I don't think anything has been more widely reviewed in such a short time than the Chester Rd. Agency these last couple months, but due to lack of talent currently available in Cincy I took a shot on them and here's my experience:

It's a run down hotel, but it's safe. I recommend parking in an adjacent lot and walking on to the property. Signage indicates that you need a parking pass to be in the lot and I read a Google review of the hotel that said they tow people on the weekends, FWIW. I've visited this location two or three times and never parked in the actual lot.
There's enough info on the current roster for you to make an informed decision. If you are on the fence, I'd sit this one out and wait for more talent to come in. I wish I had.

You could get Sakura experience then. The Katie you saw was older right? There were / are (2) Katie's. I got caught in the trap. The first Katie was younger and Lu told me she was coming Sept 1st. Shortly after that Lu left (about 1st week Sept). I had a great experience with both Lu and Katie. Both wide open menu. Then my third visit was with the Older Katie. I've read reports this place is no good. For some stupid reason I ignored them. I thought about going somewhere across the river but was on a time crunch so I figured I'd try this place even if it's just a DIY. First time at 405 and enjoyed the massage but no extras were offered. I got the mid-thirties lady who spoke very little English. She was friendly and allowed OTC roaming but only gave limited teasing.
There was another lady there who spoke good English but I only dealt with her on the phone. She seems to have "regulars" as it was busy when I arrived around 4:30 pm.

Most of the APM girls are Chinese and are from Northern provinces and any you may encounter from Southern China will have at least a rudimentary knowledge of Mandarin. One of the best phrases I learned translates to "do you want to eat my tofu?" It's a Mandarin slang expression that means: are you going to physically harass (or molest) me? It usually gets a laugh from the girls, can break the ice, and potentially clue them in to your desire for some extra attention. I also use "I like that" in Mandarin when I do enjoy what they're doing.
"do you want to eat my tofu?" — pay attention to tonal inflection when saying this.

I decided to check out this AMP this morning based on recent reviews, and I happened to be in the area considering the SW scene has been dead lately. I was greeted by "Li Li" at the door, and decided to do the hour massage. Very good massage, she got all the kinks out with the hard massage, she also used the nice hot stones to rub me up and down with light teasing. On the flip she didn't allow diy, but she does have the best handshake rates I'm came across so far. Respected members can pm about details. Like mentioned before very nice woman with great attitude. I moved here in '97 and started perusing the City Beat Backpage. That's where I found Rita and a few others. Went out Thursday night about 7. Hit Healthy first and was told "Too Busy", come back tomorrow. Headed over to Goose and asked for Helen. The other girl Sophia (said she wasn't working.
