Sent a text at 10 am asking for a 12:30 appt and got the confirmation almost instantly. When I showed up there were two women working and the shorter, older woman asked me if I wanted four hands, I declined and she led me to the room. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but I'd say she's easily in her 40's, if not early 50's. Not skin and bones and not fat, so no complaints from me. Paid. 6 for the full hour and got started. Before the message she sprayed some sort of sanitizer all over her hands and forearms as well as mine. Masks were worn at all times.
The massage was excellent. I'd say it's easily on par with the majority of the much more expensive massages at fancier spas. She regularly asked how things were feeling but I had no complaints. She even climbed up on the table to get leverage on my back and put her whole body into it. On the flip there were no negotiations, no asking what I wanted, beyond motioning if everything was good, which of course it was. She applied some pressure around my belly button which I've since learned is a "pressure point" of sorts that makes junior extra excited. Hopefully I took the bullet now for someone to better deal with it in the future. So while I write this closing with a heavy heart. And even heavier balls, I feel that I might not go back to this location. Definitely a shame since this was my go to spot pre C19. I get it times are tough, but when you demand crazy prices on top of being unpleasant and rude. That's a no go from me.

That door was like the door to the wardrobe leading to Narnia, although this place wasn't near as magical. The front door opens to a staircase. I ascend and I'm greeted at the top by two things.
The first thing I'm greeted by is the potent smell of recently cooked Chinese food. The second is a woman in her mid to late 50's who looks like the comic book version of the Joker. This lady was thin, gangling, had messy, stringy hair that was half pinned up and had a big Joker smile. She tells me that I can only have a hhr and leads me to the room. I pray she is mama. The room looked like the set of every crime scene from every "a hooker was strangled to death in this room by her panties" movie ever made. I have had good experience with Luna and found her well worth the price of admission. I'm terrible on ages, but thought she looked like a well preserved 50 or so. I followed this arrow that lead me to the backside of the building where I spotted a white car with another sign that said massage and yet another arrow pointing its way to the door. With time to kill and a yearning for adventure and experimentation I made way like a horny Alice in wonderland and followed this rabbit hole to a door with a plaque that read Anna health essential oil massage or some shit and open a door that lead down to the basement. The place looked like I opened a portal into China town because the Animals of the Chinese zodiac were imprinted on each stair as I'm lead into the massage venue hidden deep within the basement of this building. The loadout is what you might find at a Chinese rub and tug trying way too hard, with tables separated merely by curtains and decorations of Chinese lanterns just strung ubiquitously throughout. Mamasan was sitting at the desk and with a sign that read $49/ hr I couldn't refuse. I paid the lady who also turned out to be my masseuse and made my way into the room to undress.
There's no tug here. Surprisingly despite the tackiness expected of a jackshack. This place is legit. The massage was ok. It's definitely worth the 50 for the hour but I was surprised to discover truthfully I've had better at my AMPs. I seldom get legit massages so the experience was nice in that it allowed me to appreciate that some of these ladies in that AMP business can really compete with the actual CMTs. Would I return? Probably not. But I did find it educational and a bit humorous. The place you'd think of as a typical happy ending parlor is legit where as if you take a trek to a place as immaculate as spa sung, you'd go in and expect a legit massage with no extras. I've been working from home while this quarantine has been going on. Due to the nature of my job though, I am required to travel to various offices around the area and this was the case this past week. I found myself close to the Maple Avenue area of Vienna also. There was a Chinese spot that I went to a few months ago that was really good. I got a great massage and a nice tugger there. Unfortunately they weren't answering the phone yesterday. A quick check of RM and no other real in depth research shows me that another establishment is very close. That establishment is I Spa.
I walk through the front door of the place and I am welcomed by the clang of what sounds like $593 worth of wind chimes hanging from the door knob. In hindsight I now know that the sound of those chimes were my audible cue that I was being whisked away to another realm. That door was like the door to the wardrobe leading to Narnia, although this place wasn't near as magical. The front door opens to a staircase. I ascend and I'm greeted at the top by two things.

Read in these pages that Angel spa in McLean was legit and I was looking for a good one. Stopped in and Michelle met in the lobby with no mask on. I got to chance to TOFFT and visited spa fruit.
I was greeted by a young man (red flag no1) who ushered me into the room for my massage package (red flag 2). They do an array of different things in addition to the basic FB massage and when I asked if they had a table shower I was given this deluxe vichy shower. So it's a 30 min massage followed by a 30 min vichy shower. The whole place smelled of legit. Massage tables, sauna, and three shower rooms. It's a pretty big place. So I'm finally am greeted by lily. She's a 40-50's Vietnamese woman. Very small very thin. Couldn't tell if you if she was good looking. She was covered head to toe and wearing a face mask, gloves, and face shield. A staple warrior ready to take on Covid19. (Red flag no 3). So she begins the massage portion first. Which I questioned her on, "shouldn't we do table shower first?" "No. Massage first" (red flag no 4) I place my clothes into a nice bag and am directed to bring it with me when we enter the other room for the TS post massage.
The massage was pretty nice. I tried to break the ice by finding out more about Lilly. She says she's a single mother with 2 sons who help her with managing the day to day spa, which explained the young man working the reception. She doesn't own the place she told me it's a side business of a gov worker (red flag no 4).
It was a good massage and she is a pleasant lady. No flip. Covered all the time. Once it was done she ushered me to the shower, where she kept Johnny covered and when I asked if she would scrub him as well she told me politely and professionally that while she won't touch I'm more than welcome to soap and do myself.(Flag de Rojo) This Vichy shower is fully decked out like high end spas with tons of shower heads placed above a table in a line, it was a pretty nice experience. Just, legit. Once that was done so was my hour. At least I wasn't shorted. I said welp that's all huh? She told me many clients opt to a 30 min massage after and since I was thinking with little brain I thought that might be the secret password to get what I came for.
So my journey continues to a third professional looking room with candles and another comfortable massage table. The tables here aren't just two stacks of ply wood covered with bedsheets. They're contoured and automated. (Red flag no. Where was I? 6? Yeah let's say 6) here she told me to lie face up (and that was the only shining hope of something more) so I complied face up, but completely covered (well, shit.) stretching of the arms and legs, some face massage. Honestly, I can't even be that angry. Lilly gives a damn good massage. But, after 30 more minutes, I left with heavy testicles and light wallet. There's nothing here, at least not for me.
The 90 min excursion cost me $$.16 schmeckles. Would I be stupid again and repeat? Sure, maybe not for the whole spa package
BS but I did walk away feeling more limber.
Analysis time: Maybe I lead you all astray. Maybe there is a banana spa somewhere in falls church and I fucked up. Maybe I played all my cards wrong. Maybe I was supposed to say some secret phrase and failed some extensive LEO test. Whatever the case there is something clear. Maybe I saw someone different than Coolie, the place is certainly big enough to hold more than one staff. I’d love to dissect my experience with Coolie for sure. But one thing is certain. Give yourself 12 weeks and you can transform the hell out of your body. Weigh yourself naked once a week on the same day first thing in the morning to track your progress.
Lifting.
- follow a structured lifting program. This is a good one.

Diet.
- keep it simple. Fuck counting calories. Have meals where the protein source is the size of your fist and the carb source is a heaping cup.
- eat 5 small meals a day and have a whey protein shake.
- buck the trend of using rice as your main carb source and use potatoes. I make mashed potatoes for the week and have diced potatoes and hash browns from the frozen food section.
- Butterball original seasoned frozen turkey burger patties are a great protein to buy. They're so delicious I eat them twice a day. Plus if you spray them down generously with Pam and bake them in the oven, they produce a good juiciness you can pour over your carb.
- if you stop losing weight, go to a level cup of carbs. If it happens again, reduce your carbs by a quarter cup. You shouldn't drop below half a cup of carbs before the 12 weeks runs out.
- drink a gallon of water a day.
The diet is the most important. When I'm cutting, my diet will look a little something like:
Meal 1 - 2 packets of Quaker Banana Nut Oatmeal and a Premier Protein Shake.
Meal 2 - 1 cup Frozen Hash Browns, 1 cup egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3 turkey sausage links (I'll drizzle a little sugar free syrup and hot sauce on for flavor).
Meal 3 - 1 Turkey burger and 1 cup of mashed potatoes.
Meal 4 - 1 chicken breast, 1 cup of potatoes, and a salad for some green shit. I put Italian dressing on the salad and G Hughes BBQ sauce (life changer) on the chicken.
Meal 5 - Turkey burger, 1 cup of mashed potatoes and a little bit of canned kernel corn.
Meal 6 - 2 scoops of whey protein mixed in ice cold water.
Do that over 12 weeks and your self confidence will skyrocket, which is the most important thing. As a nice byproduct, chicks will thirst and many of these providers will want to screw your brains out before you even reach into your wallet.

I'm just trying to keep it easy. If you make those meals and eat them every 2-3 hours throughout the day, you'll have your metabolism firing and your appetite will be managed. Right now I ROUGHLY eat at 8, 10, noon, 2, 4, I'll workout at like 6, and have my shake afterwards. You also could even add a fruit at the end of the day. I'm not doing one now, but I'd sometimes add two of the small Fruit Snacks packets after my evening shake or two cups of diced pineapples. Both are less than 200 calories and are around 40 carbs. It also sounds like a lot of food, but it really isn't.

Coming back to report as promised. I finally decided to see Jenna after waffling back and forth. Setting up a hhr was easy, very light screening, and our schedules worked out so that I could see her same day. A few hours later I was directed to a decent part of Arlington. Now that NoVA is in Phase2, I was able to get an appointment at Bamboo Therapy.

Also if you like to have the Thai stretching done on the floor mat rather than table, that was the customary style there, which I like. Many of the girls were not prudes about draping, but it's a legit place so I would not expect any extras, just massage. The decor is nice but there is no shower unless that was added recently. - Dark & seedy doesn't equal a good time.
2. It depends on how often / how many times overall you go.
3. It depends on the provider and it goes further (sometimes) if you build some trust with the provider.
4. Don't walk in somewhere and ask for full service. There are select places you can find it, but almost never on your first time. When I was in Cali, you could walk into a place, and as long as you said something like "my friend told me I could have FS", it would usually happen on your first time. Not here though.
- The "NoVA Standard" is usually a HJ for $40-$60, and sometimes you get to roam, but not always.
- Bring your own hat, just in case. Any place that will do FS, won't have any. Less chances for them being busted, and makes them look more legit.
5. Get an account on Rubmaps (. Ch). That will help in your quest.
- The providers know we review on there, but ask that you keep it a secret if you get more than a HJ.
- That part is totally up to you. Review. Or don't. But don't ask a lot of questions in the RM forum and expect answers if you've never offered any reviews (in NoVA or anywhere else).
Bottom line. If you want FS, you'll have to work for it. It's rare in NoVA, but it does happen. There's some places in Maryland, but as others have mentioned here, you have to drive to get to them. If you have the time, go for it. Otherwise, do your homework in NoVA.

Dreamed of my go to AMP at 8303 Arlington, located on the second floor of the medical office building. Parking is easy.
