Heaven has been running these streets on and off for a few years. Heaven drives up from Port Charlotte on the Stillwater Avenue running for that dollar. When she was running around Hess chasing bumpers she was thin and living in alleys and you could find her behind a dumpster passed out. She was much more reasonable on her prices than she is now. Do people actually use the Rand? Their advertised rates are above average. I never see anyone posted up over there.AKA Lover's Nest as it goes by now is OK. Yea, it might seem like Iowa is a wasteland compared to FLA, but I was surprised by what I found over the years. Used to work for a small company out of Western Iowa and spent a lot of time in Eastern SD, Iowa and Eastern Nebraska. While the hobby is thin there, it's not a complete desert. I have no idea why they didn't just grab her in the parking lot if they already knew who she was. I'm pretty sure eating while walking isn't a crime yet.
