I didn't think this neighborhood had SW.I used to make deliveries there late night and early mornings you might be surprised to find out how sketchy that neighborhood is you've got a boarding house hotel in the parking lot. The side streets are full of multi family homes on the cheap. Sometimes the police are set up across the street or down in that liquor store mall down the street.
