to get the information is to file a release of information from the State for each hotel you want to check on and pay a fee for each location. The Sun Sentinel had a very thorough piece on this back in 2009.
