I'm down enjoying your beautiful sunshine from Baltimore. Went out this morning and checked out Nebraska and 140. Spent about 2 hours and only saw 3. On 141 WSW about 5'6" dirty blonde with blue jean cutoffs. Had pierced nose. She looked like she might be in needs of meds so I passed. Saw this Hispanic looking girl about 20 on Nebraska and fletcher. She looked like a pickup but she said she had to go get something first. I passed because I coukd see she was going to rush. Finally a WSW about 5'4 blonde hair. Had black net shirt and white shorts. She was on the phone a lot and I kept trying to get her to stop but I guess the call was too important LOL.

DickIts actually the hair that is a giveaway. That is a layered hair with lowlights. Probably cost $150 and takes someone to sit in a chair for over an hour. Which is the giveaway that this was definitely a decoy.

They sure looked like LEO to me. There was also a marked deputy car at the convenience store just north of that location. He had just put a guy in cuffs. I would have liked to have hung around for a photo shoot of the one guy they did catch, but I was not willing to take that big of a risk. I'm sure LEO has seen these photos by now. They reviewed their video and know my vehicle. I don't need to be giving more reasons for them to stop me and hassel me.

If only one pic then go to bottom right and click on Insert Online. There will be a number (1) next to it. If more pics are selected that (will appear.
