Well she was on 140th almost at stop sign. I get to stop sign take a right and low and behold LEO is sitting in the woods on the left on 139th facing toward 140th. Dodged a bullet for sure, be careful and watch your surroundings. Waited hour or so to hopefully coast was clear and went back. Everyone was gone including her that was around 1 pm.

Went out for an observational cruise last night. Saw nothing that tripped my trigger. I took a cruise by the Value on Fowler, what a fucking dump! As I pulled into the parking lot, saw a DB with a couple of spinners. They all had bags of drinks and munchies. One of the girls was Star, hadn't need her out in a long time, must be staying at the Value instead of the street. The DB scowled at me, so I didn't even attempt to say hi at Star, she would have probably told me to fuck off anyway, LOL.
The other spinner looked interesting, not much of a looker but young and tight. However, she was coughing and looked sick. I don't know about any of you, but if I see a girl coughing and looking sick, I ain't going anywhere near her! Maybe in a couple weeks it will be worth pursuing if she is still around.

I got pulled over today because I didn't do that. Cop was super cool, ran my info and let me go. Just my PSA for the day!!That really sucks but, like others have said, it could have been worse. I'm always overly cautious around there anyway. First off, if you're going to be eyeballing around not always watching what's right in front of you, you need to drive slow. Second, there are always lots of locals walking around in the street (due to absence of any sidewalks) guys riding around on bikes (usually very wobbly), kids playing and sometimes running out into the street without looking and the occasional stray animal. Third, there are several 4 way stops which often confuse the other drivers so you want to be sure what they're going to do. Hell, I'll usually stop or at least slow down at the intersection near the Latin market and laundromat on 141st even though there's no stop in that direction (which also gives me the opportunity to check down 12th).
BTW, has anyone eaten at the tacqueria food truck in the lot at 139th & 12th? It looks like it might be good both for genuine Mexican food and as a place to slow down and stop for a bit to wait while grabbing a bite and see who might come out (and not burn so much gas just driving around).

That really sucks but, like others have said, it could have been worse. I'm always overly cautious around there anyway. First off, if you're going to be eyeballing around not always watching what's right in front of you, you need to drive slow. Second, there are always lots of locals walking around in the street (due to absence of any sidewalks) guys riding around on bikes (usually very wobbly), kids playing and sometimes running out into the street without looking and the occasional stray animal. Third, there are several 4 way stops which often confuse the other drivers so you want to be sure what they're going to do. Hell, I'll usually stop or at least slow down at the intersection near the Latin market and laundromat on 141st even though there's no stop in that direction (which also gives me the opportunity to check down 12th).
BTW, has anyone eaten at the tacqueria food truck in the lot at 139th & 12th? It turns out there was nothing else I would ever consider. When I got back to Rachel, she was gone. Probably for the best. The last time with her was only frustration for me anyway.

I've lived in East Hillsborough pretty much entire life. My SW hunts go from Orlando in the east all the way to Saint Petersburg and Clearwater in the west. Spring Hill in the north to Sarasota in the south.

As for pulling into notels, I had that work in the past when I knew that one particular worker or another was staying there. They are not typically looking out the window or standing in the open doorway. The management has to prevent overt law breaking or they can be shut down. If you pull in and honk your horn, you could appear to be picking someone up that you arranged to give a ride to. There are a few things that could go wrong with that. Some people are braver, or larger, or better armed, than others. Let me be lazy and say YMMV in this. I do NOT recommend it for newbies.

As for workers, if you stop and park near a dope hole, you may find one fast, or get run off, or worse. You can find a sneakier way to accomplish this. Sure, you can cruise up and down and up and down and hope you chance upon a worker. That method eventually works. We can all attest to that. It does take gas and time and patience and will make your butt sore for sitting in the driver's seat for so long.
A wise man once told me ... actually he tells me every year or two ... you have to know where to look.
That skill takes years to develop to locate what you want regularly and it still does not bear fruit every time.
By the way, with an election so close, you can expect law enforcement to be keeping the streets as clean as possible to demonstrate that the government in power deserves re-electing. That is another factor making our searches more difficult and dangerous.

She was clearly visible from the street. On this pass, there was a thin black male wearing a white T-shirt, slacks, and a baseball cap. He stood between Sarah and the curb. She waived me off and shook her head 'no.' HE walked toward my car looking as though he would come to the car window and speak with me. I had no interest in speaking with him and drove away and I left the neighborhood.
I texted her a few minutes later. No answer. She has never responded to my texts.
It took a while for me to check out Nowatney. I found no one interesting there.
I return to Sitka St. And 10th St. To see if Sarah was available. This was about 3:45 or so.
She was standing in the church parking lot, again behind the utility box near the tree, fifteen or twenty feet back from the curb, yet clearly visible. There was a small, white car parked on the street facing west next to the tree with the driver door wide open. The same guy from before was standing beside the driver side of that small car. Another black male dressed similarly to the first guy stood in the parking lot nearer to the passenger side of the small car watching the car. Sarah saw my car approaching and shook her head from side to side (NO) and waved me off. As that happened, a gold or green pickup/utility truck pulled into the driveway, entering the church parking lot. I kept on trucking and decided Sarah would not be available today.
All that led me to believe that something "fishy" is going on with Sarah from Miami.
