TDW used to have some very curvy AA dancers, and a few of them worked 9-5 jobs in Phoenix during the week and danced at TDW on weekends for extra money. TDW hasn't gotten back to where they were a few years ago. My experience at TDE is they'll only talk to you if you look like an outcome of town businessman looking to drop lots of $$.
Ten's seems to get a lot of business from out of town, I think some of the tattooed younger customers are from out of town with money to burn. Those customers must get something no other customers get, Ten's is still the worst of the SCs in Tucson, Eden has more attractive dancers than Ten's, and neither is worth visiting.
TDW and Curves don't have great privacy for VIP dances. I used to go to TDW regularly and would tip the bouncers and DJ and get some privacy in the VIP. Curves has a closed off floor section that sometimes has more privacy than the VIP. A few weeks ago I got several VIP dances from a busty latina dancer at Curves, she has fairly hands on but I got the impression she would string me along for a lot of money. If extras were on the table the price point would be higher than I would be willing to spend. Curves has some AA dancers from out of town, out of town dancers are usually willing to offer extras. So, just thought I would let you all know that the newer dancer at Venom, Medina / Melissa is really worth a go. If raiders (and tens to a lesser extent) wasnt picking up the slack I would be worried (abut the economy not just mongering). Also the increase of panhandlers are not a good sign either. LOL.Brilliant. If our consortium had a business plan we could take out a business loan to buy it and cover operating expenses for the first few months. We would have to hire a manager, bouncers, servers, etc. In addition to dancers.
Realistically, a new club could hire some of the former Venom staff- Venom is easily one of the best SCs I've been to, in any city. It makes my top two, along with 4 Play Gentlemen's Club in LA. A member's only club might have an easier time getting a liquor license, but in order for a club to be successful it would need a short-term trial membership available for a low price. I've never seen a member's only strip club, I think SCs rely on people in town on business too much for a member's only SC to be viable. It would have to make weekend-long and week-long memberships available for a reasonable price during the gem show.
I think Venom will be back to the way it usually is before too long, in a month or two it may be a moot point. But it's a brilliant idea.

The Boat and Curves have the same owners and some of the dancers work at both. Last time I went to Curves in May, there was no cover for the VIP room. Curves brings in out of town dancers, which is nice- they have some very attractive dancers. Curves usually has a few dancerrs visiting from other cities, the kind who dance at a club for a few weeks then go to another city. Those dancers are likely to offer take out, but at a high price. Curves usually has the best selection of attractive dancers, and the dancers will always dance if they're out on the floor. Venom can be really slow, and the Boat has nights where the dancers would rather talk to other dancers than have anything to do with customers.

Got to Venom at 6:00. There were 15 dancers and a dozen customers.
