OM.Mac's isn't just out of business, the whole building was torn down. They started having a lot of attention from Uncle LEO after a girl got raped in one of the rooms, and when the cops showed up they weren't too happy to find that they weren't getting ID's from the guests. They started asking for ID after that, but Uncle LEO kept up the pressure and eventually they had to stop doing hourly rentals. It wasn't long after that they went out of business because many weren't interested in paying for a whole night for a room with no bathroom, and no key so you couldn't leave once you checked in. I've heard there's a new "White House", but I haven't been there, and don't know many details.
I do know of two hotels that do hourly rentals, but neither are anywhere near Boston. Some of the Boston hotels will do "day rates", but they're not much cheaper than their normal rates (ie $200+).
