I have been here one time, and the place is a bit of a rat hole. I was the only one there in the evening around 9 or 10. There were 2 girls working, one average, one way below average. I got some dances with the better looking one, but there was nothing special on the menu. Pretty standard dance. Decent grind. Tried to pet the kitty, but that was off limits. The girls wanted to double down on me, which was interesting, but I declined because the second was not attractive at all. Feels like a place that may have decent mileage during the day, can't confirm though. This was last summer.You are pretty much dead on in your report. People always think the DB is a honey hole be / see it looks skanky & has known SH working inside. Nope. Nada. The opposite. People who run it are hustlers. There have never been and will never be extras here. DB is a clip joint. Some good dancers migrated to Kittens but I have never been there. The real scene is at Pandy despite what the reviews say. Hey guys I got a Decent review on a Slow but good Old school Report on Sands Strip Club in Ballard. Friday night about 7 pm Decided to drop in and Missed a acquaintance that work at ricks back in the day and got a drink 2 sodas for $10 and a Lap dance $40. Total $50. That was my budget for Stripclubs.
There was a Older girl about 50's and Hot Blond on Stage with 1 dark Russian-European 20's something and Missed My Friend who does Good Business on Friday-Sat nights. How I do it is I talk to the girl 1st. Never get a dance from a girl who walks right up asks for a dance without a chat 1st. You need to get to know her a little talk about different things try to have a personality while you're getting to know her.
Once this is established you can get a dance if you want once you get some sort of repore with these girls most won't upsell you during a dance but if they want me to stay past 1 song they need to up their game if they want my money. If they want to negotiate at that stage which again most won't if they think you're a repeat customer potential never go more than $20 to $40 extra. For a tip on top of whatever the songs cost.
Always be prepared to walk away. They will readjust quickly in most cases.

I had $8 (a five and three ones) dollars on the table to tip the dancer that was performing and I told her that I need to leave money for the dancer. So, she slammed her hand down on the table and said she would come back when I was ready for a dance. I pick up the money to give to the dancer and there is $6 there. She palmed $2! I wasn't drunk and I knew I had four bills on the table when she got there and then suddenly there were only two. I even checked the floor to see if they fell off of the table. I don't know if she thought I had large bills on the table or what, but I couldn't imagine someone thinking it was worthwhile to steal $2 bucks. I didn't want trouble so, I didn't say anything. But WTF! I was then irritated and had to relocate my wallet and cell phone from my jacket to my pants pocket because I knew there was at least one pathetic thief there. At any point, I watched all of the dancers and the gave the hottest one $15 before I left and she tried to convince me to stay for a lapdance. I've been a handful of times and as always YMMV but I think extras are more common in pandoras than kittens. Kittens I've been offered a few times normally by larger women I'm not interested in at all so I never go back and see.
I like the layout at kittens better though, its a nice club no alcohol and girls get naked on stage. Which is what I like.
But these girls move around a lot so its hard to say which place is better all the time.

About a month or so ago, I took a trip to Kittens. Can't remember what day specifically, but it definitely wasn't their "A" game material working the stages. Thinking about trying Club Sinrock the next time I decide to visit a stripclub.
Give Sin Rock a try. I've only gone there about three times, but the last time I was there (about 9 months ago) I really enjoyed myself. There were two goth-looking girls that I really thought were incredibly hot, I tipped heavily when they were on stage. But they wanted nothing to do with me (as would be expected from a goth girl). There was a tall blond that came to talk to me (I'm short and don't have the slightest interest in someone that 6" taller than me) and every time she leaned over to speak to me she would "accidentally" touch my junk then giggle and apologize. Lastly, there was one that I did give my number to and she called me every day for a month. I talked her down to $200 (from $600) and then she didn't show up and I never heard from her again. If it matters, I've taken my wife there other two times I went. The girls were aggressive but respectful. They asked both of us if we wanted dances and didn't shy away from us. At The Sands Normal songs like 3-4 minutes each song unless Dj picks out Longer songs 5-6 minutes daytime has slower dancers. Great Report thanks! Peepers out! Be safe and Hide your Money!
