There is a safegaurd one can take to prevent this, although it is unconventional.
(1) Obtain LARGE denomination bills for the fee. In Mason37's case, a pair of $100 bills.
(2) Cut the bills in half. In Mason37's case, he would have two left-halves and two right-halves. (Note: This may sound silly, but the reason for doing this is straightforward. Banks will accept bills that have been cut in half and can provide you with a whole bill in exchange. Actually, any bank can legally accept an incomplete bill, as long as you have the serial number. Banks occasionally see this, for a variety of reasons. One simple excuse is that your 5-year old cut daddy's dollars in half. Use your imagination and you'll be able to come up with a pletora of reasons as to how this might happen.)
(3) When you arrive at the provider's incall location, give her one set of the halves (either the left or the right side). Show her the matching set, tell her that she will receive it at the end of your session, and explain to her that this is for your protection b/c you've been ripped-off in the past. Also explain to her that banks will accept taped bills. Tell her that a half-set of bills does you no good, so there's no reason for you to keep your half when the session is done. (DO NOT tell her that banks will accept partial bills, otherwise you will lose your leverage.)
(4) At the conclusion of the session, give her the other set of halves.
If she balks at this approach, or insists on getting both halves up-front, that's your cue to bail out. Chances are, if she's a ROB, she won't take the half-set you offer her. But even if she does, and then tries to hold it as leverage against you, you can still bail out and redeem your set of halves at your local bank. Chances are, she won't want to see you walk if she thinks that she'll be stuck with a set of useless halves.
Granted, it's an unconventional approach, but it will offer you protection against this sort of "provider."

If you are talking strictly about hour rates, you can find good providers for 200 or under but don't expect a model.

A couple years ago I had the same problems with TER and ripoff reviews. It was so hard getting them to post the reviews WTF they always had some different reason why my review was not been excepted. I've actually since those issues stop using TER review website for the past year. One time they posted my review after a lot of back and forth bickering then came back to me and said the provider in question did not agree with my review and removed it. I guess not she got paid for a ripoff or shity service did they really expect her to agree? That being said I no longer subscribe or post reviews, I only use the site for reference.
CL is just simply a joke to deal with. If somebody does not like what you post they can flag you and have it removed. They charge for the post but don't refund you for the flag.
IMHO for me the best thing is first do alot of research to keep from getting ripoffs/bad service. Then definitely post ripoffs/bad service here for others to see.

You know the official name of the business and its address. Send a postcard, perhaps even one of the pre-embossed postcards the USPS sells. On the postcard, just print or type the following message:
"I am a long-time customer. Unfortunately, I must take my business to another place. 'One hour' means 60 minutes, not 45 minutes. "Believe me, the MMS will understand that message. And, if she doesn't, she will get someone who can help her understand it, especially if she receives enough postcards like that. (Incidentally, never use handwriting, for the obvious reasons.)

A couple years ago I had the same problems with TER and ripoff reviews. It was so hard getting them to post the reviews WTF they always had some different reason why my review was not been excepted. I've actually since those issues stop using TER review website for the past year. According to several ladies I know from TER in CA unless you have 'intimate' relationship with one of the controllers of TER you can not get a rating above a certain level. I have posted a number of reviews there and discovered that an AAMP has no value there (so I do not post them any more) even though there is not much difference between a girl who goes between different apartments and one advertised as part of an agency. I wouldn't say it happens often, but they do it for safety reasons, to save money and other practical reasons. Providers usually travel with a friend, lover, babysitter, another provider, or "pimp" They usually get two rooms--one for the action and one for the non-action. The non-action room serves many purposes. The providers usually sleep in the non-action room, while the action rooms are reserved for all screwing. Also remember that many of these women travel cross-country, with their family not knowing where they are or what they're doing. So having the friend around to keep tabs on her is another security measure. Some providers will falsely tell you to come to one room, while using the other room to sneak a peek at you. If you seem legit then they'll reroute you.
Just like a pimp, a good operation will not allow you to see the other provider if the girls are sharing rooms. What if you end up preferring the other girl? When you get to your ho appt, if you call and she asks you to wait a few minutes, they're finding a place for the roommate provider to go.

Just got back from a scheduled appointment at TCCC, Lincoln Circle. When I arrived, I tried for 20 minutes to reach the operator with no answer. Finally decided to try and enter the secure building on my own and make my way to the apartment to ring the bell. Front security door was opened, so I made my way in. Just got back from a scheduled appointment at TCCC, Lincoln Circle. When I arrived, I tried for 20 minutes to reach the operator with no answer. Finally decided to try and enter the secure building on my own and make my way to the apartment to ring the bell. Front security door was opened, so I made my way in. When I reached the 3rd floor and the apartment, I could see that the door had been broken in and I could hear loud male voices questioning an Asian girl, who was undoubtedly crying. Naturally, I kept right on moving and no doubt it was FFX county inside.
I don't know if the Arlington CC had problems or not, but I know TCCC and the place in Arlington are run by the same person. I'd be safe and stay clear of Arlington for now. Better yet, maybe for good.I could not believe this report at first, because this fellow monger's luck just seem too good to be true. I mean, he walks in the building, and he actually hears the provider being question by police, and he gets away without causing any suspicion? It just seemed like something out of a movie.
But just to make sure I just visited both the TCCC, and ACCC websites, and THEY ARE BOTH DOWN! So their operation may have really been busted by LE. This is terrible news and it's really making me a little paranoid.
