In Dover, Delaware according to http://whois.net/.I believe that Jackson just has a legal presence in Delaware for corporate purposes. There is no way the man is going to get to the servers from there, nor will they get the lawyers who rep for the outfit to spill anything, as lawyer / client confidentiality rules that situation.
That's if, in fact, there is any registration in Delaware.
As far as how much and what we report on providers, it really doesn't matter. The Gestapo can read these postings and use them to get a warrant from a judge. They could also use them to set up stings. They can also become members and then sr. Members by posting about "experiences" with providers. Who is going to contradict them? Only a provider herself could, and since not everyone knows screen names and so on, that won't be easy. It boils down to just how much time and effort does the local Gestapo want to put into being a pain in the ass to people in the hobby. That is it, pure and simple.

police arrested four women and one man last week following a prostitution bust at a belden village area hotel.
chief mark brink said the department investigated for several weeks before making the one-night sting july 15.
court records show the defendants were released on bond. (information has been changed to fix an error. see correction at end of story. 5 pm july 24).
police arrested:
• a 26-year-old akron woman, a 36-year-old tallmadge woman and a 35-year-old akron woman on charges of soliciting for prostitution and possessing criminal tools.
• a 20-year-old akron woman on charges of soliciting for prostitution, drug possession — marijuana and possessing criminal tools.
• a 43-year-old tallmadge man on charges of procuring and possessing criminal tools.
the repository does not name suspects charged with misdemeanors.
all are scheduled to have pretrial hearings aug. 19.
agents from the jackson township police department worked with the fbi and the alliance, canton and perry township police departments to make the arrests.
brink said partnering with multiple agencies helps ensure police have the needed equipment and personnel. one of the aims of the sting was to look at the age of the women involved and get them help if they're ****.
"our goal is to make people aware that we are going to be out there," brink said. "i believe we've got to continue the enforcement to be able to stop this kind of crime coming into our community. ".

If they ignore a phone call and message, then they need to be ignored. I tried texting 4 providers this weekend. Not 1 response. When I called a couple times I finally got a response and my questions about price and services answered. My experience is don't email any girl on BP. 90% of your emails will be ignored. If you want a response you need to call.

Already wanted on warrants charging her with drunken driving, theft and failure to comply with police, Heather XXXXXXX, 33, of? XXXXX Ave. NW, was arrested at 8:44 pm Thursday at Seventh Street and Kennett Court NW.
Police had tried to stop her in traffic in northwest Canton when she sped away. The jail records did not say how long the chase lasted.
At some point, she just stopped the car, climbed out and ran.
Police quickly caught up.
The first picture is right after the chase. The second one is from her ad. I have seen her as in picture number 2, and can tell you she is quite attractive and a lot of fun. She is just not good at chases.
Her Mom's house was near Fisher Foods near Cherry Street. Many of us saw her. I have not seen her in over a year and wonder how she is doing.That's the Nicki I'm referring to (mom lives next to Fishers Foods) . She's the same old Nicki she's always been. Threatens to move out, and get a regular j-o-b. Same as years ago. She has become very difficult to get a hold of. Like some of the guys have said. It was pointed out she's not into the hard stuff. I don't mind paying a little more for them to come to me. And right now, I won't see a provider unless she comes to me. It's a safety thing with me. I've reached out to 6 providers last week because I had a 3 day weekend and it was all crickets. I won't mention names because it seems when you do your post is removed but 4 of them were spoke highly on this site as a must see. Still crickets. It's a sad day when a client has $$ to spend and no provider seems to want it. Don't know how a provider can be in the business and not have reliable transportation or uber to do outcalls to safe locations. I miss those days. So for any providers that may read this post. Answer your texts and emails, even if it's at a later time and if you want the business start offering outcall again. Sorry for the rant but really getting frustrated with all the BS.

Time to vent a bit, I really don't understand the mind of a provider. How can someone piss away over $1000.00 in missed appointments in two weeks? Keep thinking that. They will arrest you regardless. The burden of proof is on you, and don't think any different. They will throw a case at you without any evidence and it will be up to you to prove it in a courtroom.How will. They arrest you regardless? The burden of proof is indeed NOT on you. It is always on them. What are they going to make an arrest for? If someone doesn't show up, the communications could easily have been a simple prank. There is nothing to prove true intent. What would they be charged with?

They're like taking these guys cars, cell phones etc. This is how they fund there staff Fiscally yearly at police auctions etc. Too.

Anyone know where you can get a reasonably priced burner phone that you can just buy and apply a phone card to without establishing an account or using a credit card? I had a Huawei phone that was 3 g with over 2100 minutes, Easy to use. Net10 sent me a new phone for free because they were turning off all 3 g access. So after 20 different tries and hours wasted trying to get customer service I gave up. They would not start the new phone or xfer minutes without a credit card and I shared a few f words with them. Anyhow, can you still get a burner phone you just buy and apply a prepaid card without an account or credit card? Also went to Walmart and waited for 20 minutes for someone to come by the electronic department and they had no clue, though they has some phones. Best Buy didn't have any burner phones under $120 when I was there. Dollar General seems to have options, but of course the staff is of no help. TIA.

I am also aware of the necessity of a crime before such can be designated as a criminal tool. If one is arrested for suspicion of a crime, such tools may be taken into evidence. However, those tools are returned if there are no charges filed; the case is dismissed, or the accused acquitted. It remains that there first must be a crime committed or in the process of committing. Simply responding to an ad is not a crime in and of itself.

Wanted to know if any of you Mongers use Telegram and have had any luck. I myself posted a profile there and with in 10 min. 2 locals sent me messages. The first one was clearly a scam because she tried all 3 scams on me with in an hour and a half of talking an her English was for shit. The second one play the "I'm single and looking for a relationship" card. But once you get into the skinny she drops the my handler stuff.

Hey all my fellow mongers, well, I had some time today and was sitting in front of my computer and was taking a trip down memory lane and it dawned on me that I have been in this hobby for almost 30 years come 2025. Boy, I started to reminisce to myself about that journey. How much this hobby has changed since then. You have to remember back then we didn't have cellphones, text messages, Facebook, or snapchat. It was all done via E-mail. Most of the providers weren't addicts or junkies back then, yeah a few were crackheads. But for the most part everyone had a good time and it was rare that all the drama of today. Rates were $100.00 ah hour and the more hours you booked the better the rate. No one rushed, clock watched, cash and dash, or up sold for more services. You knew upfront what services you could expect. Providers did outcalls without deposits, gas money, uber / lyft. Then around the late 2000's there was a slight rate change to around $150.00 ah hour but it still was the more time you booked the better the rates. I miss the the providers of that era. They cared about their regulars and went above and beyond to keep them. They gave all their clients the same excellent service. It wasn't based on donation. From what I've been hearing from a few of my hobby friends that isn't the case today. It's sad because being a regular was a bonus to the provider because she could always count on a client for an appointment on a certain day as well as that donation every week or however it was set up. Some clients even added an extra day during the week. It's frustrating when you hear the provider you're a regular with is giving newbies better service because that client is paying more of a donation. Now I know why loyal clients walk away from their regulars. Yeah, I'm sure the providers could care less about losing a client or a regular. But it is funny when that provider acts shocked that her regular is moving on and all of a sudden he's the a**hole or jerk. Anyway, just needed to vent and clear my head. I wish all of you out there in hobbyland the best and safe playgrounds.
