Most of those AMP girls are probably going to be older that offer rim jobs at no extra charge. Also bbfs, isn't really standard. Might be on the table for no extra cost with the older ladies. If you are a repeat customer I'd say 80 to 90 percent of the girls offer it up raw. If you are a new face you aren't likely to get it even if you ask for it.
