With the clubs being G rated, what is the point in VIP?I know the club scene here in Nashville sucks, but I m too paranoid to visit an escort. So I tried VIP a couple times. I knew I was going to get nothing but it was kind of bucket list thing and besides the girl was pretty and friendly. But I won't be doing this more. Okay, so my favorite things I've come upon in my research about the Classic Cat:
1. It was the target of an attempted bombing orchestrated by Arthur Wayne Baldwin, a competing club owner / ex-husband of Classic Cat proprietor Elizabeth "Ann" Martin. At that time, it is reported that the bomb was the biggest car bomb ever discovered in the US. This said, it was initially reported to be about 400 pounds of dynamite, though retrospective reporting settles upon 150 - 200 pounds. Either way, it was discovered about 20 minutes before it was scheduled to detonate.
2. In the very early 80's it was robbed by a guy with a shotgun. There were between 75 and 90 people present and he left with about $12,000 and $14,000 in cash and jewels (around $40,000 today). No joke: a bouncer named "Tiny" made a run for the guy but he tripped on a DJ stand and fell on his face. Fortunately he was not shot.
3. In the late 70's, the club made national headlines as a stripper lost a monkey named Pete that was part of her act. Chimp had a bad experience with her other pet, a boa constrictor, and it bolted. It was found out by the highway, and the theory is that it jumped into someone's car and was either thrown out or was ejected by the driver. Pete, a tequila drinking, fire breathing, bluejeans clad showman, was shaken up, but back to performing the next night.

Checked out The Cat West in Oak Grove last weekend. I'm not sure why this place gets bad reviews especially considering the Nashville options. They are totally nude on stage and during 'private' dances. There is no 3 ft rule. They lap dance and put it in your face. There is no touching but, I will trade that vs some touching with a clothed dancer as I Typically see at other nearby clubs.
The girls are not as nice as they were when I visited a couple of years back but there were more than a couple that would have made the drive worthwhile. I had been making an occasional trip down hoping that they would return to their former glory but it never happened. The last few times I went, I was lied to and ripped off. My last trip was in January.
I rarely visited Midnight Express knowing that extras were limited if not non existent. I never went after they became Deja Vu because their website never updated that they had resolved codes issues and opened up. I think they posted about the issues and then created a new webpage without updating the old (FB page actually).
I went to and enjoyed the Cat West before the pandemic hit. Not a ton of beauties but full nude couch / lap dances.

So what I've got-.
-it's owned by same people as deja VU, dancers work both places, basically day team at dejavu has moved to hustler.
-huge place, tons of tables with bar and central stage and pole for dances. Full nude dances on stage.
-big room behind that area with tons of couches. Somewhat private. Dances 25 per song, short songs, good contact tho, leave clothes on.
-whole place in brand new, nice, clean, etc.
- byob.
-8 for cover in day time includes a soda, there were three dancers there in day shift. Nights are busier But not crowded, per the dancer I talked to.
-VIP rooms, did not partake, 125 for 4 songs, 275 for 30 minutes. Apparently nude per the dancer I talked to.
-on another part of building, apparently has male strip club on weekends.

The price was around $500 ish for them to show. Every little skit / routine cost extra. The issue was about three of us did all the heavy lifting financially and we were out / low on cash toward the end. 5 of the guys were in there mid 20's and came with zero cash. They were buddies of the groom so they got a free pass. They offered CBJ for $3 after they finished (we didn't have that in cash even for the groom) and we spent maybe another $800 by that point. We were all trashed and not thinking or planning. It could be awesome if there was some teamwork organization on our part. 5 guys chip in the cost of entry. Maybe $100 a guy then be super clear what we're looking for and we're not paying $60 for a little 5 minute whip cream show or spank one of us.

I paid $22 cover which includes the first setup. There was one pair of customers in the room surrounded by 4 or 5 beautiful ladies. At 530 PM it was a little early for the party so I had to wait 15 minutes for someone who could serve setups.
After getting a coke for my Jack I took a seat. Soon joined by a picture perfect K* after her set. She's a beautiful, voloptuous AA who immediately caught my eye. Polite and friendly. I Asked about dances and VIP but she didn't have much information to share. She rotated back up on stage quickly and I stepped away to the men's room. Upon returning to my table, K* had finished her set and returned to the group of other dancers. So I took my leave.

So last week I ventured out finally after a gap of about a year. First I went to Deja Vu, only two girls were working and both were busy giving dances so no one on stage. Stayed for 15 min and then decided to go to Hustlers, glad I did.
Hustlers is a much better place than Deja Vu, feels lively. Girls are hot, not too pushy.
Bought drink for one, chatted a while and then took dances and left. Overall very good experience.
Only downside is cover, even at early hours it's the same price but worth it.

It's not a replacement for Showtime or the Watering Hole but it is at least full contact if you need that.

I was bored and ended up going to southern Indiana for some casino time. After I left I stopped at Rustic Frog which is about 6-10 minutes away from casino on the KY / IN border. I finally made a trip to Smithville ME. It's a little far but the drive is worth it. They don't have the stupid 3 ft rule. You can sit close to stage and the girl will rub it in you face.
The girls are pretty and friendly. They have top less, nude or VIP. I tried top less dance with two girls and then took one to VIP. The VIP was worth it, so much better than the pathetic Nashville clubs. It's still not a lot copmare to other cities but definitely much better than Nashville.

Now I write it off as stupidity tax, learn from these mistakes and be better prepared for next time.

It's better in some ways and worse in others now, there are more girls and they tend to be a bit more attractive than in the past (they bring in talent from Nashville and Chattanooga sometimes) but the UTR extra activity has basically disappeared. If you've got big money to spend then of course things may be different, but for most of us who are willing to spend $400 - $600 over the course of the night (admission, BYOB fee, beers, $1 bills for the stage dancers, a few lap dances and 30 minutes in the VIP) there probably won't be anything past dry humping and maybe a little bit of sucking her nipples.
There will be promises made but as a previous member observed these girls are well-versed in the art of deflection and will essentially never provide FS to a patron; again, if you show her $1000 cash in the VIP her tune might change but for that you can get an Eros girl for an hour or more in a much better environment.
The best way to look at ME is as a place for a group of guys to go while away from their respective anchors on a long weekend at the lake. Make it a part of the weekend party, not the sole reason for leaving the city. If you drive all the way up there from Nashville (70 miles) and are expecting to get your dick sucked chances are you're only going make the hour and a half drive home with blue balls and an empty wallet.

There is definitely fun to be had at The Pony in Evansville. The girls are hotter and the VIPs are cheaper.
Either way expect to drive around 2 hours for any decent club.

Dancers were friendly and pretty much covered the gamut of race & body type. No one was one pushy on dances and extras were hinted at although I did not inquire too deeply. Prices were on the lower end that I have seen, I think a VIP was $150 for 30 minutes. There is also no 3 ft rule there, so that is a definite positive. Although the distance makes it a bit of an issue ( 1.5 hr drive).
All in, definitely worth checking out again.

Last time I was there (years ago) they were topless.I've owned a vacation house on the other side of the bridge (east on HWY 70) from Midnight Express since the mid-90's so I can attest to the changes over the years; the girls are now allowed to go full-nude on stage and in the VIP rooms but lap dances in the big couch room are topless only. The place changed ownership a few years ago from a Mexican "Organization" to the conglomerate which owns all the Dejah Vu clubs as well as many others nationwide. They now shuttle girls from Nashville up sometimes if demand is great, for example the NYE party there next week will have significantly more entertainers than an average Tuesday night.
Revue my post history for tidbits regarding ME over the years, long story short the girls will hint at extras but not deliver unless a customer really plays the long game and forks out enough cash over time to get them comfortable with you. As stated, I've been going there for literally decades and only closed the deal twice, both times off-site and roughly ten years apart so don't make the 150 mile round trip thinking you're absolutely going to get something extra.
Of course if you're extremely wealthy and can throw around Benjamins all night your chances are better, we all know what women really want.

It's actually been open for a while but no one has posted a review. Not even on the Clarksville strip club forum.I went a month or so ago. Looked like a basement with ripped chairs and music that was too loud you can't even hear yourself think. Bikini Bar, no privacy (VIP was behind a curtain and dancers were right next to each other). No chance of extras because the bouncer is right there within ear shot the entire time.
With bad ambiance, no nudity, and not even a possibility of extras (or even the fantasy of potential extras). Place is a hard pass for me.

Just a quick bump report on the hustler club. Went Saturday night, early around 8 PM. They were slow, seemed to be picking up as I was leaving around 2 AM. There are about 20 ladies there and the variety and quality was excellent! Better than expected. Fully nude on stage and great effort by the ladies. Friendly and accommodating staff, place was clean and the set up was good. After the intermittent stage parade The girls come out on the floor and do "dollar dances" It's literally a short lap dance for a dollar, which is actually a nice touch as it allows you to enjoy a quick audition before considering a couch dance or a VIP. Here's the bad, unfortunately, while the VIP is probably where the girls make the most money, it is also where the scam occurs LOL. Just to be clear, because they won't, the Ladies will get nude in VIP but there is a 3 foot roll in VIP while nude. And in my experience, the privacy won't make the girl more seductive, it will probably make her less. And she might even just want to drink and talk your ear off about her career aspirations for a cost. That is about 10 times that of the couch dance. I would return For the stage dances, the awesome quality of talent, and the relatively reasonable couch dances, which can be quite seductive. But definitely skip the VIP. Then when you leave at 3 am you still have $ to make a hasty and disappointing decision on STG!

I will be visiting in 2 weeks but only for 2 nights (Tu and Wed). Doesn't sound like the club experience is great. Are there any places that might have take-out? Or is there better options for some fun? If not, any recommendation on places to visit to meet regular women during the week?
