Where the Hell is Saipan!

Saipan is about 140 miles north of Guam in the pacific. Good place, allot of chinese KTV bars, massage and street walkers.

I heard Saipan has good action, but where do I go and what do I look for?

I was there once when I was in the Navy. We sure did look for hookers, but a lot of it was KTV kind of places and I think some guys got lucky with some opportunistic women. Even back then Saipan was really strict on fighting prostitution. I remember lots of Korean girls in massage parlors in Guam though. But it looks like it isn't even close to what it used to be.
