Long time lurker, first time poster.
Had an opportunity to visit 1410 today, in the middle of the afternoon. I arrived around 2:30, give or take. No one else was there. Since it is not on a main street, I really did not feel too worried about parking in the parking lot. Even still, I still parked kind of far away from the street, with it being on a side street off of a main road, behind a gas station.
It is on the corner, closest to the street. Has a very generic massage name. I honestly forget exactly what the name said on the sign, but it was extremely generic.
Walking in, you enter a foyer, and have to ring a bell. The Mama answered the door within about 10 seconds. She spoke English quite well, so no issues with communication.

First time trying mineral spring since it's all the buzz. I went on Saturday night but felt kind of awkward because there is a bar in the same plaza full of people. Some guy was walking around the lot wasted. I went in and got Nana. She was cute and nice body. Took the half since I was just trying the place out.
