I got my drink ($6. 25, bringing my cost of admission to $19 after I put my 75 cent change in the tip jar) and took a seat at the stage. One song. Two songs. The bartender walked around, putting candles on tables, wearing a very sexy outfit showing amazing butt cheeks. Turns out that was the highlight of the night. Three songs. During all of these a dancer is sitting with a patron in one of the two-seater alcoves that line the walls. During the fourth song she walks to the dressing room. Fifth song the DJ announces, yes, a dancer! For two songs! Out she comes, to the stage.
If you've been there, you know the stage is shaped like a figure eight, with a pole in the middle of each end. There's a dozen of us sitting around the stage, and the patron the dancer was sitting with is still in the alcove. She walks to the far end of the stage and motions to all of us at the other end to join her there, and we do. Ten or so people (including two couples) around that end, and the guy from the alcove moves to the now-empty end. The dancer begins some pole work on our end -- and I will give her credit; her pole work was excellent -- and the lighting goes to a strobe effect. First song ends. She's still got her top and bottom on. Second song begins and the top comes off. More pole work. Then she goes top the other end of the stage, to the guy she was sitting with, picks up the handful of ones he's put on the stage and while looking at all of us on the other end, flauntingly drops them around her, whips off her bottoms, and gives the guy a good closeup. Then she comes back down to our end, does more pole work, and as the song is finishing moves closer to the edge of the stage at two places, getting within a couple of feet of some of us for a few seconds. The strobe effect is still on, making it difficult to see anything.
Song ends. She collects her bills -- probably at least 20 in total -- and goes off to the dressing room. The DJ says something about table dance music for the next few songs, making it clear there'll be no dancer for a while.

Hello all I'm new to the area and have been trying out the local scene and so far I've had a blast up until last night. My first stop the last week was the boat and boy I was not disappointed. 10 minutes in and I was invited to VIP by a lovely gal with long dark hair and some amazing oration skills. Venom has fewer ploppers than it did a few years ago, but sometimes there are not many dancers. The Boat is good for number and quality of dancers and availability of extras. Curves always has attractive dancers, but if extras are available it is expensive. Those are the best SCs in Tucson, in my opinion. Curves tends to cater a little more to businessmen who are visiting, and they tend to have several dancers who are visiting from other cities. Venom and the Boat mostly cater to locals, and as far as I know have mostly Tucson area dancers.
Ten's has never been great, at least as long as I've lived in Tucson. For a few years Ten's has catered more to the hip hop crowd. Eden tends to have attractive dancers, since it has full nudity on stage and is 18+. Their customer base is folks who are under 21 who can't go to Venom or the Boat or Curves. And out of town business folks and military guys, Eden would be a decent club in most cities. Their customers probably don't know that Raider's Reef, Venom, and Curves are better SCs. Attractive dancers and very strict rules on touching are the standard in most cities. The only times it is worth visiting Eden are after 2 am when the other SCs close, sometimes dancers from other clubs will work at Eden 2-4 am if they didn't make enough money at their club. Eden was the first SC I visited when I moved to Tucson, and I met Lola fom Venom (this was five or six years ago). If you remember Lola with the huge tits she went to Eden after working at Venom that night. I got a cabana dance that wasn't great, the bouncer stood just outside the curtain and warned us about no touching at least once per song. But Lola said I should visit her at Venom sometimes, and I have only gone back to Eden two or three times since then. The other time Eden is worth visiting is if you bring a lady friend with you, you can put one dollar bills in front of your friend and dancers will sometimes bring her on stage and play with her. Sometimes you get a better show from the women customers sitting at the stage than from the dancers.
TD's is hit or miss in my experience, sometimes it is great and sometimes there are very few dancers. Maybe three years ago I went to TDW a lot, there was a dancer who worked full time during the week in Phoenix and danced at TDW on weekends. For about a year TDW didn't have a DJ, must a jukebox, and it wasn't great. TDE has the nicest building and the worst experience in my opnion, when I've gone there no dancers and no waitresses ever approached me. They have attractive dancers but when I've gone they only wanted to talk to out of town businessmen.

It just went in this year, and is where the raised seating area used to be as you first walk in the club. It's got several couches and chairs, and only one seat furthest from the entry has any privacy. But even then, your visible from at least 2 other seats.

My dancer friend was working at Raiders last week. She was in the Champagne Room with a customer who kept trying to expose his dick for five songs. She kept rejecting his attempts to get nasty. The customer insisted that she have sex with him. On the sixth song, he hauled off and punched her in her face giving her a bloody mouth, split lip and black eye. He then ran out of the Champagne Room. She ran to the smoking area and saw him drive away. She got his car and license plate number and intends to follow up with assault charges. She went to the manager, Jerry, who told her there was nothing the club could do. Is this how the club supports its dancersallowing an assault on a dancer then letting him get away?
The next day, she went back to work because she needed the money. But she didn't make any money because there weren't any customers who wanted dances from a dancer with a fat, split lip and black eye.
