Where is the Cloud?Just went to have a dream and walked into agents everywhere and papers that were evidence tags said FBI on top and gentleman said they were going to be closed for a while.
Walked into Cloud to dream, place was full of FBI agents. Papers on table said FBI Evidence and guy said they were going to be closed for a while. Almost passed out. I would steer clear of there.

Finally got zhe opportunity to experience Julie Spa for zhe first time ，took a spin around the lot before parking just to make sure there weren't any eyes out ，.

First time logging in since last post and to see all the posts and messages about cloud is crazy.Was traveling down Midlothian about an hour ago. Decided to see if cloud was indeed closed, something was on the window, lights off, but could not get a good look driving by. Stopped in at Marshals to look around because I swear one of the vehicles parked nearby was a little to suspicious looking. After my run in at Ollies a few months back I don't want my license run for even being close by.

After the concern at healing and still a sore back / shoulder I found myself close to Oasis with a bit more time. So I saw Healing had a 30 min 4 Hand special and decided to try it for lunch.
That place was empty so I got a bit of a scared. Checking around to see if uncle was hiding but found nothing.

I travel for work and found myself in cranberry New Jersey yesterday. Had some time to kill, did a little research and found this place that was definitely unique. My issue with Oceans is the walls that don't go to ceiling and curtains on doors. The time I was there I heard guy in next room complaining how tired he was from hiking and a woman who came in complaining about her injuries after falling. You can pretty much hear what's going on in the next room, not very Private. I go there from time to time when I want good massage and standard finish, nothing special out of the ordinary. MT's have great personalities but are usually older and maybe have average attractive appeal. This past summer I was in there for a 60-minute session, maybe 15 minutes into my massage I could hear someone in the next room getting hot stoned, then hot towel. I'm zoning out then all of a sudden, I hear what certainly sounded like woman having a very vocal "O", then shhhhh and some giggling. When their massage ended, I heard a woman's voice thanking the MT for the massage. So, when my MT went out to get the hot stones she said something to the other MT and they both started laughing. I read a newspaper article about the regulations that Chesterfield is asking the police to begin implementing. First off these are all new regulations that the board adopted in September. The regulations as written are intended to bring some management of the growth in number of parlors opening and prevent sex and minor trafficking. Essentially what the number of bills are requiring is:
1) Some structural and access standards.
2) The licensing of the parlors.
3) The registration and permitting of the providers and management.
At this time LEO is to go to the various facilities and explain the changes and assist in getting all of the paperwork initially established. There is no indication that they are to investigate and bawdy Illicit behavior.
There is good and bad to this.
Good:
It will make the managers and owners more inclined to keep their providers happy and employed thus reducing the turnover rates.
Better treatment of providers by both the management and clients.
Bad:
Parlor rates will be going up sot providers can get a larger share.
The expectations in tip could increase.
It will give LEO reason to drop in and check paperwork with out probable cause and to look for potential probable cause for later visits.
A reduction in the number of parlors operating within the county.
These are just a few thoughts off the top of my head. But it does clarify what the news reporting and being posted here with regards to LEO's increase activities.

Stopped by Kelly last week, hadn't been there in a while; it appeared they are short staffed with only one MT working? MT took me to a room and was told to wait about 10 minutes while she finished up with another customer. The 10-minute wait turned into 15/20 minutes. As always sorry for the long pauses between posting. Been a while since I was able to drive up from Southern VA, and I have been having computer problems as well.
I came up this past weekend to make a delivery to Hanover and decided to stop at the the massage place in Ashland which proved to be an error in judgement for not reading this website first. As I walked in the older lady immediately treated me poorly and assumed I was just there to get my rocks off. The massage was short, horrible and reminded me of boot camp. I was in the area last week so I stopped by Polo. There were three girls to choose from although I was led in the room by one in particular. The massage was good, as it always is here, although the flip was even better as it seems I had multiple options to select from. I've been to and shared many experiences about the RVA and area MPs and they all suck compared to NJ man worlds difference and prices are the same too unless you want something special EI golden shower, salad tossed or RawDog. The girls look better to and seem to want to please.
