Reading about your experience- this was almost identical to mine. Excellent professional massage- very good technique for release- but no fondling, clothing removal at all. After reading the reports I had to go see this for myself. So I called in the morning and asked for an appt with KC.

I arrived and dude answered with a smile and welcomed me in. He led me to the massage room and pointed to the chair, saying I could leave my clothes there and he'd be back. I quickly stopped and thought WTF! I just stood there waiting a minute or so and he returned with a receipt book where he put the date and my first name, then collected the .75. Stoped by the new place JH on Rockville RD yesterday. I would call it average, middle aged small b's.

You guys need to be careful with the Dude and KC. He is keeping everyones number and if he gets busted by leo. Based on what I read below, I saw the real KC.

She is about 5'6, has a black stud below her lower lip, has short black hair and is not chubby as Kay has been described. I can't say about any tats since her clothes were in the way. However, from what I saw I would never have said "D" cups -- Maybe a B+ or C-

Checking out the NUVO ads during my Wednesday lunchtime ritual and see a new listing for "High End Oriental Therapeutic Massage" located at 5425-B S. East Street. Happy- I hope you aren't the guy that co** blocked my appt on Tuesday. Either you can, depending on which attorney you retain, sue the police department, or have the attorney protect your a$$ by stating that the camera can be inaccurate. Especially if the alleged defendant is of another race. Usually people can't tell others apart if they are a different race.

And if the surveilance camera was not placed in the private room where the action took place, then there is no hard evidence to convict you of a prostitution-related crime.

The police department is definitely wasting its time and tax payer's money, like somebody here mentioned. If they use confiscated security camera footage I am sure they can use that.
The going to your house is a scare tactic.

You have to freak out and admit to any wrong doing before they have you.

The quick-and-dirty answer to the questions over the last couple of days.

1. Images that were taken by the police while in a public place in surveillance of a location where a suspected criminal offense can used to gather evidence and to prosecute suspected violators.

2. Images taken by the police inside a business while investigating a suspected criminal offense can be used as evidence if they 1) were taken while the police were inside on official, legitimate police business or 2) were obtained using a valid warrant.

3. Recordings of images seized as evidence during the apprehension of suspected criminal offenders may be used as evidence if they were properly seized during the apprehension. Even if the images were improperly seized, it would be hard for the client to assert the illegality. The people at the business were the ones that could assert that they had their property improperly seized and not the client. The police didn’t take the images, a third party did. Whether there might be grounds for a civil action against the third parties would depend upon the circumstances, but it is unlikely that there would be any cause of action against the police.

4. Questioning witnesses that may have information concerning a suspected criminal offense is proper. If that witness happens to be the individual’s spousal unit, that’s not a problem. Admissibility of the statements from a spouse might be inadmissible in court if the spousal privilege can be asserted, but that would depend on what the statements were, whether they originated with the defendant, how they were made, etc.

5. You can always file suit. Whether you have basis to recover is another matter. In the situations described in the earlier posts, it’s unlikely that you would have a viable law suit.

6. As to the images, while they may be admissible in a criminal prosecution, they would be insufficient proof of the offense by themselves unless they actually recorded the illegal act itself. On the other hand, they could be substantiating evidence if one of the parlor folks testified against a client concerning alleged illegal activity.

I made an appointment for an Asian massage with the place that advertises on c-list. I had a some time to kill between meetings while in Indy so decided to stop by Lilly's for a little relaxation. It took a while for me to find the place but once found sure am glad I stopped by. Clearly, there are intrusive efforts afoot to circumvent the purpose of the forum. I had thought it so obvious I never came out and said it. This is a fine conversation to have with God, your conscience or other interested parties enthralled enough in circle jerking themselves in harmony to some thumbsucking politically correct beat. If you are wishing to seek counsel, to pound your chest with moral pride or a shoulder to cry on for support thats fine, but not here. Not ever.

We all know the risks, we all know what we put at stake everytime we count tiles and hopefully we control ourselves enough to make safe choices for ourselves and our families. However, these are things you check at the door of this forum when you enter it. Not once your through it. When your in and your on this forum - your in. Discussions of morality, blubbering and whining about cameras and wives makes for interesting conversation but its pointless. Sure, point out security concerns, and let us know how and where the dangers of the police state lurk but leave the hankies and dripping worry in the columns of another forum. I can find no independent verification that there was an arrest at Studio 421. This sounds like disinformation from a rival spa owner. The claim that the bust required "10 police cars and a fire truck" seems ridiculous. "A chainsaw was used to cut open the money box", did anyone actually witness this? A day or two after the bust I called Studio 421 and Lacey answered the phone (I have gotten several excellent massages from her). She said they had been "closed" but didn't say why. She also said their Southside location, First Choice, is now permanently closed.

As for the "remodeling", that is possible as Patti, the owner, has had Studio 421 in four different locations in the past 5 years (plus Mirella's), and she seems to like to remodel the facilities to meet her specifications. Supposedly they left their previous location, which was just across the street on the north side of 86th, because the landlord over there limited the signage they could post on the property. My first post here. Am new to the area.

Visited Crystal's massage web site and tried to make an appointment with her with no success in getting her to return calls. Her web site says she also works at MassageEnvy at Carmel. So made an appointment by calling MassageEnvy. Was told that Crystal is not available and so had a session with an Alise. Good massage. Full draping. No extras.

I believe Massage Envy is a "legit" spa. The owner was interviewed on TV awhile back and she plans to franchise the business. So I doubt if you'll get "extras" at a Massage Envy spa, unless as you say, one of the women also works at another "spa".Thanks. I guessed as much about extras at Massage Envy. The Lady that advertises brazilian on one of the sites is NOT worth the money. 8 paranoid massage, constant attitude, tipped services were very poor and lacked any energy whatsoever. As of last week, I can verify that the northside AMP is real. Called one afternoon, asked for the address, and within 30 minutes I was on the table and being pampered. I tend to like the more typical small, thin asian body type, but this was my first time there, and I decided not to be too picky.

I think I responded out of anger too quickly to CM's post, and attributed the racist connection that LR saw to him, when in reality I was called an Asiaphile which is not derogatory at all but complimentary and accurate, if I remember my derivatives correctly. Decided to give it a go, how bad could it be? I read all of the ads and thought that I saw some code words and things that might actually mean that it was more than it seemed even though it seemed unlikely given location(God I do miss the AMPs that were in Fishers though-some really good times and oh so convenient. Get to the front door and my Sino-Spidey senses start tingling- the neon sign in the door-the spartan reception area-the smell of home-cooking wafting from the back somewhere- a beaded curtain and finally a mature but trim and taut lovely little asian lady coming through to meet me with those magic words-"you want massage?". So far so good-but it went no farther. Large common room with recliners that turn into massage tables with the familiar donut-nice TV with soothing images and sounds, a foot bath good head and neck massage, then arms then to the feet. Taht being said-the best .25 massage I have ever seen. I felt great from head to toe except for maybe one little area in the middle. I long ago learned that you never write off any salon/spa or whatever type of massage set up as impossible or terminal. The right person and the right situation and any thing is possible anywhere at some point in time( I think I even overheard a phone conversation that might have indicated as much) but if this one never progresses for anyone-it is a great deal and a very good time, I only wish it were at least unclothed to some point even if it didn't change the menu. Looks like the two Marie's might be a real treat. Wish columbus was closer to home. Might be worth a christmas present visit. Great pics of the two on Craigs list.
Spoke to the remaining one (the one who was in charge of the other apparently). She was not real forward but I would say there is a 99% chance
of extra menu items. I got fairly chnacy with my questions and she never
denied me or said 'no'.

If I get a chance I may TOFTT. Will let you know.

I read the Hawaii thread, and it really sounds like they treat mongers well out there. You need to ask for the "Hot Tea" treatment when you go to an AMP out there.

I tried out Mary's massage last week...overall good experience. She is in a legit hair salon which was a twist. Mary is very cool and provides a good experience.

Went to Avon on Sunday. Had very pleasant visit with new girl, long black hair asian lady offered 60 for hour. She removed my cookies on the flip. She said, she had seen me before. I thought Hmmmm!!!!, I just ageed. I left 20 for tip and received a nice bottle of water. All in all very nice visit not bad.

I searched the old Massage ads on CL and found the number (I lost my blackbook). She was very surprised to hear from me on Christmas eve. She said they were taking a break. She still rubbed me the right way for 30 min with HE and a$$ play for. 8 total. It was the chunkier one of the two. I hit it once earlier. Didn't want seconds. I won't be back. Not fun enough. If anyone knows of an asian with at least an 8 rating, please let me know where to find her. I know where the 6-7 are. They don't do it for me anymore. It's like when you first start smoking Mary-Jane. At first it's nice. But eventually you want something more. I never made the jump form Mary-Jane. But I think I will be making the jump from AMP to? . Anyone else in the same predicament? Where did you go from here?

In fact I'm originally from Hi, but attending school in the Indy area. Sad to be leaving Hi soon.

I've been to two AMPs here in Honolulu and the AMPs here are mainly Korean-operated. There are even two AMPs with a mixture of Asian, white, afr-american and hispanic chicks. The Korean AMPs are good for me as I speak Korean and can get discount with mamasan. The girls here in general have looks in the 7-10 range. I kid you not! Some of them have attitudes, but the majority of them are nice people. I pay $. 50 for their service.

All the service here at FS. None of this HJ-only service BS that I get from the majority of the AMPs in the Indy area. Plus you don't have to bring your own hat/cap to the AMPs as they provide them while giving BJs.

Anyhow, I have just had my LAST AMP visit here in Hi this past weekend. =((*sniffles*)

I'm going to end my mongering hobby this year because as for 2009, I want to focus more on my studies and get a GF. Plus the AMPs in Indy are not worth giving my $$$ to.
