Wanted to check out another lady there was a lot of buzz about. Not there or all booked up.
Stopped into Pink. Connie answered the door. Not really someone who knocked my socks off. Short a kind of plump a little too much makeup but very friendly. Will be in Philly in September. Been over 25 years since I was there. In the late 80's early 90's used to hit Bella Femina or Golden Touch in Center City. Now I know the city has changed since then but I was wondering if there was any places like those two in Philly. Not a huge fan of AMPs. Although I know most non-AMPs are DIY Jack shacks. Don't want that either.

As for 9 VIP, there's usually parking in the area. Like azn, I park around the corner rather than parking right in front because I'm paranoid.
I would like to thank all of those who shared info prior to my trip through. I also need to say you guys suck, you have it way better than we do in my state.
Went in at around 9 pm, met by the owner I would guess. This lady runs a tight ship. It's far better organized with monger traffic than I have seen so far. Sat me in a room to wait and in comes Love, at least that's what she told me. Short with a good body full perky rack and blonde hair. Paid entrance fee and got TS with soapy slide! First time seeing this place. Didn't see much reviews on it. Decided to give it a try. The place is very clean, spacious, and sanitized to the bone. Lots of AMP's in northeast Philadelphia but only Hitomi ever has any hot girls in there 20's. Even in CC a lot of stores have ladies who been around for decades! Been a while since I've posted a review, mostly because I've been away from the mongering scene for a few years or so. But I'm currently in town on business, and I'd figure I'd visit one of the AMPs, seeing how Philly is rife with them. Unfortunately, by time I had made the decision, it was pretty late, like midnight.
Initially, the goal was to visit Cuties / Lollipop Spa after reading the reviews here, and according to Google, it supposedly closed at 1 am. Plus, I was in the mood for FS. I took the 10 min walk from the hotel to the location and lo and behold, it was already closed by 12:20. I actually noticed before I had gotten there because there was a group of 3 guys ahead of me that tried the door and it was locked and no lights to be seen.
So checking Google again, I decided to walk further down Race and visit San Diego Beauty Spa since it said it was open until 3 am (which was incorrect, as I'll explain later). I had no clue what services they offered, but I figured I'd take whatever because I didn't want to wander around looking shady in an unfamiliar area (I'm a black dude in a black hoodie with a black COVID facemask LOL). Anyway, once inside, I head up the stairs and enter the spa. I'm greeted by a lady named Sha Sha. Sha Sha is your typical 40+ Asian lady who probably had facial plastic surgery at some point. She's thin and has a decent body and a mole on her forehead that you can't miss. Not unattractive, but I was kinda hoping for a younger girl. But I was there, so I just decided to get it done. She asked if I wanted to shower, but I told her no because I always shower before I embark on ANY monger expedition, plus I try to avoid those public showers if given an option (no offense to you guys, I just want to avoid MRSA or staff). So I strip in the locker room, place my belongings in the locker she provided and proceeded to the massage room.
Now, I'll get this out of the way now. Sha Sha is VERY good at giving massages. No bullshit, she puts in work. She asked if I wanted soft, mild, or hard. I chose mild and it was great. She had mentioned to me that I should have come earlier as they closed at 1 am. I apologized as I thought it was 3 am, but it didn't bother her. Ok, so the massage continued for about 15 minutes or so before the flip. Was a bit disappointed because usually the flip is the finale. She tells me that she'll continue on my shoulders after the flip, so I'm like ok, great. She goes to work and lets me roam my hands around her bottom, and was only able to get my fingers to rub her kitty and clit but no penetration. I dunno if she's really good at the HJ as well, or it just been a while since I visited an AMP, but I was done in about 5 minutes, and it usually takes me a while to finish from HJs. So for me that means: No expensive watches, no wads of cash, no diamond rings, no extra keys (house / office / GF's pad, etc), no expensive cell phones, no briefcase, etc. So basically I take nothing of value or nothing that I don't want to lose should it grow legs in the AMP. So yeah, if someone goes through my pants pockets while I am in the table shower, all they are going to score is some pocket lint.
I guess I always assume the worse and take self protective measures, rather than relying on the honesty of others. After all the Hobby is a bit tabboo and getting ripped off is a possibility since the victim isn't likely to report the "crime!" I mean who's gunn say, "Well Detective my 'stack' got nicked while I was in the table shower room getting my salad tossed!" Yeah, no.
So I take precautions and try to stay safe.

They have a better opportunity with CC info that they get legit.
They are just afraid of being robbed or arrested as the customer and concerned for their safety.

I try to avoid those public showers if given an option (no offense to you guys, I just want to avoid MRSA or staff). I think you are a million times more likely to get mrsa / staph by getting a massage from someone who jerks off guys for a living than taking a shower in a public shower. If anything, the shower would reduce your chances, especially after the massage.

That isn't to say that it doesn't exist in Philly, but it's likely you'd need someone in that community who currently has access to those establishments to accompany you and vouch for you. And even with all that, if you're not Hispanic, you may not have the same experience he has.
I'd be an interested customer, but like yourself I don't have an "in" and because I keep my activities to myself I'm unlikely to make the acquaintance of someone who might be able to give me that opportunity.

June has been around a few different spas within the last year. She was at Sun and then 237 and now she is at Pink on Race.

What keeps me with my approach is (a) it's working pretty well for me and (b) I am aware of my value as a customer.
I'm clean and clean cut. I keep myself in good shape. I'm nice, a good conversationalist and as attentive to my therapist's needs as I am to my own. Having an hour to spend with someone like me is worth something to a working girl who has no control over who walks in the door next; someone they'll have to service whether they prefer to be with that guy or not.
So I leverage my value to keep pricing to industry standards because as others on this thread have mentioned, there is value in building a relationship with your therapist over time. However for me, building that relationship is as much about her recognizing my value as it is for me to recognize hers. Whereas your money is durable. If you keep it in your pocket because you don't like the pricing, it'll still be in your pocket the next time you have an opportunity to monger.
There's absolutely a perishable component to your time as well, but only you can decide if you're willing to let the high-priced opportunity pass you by to hold out for a better opportunity vs. Indulging at a higher rate because you may not have another opportunity for awhile.
