I looked up her Hillsborough arrest record and saw nothing this week. Also, noticed she had arrests for petit theft and drugs but no Prostitution. Could it be Pinellas county? I haven't checkd there yet..

I think you're more likely to find a drug den than a brothel at those addresses. If you died doing this I would cast my vote to give you a Darwin award. I don't think this is a good idea.

Walking the same block back and forth is a suspicious activity. Don't pick her up unless you know her. Cops will wear a path back and forth on the same block because the bait needs to stay in visual contact with another officer. If the bait walked too far, the sting operation would become logistically difficult. Just be careful.
I was driving down Nebraska the other night. Saw a blonde with a bad 1980's haircut, curly hair looked like your typical dyke cop, she kept walking back and forth on the same block somewhere near Sligh with her thumb sticking out. A car was pulled over on the side street right where she was at. Not sure if she was the fuzz but she didn't look like a SW.

Nemo - I was saying I was referring to last year on Jury duty. I made the best of being picked. There is an area outside of the courtroom with a mix of jurors, and defendants, and attorneys. Orlando is right. Here's where this guy went wrong IMO... (not bashing, just observing and hope others may learn from this too)...
1) Beautiful - unlikely to be a SW (not saying there isn't an occassional hottie - I've had TWO hottie encounters), but hotties get extra scrutiny.
2) Hottie accepts a ride. Guy asks if she's a cop and she says "no". Just because she accepted a ride and isn't a cop doesn't automatically make her a SW. She may have just thought you were a nice guy trying to offer her a ride. Your next move should have been further subtle conversation to get a better ho-dar reading, NOT touching her breast. Lucky she didn't take your tag number and call the police on you (assuming she was just a co-ed looking for a lift). Even if she was a SW, touching her breast may have made her feel threatened or think that you were going to be overly agressive. Never do anything you don't have permission to do - Everyone deserves respect - SWs included.
I have mistakenly picked up a non-SW gal who thought I was just offering her a ride, but I was subtle enough in our conversations as I took her to where she wanted to go that I don't think she ever picked up on the fact that I had originally thought she was a working girl.

So my question is: what happens to those of the arrested who don't have any friends/family outside to drop off clothes for them at the jail? How do they get appropriate clothing for their court appearance? (I imagine that the clothing in which people get arrested can be....uh, a little inappropriate sometimes.)
Or, do in such cases the SW get sent by the jail to the court appearance in some kind of jail uniform? That must suck.

I responded to an ad on Craigslist that was working with susan a WSW who also posts on Craigslist. I offered $ for her time but she wanted $$. This is baffling to me. A quick trip through the archives shows that people post the names of arrestees and direct links to their arrest records at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office fairly often. It's a well-known and commonly-used resource among local mongers. I thought I'd assist them by doing an über-list, as I've done in the past. The purpose wasn't public humiliation, but public information.
I posted a similar very extensive list a year or so ago, and no one had any problem with it at all. Would it be acceptable to post the list with the names excised?
Also, my most recent post was deleted. It was fairly typical of posts on this board. Jackson, you're the boss, so I respect your decisions. I've tried to be a pretty good citizen of this forum. It's your board and the decisions don't even have to be consistent.
So, what's the bottom line here? Is it ever acceptable to post the real names of streetwalkers and links to their HCSO arrest records, which a great many have done on this very forum?
I'll respect whatever your decision is.

Personally, I don't get the appeal of Hooters girls myself. Oh, they're attractive, all right. But it's tough mixing pleasures of the flesh with gastronomic delights. For me, anyway.

DLThere were some arrest made in that area about 2 or 3 years ago. I think about 10 to 15 women got arrested in the area of orient rd, and falkenburg. After they cleaned up nebraska, some of the girls moved in that area. The police moved in quick, arrested most of the women and a few mongers in a 2 week period. Does not make sense to be in that area. There is a prison, and a police station close by there.

HOWEVER, I do see the point of Jackson's objection to the posting of providers' full names directly on the forum. While a LINK to a public website that has the full name is perfectly admissible, posting the provider's full name DIRECTLY on this forum is problematic if we look at it from a humane point of view.
I will give you a real-life example to illustrate the problem:
A provider that I happen to know (who has "retired", quit her addiction, and turned her life around -- one of the very few who are able to do it, kudos to her) recently discovered that, when you do a web search with her full name, "N***** ******" and the name of the city where she worked (provided services), a page from this website shows up as the second or third hit in Google's pagerank!
Now, this ex-provider has an ten-year-old son. She doesn't have visitation rights to her son but is trying to get back her rights. (She is very attached to her son and wants desperately to reconcile with him and is very repentant of how, because of her addiction and lifestyle, she had lost contact with her son).
Now, suppose that the son (who obviously does know the full name of his mother, though he hasn't seen her in a long while) goes to a search engine one day and types in her name and the city's name? He will get directed to this website, and potentially to posts/pictures that may show her in all kinds of compromising poses. How do you think the son will feel?
So, for humane reasons, I think we shouldn't post the full names of providers. Even though, while they are in this lifestyle, THEY don't care about anything, that doesn't mean that WE shouldn't act in a humane way. I think this is the least we can do.
One again, this is NOT meant as a criticism of anyone, as it can be hard to anticipate the consequences of this type of thing unless one has a concrete example (which I just gave). I think people here generally post with the best of intentions anyway and I'm not doubting anyone's intentions or saying that anyone is doing anything wilfully or in an ill-intentioned way. No one is. But let us just be more thoughtful and considerate about the unintended consequence of this kind of thing, as not post full names from now on.

In a dream this Saturday night Nebraska was off the chain!!!! I have never seen so many SW's in one place in my life. It looked like a scene from The Strip in the 80's. Guys, this one girl was standing on the corner with her shirt off, C cups exposed!!! I kept driving by for atleast 10 min! It was wild to see her in the street like that and no LE bothering her or anyone else. I talked to her and found myself bartering for her services from the curb, dumb, but I was certain LE couldnt go topless in public. She wanted too much so I found a HSW, Carol on Lake Ave. She was about 36, looks atleast an 8 on any scale, she was hottt!!! We drove around and negotiated .30 for BBBJCIM. I really wanted FS but I didnt have the funds to get a room. She was real good at taking directions. She gave me her digits and I will call her again. I think she lives in the projects back there.

Palm River Road runs directly behind the Hooters, about 500 feet south of Adamo (S.R. 60), where it connects with Falkenburg. There are apartments on the southwest corner of the intersection, woods on the southeast corner, the rear of a strip mall (which includes Hooters) on the northwest corner and a Circuit City on the northeast corner. There's a gas station at Adamo, though.
The strip mall also includes a sports bar called Cherry's. I'm guessing these, um, transactions take place in the shadows behind the strip mall, or possibly in the undeveloped area.

The way I see it is this. It's not very difficult to go to the HCSO site and find the name of anyone who's been arrested in the last five years for anything. Hell, I'm on there, although I'm certainly not going to say who I am or for what I was arrested.
If someone took my name and posted it on a public forum with a link to my arrest record, I wouldn't be very happy about it, but as they say, them's the breaks. That's the risk you take.
Now, I'd never post the name of a provider who hadn't been arrested, but once they're arrested, I see it as fair game, because it's already a matter of public record.

However, the HCSO website just has mugshots, while this website has pictures of providers in "poses" that can be very compromising if family members of providers and ex-providers chance upon it. That's a big difference. This is not a problem as long as only first names are associated with the pictures, but with both first name and last name, the chances of family members finding this site when looking for their mother/daughter/sister increases dramatically.

Fyi. I just heard on Bay News 9 that the Tampa PD are doing summer crime prevention sweeps to help continue to keep numbers down. Crime stats are on the decline and to help keep that trend up they are doing sweeps for known criminals. This includes a focus on drug deals and prostitution. That fact (drugs and prostitution) they mentioned a few times. So everyone, just keep your guard up over the next few days and especially today. Be careful out there.

Cruised Nebraska last night and again tonight around 10: 45pm-11:30pm. Sorry to say nothing to report. Not even the usual suspects (which I have yet to see) that are reported on here. Guess that just isn't a good time to go.
By the way, rolled up on a guy doing about 20 mph. Hope that wasn't one of us in the group. I know we sometimes call it a crawl to cruise Nebraska but at that speed you are only drawing attention to yourself. The wrong kind of attention. Best of luck to all those who cruise. Have a great weekend!

Been crusin the strip havent seen too much activity lately. Did see Gayle tonight on her usual spot by Nebraska but I didn't stop. The guys she gets her drugs from were standing on the next corner. Just up the road a marked car was sitting and watching. She looked good. Nice sexy top on and mini skirt with thigh high boots. I'm sure with LE taking notice she won't last long. I'm sure SW's are relocating somewhere. Hard to find unless its 3 or 4 am. St Pete does have a lot more on 34 st but I think its also easier to get busted there. Happy Hunting and be safe.

Sw's are not worth the hassle right now and probably for a while on Nebraska. I gave up the game a long time ago. LEO is in force to clean up this area like they are doing and/or have done to Kennedy.

Was cruising north on Nebraska this morning around 8am and saw a WSW on the east side of the street just past Fowler. Did the turn around and then saw her on the west side of the street near the empty lot just past a small strip mall. This is across the street from the no-tell motel. Did a closer drive-by on that street and saw her talking with a black male and another woman. I have seen WSW working this corner before and a black male is normally close by, sitting by the tree on the sidewalk near this lot.
She was wearing a one piece dress, somewhat low-cut to about her knees and platform sandals. I would say her body was about a 7 but her face was a little rough say about a 4. I'm sure some of the more season guys on here know who she is but I don't know the names of them all.
Just thought I would share the info since Nebraska has been slow lately.

Yeah, it definitely seems to be a lot going on...unfortunately not in the good way. Seems to be quite a bit of red and blue light action happening as of late. Thus making it less and less chances of seeing anything worthy to note. Unless it's something like Gail **(Thanks Rickdg for the heads-up and others who have brought her to our attention)** that may be working with the r/b light squad.

Spotted a slim wsw on Nebraska just south of Fowler around 4:30pm. Face looked like all that was on the menu was a gummy. At first I thought it was Gail, but I've been with Gail(a few months ago) and this one was just ugly.
2 wsw early 30's between 1-2pm today SAT on Nebraska between Hanna and Hillsborough west side close to post office. The one said she just gave birth about 3 weeks ago and gave the baby up.
I wish I knew her a month ago - Something about a pregnant SW that drives me crazy.

It's a damn shame but there was nothing out there tonight but trouble. Lots of red and blue lights. 2 WSW with beat up faces on lower Nebraska. I saw Gail dancing in the streets on upper Nebraska with a large black woman standing 2 streets up (think she is part of neighborhood watch group). Gail put on a little weight and looked good. Two other men were standing near her, I suspect they are the dealers she runs with. Nothing but no luck lately, it's beginning to feel like work.

Dawn doesn't look like a SW until you notice she's just walking with the purpose of going uptown to find a ride back downtown. Prettyman has a short rap sheet. Yesterday afternoon, rolled by a skinny white girl standing outside a no tell motel at Flora and Nebraska, she wasn't walking (first warning sign) and she looked cleaner than most of the SW's who frequent the area. I passed. Checked HCSo this morning and discovered TPD had a sting set up. Can't guarantee it was her - skinny, white t-shirt, late 20's, dark hair, but I didn't see anyone else around.
Sat night between 9PM-10:30PM saw Tracy Traver (I think) on Nebraska and 139th. 3/4 length white pants and a red tank top, short dark hair. She just stood on the corner the whole time talking on a cell phone. She didn't seem to be trying to hard to pick up anybody or hide and be discrete. There was a shady looking guy maybe the fuzz or boyfriend keeping an eye on her. When she was on 140th he was on 139th. When she was on 139th he was on 140th. Then he was across the street from her keeping an eye on her. The fuzz was all over the place so I couldn't tell what was going on but it didn't look or feel right.

How do they know a streetwalker is HIV positive? Do they test them all when they are arrested? If so, by my calculations the prevalence is about 1.7%.
I scraped the HCSO website and have 1089 arrests of women for prostitution in the last five years. Seems low, doesn't it? That's 217.8 arrests per year, slightly more than one arrest every other day.
I arrived at 1.7% by taking the 19 arrests above and dividing by 1089. Unfortunately this doesn't take into account that some women are arrested multiple times for prostitution, but I think it's still roughly accurate.
Again, the real question is whether HIV testing of prostitution arrestees is mandatory. If so, that's actually a pretty low rate of infection, and it jibes with recent epidemiological data that shows that heterosexual transmission of HIV is quite rare. My guess is that the 1.7% engage in unprotected anal sex or use injectable drugs.
Of course, if testing isn't mandatory, my calculations are meaningless.

You are right, I was thinking on a first arrest for, where they would not know until after the conviction.

My buddy was in town last week, and before he left, decided to partake of the local tour guides he heard that might be available at Drew Park.
He told me that he zipped up and down the grid of Drew Park, and within a couple of minutes saw two potential enterprising guides. One was a mature guide dressed down in jeans and brown top; short haired, tanned, weathered, and mature. I took a cruise down Nebraska tonight after midnight. There were 2 BSW south of MLK. One of them was quite decked out, so much so that I figured "she" might actually be packing. Took a run down Nebraska on Friday and again today went end to end a couple of time at different time after 5 pm on Friday and again 3 different times today. Only action I saw was LE out in force. Looks like LE has cleaned out the resources again.

Howdy neighbors. Just thought I'd pass along this recent fishin report.....Saturday night after a right fine MP visit, I decided to go to my old fishin hole on Lake Nebraska. I trolled from the 22nd boat ramp to Fowler Island. The lake was pretty dry. I saw a couple barracudas around the boat ramp (ok out of character...but why do the NBA developement league players dress up in really skimpy outfits and get real gussied up, but the decent looking crackwhores with really nice potential just don't give a rats ass how they look?). The cudas were downright scary. If you want a BJ, then a good ass whippin, there's your spot. Kept on trollin a spell, and at the Hillsborough river, saw two really awesome little shiners. Almost too good to be true. Not sure if they were biting or not. Both got into a nice red speed boat and left together, I think they probably knew the captain. Kept on circlin and saw a nice looking eel down by the MLK channel. By the time I came abow, she was gone...DANG! Cruised back up to the Busch River and saw a couple nice perch by the Liquor Store, but by the time I got back, they were bein measured by the game warden. After that, they were gone. You really have to be careful cause there are game wardens all over the place, and they don't really like you fishin round these parts. Don't know why, but they never mess with the whales, the catfish, the pirhanas, the mudfish, or the barracudas, but sure enuff if they see a little shiner or a nice bass, they damn near capsize their friggin boat gettin back to them. Took a couple more passes and saw a swirl arould the Royal Palm. Circled back and went down a side cove and cast my line. A really purty ( an 8 pounder on the 10 pound fish scale) small mouth bass swam up to my boat and I figured my $30 lure would work out. She didn't really seem interested in it, so I thought I'd try my $50 worm. That got her attention and and she took the bait, damn near swallowed my worm!!!!!!!!! She stayed on the hook for about ten minutes, moving her head all around, and wigglin a bit up in the air. She put in a real good effort until I finally reeled her in, although my worm did come off in her mouth. Oh, well, it was the well worth money I spent on it! She had real nice body, smoooth skin but a little flat on the dorsal fin, but still worth a good mountin. I really wanted to keep her, but I practiced catch and release, so hopefully some of you other anglers might get a catch with her. The damn game wardens have just ruined a good spot, but I think it's only a matter of time before the fish spawn and come back in schools like in the past. Until then I'll keep trollin around here and try my favorite spot on the OBT Sea and in the Asain fish farms.

Netted a WSW north of Bearss who just asked way to many questions. What kind of car is this? What year is it? Do they all come in *color*? Etc etc. Simply responded, "Where you going? " repeatedly until we were where she wanted to go, and she hopped out.
Cast the net again, and got a nibble near Fletcher from a different WSW. Blue shirt and jean skirt, didn't look too bad. Maybe late 30s? Offered her a ride, and we were on our way. After about 1 1/2 years of this bull she finally gave a guy a chance and we have been cool ever since. This includes many "FREE" oral delights that she will perform. I was in downtown Tampa on Saturday night. For the hell of it, decided to drive back on Nebraska to get back to Pasco County.
Saw 3 pretty definite BSW betwen Fowler and Fletcher. I don't do the street scene, so didn't stop..but why else were they standing on Nebraska at 11PM?
Then as I was stopped at a traffic light near the Todd Adult Theatre on Nebraska and Fletcher I saw 2 caucasian ladies leaving the BP gas station to stroll Nebraska north. Howdy neighbors. Just thought I'd pass along this recent fishin report.....Saturday night after a right fine MP visit, I decided to go to my old fishin hole on Lake Nebraska. I trolled from the 22nd boat ramp to Fowler Island. The lake was pretty dry. I saw a couple barracudas around the boat ramp (ok out of character...but why do the NBA developement league players dress up in really skimpy outfits and get real gussied up, but the decent looking crackwhores with really nice potential just don't give a rats ass how they look?). The cudas were downright scary. If you want a BJ, then a good ass whippin, there's your spot. Kept on trollin a spell, and at the Hillsborough river, saw two really awesome little shiners. Almost too good to be true. Not sure if they were biting or not. Both got into a nice red speed boat and left together, I think they probably knew the captain. Kept on circlin and saw a nice looking eel down by the MLK channel. By the time I came abow, she was gone...DANG! Cruised back up to the Busch River and saw a couple nice perch by the Liquor Store, but by the time I got back, they were bein measured by the game warden. After that, they were gone. You really have to be careful cause there are game wardens all over the place, and they don't really like you fishin round these parts. Don't know why, but they never mess with the whales, the catfish, the pirhanas, the mudfish, or the barracudas, but sure enuff if they see a little shiner or a nice bass, they damn near capsize their friggin boat gettin back to them. Took a couple more passes and saw a swirl arould the Royal Palm. Circled back and went down a side cove and cast my line. A really purty ( an 8 pounder on the 10 pound fish scale) small mouth bass swam up to my boat and I figured my $30 lure would work out. She didn't really seem interested in it, so I thought I'd try my $50 worm. That got her attention and and she took the bait, damn near swallowed my worm!!!!!!!!! She stayed on the hook for about ten minutes, moving her head all around, and wigglin a bit up in the air. She put in a real good effort until I finally reeled her in, although my worm did come off in her mouth. Oh, well, it was the well worth money I spent on it! She had real nice body, smoooth skin but a little flat on the dorsal fin, but still worth a good mountin. I really wanted to keep her, but I practiced catch and release, so hopefully some of you other anglers might get a catch with her. The damn game wardens have just ruined a good spot, but I think it's only a matter of time before the fish spawn and come back in schools like in the past. Until then I'll keep trollin around here and try my favorite spot on the OBT Sea and in the Asain fish farms.

Is the hillsborough area hot or cold after dark??? I will be in town on biz and want to tour the old stomping ground.
Last time down there I saw more LE than gals on the local well walked roads in the track area.
Any info on good providers will be helpful,I am only in town overnight.

Sorry to say this, but I am leaving the hunt for good. I picked up a hot little number on Old Cheney last Monday night. Tall, thin, blond WSW. She got in, we did the LE game. Set a price at .60 for FS at my room. Got to my room, within seconds on entering two big black guys entered and beat the hell out of me including a knife slash to the face and abdomen. They took my 120, car keys and car; then left me for dead. After getting 10 stitches on my face and 25 on my side, a broken noise, two black eyes and a ruptured left nut; I have decided that no hobby like this is worth it. I have been a hunter for 15+ years and have had some bad experiences, but this one has me leaving the game for good.
I am closing my account and will not be monitoring the board.

For the record, that's why I always have 45 reasons that no one is going to rip me off.
This should serve as a reminder what sort of crazy people SW's consort with. One should always use caution. This why I rarely go with a SW to there room.
