The main areas are between Mcclintock to Country Club, and then from Gilbert road to Power road. I saw just the aftermath of a dude get blasted by a car on Glendale and 31st just tonight right near QT. Not sure if he survived.
From talking to the girls many are on drugs for sure, but many others are here from different places because they can get $100-200 sometimes more on the streets at a time which is more than any street area I know of in the nation. Maybe I'm wrong, but we are on the high end.
However, there are some glimpses if you have lack of fear. I think a great idea would be to get a room at the super 8 or Royal Inn and make friends during the day and let them creep towards you. You would have to of course keep your guard up, but after making friends you could score cheap strange all over the corridor from Glendale Ave down to Camelback. Of course as I wrote before don't fart in their face. Lulz.
The super gas station and the savers on Bethany Home is a treasure trove. It is literally a lot full of lizards. Many nights you can't be in that parking lot and not be approached. One night I saw a girl pissing or squatted over on the side of gas station. I flashed my lights on there and just stayed there for a moment. Warning to not drive on the side streets from the blade towards Royal Inn as likely under surveillance. The best approach pattern is to take I-17 Southbound and exit Bethany and park at the Mexican restaurant or tire shop parking lot and walk in. Then when finished proceed directly to the Southbound I-17 through the freeway inlet road and do not take side streets. Then once you are sure you have lost surveillance then you can return to the blade or go about normal business.
The super gas station and the savers on Bethany Home is a treasure trove. It is literally a lot full of lizards.

Van Buren used to be one of the blades few years back, but has been dry for over 2 years. They pop up every once in a while but the quality isn't there. I used to work around that area an year ago and would drive through it late at night.

Last night there was more talent than I have ever seen.
From Camelback to Peoria.
Best spots were walking from 17 to northern QT there were lots going back and forth to a hwy motel.
Saw some on Bethany Home near savers that were young and really fine.
Lots of girls south of Bethany Home quality really high end.
My guess is now prices are going to be more negotiation friendly as more girls are in need, it looks like it is shifting to a buyers market.

Many many years ago, the Hatcher Rd corridor (roughly 19th Ave over to Cave Creek) used to have working girls every so often. It was truly bang for the buck back then. These days maybe a couple gas stations would be worth a look once in a while (7th St and Hatcher, 19th Ave and Dunlap). You may get a unicorn, but no consistent activity. So after last weekend I decided to stay closer to the action when I returned. Booked a hotel off of the 17 and Peoria. Got into town about noon, checked in then went to grab some lunch. PHX is great, my hotel was 7 minutes away. Vegas is the best as far as hotels close by, on the weekend those rooms can be expensive but on the weekdays they are dirt cheap!
I was surprised to not have seen any LE but it was the morning so maybe they were in a shift change or just realize that there are fewer out there in the early AM hours. Who knows, I've stopped trying to figure them out, I just go out and see what's going on, if there are a lot out there, I leave and come back later.

I was out on the blade this weekend, some activity on Friday night and much more on Saturday night. Less girls than before the big PD sweep. I am guessing they will continue their crackdown this week as the holiday is over, just my guess. Have to see what happens next weekend, you might find something you like. Its not as active of a blade as it was before the light rail was put in, but there is a number of crap motels along Main from Mcclintock until Power road, and you will occasionally see working ladies walking in that area. They are generally not the classic looking street girls like you see on 27th, most are in normalish street clothes, but will make it semi obvious they are available when driving by.

Any hotel location recommendations are appreciated. Some place I can entertain but also sleep without fearing that my car will get broken into.
If any of you do anything on the streets the next couple weeks, I'm sure there will be efforts to clean up the hotspot areas such as 27th Ave to make the influx of visitors feel more welcome. I think there will be more random women all over the valley. Partly because I expect a spike in hotel and motel rates. The girls that are bad at money management or into heavy drugs are going to be stuck on the streets and desperate. Maybe a unicorn or two can be found out there. If you take your chances driving around, make sure your vehicle is street legal. Take care of headlights, taillights, etc and let some other careless sucker get in trouble.

So I get here this afternoon at about noon, my room wasn't ready so even though I knew there would not be any action on the streets, I didn't have anything else to do so I hit 27th. Nothing at all, I started on Indian Hill and headed north, by the time I got near Glendale the hotel let me know the room was ready so I headed to the hotel in Tempe. Got settled in and started checking some online ads that I had tagged this morning. Nobody was picking up or responding to text messages. Planned on maybe seeing someone in the afternoon. After about an hour I figured they were all still sleeping. So now it's about 3:30 and I decided to hit the streets again. Not much until I spotted a BSW with a spectacular body, got closer and she was smoking hot, hotter than 95% that you usually see on the blade. Pulled up and she ignored me, tried again and she told me to leave hear the f alone, so I moved on. Saw a few others but nothing that peaked my interest until I saw another BSW with a hot body but as I got closer, her face looked like she was 75! Moved on, of course she was more than happy to see me and tried really hard.
As it got later, about 4:30 they started coming out, nothing as spectacular as the first one I saw but I did approach a few and again got ignored. Not a good day for a man of color. About ready to give up when I met a hot BSW, really cute, she talked to me, I wanted to get her to my hotel later, she was willing but said she did not have a phone and took my number and said she would call in a couple of hours. Not expecting her to contact me. Well I got to leave really early in the morning so I'm going to call it a night. I'm sure I'll get several text messages at midnight from the calls I made earlier. Recently I had the opportunity to visit your lovely area and could not believe how 27th was so busy with SW's. Based on experience of you see a S. W. All dressed up stay away. I prefer SW's who older 40's or 50's.
I did find an older provider Mary at the corner of and 24th St and E Van Buren. She definitely did not look like she should be in the area.

Don't get me wrong it's very much monger friendly there are extrances at each end of the hotel as well as one in the middle so you can easily avoid the front desk and the rooms on the first floor have patio doors facing the parking lot so if you have a provider visit she doesn't even have to come in the hotel. You can also have the SW wait at the patio door as you go into the hotel then open the door from the inside and let her in. However the room are petty small and somewhat outdated. I'd check the Townplace or Springhill Suites, right down the street, newer hotels with better rooms. No on to the streets. I did go out there on Friday early evening and night. I got into town at about 5:30 pm, got off on Indian Hill and hit 27th, decent amount of action, not much LE as it was still daylight. Still I was very cautious, didn't make any contact until I made at least 2 passes around my selected target, missed a few but got to be careful. Picked up a few numbers then headed to the hotel and checked in. Got settled in, ate, then called a few I saw online, no dice. Called the few that I met on 27th, no answer. WTH, then one texted me back said it was too hot out there and she left. Tried to set up something but she flaked out. Oh well, guess I got to go out there. Went out at about 9:30, not as much out there and lots of LE. Made several passes before thinking about approaching anyone, just recon for about an hour. What I did notice was most of the LE activity was around the side street near Missouri. Saw 4 cars pulled over on the side streets and at the Circle K within an hour. Avoided the side street there, eventually the all come out anyway. Ventured down the other side of 27th, same deal on Palo Verde but it's much easier to navigate that area I went around the corner and came down the street towards 27th. The dudes driving are idiots, they insisted on making a left turn onto 27th instead of turning right then making a you or left then going back down 27th, created unnecessary jams, not good so I avoided that street too, instead I turned onto Palo Verde from 27th then cut though the parking lot and wound up right there on the corner while those idiots were waiting in a line of cars 15 deep. Saw a few out that I was able to catch in secluded spots, none were willing to talk to me. Was about ready to call it a night then I saw a tall, hot light skinned BSW heading away from the back street near Missouri, followed her, she went into Circle K, well I was thirsty so in I went. Chatted with her, her name is Lauren, she was very friendly and agreed to head back to my hotel. Passed all of my questions, scored a 96, only thing not allowed was sucking the breasts, I could live with that. She was incredible, very cool, great convo on the way to the hotel and she was a freak. Seriously considered seeing her again but I rarely do that when I'm visiting. Made a few trips then at about 10 they started coming out, saw a really hot BSW, picked her up but she was full of it, wanted half up front and would not answer any questions, got kind of pissed off for me asking question, kicked her out then ran into a BSW that robbed me in Vegas exactly a month ago to the day!! I don't disagree with what you are saying. I think the thrill of 27th Ave is the window shopping aspect, and that finding the diamond in the ruff once in awhile. First I want to thank the senior that helped point me in the right direction. This could go in many sections but Ill start here. Cruised many areas after a lot of research and some direction. Here's my 2 cents. 27th has a ton of eye candy but as discussed here LE presence is high and its extremely busy which makes it hard to really pick up. I saw everything from what looked like 10's to 5's on the SW scale. Went to the VB route and found that this route is rundown more than 27th but not as busy with traffic and easier to pick up. SW quality drops from 27th but there are a couple diamonds in the rough. Still see that red head in my dreams. Overall the SW scene was very difficult in PHX. I found that Tucson 6th Ave was way better overall and 10 times cheaper. Cost on 6th is more inline with SWs from where I'm from. PHX the SWs have GPS in some cases. Overall ot was lackluster on the streets.
But the rest of the PHX scene met and exceeded expectations. I will write a report in the proper sections.

Gun pulled on me going to "her spot" four guys jumped out and she had my door open. Blah blah blah. Got away.

There are other things you can't learn from reading hear. Learning to read the street, learning to see a cluster of cars, watching break lights, looking in side streets, following hunches. We have to be better detectives that LEO. Learning to hear the warning signs of a bad date. Asking prequalifying questions. This game is fraught with peril, but rich with rewards if you play this game well.

I was out on the Blade on Saturday night and it was even more dismal than Friday night. I didn't see many providers till after 12 am.
