I believe that it simply a resource to see how many ads and where those ads have been posted with connected phone numbers. Actually if they are listed and have many ads in many cities with diff #s, chances are they are fake, if they are only listed in 1 city or close by with same digits over long period, good chance they are legit. Really is handy when you can't find reviews on them. I do not know how they end up on the list, have seen a few girls that were legit but not on the index.
