Okay, so I was just IMing an All-Nude masseuse by the name of Shelly, and I asked her how to make an appointment for this weekend. She said that I would need to complete my first-time user registration, and to provide my credit card information in order to secure my appointment. Needless to say, I said thanks but no thanks. I've had problems with identity theft in the past, let alone the simple fact that it's never a good idea to give your credit card information to a complete stranger you found on CL.

Has anyone else ever ran into this - the whole credit card thing?
