Some people never stop 'using' until death intercedes (Stacy / Devynn) unfortunately. Many people are in and out of treatment programs for years. Some people stop or greatly curtail their substance abuse on their own without a program. Maddy is young and her judge gave her a break where her record will 'go away' if she completes the terms of her program and 'drug court'. She'll get a lot of support, but it still won't be easy for her and we'll see what happens??

You never realize what your missing until you spend the better part of your year traveling the world and out of country. My personal opinion is that there is a lot of hype about chicas from Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Columbia, Panama and Cuba. On the 7th I was roaming haines and 28th for some action but didn't see anything so I headed toward 34th. On 34th south I saw a girl walking, she looked mixed, possibly HSW about 5'6 or 5'7, sorta thick, short hair. She was wearing a black top with a red skirt and walks with her cell phone very close to her face. As if she has vision problems. She was roaming back and forth on 34th between 15th ave near Quality Inn and 8th near Salems. I tried to get her attention but she kept her face glued to that friggin phone. Sunday the 13th, was roaming 34th south. Between 4th ave s and 5th ave south, saw two girls walking that looked like a little too young to be SW but they were sure acting like it. Some young inexperienced ones anyway. They both had backpacks. They kept crossing 34th back and forth at that Citgo gas station on the corner of 5th st going to those houses. One was wearing almost see though multicolored tight leggings and the other was wearing very short shorts. Her cheeks were out. I made a coupla passes and one blew me a kiss. I was extremely hesitant because they just looked too young. One was a possible HSW the other was a possible WSW. The HSW is the one that flashed her phone at me and blew me a kiss. Found this old pic of our favorite pastry.When Cupcake was still relatively functional with a real job and a degree of normalcy in her life. 4 1/2 years later she's still a sweetheart, but the streets have taken a serious toll on her. Her life story, when she was young, did a great deal to set her on this path she's on. Like the protagonist in "A Piece of Cake" by Cupcake Brown; this Cupcake has a chance, but not an easy one.
On a more positive note, 34th Street has had a number of day time afternoon walkers from Salem's north to Publix. Also April was parading on 28th Ave and from 38th up into the 40's. She was all dressed in black and she'll always be on the west side of 28th St. Her moron of a manager Jason was no where to be seen, but he often lurks nearby. April looked very good, but I had my utr cheer leader with me and couldn't partake.

Once again out on recon and I spot a half dozen swine hovering around the harlot mud hole on 51st. Not a SW in site and plenty of LEOs to be seen everywhere from mid afternoon until now at 9 pm. So I headed toward the old Hess and what do I see? Another pile of swine about 4 cars worth hopefully that wasn't a fellow monger they had cornered. Any suggestions for other locations nearby that produce quality walkers would be appreciated.

I finished my last post I decided to head back to Hess to see if the bacon left the area. When I got on 3rd the first thing I see is lights, but I am stubborn. So I cruise by and see 1 WSW who gestures towards her nice little mouth. I decided to play it safe and park at the gas station to update my apps on my phone. After about 5 minutes I slipped into a dream where a girl named Crystal approaches me and asks for a cigarette. So as she smokes we chat back and forth about all the LEO activities today when she says that it is always pork chop time on Tuesday and Thursday. So I ask if she wants to hang out for a while and she hops in. We head to my place and once I make sure I'm not being followed I do a quick LEO check and verify the situation. I see a couple skanky enough for my taste ad repeated the circle, this time with the added presense of 1 black UC and a nice shiny Tahoe paying attention to what I was paying attention to. A quick stop at Angelos for a drink and UC pulls in too. Thats enough for this guy, not that horny afterall.

Aprils manager has his own special way of dealing with the high cost of living. Hes at Wawa's on 38th Ave and sitting in the shade sipping a drink why April is chasing bumpers behind the Speedway / Hess! He walks around and asks patrons for cash for his wife and kids, which he has none.
Aprils kitty is always something I wouldn't advise trying unless you want to smell like sardines. She is really crazy and just laughs on and off for no reason. Its comical but worrisome at the same time.

To the new tribesmen who moved into the honeyhole, its too sketch. Your presence making the vibe an awful one. Many of us are not looped enough to negotiate any sequence with you about a girl, let alone pay you for it so cut it out. Since it seems like this is a new spot for you, its not for us. We don't need a manager or a pimp, bringing more heat activity to the scene that's mostly mellow and works on its own. I will not scoop with your presence there let alone you approaching me to negotiate thru my car windows. I witnessed this several times last night. No one scooped the girls during my observations but it did set up a fairly humorous show. It was too shady.

What's a tribesman?Tribesmen refers to another group, not with the same interest to those on the mongering journey. I was Scouting, making the observation. They have not been back. My mentor advised me of the tone of my report could be misinterpreted.
Basic common sense is that those who hold the coin retain the power in the transaction and so giving your value to a third party does not endear the ladies performance for you. What offended her?Than anything else on the streets that she usually has mongers in a feeding frenzy trying to scoop her azz!! I had a dream last night around 9:30 that I was floating around the St Pete area. It was a bad time so angel sightings were not to be had. I was then teleported to the triangle and spotted a shorty with a phone to her ear and her head on a swivel cutting through an active parking lot. I pulled astride and eye contact was made. Then a white care followed me in the lot. I continued past her and pulled into a space in front of the establishment prepared to conduct my legal business. (Nothing to see here!
Once parked it was obvious that car was a civilian. My move a proper precaution non the less. Shorty had redirected my way and required my gaze. I inquired if a friendly transport by wheels was required. She entered, sober and smooth. Names exchanged, no LEO check yet no incriminating language or behavior either. 39 years old. 5' - 5'2", 100-115 lbs. Bathed with clean clothes.
Asked where she would like to go and was asked what was I looking for. I said "something simple" and she suggested a spot. I dreamed we moved to said location. With no words exchanged BBBJCIM was begun. Took direction very well. Not in a rush. Made every adjustment I mentioned like we knew each other. A solid 7/10 performance. Face 5/10, cleanliness 8/10, candy 0/10 (no evidence), friendliness 8, customer service 7 as phone rang often though not answered.
Here is the coolest part. NO mention of jelly beans until all action complete and the seat backs and tray tables were returned to there upright position. I suggested. 25 and she said great. Would have taken. 20 but I didn't go there by choice.

So after some chit chat and a cruise around town we decide that 3 jacksons is an acceptable donation. After a rather average half and half, she offers a phone number which is actually rare for the street girls. So I keep her on the radar and start seeing her once a week, but this is where the dream gets weird and seems more like a nightmare. I have wandered into Mr. Rogers Neighborhood and Mr. Rogers likes to host crack parties. He hosts several cheerleaders who come and go and share pipes and needles.
Suddenly my phone is blowing up daily with a different cheerleader looking for party favors and realize I have been marked as a pigeon to feed the birds.

Uncle (s) will park on the off streets and wait while an older white male drives around acting like he is a monger. In years past, they have used an older model green jeep Cherokee, an older blue blazer, usually a late 90's or early 00's model car (probably acquired through impound). He will window shop, circle around 10 times but will never pick up. As soon as you scoop, he will follow you, radio back as to your special location and his friends show up.

It was the best of times and it was the worse of times.
I started the tour up and down 34th Street at about 10:00 am. Made the trip a few times down 34th across 9th and up 4th to Haines. The providers availability was very sparse. First, I scooped up a young white spinner at about 22nd and 34th. She was a cute blond with a tattoo of some cartoon character on her left calf. On the way up 34th, I decided to try the old Hess route. I hit pay dirt. I believe the owner of the shop and the old man that was fixing the cars got alot of pressure from the LE. They had the girls in the front office selling their goods if the house was full, It was truly a full service shop to day the least. I notice since they added the barn looking building the foot traffic slowed down and even the cars aren't as plentiful anymore.

Compound this afternoon with Deputy Snotdrizzle and a large posse of sniveling Boars Head boyz a bit after 4 pm?? They don't appear to be leaving anytime soon and very few ladies around in that area. Ironically though I did see Brenda right around the corner hop into a brave monger's pick up as if nothing was wrong! I also saw Nikki and a few hag walkers, but that was before Snotty showed up.
