I checked out Casa Diablo in the middle of the day mid week not long ago. Relatively bare parking lot but I took a chance and popped my head in. Maybe around 3 pm.
The usual door girl was missing but wasn't a surprise due to the time & recent times. After a quick chat with the security guy by the ATM about telling me to keep my mask on, I was off to the bar & then the rack. Gentleman's Runway I believe it is called. Hole in the wall type of place and pricey but have had luck with setting up time to enjoy outside of the club. One lady that dances there posts quite often and I did a report on her in the escorts thread.

I read some reports on Tommy's. I've been twice, once to recon, once to get a show.
I went twice. I participated once. $40 to the house, but the girls include that in the negotiations. Every girl seems to have a different price point, and things are negotiable. In regards to the closure permanence, it looks like Tommy' Too is owned by another business which appears to be a single member llc. It's not guaranteed as there is no requirement to list every owner when registering a business in Oregon, but it seems likely.
If his heirs have no interest in keeping the business open, it's unlikely it will reopen in the future. I suppose there is a chance they sell the business or at least the owning llc to someone, but I'm not sure how that process works legally, and if it goes through probate it may take some time for the business to legally pass to the heirs for them to sell.
I'm sure my other half would be outraged if I proposed buying it to continue operations, but perhaps someone is in a more advantageous position for an acquisition.
Anyone k own if that lounge over by guilty is still open? Had a good time there a while ago and looking to repeat. But I'm not going to drive that way unless they're open. Or if a comparable spot in the area is operational.

So waaaaay back when, at least in Georgia in the 90's, there used to be things called 'gold bucks' at the clubs I frequented.
They took your card, charged it for x amount, and then gave you basically monopoly money but with their logo and club name and whatever on it. Then you'd use these for tips and dances, but not bar service.
It cost less than using the atm since they got their cut from the girls, the only part of the entire process that I had an issue with, but it was more convenient plus there were no limits (they'd charge your card every day your daily limit until the full amount was covered, which was great for a lot of reasons and bad for a couple).
Are there any clubs here that do this? I'm not thinking I'd use it since I'm more of a cash type of guy, but found myself thinking about the old days and figured I'd ask.

1) Are these places really as tame as they seem? Given their price, and the infrequency of clientele (I'd guess), I would assume not. But have never heard of anything really ever going down in the better known joints (Pussycats, etc).
2) Parlaying off that last one, are these places all cut from the same cloth? There are some smaller outfits on 82nd, for example, that strike me as possibly offering more, but I've never gambled the cash to find out. I imagine you'd have to be a regular to even get offered a menu approximating an AMP, yeah? I wouldn't imagine every getting anything more than advertised at the larger outfits (again: Pussycats, etc).
What prompts me to ask is a spat of models I've seen transition to TNA, which makes me wonder if the larger offerings might be more acquirable at the shack than I assumed.

The "private" dance area is just like you say, and not really much better than what you get from a good dancer at the rack. They do have a VIP area behind the bouncer desk, but I haven't done it. Definitely that's where you'd go for more intimacy. Not sure how much up charge there is for that.
I'd recommend Casa Diablo. 12-15 years ago or so they made a splash with fully nude 2-way contact lap dances. Oregon decided it was form of free speech as opposed to lewd behavior. Seems like since then many clubs have followed suit. Back in 2014 the dances there were 40 bucks per song or 3 for 100. Now it's 50 per song but you can still get 3 for 100, which is where a lot of clubs are at now. Casa also has some "upgrades" which I've never bothered with: For 250 you get a 1/2 hour, but they'll close the curtain on your booth, 500 gets you half hour in the champagne room, 1000 is an hour, but you get 4 drinks and the girl gets a rose or something. Whatever. I normally go in the daytime when there is no DJ and they just let the songs play full length. At night the DJ cuts the songs off at 3 minutes, but if you're getting a full 5 minute song then the 3 pack for 100 bucks goes 15 minutes or so. So most of the major clubs have the lap dance area and then a separate private area. In my experience your mileage depends more on the girl than the club itself. After reading a few posts lately and getting some messages I feel I should apologize to the group for my recommendation of Bottoms Up. I love the place, but it's not what one should consider to be a "destination strip club", the type where you load up a van load of bachelor party frat boys and drive 45 minutes across town for 6 hours of debauchery with dozens of girls to choose from. For that go to Casa Diablo.
Bottoms Up is small, and hasn't really come back from the covid shut down yet. The owner is usually the bartender and she is cute. I drive by it on my normal commute daily and typically stop in 2-3 times a week. If there is a girl there, I'll get a couple dances. If not, I'll get a beer and a powerball ticket and be on my way. For me it's no big deal so I don't bat an eye to be at a "strip club" that has no strippers. You definitely should NOT plan a special trip out to it without calling to see if anybody is dancing that day. For example, I was just there at 6 last night (Friday night) and there was no dancer because she had called in no babysitter or something. Strip club with no stripper at prime time Friday seems crazy but that's how it is.
Sunday and Monday are usually closed. But Monday's are sometimes open. Other days open at noon, but a dancer usually doesn't show up until 3. Usually there is a girl from 3-6 and then a different one from 6-close. Closing time depends on the night and how busy it is. Before shutdown they would be open until 2 am, lately they often close by 9 because it is dead. I haven't seen a dancer actually working the pole for a long time, they are just hanging out playing pool or chatting with customers waiting for private dances. The days of 3 girls on stage rotation with 20 cars lined up along HWY 30 are a thing of the past.
Definitely call first if making special trip. Ask who is dancing: Nicole (Wednesday and Friday), Lux (Thursday), Sonja (Saturday) are all worth driving for. Some based on looks, some based on service. Other girls seem to come and go pretty quick, either chasing bigger money or bored with the low key atmosphere.
People ask about extras and they are definitely available. I still say it depends on the girl more than the club. Bottoms Up is great for that because the private dance area has a fully opaque curtain not just some see through veil or thin netting. Also there are no cameras. When I'm at other dive clubs and tell dancers about going out to BU to get a shift so I can see them they always ask about the private dance area. Sorry some of you have had a negative experience at Casa Diablo. Keep in mind it's not a ***** house. The club isn't what's offering the extras, it's the girl, and what's available will vary from one to the next. Most of my good experiences have come about after seeing the same girl 3-4 times where she has gotten comfortable with me and is eager to keep me coming back. More importantly, she needs to KNOW that I will be coming back and that if I'm not there to see her it will be to see someone else. The competition to build up regular customers can get heated.
My advice isn't targeted at a seasoned hobbyist but rather someone new. I'm trying to give tips that would have helped me out when I was just starting to visit strip clubs for action. One good thing about Casa Diablo is that the club sets the prices for dances, they are actually posted on the wall so you don't have to worry about haggling with the girl like at some places. Also, you are paying the CLUB not the girl. The girl gets paid at the end of her shift. Casa Diablo is the only place in town I know where you can put a private dance on a credit card for the same price as paying cash. This is a huge benefit for anybody trying to hide transactions from a spouse.
I have never at Casa Diablo paid for anything more than a standard 3-song session for $100. I can't say if anything more or extra would happen for a $500 half hour or $1000 hour.
