Had an opportunity to visit Lovely Tampa again on business and spend the last couple of days sampling the wares. I am in FL for a few days and I was make my way down south maybe Miami or south of that. I pass thru Tampa this morning about 5am. You are NOT required to answer any other questions, nor are you required to allow a search of your vehicle. Be polite but firm. They will often threaten, and sometimes break the law themselves, but they are not allowed to search your car without probable cause. In some jurisdictions driving by a 'known dope house' is enough, but not usually. Just depends on how much the cop wants to harass you. I suspect he attempted to intimidate and got you to agree to a search of your car, one you did not agree two. I've been pulled over twice (not in Tampa) and both times produced my I'd and when the cop asked me what I was doing I said something like,"I respectfully decline to answer any questions". One of them stood there for a while, shined his penlight in my eyes, and gave me a lecture on STDs, then sent me on my way, the other just let me go. When cruising, make sure you car is legal (lights, registration, etc, all up to date) , and signal all your turns, make full stops, etc.. Don't give 'them an excuse.

The list provided from my search was 25 per page 1, with 11 more on page 2. For a while there I was going nuts. I did not see (or realized) that there was a second page.
After looking at her picture, I ruled her out as a posibility because of the sore on her mouth.

I saw a couple of small business owners out in Seffner. I was on 92, between Williams and Mango Road, about 5 PM today. I saw 1 WSW with short dark hair. G. , LOL!) and I THINK it was on the same channel, (Brighthouse 11, or 1011) but, I was surfing and may have seen it on Channel 8. . I was out in the afternoon and I saw 2 WSWs, one was a redhead. The other was blond with 'Billy' tattooed on her chest. (just like our 'Blessed' or 'Queen Folk') When I first caught site of them they were north of the Citgo. Because of all the Leo activity around the Citgo I figured them for decoys. I had not seen the tattoo yet. I snapped a couple of shots as they entered Citgo Quick mart. Later I saw the redhead scooped by a monger with a unusual mode of transport. I found CeCe on Nebraska and Sligh around 11:15am. She had the baby and can't do full service right now due to the stitches. I was making a run Sunday evening when I saw a thin young WSW on Hillsborough ave. It's been a long time since I've come across anything worth a try on that stroll. This was near 15th. Her work was top shelf but her looks and price were call brand. She went to visit her mean uncle Leo about noon today. She was picked up about a block away and 14 hours after I dropped her off. So it is a good bet that there is a distribution center near by.
Brandi of Nowatney is also at the Orient Hilton.

LouAs this post is in the SW forum, yes, its a pretty bad idea to begin with. Of course, that is not to say that all SW are evil wanton drug addicts, but are you willing to risk going through a haystack to find that one good needle knowing well that you'll get screwed in the process? How can you tell five years ago that some SW wouldn't have the arrest record they have developed until today? You might have a better chance winning the Powerball given sincere failed attempts to better yourself and others. I suspect that this type of dream is a possibility if you're in Miami and the local transient latina providers want to hook up with you in order to get a green card. They'll tell you about it, they know full well its a long drawn out process now, they'll pay you, and they'll live with you and even take care of you. You'll get these offers after they get to know you well enough to warrant such an offer. And yes, most of them know how to cook, really well, and clean. This flock of women generally want to better themselves. The SW flock on the other hand, generally speaking, not so much.

Exceptional cutie, Kayla, found Sat. Afternoon on lower Nebraska, near Floribraska. I almost never even check below Hillsborough anymore but glad I did. She's young (claims 21 which looks about right) , about 5'2", probably under 100 lbs, but with very nice natural C's with no droop at all. Tight all the way around.
