Clue me in.My experience is the opposite of yours in that most of my experience is with agencies and I'm a novice when it comes to crapshoots. What happened to you happens to me all the time when it comes to parking. Half the time the code the agencies gives doesn't work and / or visitor parking is hard to come by. I don't know how the set up is at BAL, but at other agencies, when I see another car behind me, I just move and circle behind them and follow them right in. Though a lot of times, I am very lucky and I literally get there as the gate is either still open or as a car is just entering, so I just drive in. Clue me in.Independent references may actually be better for you if they're more likely to respond to the agency doing the screening. Respectfully, I feel like you were too paranoid. You could've just told the agency that you had parked in the correct spot and proceeded from there. I've parked in unmarked / non-visitor spots countless times without incident. I think I may have been a bit harsh on critiquing the booker. I had no communication issues with the booker, who was generally very responsive and clear in her texts.
