Ok. SO I'm cruising Pac Ave, since I can never find anything on PAC HWY because I don't know where to look, and I see a cute WSW with long brown hair, to the base of her back, strolling. I've seen her before and decided it might be worth a discreet stop. I pull into the Mexican Resturaunt near the quick mart. I sit for a few mintues and decided another monger must have picked her up so I was going to leave. As I am backing out of my space she walks intot he drive, about 50 feet from me and screams, "ARE YOU WAITING FOR ME? " at the top of her lungs from the sidewalk. Now that there was a big red bullseye on me I politey drove by shaking my head and saying, "Not anymore. "

Over the last two days I spotted a few girls that seemed "too good to be true" giving the look. One in particular, blonde, late 20's, big chest, nose stud and good looking, walked up while I was parked at a gas station smoking a cigarette and watching the circus going on on Pac Ave. She made her way up the street, into the parkig lot, snagged a look at my tag (which instantly made me nervous) then came up to me and started making small talk. I paid her very little mind but did notice a very white very straight set of teeth. There was also a silver Nissan Maxima following within a block of her, moving from parking lot to parking lot but always about a half a block behind her) that I noticed when I passed her one the way up and back on the loop. Large black guy inside always on the cell phone. To top it off when I looked down the street there was LE parked in a discreet location and didn't hassle her as she passed. Too many red flags.

If you driven Pacific Ave then you must have seen her, I mean she's got legs like you usually only see on LA's sunset blvd. She's russian or definately EE with a not too bad slavic accent. Wow. Pac ave was shut down last night. I was down that way for a family dinner and hit the ave on the way back home. I was amazed at the few LE that were out, but how agressively they where pulling over every SW for questioning.

Dude, just check the stroll out yourself. Sometimes there are SWs galore, sometimes there are few to none. You just have to check things out yourself and report your findings (and contacts, if made) on the board like everyone else.
Wow, there was so much LE out last night. The previous post about LE pulling over all the girls was true that day and last night also.
I saw one car with it's lights off leap frogging its way north with a SW on the east sidewalk going north. I do not think she would have seen him following her a couple blocks back hiding in different parking lots. I left the area and when I came back they had that girl sitting on the front of a car bumper a monger (I assume) pulled over and three or four cars. They are on a rampage.
All in all it was a disappointing weekend.
Someone had mentioned the tall blond with the legs. They thought she was Russian - the only two times I have seen her in the past two weeks she was stopped by LE and having a conversation. The last time was Saturday night and they caught up to her just north of the 7-11.

The last week or so I haven't much.
Tonight about 9:30 I left some friends downtown and drove Tacoma Ave past the courthouse, then out Pacific. I saw one older hag south of the library, and one possible/probable near the drugstore.
In other words, the stroll is dead as its been the last couple years, it was fun while it lasted. Maybe they'll be back in the spring.
I met a BSW near the Taco Bell on STW. She seemed on the young side, but was probably OK. She did the quick check and informed me that she had no raincoats so BBBJ was the only option available. .40 was the price.
She did not have any good spots so I found one. She was hurried and seemed to have a pretty bad attitude over all. She seemed friendly until she got the money, then was more interested in getting on to the next guy.

I met some friends at the Harmon brew pub tonight, they love that $3 hockey puck they call a steak, ok the garlic fries are worth it, and the beer is good.

About 8:30 I'm driving down Tacoma Ave and there's Kerry whom I haven't seen in awhile, but she's at 19th which seems almost odd for her since she lives near the blue mouse theatre, maybe they moved. back to Pacific at 72nd and nothing. Nada, zip. OK it was getting on to 9:30 by now but still. The AM/PM minibrothel was dead, (I used to wonder if mongers wheren't pulling in and parking next to the bathrooms and just waiting.)

The fuzz has been on a bit of a crackdown on the Tacoma Ave stroll. I think the focus is down by city lights and speculate that the developers/owners of the new condos in the area are driving it. They have been showing up down around 19th more and more when the heat is on at the north end.
I picked up Angel on 19th last week. She seemed less high than the last few times I've seen her around so I went for it. Got one of her fabulous bj's. That girl is good.
As a side note, she gets a big thumbs up from me for discretion when I ran into her at 7-11 the next day when my wife just "had" to have a slurpee. She gave a wink and smile after checking that I was the only one who was going to see it. Pretty smooth.

The northend of Tacoma blvd has had years of protests, even marches with residents carrying signs.
But the conversion of those section 8 apartments around 4th into condos has sped things up.

Long time no post!
I've been out of town for 7 months or so, just got back in last week. I have been watching the Tacoma posts, or lack of, during my time away. It sure has dwindled from years past.
On to the good stuff. I was down in Centralia to see a customer and decided to stop at the Liquor Store to stock up. When I pulled in there was a gal in her early 30's maybe, I'm horrible at ages, at the corner of the building by the sidewalk. She was dressed kind of skanky but in that town a lot of women are. I went on in, got a bottle and started out to my car. As I passed here she asked if I would give her a ride to a local tavern down the street about five blocks. I got a wierd feeling about her just watching her body language, must be 'hodar'. I said hop in and away we went.
We hadn't gone 60 feet when she asked if I was single, I said no, and she said "Good, I love married men." I asked her why and she said they always go home to the wife. At that moment I knew the 'hodar' was correct.
Needless to say we had a carefully worded 'check' and headed for a secluded spot i recalled (I spent many years in the area as a kid) and away we went. She is an absolute wild person, real wet, slurping and gulping away like crazy. She slurped and swallowed the whole load like a champ. Said she loves it.
When we were done she asked for my digits because she didn't have a cell phone. I declined, didn't want that phone call at home in the middle of the night. Anyway she goes by the name of Chaos (spelling?) and is up from California. I can't imagine she will last long in Centralia, probably head up north shortly. Maybe she will stay around for a while. Would be a short drive for me.

I cruised through the downtown spots tonight about 10:30. A couple of freaky junkies by city lights but nothing else around the rest of Tacoma Ave.
On my way out i was heading up 6th and the hodar went off at the bus stop on MLK. Gave a nice BSW named Tasha a ride. She's in her 30's cute enough. Skinny with a hoodie and jeans on. Not a tweaker and really nice. Got a very good rolling bbj while giving her a lift to her place for 30.

Crackdown on Pacific Avenue
Extra police patrols, community activism make a dent in prostitution

Six weeks ago, it was hard to miss the prostitution along the southern corridor of Pacific Avenue in Tacoma. Women in spiked heels and low-cut blouses methodically paced the sidewalks. They blatantly tried to lure customers, even approaching men about to enter stores. Business owners repeatedly shooed the women away, but were left with parking lots full of used needles and condoms.
Now, the prostitutes are harder to spot – thanks to a stepped-up police presence and a no-tolerance attitude from the community.
“Lately, it’s gotten a lot better,” said Anna Stanton, a Pacific Avenue business owner who has had several run-ins with prostitutes, including one fistfight. “Hopefully, it stays better.”
A slice of the problem has crept into surrounding streets, however. Officers are now paying special attention to those streets while concerned residents are putting up Safe Streets signs and learning how to watch for and report criminal activity.
“The things from Pacific are coming down into our area,” said Suzette Ny-seth, co-leader of the newly formed Fern Hill Alliance Safe Streets group, centered on the west side of Pacific. “We are trying to work on it.”
The Police Department is relying on $100,000 in federal grant money to pay for overtime patrols along the highly traveled, mostly commercial strip. The use of patrol officers in their navy blue uniforms, driving police cruisers, is a nontraditional way for the department to tackle the problem.
Lt. Kathy McAlpine combined the uniformed patrols with more conventional approaches – including undercover operations and sentencing options for prostitutes and their clients – in a plan rolled out last month.
“It was really bad, so we just decided we needed to do something about it,” said McAlpine, who supervises police response on the East Side and in the South End.
Prostitution along Pacific Avenue had been building for several months but seemed to explode over the summer. And with the activity came drug dealing, vandalism and littering.
“It was 24 hours a day. Very blatant,” McAlpine said. “You could see the area eroding.”
Police said many of the newer women working the area were from out of town, including Snohomish County, Canada, California and Las Vegas.
They had heard “Tacoma is the place to be,” McAlpine said. Some claimed they were working to pay for college.
“The rumor is Tacoma is safer on the streets and Tacoma is paying more money,” said officer Don Williams, who’s helped patrol the area.
Community members repeatedly called 911 to complain. For police, the calls were a lower priority, and patrol officers often couldn’t get to the area in time to make arrests.
“The community was just up in arms, and they were calling in and getting little to no response from us,” McAlpine said. “We didn’t have the luxury of just staying and waiting.”
Undercover officers from Tacoma and Pierce County repeatedly teamed up for stings, focusing on hookers and their clients. Other officers worked to shut down three drug houses.
At the same time, neighbors marched along Pacific Avenue, hoisting signs aimed at the prostitutes and drug activity. Business owners put up signs.
At Gloria’s Bar & Grill, the owner increased the number of surveillance cameras monitoring the property and put a warning on the sandwich board out front.
“Smile johns you’re on camera,” it reads.
“The johns would drive by and they’d get picked up out back and on the side,” said Jackie Patrick, a 15-year employee at Gloria’s. “We wanted to embarrass the people that were picking up the hookers.”
But the prostitution didn’t go away.
For the Police Department, the breaking point came when at least one business owner was assaulted after trying to get several prostitutes to leave.
Anna Stanton came to work at City Blueprint, which specializes in large-format printing, about 9 a.m. one day. An employee told her a minivan was parked on the side of the building and that two men were inside.
With her 4-year-old daughter nearby, Stanton popped outside and told the men to move along. They claimed they were out of gas, Stanton said.
“They were sitting there since 7 a.m. and there’s an AM/PM down the street,” she recalled.
Suddenly, the minivan started up. “You ran out of gas?” Stanton yelled.
Then a woman, who had earlier gotten out of another vehicle down the street, got out of the van.
“She just jumped out of the van and onto my property and tried to assault me,” Stanton said.
The two women clashed briefly before the attacker left.
“I am just trying to run a business,” said Stanton, who believes she’s lost customers because of the prostitution. She’s put up Safe Streets signs only to see them tagged with graffiti.
“People didn’t like to come here,” Stanton said. “It was bad.”
‘NOT A ONE-NIGHT PRESENCE’
McAlpine was given the job of coming up with a comprehensive plan to address the problem.
With the $100,000, 18-month grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, she decided to put the uniformed patrols along the Pacific Avenue corridor. McAlpine asked for volunteers interested in working overtime. These officers would receive extra training and access to a new computer database that helps officers track suspected prostitutes.
Thirty officers and sergeants showed interest in the overtime missions.
“As a patrol officer, you are running from call to call,” said Williams, who volunteered for some of the overtime shifts. “It’s hard to give it the attention it takes.”
An undercover police sting kicked off the new enforcement plan. Officers arrested 31 suspected prostitutes and johns Aug. 21, McAlpine said.
Two days later, the uniformed patrols started.
Between Aug. 23 and Tuesday, the patrol officers spent 300 hours driving up and down Pacific Avenue, from South 72nd to South 96th streets. They contacted 195 known or suspected prostitutes and issued them warnings to stay out of the area.
Of the women contacted, 62 have been arrested, including 15 on suspicion of loitering for the purposes of prostitution, 14 for violating a court order prohibiting them from being in a high-prostitution or high-drug area, seven on existing warrants, four on felony charges, eight for having drug paraphernalia and three for drug possession.
“They have seen by our constant presence this is not a one-night presence,” McAlpine said.
EFFORT WORKING
Police officers and business owners have reported a decrease in the prostitution along Pacific Avenue.
“We have gone from having 10 to 15 to having trouble finding one or two in a three- to four-hour period,” Williams said. “There’s been a definite change.”
Pierce County sheriff’s and Lakewood Police officials haven’t reportedly seeing a sizeable increase in their prostitution problem because of Tacoma’s enforcement efforts.
“I am guessing we’ll probably be seeing more activity south of the city line,” said sheriff’s Lt. Larry Minturn, who supervises the department’s special investigations unit.
Given the early success of Tacoma’s patrols, the length of the uniformed patrols has been scaled back from up to 11 hours a day to three- and four-hour blocks. The department has gone from two-officer patrols to one-officer shifts in hopes of stretching out the grant money.
Business owners have noticed the increased police attention.
“We’ve been seeing a lot of police activity,” Stanton said. “They have been pretty much out in full force. You’ll see a prostitute walking down the street and a patrol car will stop her.”
Community members also realize, however, that the grant money will eventually run out and the uniformed patrols could go away.
That’s why neighbors in the Larchmont area are learning how to conduct resident patrols, business owners along Pacific Avenue are meeting with Safe Streets, and residents in the Fern Hill area are organizing themselves.
“The businesses and the citizens have to get involved,” said Marion Bass, co-block leader for the Larchmont Safe Streets group. “We have to keep this going.”
City Councilwoman Connie Ladenburg says she’d like to look at long-term solutions to prostitution so the city has a “no tolerance” approach to the crime, though she realizes it’s a problem that might never go away.
“It gets bumped around,” she said. “It’s frustrating.”

• Seeking SOAP (Stay Out of Areas of Prostitution) court orders prohibiting convicted prostitutes from being in the area. Pacific Avenue has been designated as a high prostitution area.
• Giving men arrested on suspicion of picking up a prostitute the option of going to a so-called john school. The diversion program is for first-time offenders. They attend a daylong class and pay a fee. If the man has no additional prostitution offenses for a year, the charge is removed from his record. Officials have said none of the participants has been rearrested so far.
• Providing information to prostitutes about the Promise Program. It helps them get off the streets and provides them with job training.
• Sending “Dear John” letters to registered owners of cars that have been identified as being driven by someone patronizing prostitutes.
• Putting up signs along Pacific Avenue stating it’s a Stay Out of the Area of Prostitution zone.
• Working with neighbors and business owners on crime prevention strategies.

Sat night did all the strolls and lost count of the number of men in blue I saw collecting their overtime pay. Damn, they were everywhere. Actually she was on S Tac Wy.near 7-11. My bad. It has been a rarity I think to get a pickup there lately. I always cruise because of past luck but not much in the last year or so.

Saw natasha walking down by 19th. Now I know why she never makes eye contact (thanks seaweed). Was going to make a move but one of Tacoma's finest appeared at the light heading up the hill.
I was really looking for honey. She has been on my list for a while but I never can find her or get her when I do see her.

*I saw 4 women and they had that zombie drug drive look that means keep on driving. Enigma in the Seattle board call it the "no way are you getting good service from me, I'm going to rob you" stare. I wish I would have known that when I started.
Saturday and Sunday mornings on Tacoma Ave are always bizarre. Ugly Nose was out.
I went down the hill to check out the Bay Street stroll. I saw New York ( that is what they call her ) at the Trolley stop at 25th and A. I had not heard good things about her, I watched her fight another woman up on Tacoma Ave, so I went on down to the AM/PM. Nothing on the Bay stroll. I went back and picked up New York. She is the smallest woman out there, black hair and is cute when she is cleaned up. She is 4 foot something, if you don't get a good look at her you will think she is a child. She was nice, good sense about her, no whine and did a great job. Be careful about what girls say about the other girls.

TPD has been in crack down mode at the north end of the Tacoma Ave stroll. Last night there were 2 cruisers and the van doing a clean sweep from 9th to the store and St Helens to the park. Anyone walking around was getting questioned.
Makes me wish I collected digits. I guess I'll save up for a while until it cools off a bit.
I've been staying in tacoma off and on for almost 2 years now. The areas where I use to see alot of action are almost totaly dead now. The arco on puyallup ave to pac hwy, 95% dead , maybe see a fugly once in a while. Upper Pac hwy is very slow and dead most of the time compared to how it used to be. The quality of females is down alot too.
I checked out tacoma st,mlk a few times and found nothing or saw a fugly. People call this area the hilltop area? WHat are the best times now to get action?

After all the cleaning up they have done on Pac Ave, its been difficult to find any action. I go down Pac Ave from 72nd st towards Graham and I didn't have a prob pickin up a girl for a quick one on my way home from work. Now I'm headin home with no sence of accomplishment. Over the last couple of days I have traveled STW and Pacific, and I have not seen a possible provider worth even slowing down to take a better look at. There have been a few older, or "fuggly" (and mostly Older and Fuggly!) probbable providers out. Nor have I seen them getting picked up. Frustrating for provider and monger alike!
Daylight hours have been especially bleak, sad considering the decent weather.
SOAP or a court order to Stay Out of Areas of Prostitution means that once a gal is busted and soaped they can be arrested on sight. Previously a tacoma order was not enforced in the county or lakewood but now they are trying to make sure an order gets covered through the whole county.

Now remember a couple months back I posted that I saw at least two gals on McKinley that I was pretty sure were strolling. And this was on McKinley between 56th and 72nd. Well, this is an area that the LE is actively concerned about so there must be something going on.
To be fair, the action was really dead on So Tac and Pac Ave for a couple years and only in the last year (AFAIK, come to think of it, I never cruised Pac Hwy till this year) that the stroll got active. And usually they were much more active during the summer, the sighting of a fresh pretty SW was a better harbinger of spring than spotting a robin. They seem to be a summer crop to savored while they blossom.
I think there are a couple 'crews' where a pimp or two camps out in a motel and runs a couple gals and they stay a couple days to a couple weeks till the LE gets on their tail. They head south for the winter pausing at the usual strolls, after all, its hard to look sexy in a down jacket, and come up for the winter cause who wants to pick up a street gal after she's been strolling in the 100' sun.
But yeah, I don't cruise like I used to, only if I'm going from here to there and then I'll go a couple miles out of my way to take the scenic route. Man I used to do the drive once a day, circle around a couple times, nodding to the regulars. Window shopping. Pickings were such that you could drive around to see who or what was available, then decide who got your joint for $20. Those were the days when the average age was 18. but even then, the fresh ones were gone in seconds. One of my favs told me that when she first hit the street she never got to the stroll, she'd park her car and would get a ride before she got within a block of it.

today's News Tribune had a front page article about the effect of the crack down on homeless encampments. They pointed out how a bunch of them have moved just outside of the Tacoma city limites, and that pretty much explains why that area in the middle of nowhere. We're talking totally trashed out methheads who live in a tent and toss their filth in messy piles like rats leaving turds in your kitchen cabinettes. usually these tweakers are so far off my radar I wouldn't see them.
speaking of which, tonight I was downtown to the Swiss for the blue monday band. and taking a cruise around the neighborhood there seemed like a lot of activity, the reason Angel (whom I didn't see) might be working higher up the street is that there seems to be a lot of dealers hanging around the lower end. But I did see a good half dozen or more. One even seemed good enough to come back around for but was gone. Brown hair with a puffy white jacket and a seahawks sweatshirt under it.
One thing I've noticed is a couple groups guys, 2 or 3 with a woman or two with them, walking behind, a couple of them gave me the nod or look. but I don't feel comfortable pulling over next to a whole posse. Oh, all this was fairly late, almost 11.
didn't see a dang thing coming home via Pacific, nor a quick jog over to McKinley.

On Wednesday night I thought I saw her downtown by the Jack in the Box on Pacific. I could not stop as I had a friend in the car, but she and I exhanged looks like "Gee I am sure I know you from somewhere." Note that she is a little more filled out in the face than I remembered her.
The earlier today I was driving north on Pacific by the Fred Meyer and I saw her again. Well having time to investigate I went around the block and waited fro her to come up. Sure enough it was her. She hopped in and we headed away from the area for the same old quality/value service.
She's been back in the greater area since June, but not out seeking assistance until just recently. For those who remember where she was at in Federal Way this past winter, that is where she is staying these days. I did not get the room number because I was just happy to have had one last chance encounter.
She knows all about the recent crackdown on Pacific and is not sure where she will end up, but I thought many of you would like to know that she is back, which puts a little spark (for some of us) in our day.

I have been laying low lately.

I don't think it needs to said but someone should so I will, that these places have lots of camera's and their own very well trained security departments that work very close with tribal police and local PD's.

It has been dead on STW for a long time. Occasionally you might bump into someone interesting but it is not the heyday of 10 years ago (or even 5 years ago). Most the action moved to Pacific a long time ago and that is pretty much dead now days too. I have traveled through the area several times - not spent any extended time but drove through and really have not seen anything for a while. I do not think there is much action on Hosmer these days either. The only action I have seen anyplace in Tacoma in a while has been Tacoma Ave and that has also been slim.
I remember when that downtown area had action from Pacific Ave all the way to Portland and anytime of day.

I think your right about election year. Expect next year to be even worse. Christmas time is always slow for SW activity. It seems more and more are using Craigs List. Even for car dates.

The Main Tacoma Tracks (Pac Ave between 56th and 96th and The Downtown ones) are both under heavy fire right now.
The Pac Ave one was reported earlier this year and was the result of the community and business owners demanding something being done. The scene just prior to that taking place was getting out of hand if you ask me. Pimps everywhere. Chicks in full ho gear all times of day. Mongers u-turning and stopping on pac ave. When TPD managed to secure federal funds for a clean up it was done deal.
The Downtown one has some community pressure but nothing compared to the pressure the City Council and TPD is getting from the condo developers that cannot sell their overpriced apartments that they have been building all over downtown. TPD has been using SOAP and SODA orders on anyone walking around down there. They stop and question just about every person at night.
As usual this really does nothing to stop prostitution. It just spreads it around. Keep your ho-dar on. Now they are walking down just about every main road in Tacoma.
Random thoughts and sighting on Tacoma ave. Most of which will not have date/time stamps as I don't know.
Natasha- out everyday, I see her from 1pm-4pm.
Sunshine- Haven't seen or heard from her in a couple weeks. Tip: pick her up and just get her to tell you about anyone you see on the stroll, this class is worth time/money.
Angel- Soda order, she is scared enough to obey it. She is never out. The girls on the street call her Raven or Angel/raven.
Muppet Nose- she has been out. Avoid. She is light skinned brown, I don't know if she is black or asian or some mix. She walks funny, some kind of hoody and has a nose that looks like a triangle glued onto a face.
Laura. aka Thumper. She has been out, spent the night with me a couple times. I am wishy-washy on weather she is good on not. I have her number.
Melissa is out there, she calls me all the time. Another source told me she has multiple personalities, what I have seen bears this out. Good news, if you get the right one you are in heaven and the converse is the bad news.
Honey is not on the scene.
Peaches- have not seen her.
Jena- skinny white woman, have number. Ok value.
Amy- Awesome woman. People mistake her for Angel. Older but awesome, level headed, pro, you get a good vibe from her and a great value.

I did a stroll on both. There was one on Hosmer at the 7-11. She was working it pretty hard. It was cold, so I am guessing she would have been a pretty cheap date, but she also had pimpy standing a little closer that I care for so I passed her up.
There were two possibles on Pac, but they looked like they had been ridden pretty hard, so I passed them up.
Nothing in Ponders (no big suprise there). I was running low on gas so I went back to base without a second pass.

Hey all,
Newbie lurker here. Have sampled some of the cuisine on pac. Recently ate out with sweet gal who at the time called herself "lanae. " 5'6ish, said she was hispanic/Filipino/white mix. Said she turns 19 in 3 months. For .3 she stripped down in backseat and let me suck lick kiss everywhere and where it counts til she came. However, her email had spelling mistakes, horrible grammar, and looked like one of those generic XXX spam emails or cl postings. However, I know it is a real person, because it was addressed to me by my street name. Can't figure out why her email name and grammar don't match the real person I met that night.

Took a drive two night in a row around Tacoma ave, Yakima, up 6th (it looked like a busy enough street) and I work on Commerce so I always drive from Military road down Pacific but I've never saw any sw's. So I'm hoping some one can help this newbie out on where to go at what times. Also I've been reading alot on this elusive "Marlo" If its possible for someone who does see her regularly or if she does just set up with calls if I could get her number.

1st) There is no and never have been Decoy Stings on Tacoma Ave. Find Sunshine, she is a fountain of knowledge, hire her as a guide.
2) The police activity is the highest I have ever seen on Tacoma Ave. Street walker activity is down, but by no means out. They don't care about anything South of 11th.
3)Cntryboy is very right in his observation that the day time is booming. I have seen Angel (yeh!), Sunshine, Melissa, Amy, Thumper, Natasha, Ugly Nose, Muppet Nose, Eyes, Brenda( ? on name, old, old hag), the fat chick at in the Bus Stop @ 18th and Tac, the crazy lady, the crazy asian, Peaches is out ( her Big Black Boyfriend is out of prison and out with her, don't sweat it just pick her up), during the day. Of course this is over a couple of weeks I saw them all. The night is the same, just more random.

Monday it was about noon or so on STW. SW black gal, looked about 18. Short, wearing dark puffy jacket with fur on hood. Not super hot looking, but nice and clean and young looking, and petite. Watched her park her black Mercury Sable at 7-11 across from the BooHan Korean grocery store. She got out and did the stroll up and down STW, occassionally going back to her car to warm up or something. 7-11 clerk didn't seem to mind her car parked there even though she wasn't buying anything. She walked right passed me (I was parked), gave me a look, but I passed.
Tues night on Pac Ave close to 38th, saw 1 young redhead SW, dressed in black. About midnight.

Sunday night I spotted a round (but ok face) SW at bus stop in front of steak house across the dollar tree store on Pac Ave. Picked her up. Said her name was "Taz. " She smelled nice. She wants to go to ST Joes. NO, Iam tired going home, get out. She won't. I stop on 34th St. And Pac ave. Bus stop. Won't get out, she gonna call cops. I pull out my cell phone and will do the same.
Well 5 minutes of stopped on a main st is geting me pissed. She makes repeated threats to call cops, I raped her etc. Etc.
5 minutes more pass and I hit the freak out mode and yell with all I have to get the F**** out. It worked, she about jumped out of her skin.

I think she called herself Red..I saw this same lady tonight (Saturday night) on the phone at Market Place in Parkland, on Pac Ave (by the Skating ring). THe security guard at market place was watching her too, as it seems they regard her as a local clepto (shoplifts). I wasn't sure if it was the same lady you were talking about, so I kinda followed her down to the 7-11 accross from Papa Murphies where there was better light. Big red poofy hair. Same height and weight. Gotta be her. Plus she looked a bit crazy, and UGLY as hell. So I skipped that.
Picked up what looked like a petite young gal right next to Paradise bowling alley. When she got in, turns out she has a hag face. When I turned my lights back on to start driving, guess what my highbeams lit up? LE perched silently about 3 cars ahead of me, facing directly towards me, no parking lights on or nothin. Oddly, he didn't light me up or even move. Whew. Lucky me. The hag (no offense to her, she was polite) was still in the car, but I decided to get out of there first (maybe I shoulda let her out first), but I was paranoid about big red and didn't' want to cause a scene that might attract more attention to me if the LE hadn't already noticed me (maybe he dozed off? )
So I ended up driving up and down Pac Ave trying to figure out a way to let her out cuz I wasn't interested. I purposely started acting odd so she'd get nervous and ask if I was LE. LOL, when she asked, I kinda pretend-hinted I was by asking her if she's ever gotten in an undercover before. After that she just stopped talking, and I let her out and just told her to "be safe. " She thanked me genuinely on her way out (for not "arresting" her? ) Didn't mean to freak her out, but I admit, I derived some perverse (non-sexual) pleasure out of that little bit of role playing. A bit cathartic and ironic, considering I once again came that close to drawing the attention of real LE to myself.
I'm not so much in this for the actual deed; I think I'm addicted to this because of the rush I feel of finding them, my heart beating hard as they approach and enter the car, and disappearing into the night (hopefully) away from LE's watchful eyes. Plus I have no social life, so really, this is the closest I get to human interaction, just talking to them and giving them rides, and asking them all about their trade. I find it interesting.
PacAve has been busy lately, from what I have seen, but most are crack hags or overweight ugly black SW's. The pretty ones are harder and harder to find now, I notice. NO doubt LE flushed most of them out.
I stopped at Foxes for awhile around 10PM. The room arrangement had changed since I was last there, some time ago, and it seemed that there was much less private places and apparently the VIP area was 3 for $. I left after an hour and cruised up Pacific past 72nd, nothing, and then headed south. Past the Spruce and turned around. I thought I would drive thru the motel's parking lot, as I had seen a possible crossing the street, before I turned around. I was about half way thru the parking lot when an LE car from who knows where, lit up its lights. I was about to make the turn in lot to head back toward Pacific so I kept going and the LE did not follow, but that made me think it was time to head for the barn. I have no idea what the LE lights were about since I saw nothing driving thru.
I drive thru there about midnight every night and LE presence has been HEAVY lately. From 512 south to about 136th or so.
Last thursday they had about 10 cars (county and state) pulling people over. Monday night I seen 2 county's pulling people over for no apparent reason. As soon as they pulled out they were pulling another one over. Needless to say I've been driving home a different way just to avoid the harassment.
I did see a WSW sunday afternoon up near the church/bingo hall, she was pretty haggard looking though. Got the definate nod from her as I drove by. Little north of the 7-11 I seen a younger (mid-20's) BSW waiting at the bus stop. She was at the bus stop but she was really eyeballing all the cars going by in each direction.

I can confirm Mrwood's report as well. I was on PacAve tonight (wed night) and LE was pulling everyone over, in cars, SWs, and even joes on foot.
I picked up Crystal (skinny white, mid 20's early 30? , probably crack gal but not ugly yet. Still pretty, just emaciated a bit). Right at steakhouse accross from Dollar Tree Store on Pac Ave. She said PacAve sucks this week because LE is hot on everyone's arse. Scaring away customers and providers alike. She said pickings were slim for her.
I did not patron her, just gave her a ride home at the end of her shift. Gave me digits though.
Did a general cruise from 72nd on south to about 136th, and yeah, there is LE EVERYWHERE. I'm even suprised to see that they have gone south past 96th. In the past, they usually concentrate patrols between 96th and 72nd, but they must be privy to the fact that it's driven some of the action past the edges on both the north and south end.
From what I've heard from the gals, lots of undercover LE posing as joes. So don't be suprised if the undercovers are noticing you too. I see more and more well-hidden marked cars in the shadows with no parking lights on.
Time to find a new area probably, unless you like the thrill of almost getting caught. The gals I've talked to recently all have been caught and processed recently by undercovers.

In fact, after the encounter, a marked LE Explorer did round the corner and ran my plates on the way home, and stayed on my blind spot from about 80th all the way past 96th (going south) and only finally broke off shadowing me because he spotted a Hag trying to work a bustop we had just passed (at past 1am in the morning). I forsee that the team of gals I saw tonight will be off the streets soon, if LE remains vigil.

I was in my work truck and could not pick up anyone but did have the time to check out this area on Wed.
In two passes about noon time I saw only two ladies. One was older and heavy headed from 24th back to 25th in the area of that tire shop. the other was a younger and nicer looking WSW up a block further on 24th. Her I would have considered.

Let's not forget also that the girls get beat-up, robbed, and I'm sure killed too, by some malicious johns. There's malice on both ends. But man, makes you think twice about underestimating what a gal can be capable of, even (or especially) the young ones. Today, noon hour, on Pac Ave from 84th to 96th, watched a cute white SW, nice build, black pants, black sweater over white collared shirt, carrying celphone, doing the stroll. Passed her several times just to get a look. NIce smile. Very nice. Did not patron though. Watched some monger in a white chevy workvan (with ladder) pick her up. They did it in the parking lot of Walgreens on 84th. I'm not so brave (or brazen) to do anything in broad daylight as that.

Cruised Pac Ave several times this last Friday, based on reports from this forum. Very dead. A brief bit of action at midnight. 3 very acceptable SWs. Two swarmed by customers and instantly picked up. The third stopped by LE, which caused the few remaining less acceptable SWs to scatter. Then it was dead again, after maybe a total of 15 minutes of activity
I miss the Tacoma of yore (5-6 years ago). Tac Ave had plenty activity. I used to see lots of hot SW up at 272nd and 99. Both looked thoroughly dead this last Friday. Not to mention the AMPs and new players club. All gone.
Seems to be a lot more customers now than ladies. What's the secret nowadays? Has craigslist and LE conspired to kill the action?

As previously reported, PacAve is pretty much 99% DEAD. I cruise it at all times of day and night. Finally, though, I found that 1%.
Saturday night, around 1am. Across from Market Place near 128th on PacAVe. WSW, 21 yrs. Looks about a 5 or 6, but skin was flawless and silky young smooth. She was a little bit overweight on top, but had nice legs and ok face. She was all drama though. It came at a cost.
