So I decided to go for late night drive last night, and did the usual loops all the way to broadway and back. On the way back, I actually noticed quite a few WSW on nebraska and fowler, but had to pass since the cops were out. Having no luck, I decided to go down florida, and that's where I found Amanda, walking down florida before fletcher. At first, I wasnt sure, since at first glance she looked like she just got back from mall and also she was avoiding eye contact. They do it so they can say "last year we arrested X amount of providers carrying the HIV virus and selling sex to justify the money they use to try and stop people from doing something that is legal in most developed countries.
