Wanted to share a bit of possible bad news if anyone would like to confirm.

LKP and EPM gets a lot of praise here. Pics on their sites look great but screening maybe an issue for me. Will be visiting and rarely in Philly so don't have referenses for LKP.

Ok. I came to see Lisa again and had a great experience again. It was basically the same experience I had from my last time which I added the reviews before. It's been my experience in this hobby (and I know some prominent members here have had a different experience) that if you try to negotiate too low with a provider they'll sometimes take what they can get but dial down the service accordingly (and sometimes more than expected). Stopped by and saw Young at Pink (also from DDD in SJ).

My experience at Red Rose was the same as yours. Lackluster all around. Even after a very enthusiastic 69 one time I couldn't get much further.
You can get what you're looking for at Roley Spa, but the experience is very frustrating and you'll be entirely taken out of the mood by the time negotiations are done, and then the experience doesn't live up to expectations.

What's the advantage of using one of those over cash?
I would think that if you lose one of those or have it lifted from your pocket while at an establishment that you're out of luck regarding recovering the funds, just as you would be with cash.

If your spouse / SO finds it and calls customer service / logs onto the website seeking a transaction history you'd be handing them a roadmap as to where you've used that card.
