I'm the guy who posts a lot about North Street (I'm also the guy who posted on the hottie at RLN, more on her later). Lately the neighborhood by RLN has been dead but watch for it to pick up when warmer weather hits. But be forewarned: a Madison hobbyist usually has to drive quite a bit before stumbling across anything halfway decent.
I generally bump into halfway decent SWs on North Street (the block RLN is on) late on Friday and Saturday night right around midnight through about 3:00 a.m. I know that's a wide time frame but it's a real crap shoot in Madison.
You may also want to hit Badger Road too. I find there is more activity up on Badger but the quality is a shade below what you'll find on North, though North has a lot of real nasty SWs who'd have to pay me!
I'm also the guy who posted about the hottie in RNL. She's still working there but I haven't had the ballz to act b/c the place always has security lurking around. If I can ever get her alone I'll broach the topic of "dating" in a round about way. I've had success with women in the past who people would never think date, but of course it's rare.
IMPORTANT POINT: It should be noted that I post a lot regarding SW scores on North/Oak and Badger, but please remember that I waste A LOT of gas and A LOT of time searching and searching and searching before I ever stumble across any quality SWs on North or Badger.
SWs are out there but it takes a lot (I mean A LOT) of hunting.

You say you're chicken and that's perfectly understandable in the modern police-state we're living in. Just be cool and things should go alright. I've been hunting since the late 80s and picked up probably over 100 different SWs in the last 19 years or so.
Here's my brief write-up on picking up SWs (of course there are always exceptions to what I'm about to write):
It's usually fairly obvious that they're an SW. They typically don't carry a purse or bag, though a few do. They're also generally walking against traffic, and they'll attempt to make eye contact as you're passing by. The undercover cop will typically look extremely sexy and when you pull over to chat she won't get in your car. A typical SW will almost always immediately get in your car, though a small few of them will ask you to show them your manhood b/f they'll climb in.
When they're in your car it's not a bad idea to ask them if they're a cop. Also, they're gonna ask to see your manhood.
I could write on and on and on about the "rules" and dos and don'ts but I'm getting tired of typing.
Also, it's not a bad idea to keep your wallet in the trunk. Simply carry the amount you're typically gonna need for the act, .20 or .30 or .40. Some of these gals will try anything to get your wallet/extra cash and they know a lot of half assed tricks to get it from you.
I also generally try only to pull over and make the official pick up when no other headlights are around. Though that can sometimes be impossible. I'm usually always thinking in the back of my mind that the car's headlights behind me are a cop.

I was in Madison Friday night watching the tournament games and after stopping by Visions (Did you know they are all-nude now? ) I decided to see who was at GH. I found a new hottie! There were five girls available Friday night but one caught my eye. She was head and shoulders above the rest. Very pretty face and a nice body. She asked for 180 but I negotiated to 140 for FS. I came back around 1:30am and found Verina .4 for fs at my choice of locations. V. is RAIL thin, blonde, a 5 on the sw scale. She's walking around with 2 black eyes and a stab wound from her "boyfriend" .

I was at the RS last week with Sara, I have shared my thoughts about her before, but she is always worth the investment. Anyway, she told me that she thought Sassy got fired for not showing up on time. I ignored her and chalked it up to catfighting, and when I called today Sassy was still on the menu. Which leads to my question, I heard a few names I was not familiar with. Anyone seen any of the new talent at the RS? There was a report on Minka at RS on the "other" site. Apparently, she was working and taking sessions while on her "time of the month", so the customer left without receiving much. That could just be a fluke and may not happen again, but who knows. Doesn't seem real professional to me.

I'm pretty sure I know of Verina. Does she sorta resemble a bird? If I recall her face sort of has a bird look to it. I know it sounds weird but that's what I remember of her.

About four nights ago I was hitting Badger and I stumbled across an older gal, she's about 41, with reddish hair. I had picked her up about three years ago on North Street and now just picked her up off Badger. She's pretty cool, but she's quite the drunkard.

Basically there are two strolls in Madison: North Street and Badger Rd. They're in two totally different neighborhoods.
When cruising Badger it can get a little long geographically. Basically pay particular attention to Park Street where it hits Badger and cruise Badger all the way over to Fish Hatchery. Just go back and forth and don't neglect to drive a little south on Fish Hatchery over by the PDQs. Also be sure to go a few blocks north on Park Street and a couple blocks east on Badger up past the Burger King. Essentially though your best options on Badger are simply to cruise Badger between Park and Fish Hatchery.
When cruising North it's a little more gas friendly. Simply be sure to cruise the block of North that runs along the side of the RLN porn shop. That's your best block. But don't neglect to go a few blocks north bound on North Street b/c action can be obtained there too, down by the TipTop Tavern, but primarily your best action is on the North Street block that contains the entrance to the porn shop.
It should be noted that the action starts to get going from about midnight through 2:00 a.m. on both strolls, especially on the weekend nights.

This past Saturday night North Street was hopping like I haven't seen in a few years. I started cruising North about midnight and saw at least five different SWs within an hours time.

Read some of my recent past posts re: Badger and North. North was absolutely hopping on Saturday night. If you recall Saturday night was about 65degrees, then it got colder and there has been less activity.
Badger has basically been hit or miss though I usually see at least one SW every time I cruise the Badger area.
Both areas (North, Badger) are best from about 11:30 p.m. through 3:00 a.m. that three to four hour time span always works best for me, any other time and you're probably wasting a lot of gas.
Scored at the liquor store just east of North on Washington yesterday. She called herself 'Autumn' She was in her 30s, not bad looking, flakey. I was shocked that she had an awesome fake rack. It's rare to find on a sw. She shot mea high price, got her down to 60. Anyone know her?

Last night I hit both the Badger and North strolls from about 11:30 p.m. until about 2:40 a.m. NOTHING! It was completely dead, I think the rain we had earlier in the evening scared all the SWs.
For a Saturday night in late March it was totally dead. I wasted some serious gas cruising back and forth between both strolls.
On Friday I did a bit of cruising as well and saw "Deb/Autumn" but wasn't in the mood for her.
Funny thing: I stopped at the gas station across from Taco Bell on E. Wash and who pulls in in her Cadillac: Sierra from the GH! She was looking fine and I actually started chatting with her while gassing up. She said she had just gotten off work from the GH and was going home.

I've been out hobbying a bit on North and Badger but over the past few days there has been very little out, no doubt due to the sh'tty cold weather we're experiencing.
I'm still expecting this summer to be quite good, it's just a feeling I have. We'll see. Be sure to be careful though, LE loves to run reverse stings on us hobbyists usually when the weather first gets nice and warm, which tends to be in late April and early May.

Any serious hobbyist of course knows that you never mention any $ until you're damn sure they're an authentic SW, which means they're in your car and showing a bit of flesh.

I remember a few years ago I visited the local AMP in Milwaukee (it's now defunct).
Anyhoo, I remember I was in the sauna chilling out but had to piss in a bad way. So I decide to piss on the hot rocks in the corner of the sauna. Unfortunately the piss smell ended up wafting out into the entire AMP and I could hear the gals bemoaning the smell in some exotic Asian language! I was quietly laughing my azz off! The cool thing is that they never directly accused me. Okay, I TOFTT a month or so back, but I've been really reluctant to post a report, simply because she is such a nice person.

Q, I hate to say but this section will just never be that busy. I've given up hopes on getting a good community board going in Madison. I think for a couple of reasons. One the limited monger opportunities here. Two, there's another board where more Wisconsin mongers end up drifting to.
With that being said, I'll throw some stuff out there:
There's an all star at GH right now, but I'm not saying who so don't ask, if you are a posting senior PM. For the rest of you guys start posting and go to GH and figure it out.
I saw Gemini again. The first visit was just average and I was surprised at the popular reviews she's gotten. I just didn't see it. But now, after a second visit, she was outstanding. When she got on for some cowgirl, she took her time and really varied the speed and movement. Moved into my top 10 list.
Finally saw the legendary Frankie at GH. If you go back and read through posts in this section, she's been talked about for years. Frankie is nothing special to look at. Average face, average body, really not a girl that would give a second glance at if she walked by you on the street. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying she's ugly, just nothing special. Booger has it right. The other board has quite a bit of activity though there is not much overlap between major topics here and there. This board is SW heavy with a bit in the MPs and almost nothing in the escort area. The other board is almost the opposite even to the extent of looking down on/bad mouthing mongers into the SW scene. I stumbled into here and didn't think that I find much of interest because I am not into tthe SW scene. I was wrong. This board is quite interesting. I don't monger very often but I report when I have something to say. Thanks to all who post.

Booger has it right. The other board has quite a bit of activity though there is not much overlap between major topics here and there. This board is SW heavy with a bit in the MPs and almost nothing in the escort area. The other board is almost the opposite even to the extent of looking down on/bad mouthing mongers into the SW scene. I stumbled into here and didn't think that I find much of interest because I am not into tthe SW scene. I was wrong. This board is quite interesting. I called one of the numbers in the Isthmus, told the girl I wanted to meet, she gave me a name of the motel where she was staying and if I could be there in a couple hours. I found it and called her back for the room #. Shortly after entering the room we did the cop check thing. Shit that alone was worth .10. She mentioned a roommate and called her roommate in. I'm sure that's why the GH can remain running without hitch while at the same exact time cops constantly run stings on Badger and North. The hypocrisy of that always pissed me off. Me as a relatively poor mongerer (I don't make a whole lotta money) has to generally be satisfied with the SW activity on Badger and North and always have to be constantly on the lookout for pain in the ass LE. However, those with more money don't have to worry about any of that and can simply indulge at the GH and RS, which the cops never touch.
That hypocrisy has always pissed me off to no end. Saturday night I hit Badger and North from about 8:00 p.m. until about 10:00 p.m. It was slim pickins. In fact, I didn't see anything of semi-quality. I did see a few who I've seen out many times before but they're just not my type. One was that blonde on North who's always out with the black guy. On Badger I saw a frizzy haired skinny blonde who's out a somewhat regularly basis though I didn't see her at all since last summer.

Here's my list of top pizza in Madison:
1.) Pizza Oven (actually in Monona) this is hands down the best pie in the Madison area, it's been in existence since the 1950s. Excellent thin crust.
2.) Buck's, this is the second best pizza I've had, it's only carry out. (As you can see, I'm really into thin crust)
3.) Glass Nickle, this is a thick crust pizza and is very good.
4.) Roman Candle, it's a new place but has damn fine pizzs.
5.) Some place in Sun Prairie, I've forgotten the name but it's excellent.
Honorable Mention goes to the place on State Street that sells NYC style slices. Actually I should really put it in my top 2 or 3 but it changes names so often I can't remember what the hell it's called (I think at one time it was called "Casa Bianca" or some sh't). Another place on State Street that sells it by the slice is Ian's and they're definitely very good too.
Interesting behind the scenes on the MPs. I'm just glad they leave something alone in this overregulated berg. LOL -- If I had my way, it would be like Amsterdam with rows of windows for easy browsing and consumption & a nice clean health card to show us before the main event (Like a routine emmissions inspection for our cars)! With the nicer weather I thought I would see more action. However, the North stroll has been pretty dead of late.
Its so slow on the north side I hesitate to drive all the way to the southside to check out the activity down there only to be disappointed.

After seeing some reports about Gina at RS and her offerings, somebody (I won't mention names) on another forum went in to see her. For whatever reason, she did not offer this person the same thing. It could be hygeine, could be chemistry, who knows. There are numerous possible reasons.
Apparently, after not receiving the expected service, this person complained by advising Gina that "others are claiming you give such and such". The person, who also reported "contrary to what others have reported, Gina does NOT do that and was very upset" or words to that effect.
So, it looks like those "cherished" items are now removed from the menu, even for the previous clients who did receive said services, much to my chagrin.
And sometimes, people wonder why guys don't submit reports when they make a really "nice find"? There's your answer.
Please guys, do NOT go in and complain to a provider when you don't get what you're expecting by telling her every single thing that's been reported about her. You ruin it for the rest of us by doing that. Just my .02, I've had a similar experience to Sponge. Here's my solution, yes I still post about my trips. I keep it a little more simple than I use to. Go into the basic details to give guys good info.
Then if there is something special, I keep it to PM's for select monger friends on the board. But the only way to develop those relationships is by posting.

I did some limited hunting Sunday late afternoon on Badger and North.
Hot pink was the color of the day since Autumn was out near Oak Street and was in a hot pink top that showed off her fake breasts rather well. I passed on her since I was basically just out driving around out of boredom.
I went up to Badger and saw that skinny Indian gal who's been out a lot lately. She was also in a hot pink to and was showing off a lot of leg. I passed on her too. When you get close to her her face is about a 5 on the SW scale.

You're probably generally correct regarding the public sex argument, however the GH and RS do little to take SW activity off the streets b/c the GH and RS are too damn expensive. FS at one of those places will cost a hobbyist .160 at least, whereas FS with a semi decent looking SW will run a hobbyist about .40
There will always be tons of hobbyists who cannot afford the GH and RS (I'm one of them, though I do splurge from time to time).

If you guys want to read a book that will trip you out read the book "I'd Rather Eat Chocolate". Holy sh't is it depressing. It's written by this woman who basically hates to have sex with her husband. RS charges 140 and fs is a given. Chuck has been known to fire girls for charging anymore unless they include greek. Just let Chuck know if there's a problem and he's the type to take care of it.
GH charges more, but if you are a regular with one girl then try to talk her down. 120 is not unheard of for fs, but the casual customer or the girl jumping customer will pay 160-180.

Bravo! I have found very few great clubs up here. Most of what I have found in the area are air dances for way too much. Never encountered the "tip walk" until I came up here either. I stopped by Club Silk in Juneau on Wed. to see what it is like. In my line of business, it helps to have a few contacts at titty bars.

Ok, You have a point and a valid one at that. I guess it is just something I was not used to. But you do have a valid point and offer some good advice. I am not a cheap ass and know these gals work for tips. Plus, I have to admit. Tip walks and chatting with them during it is a good way to see whether the girl is someone that not only is a hottie but can hold a good conversation as well. I have never been one to sit at the rail. Get a lot more by hanging back a bit. Learned a long time ago that if you show that you are not a cheap ass and have a few $ to spend the quality of the lap dances get better.

Following closely all the way through Badger, Rusk, Rimrock, and John Nolen before he turned on Olin. I am stubborn, so on Sat. Icircled back and caught the "look" from Leslie. From her car. She says that she is banned from badger, so she drives around until she catches an eye. FS for 50, pretty girl with a lot of loose skin from having a baby. Would repeat and did on Monday night. You have me intrigued re: Leslie. What kind of car should I be looking for? What color is the car? What does Leslie look like in general, hair length, color, etc. Thus I'll be able to recognize her.
Good for you in going back after LE attempted to bully you. I too am stubborn and will often cruise Badger and North w/o a care in the world, basically announcing to the world that I'm looking for pussycat.
Sometimes I just don't give a sh't and cruise in the exact same spots over and over again for three hours straight (note to new SW hobbyists: I don't condone it).
I have been pulled over once by LE about four years ago while cruising North. I told him to basically go f'ck himself, I gave him no info whatsoever. He said he didn't believe me but he couldn't do sh't b/c all I had was a burnt out headlight.
I remember once I spotted LE's undercover gals posing on Badger. I pulled up to them and started yelling at them: "you're a f'cking cop! You're a f'cking cop!" I then put out my hands like she was gonna handcuff me and yelled "officer!" "officer!" It was beautiful b/c she couldn't blow her cover!
I'm sure they have a file on me in some intelligence file. The only way they'll ever get me (knock on wood) is if they lie. And of course everyone knows LE would never tell a lie.
Oh, one tip: don't agree to anything if she's standing outside your car. Even if she mentions an act and then she mentions an amount and even if you then say "sure" they can take you downtown. In other words, be damn careful what you agree to verbally until you're almost totally sure you're dealing with an actual SW and not pain in the azz LE. When she's in your car and you've done a quick body part check is generally a dead give away that she's an authentic SW.
I remember one time I saw LE's undercover decoy women posing on Badger so I went and parked in a secluded spot and simply observed them for about 20 minutes. Sure enough some Mexican guy ended up getting arrested. It was sad, part of me wanted to swoop in and tell him to shut the hell up they're cops. Of course I stayed out of it and watched the unmarked car come in and handcuff him as his truck sat (Probably to be impounded) waiting for him to pick it up when he gets out of the pokey.

6thru11LE is a pain in the azz, too bad they are only enforcing the laws that idiot politicians passed at some prior time in history. Considering all the laws on the books though, I would think they would be so busy enforcing the laws that really matter to keeping communities safe than bothering with the petty stuff. Until the day comes that we are free of murders, theft, vandolism, and violence, LE really has no good reason for setting up prostitution stings.
I see Charlie is back on the menu at RS. False alarm! she must have been on vacation or something.
Man, you think with the holiday weekend you would see more SW out but nope.
Saturday night cruised the North from 11-12 and saw nothing. Decided to head south. Trolled the Badger loop for an hour. Saw several BSW and one WSW. She was short and a little on the heavy side so I passed. There were plenty of LEO out. I was followed by an unmarked car for several blocks. I just kept doing the Badger loop but didn't see much.
Drove back up to the North to see what I could find. Nothing. Not even one ugly one out walking. I drove around until 3 and called it a night.
Tonight I thought maybe if I started earlier. Cruised the North at 11. Saw nothing and tried the South side. Saw the usual BSW and lots of LEO's at midnight. Drove back up to the North side and saw nothing. Called it quits after 12:30.
More nights like this and I'm going to hang up my hat and call it quits to mongering.

I just traversed Badger Road about 1:30 pm today. (not to cruise but just to get to park street.) I got "the look" from a couple of women. 1 bsw, pretty heavy and one wsw with auburn hair, kind of thin. I did not have my glasses but the wsw looked ok without closer scrutiny. (a good 60 footer!) I was in no position to act so had to pass them by. There were a lot of wmomen walking around but I think most were just going somewhere, not open for business. I'd say a normal amount of police activity with the station right there and all.
I did some heavy mongering over the weekend and didn't see much as well.

A few months ago I told you how I was planning on taking a "regular" woman and turning her into a woman who will provide me with "services".
Well, to make a long story short, I'm hooking up for the second time with a stunningly beautiful light brown haired 22 y.o. She's about 5-9 and weighs about 135lbs. I "saw" Nickie at the GH last night. I did the .120 program. She wasn't quite as beautiful as I thought she'd be but she is indeed a hottie.
Sierra was also available but she was busy at the particular time that I visited (I always call ahead to see what the line-up is). So of course I selected Nickie.
It should be noted that about two months ago at roughly 1:30 a.m. I was in the east side selective video and Nickie was in there looking for porn! A woman who was found beaten and naked on Madison's South Side this week had skull, jaw and pelvic fractures and had been forcibly sodomized, according to a probable cause affidavit against the man tentatively charged with raping her.
John E. Conley, 25, was ordered held on $10,000 bail during an appearance Friday in Dane County Circuit Court.
The 44-year-old woman, who was found early Monday in the 2400 block of Fiedler Lane wearing only socks, also suffered injuries during the sex assault that doctors believe were caused by an object, Assistant District Attorney Mike Verveer said.
"She was very badly battered and beaten and bloody," Verveer said. "Suffice to say this is a very brutal attack, very, very violent in nature," Verveer said.
According to the affidavit, police at the scene found a beer bottle with blood on it along with Conley's cell phone, which police used to link Conley to the assault.
Conley was jailed on tentative charges of aggravated battery and first-degree sexual assault.
In addition to the fractures, the woman also had a large wound on her forehead and facial bruises, the affidavit states.
There is no indication in the affidavit how or whether Conley knew the woman.
According to the affidavit:
After the woman was found about 4 a.m., police went to Conley's apartment in the 1000 block of Fiedler Lane in the town of Madison and asked if he had his cell phone; he said he did. When police asked him to come out and look at the phone they had, he locked his door. He eventually told police the phone was his.
Conley told police he had gone to a bar in Middleton that night with an upstairs neighbor, who brought him home. The neighbor confirmed that, and said Conley had been on his cell phone much of the night.
Conley's girlfriend showed police the clothes he was wearing that night, including white sneakers, which police found in the apartment. Police noticed what appeared to be blood on the bottom of one of the shoes. The state crime lab confirmed the stain was blood, along with another on the top of the shoe.
Conley appeared to be close to telling police about something during his interview with them.
"Well, what if I know something," he said. "I'm not going to answer any questions about it right now but what if I know something?"
Verveer said Conley has only been in Madison for about seven months, having moved here with his girlfriend from Columbus, Ohio. He said Conley, an Akron native, has no criminal record in Wisconsin or Ohio. He has worked three jobs since moving here and has been fired from all three, Verveer said.
Conley was also arrested on May 13 and accused of a battery and theft that occurred in April. During that incident, Verveer said, Conley allegedly impersonated a police officer before he beat a 27-year-old woman and took a pocket knife from her. He was released from jail the next day after posting $700 bail.

There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. I think torture is too good for an animal like this. Maybe let rats eat him slowly from his feet to his ears. Or maybe from the midsection working their way up and down until there is nothing recognizable left.

Accomplice involved in rape, report suggests

A second, unnamed man may have been involved in a brutal rape in the town of Madison last week that left a 44-year-old woman with a skull fracture and other broken bones, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday.
John E. Conley, 25, was formally charged Wednesday with first-degree sexual assault and aggravated battery for allegedly forcibly sodomizing the woman with an object, possibly a beer bottle found at the scene.
"Two guys, hurry," the victim told a man who found her naked sitting in a yard in the 2400 block of Fiedler Lane about 3:45 a.m. on Memorial Day. "Those guys are coming back."
Town of Madison police Lt. Wayne Stolpa said he could not confirm that police are looking for a second man.
"We're still keeping all of our options open," Stolpa said. "We're still not focused on any one person at this point."
DNA tests by the state crime lab confirmed that blood on one of Conley's shoes was the victim's, the complaint states, a one in 6 trillion match.
Conley was also charged Tuesday with impersonating a police officer, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor theft for an incident in April involving a 27-year-old woman on Magnolia Lane in the city of Madison.
In that incident, according to a criminal complaint, Conley allegedly offered to sell the woman some belongings in a backpack, then identified himself as an undercover officer and told her she was under arrest.
The complaint states that Conley pulled up the woman's shirt, pushed her by the throat against a building and punched her in the head and face. A neighbor saw the incident, yelled at Conley and he fled, according to the complaint.
Bail for Conley was set Wednesday at $35,000 after an appearance in Dane County Circuit Court.
Assistant District Attorney Mike Verveer said the victims in both cases were "complete strangers" to Conley and said police "know of no possible motivation" for the attacks.
The victim in the sexual assault case had a skull fracture, a fractured jaw and a pelvic fracture, according to a criminal complaint.
Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Clifford Tribus, who treated the victim's pelvic fracture, told police that the injury was "consistent with a fall from approximately 10 to 15 feet," the complaint states. "It could result from someone being slammed in a car door or being struck from the side in a car crash. The injury is so severe that ordinarily a person would not have enough strength and force to create this type of trauma to another person using his bare hands."
The complaint offers little explanation as to what happened during the incident.
Stolpa said police are "still tracking that down" and have interviewed the victim a couple of times.
According to the complaint, Conley and a neighbor at his Fiedler Lane apartment building each told police that they watched a basketball game on television the night of May 27, then went out for pizza, then to a bar for drinks until it closed at 2 a.m. Afterward, they went to McDonald's on South Park Street, then to their respective apartments.
Conley's cell phone was later found near the victim, the complaint states. Conley told police he might have left it at the bar, in his neighbor's car or that his mother might have taken it with her earlier, the complaint states.

This past Thursday morning on the radio (AM1310) the morning news show reported that he was indeed targeting SWs. They also reported more graphic details, they said she was assaulted in the rectum with a bottle! F'ckin' animal! (they didn't add the "f'ckin' animal" part, that was me. :))

If you don't leave with a smile, it's likely your fault but I would not expect to have your world rocked at either place. RS is downtown close to the capitol and GH is on east washington a few miles from downtown.

In my humble opinion the Geisha House on E. Washington Avenue is your best option it is a "sure thing" if you have cash. Basically you'll get your choice of at least three women, usually four, but often one of them will be "busy" when you arrive.
Anyhoo, at the Geisha House FS is gonna cost you at the lowest .160 but usually .180. A massage from one of them finishing with a happy ending is gonna run you .120.
My favorite gals a the Geisha House (by the way the Geisha House is often referred to on this forum as "GH") are Sierra, Gemini, Jourdan, Layla and Nickie. A lot of guys also are fond of Dallas but I think she no longer works at the GH.

The man, who as of Friday had not been charged, told the officer that he had met Singer at a bar on Park Street and she offered to have sex with him for $30.
According to police: They went to the Arboretum, where he paid Singer the money and the two were having sex when the officer arrived. Singer was charged with one count of prostitution and one count of obstructing an officer because she at first gave the name of her niece and when being taken to the UW police department finally told the officer her true name, a complaint says.
Singer's brother Kevin was convicted of the 2001 murder of Carrie Singer's boyfriend, Kevin Young, in a Madison apartment. Kevin Singer had previously robbed a bank in Milton, and when Carrie Singer and her boyfriend learned of it they apparently tried to extort money from Kevin and he, in turn, stabbed and bludgeoned Young to death. He is serving a life term in prison with no parole eligibility until June 1, 2064.
On Memorial Day evening, UW Police arrested a man and a woman after reportedly finding them in a car at about 10:20 p.m., also in the Springs parking lot. Then he offered her $1 to kiss him and when she said no to that, he offered her $20 to perform oral sex on him, the criminal complaint says. The girl ran into her house and told her grandmother, who called police.

Hottie alert!!: "Rachel" on the North/Oak area
I bumped into "Rachel" right by the Mobil gas station across the street from the Taco Bell where the clusterfuck construction is going on.

I was just informed of this board today, so please excuse me if I seem naive. I see a lot about the two strolls and I want to share some thoughts. Let me just say that I'm a freak for black women, so I will be concentrating on that.

Of course my above scenario could be totally off base, and it OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT condone what this monster did. But often times there is more to homicides than meets the eye, or what the news/LE tells the public about. Always remember, we live in a world with a lot of gray, things aren't always black and white.
It's a terrible tragedy. It'll be interesting to see what develops from here on out.

Sorry to report, I don't have any experience with CL or the lady you mentioned, but I can tell you the little I do know about Willy St. All in all, the area is safe. The "east" side of Madison is generally known as the "hippy" area, depending on how far east you go. The atmosphere is quite ecclectic, as you will see. Shouldn't be a problem. I'm sorry, but I prefer just about everything in the General forum. There usually are some escort posts in the Madison general forum, it's just of late the SW scene has picked up. Wow! Has the hunting ever been easier? There is more tail out there than I have ever seen before. If you are reluctant to go out hunting because of the time of day, your excuse is gone. I did some heavy (heavy!) hunting last night for the first time in about two weeks. I was out cruising non-stop from about 9:30 p.m. until about 3:45 a.m. I saw virtually all the regulars but didn't really see anything that tripped my trigger.
I've noticed that if the temperature dips below 70 degrees the selection isn't quite as varied as it could be. Last night the temp got down to about 60 (according to that big bank clock on Park St., the accuracy of which is probably highly suspect).
I ended up going home with nothing. I can be too picky, I'm always looking for that rare homerun hitter who I bump into about twice every summer.
As the weather gets hotter I'm expecting some more women to be out and about. Last night's weather sort of sucked for the SW trade.
Gas is killing me, last night I blew about $25 worth. Often times it's simply the thrill of the chase and the excitement of the possibilities that keeps me out there.
